We had stains on our bedding, air conditioning doesn’t keep room cool, very outdated, not worth the price at all! Never would stay here again.

Dianicio was extremely helpful and polite… a credit to the hotel brand!

Love the bar, fruit infused water station, gigantic screen, and good food.

Overall its a good value for the money. Positives is its close to airport and the rooms are clean, modern, spacious. The beds are comfy and the pillows fluffy. The free shuttle to and from airport is great. I didn't dine or use bar but the area was nice. The room's have a keurig and mini fridge. There is plenty of dining steps away like dennys and Hooters. Negatives was that room service was non exisitent I had to call for coffee and towels twice 8pm then 9am next morning then walk down at 930 when no one came and get it myself. I also had to call using my personal phone as the housekeeping and front desk buttons on hotel phone didn't work. Pool patio does not look like the pictures. There is seats but not lay down lounge chairs and the tile around the pool needs a good scrubbing. The hot tub is broken and drained. There was no tp in outdoor pool washrooms. The walls were thin. The TV though direct TV you couldn't get very many channels.

Great hotel staff. The smoking area needs to be moved to the hill in the pool area. So other guests are not bothered by late night flights. Plus no more big stones older people can not walk in areas like that and neither can service animals or any person; it cuts your feet.

We stayed here on Saturday 5/4/2019 for my husbands Bday and it was a great experience! Everything from the front desk clerk Klaritza I think is her name to the rooms, beds, shower, comfy bed and pillows and spotless all around! We loved it and will be coming bk soon. Only dislike was the food we ordered from room service it was horrible we didn’t even eat it.

Know whats awesome? Listening to ringing phone for 4 minutes while you’re trying to call the front desk, only to have the guy who answers the phone pick up and sound disgruntled like you just woke him up from his nap. Know what else is awesome? Waiting for 30 minutes in the hot Florida heat for a hotel shuttle to and from a hotel that’s literally 6 minutes away.

Traveled all day and got to the hotel at 11:30 pm to find out our room wasn't ready because they were short staffed. Check in time is 3pm. Were given breakfast vouchers. Absolutely unacceptable. Asked to speak with their manger which we couldnt even do because there wasn't one on duty.

Probably my worst holiday inn experience. The place smelled like paint the whole time. Service at the bar was slow. And they charged me for three long distance phone calls that we're next to impossible to get them to remove. It took over a week of calling and emailing to finally get anyone to help me. If you have to stay here make sure you get a receipt on the way out. Demand one. Then make sure they take any charges off that don't belong to you while you are still there.

Very nice hotel. The beds were amazing and comfortable! I had one of the best nights of sleep there. The lobby was very welcoming and made you felt right at home. The check in staff was amazing. I think it was, Marlix, that checked me in the hotel. She was very helpful and went well over the top on making my family's stay here perfect. I definitely would stay here again if we're in the area.

The shuttle to the airport was fine and the room overall is very nice. Unfortunately when we arrived at 12:30 a. M. They were still cleaning rooms and we had to wait roughly 20 minutes before they were able to check us in. We had also reserved a King room but were given a two Queen instead. Once we arrived to the room, the carpet was soaking wet on one side of the room. By that point it was already after one and we just wanted to get to sleep instead of fighting it. Would not recommend.

We have only good words to say about our experience at this hotel. We arrived late after a 9 hour flight became a 13 hour flight and were met by a very friendly front desk. Good check in, great room on the 7th floor and the cleanliness was top class. Really comfortable bed. Friendly staff everywhere. A great bar. Really loved the place and would stay again in a heartbeat. Great location for the airport too. Can’t really fault anything about it.

Evening flight canceled and I was stuck in Orlando one more night. Secured a last minute booking here and arrived after a long day of meetings tired and annoyed about being stranded an extra night. Arrival at the hotel did nothing to improve my mood. While the staff at the desk was friendly, the entire check in was a mess. After waiting in line (only one person covering check in) I was given a key and directions to the elevator. I went up 7 flights down a long hall only to find my key would not allow me to enter the room. I called down to the desk, no answer. So off I went back down to the check in desk where my key was recoded and I was assured that it would work. So back up 7 floors and down the hall again. This time, my key did grant me entry to the room, but I was sorry it did. While the bed had been made, the room was all disheveled, a 1/2 drunk water bottle was on the night table, the tables were askew, and worst of all the bathroom had NOT been cleaned. So… back down to the desk again, where I was apologized to (I felt bad, because the girl at the desk was nice and it was not her fault). Finally another room was obtained and checked for cleanliness prior to my entry. After almost an hour I finally got to a clean room. Unfortunately, the cable did not work and the Wi-Fi was spotty at best. Device streaming to the TV would not engage, so I was left to hulu on my iPad. Needless to say, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

If you come from Mexico ensure that before your flight you have paid for this hotel, because if you do not cancel your reservation without further notice and if you come in mid-flight as it happened to me, you get tremendous surprise and then to get another hotel at 11pm is almost impossible or These are high rates.
I was told in the other hotel that this hotel Holiday Inn Orlando International towards this type of cancellations very often to re-sell the rooms, I can not assure this last but if you comment it I think it is for something.

Pay to park your car. Love Holiday Inn Express but not happy here! Pay more and have lousy service and less amenities at Holiday Inn.

Hotel somehow booked me 2 rooms and I didn't find out about it until I checked my credit card statement. After numerous phone calls over 2 months they finally issued me a refund. Overall my stay was good, and the location was convenient. Friendly service at check in/out, and overall the facility was nice, even though it was under construction.

I have given this hotel 4 too many chances. Every time I try to stay here my AC doesn’t work, or I am placed in a room already occupied by another guest. I had to leave one night due to no AC and no more rooms. You would think a hotel with a Reward Program would take care of their Highest level members. Nope not this one! Please go stay at the Holiday Inn on Conrad next to the 7-Eleven. It is in a great location to the airport. Gorgeous and renovated, and the nicest staff out of the 25+ Holiday Inn’s I have stayed in this year. Plus they are always $25-50 a night cheaper over there. AND FREE PARKING AT THE CONRAD HOLIDAY INN! TRUST ME! If I can save one person, I have done my service!

There is a nice flat screen TV, a mini refrigerator, a Kureg coffee maker with coffee. The room doesn't have a microwave, and that is important to me. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and bar were great, as well as the food. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner several times during my stay.

On the highway, convenient to get to but no view, cool open bar area. Construction is going on and there is no covered pool. Fitness center in its own room outside. Concierges were very nice. Clean simple room. No continental breakfast.

I revisited this Holiday Inn expecting the construction to finally be finished — it wasn't. The lobby is still in pieces. All three elevators are obnoxiously slow to open and travel. I did stay in one of the updated rooms; it smelled of paint. Power and charging outlets were well placed around the room and there is a hidden mini fridge in the dresser. There is also a rollaway desk and rolling chair for those willing to sit next to the a/c unit. Most lights are controlled by their switches; the ones near the bed headboard are very hard to reach from bed and without hitting the light's shade or arm. Unfortunately, there are NO microwaves available for guests to use anywhere in the hotel. I was informed they may not be replaced in rooms in the future either. Plan accordingly. The shower door also only slide open at the far end of the handle so you are hit with cold water immediately when turning it on. The showers curved design and smooth rolling doors look nice, though. Our air condition broke at 2 A. M. At night and we were burning up until we checked out the next day. Did they offer free breakfast or refund? NOPE. The price for breakfast is highway robbery too. Unfortunate. They also failed to clean our room. Terrible. This place is trash especially during their renovation. Don't stay here.

Very nice hotel with newly remodeled rooms and bathrooms. The lobby is still very torn up, probably a fee more months until it is complete. Comfortable bed, nice pillows, room was quiet in spite of being close to the airport. I had an issue with my bill that was quickly cleared up but they almost charged me for something that was not my responsibility. Cons: no free breakfast, they charge about ten bucks. Second there is a six doller charge for self parking.

Tl:Dr Do not stay at this holiday inn until after the construction issues and renovations are completely finished! After getting the key to the room and going up the elevator, we were greated at our floor with complete darkness (other floors were the same). We walked to our room and opened the door to a constant loud fan and a blast of humidity. Turning on the lights revealed that the air conditioner was completely out of the wall, room was open to the outside and a large fan was blowing air out the opening to the outside. The front desk said they were sending up maintenance to resolve it and only after insisting on getting another room, we were moved down the hall. This room also has issue with the air conditioner failing to work correctly (states temperature is 63 when it is very warm in the room) and the lights flicker when plugging in a phone, but at least there was not a hole in the outside wall and super humid in the room. Definitely worth going to another hotel for the time being.

I was there to pick up and return a rental car. I also took the shuttle to the airport. It was a positive experience.

Property is currently under construction and I don't recall seeing that anywhere on their site before booking. Had to walk through a side entrance to get to guest rooms and there was no security at night which made it a bit scary. People were near the side entrance loading hotel furniture in their vehicles and these were not movers so I'm not sure what was going on there. The curb appeal is horrible. Grounds and landscaping had not been tended to in weeks. Front desk clerk were not very informative or attentive. On a more positive note though the rooms were beautiful. They appear to have been recently renovated. There wasn't a microwave in the rooms and the desktop outlets were not working. Area for rental cars was unorganized and cluttered. Beds were really comfortable. Door sticks and can be hard to open. Would have liked to have more amenities in the room upon arrival such as shower caps and make up wipes. Tv has apps to play games, stream media, check flights and many other cool features.

Classic American Hotel. It does not disconnect from the other hotels in the chain. Great for short stays.

Awful place. We booked several months ago, asking for connecting rooms. When we arrived, the building was in total disarray — full construction mode. We checked in and the front desk person said she "tried" to get our rooms as close as possible, but they were down the hall from one another. Not really a big deal, if that was actually the case. Fast forward to entering room… horrible smell, mold, cracked furniture, water was sputtering because it had been turned off. We actually could not hear each other talking in the room, the construction noise was unbearable. We went to the other room — which was "as close to ours as possible" — it was the opposite, clean, updated, quiet! When we inquired at the front desk about getting a different room, they moved us just a couple doors away from our other party. Which was a good solution for us, obviously! If you get a "new" room, you will be fine. However, if you are stuck in the construction zone, it will be impossible to relax during the day. Good luck!

WOW! When I say it was a complete transformation I'm not kidding. They're still working on the lobby but man those rooms are a hell of a lot better than when we came here during the summer. Cant wait to see the lobby and starbucks theyre gonna add.

We rent a car there, it was a mess, first the shuttle arrived 1 hours late at the airport to pick us up, secondly, the rental desk didn't want to accept our insurance provided with our credit card that was a total rent car insurance, so we had to pay more than 500 $ to rent a car instead of arround 200$ like it was supposed… Just don't go there …

Our experience here has been great. Our newly renovated room was very nice. There is however some improvements that need to be made. Our TV kept messing up (they did send someone to fix it), there was no microwave or refrigerator, and our water wasn't very hot. All the workers/staff were very friendly. The manager even came out while we were at the pool and introduced himself to us and ask if needed anything. The driver was very nice as well. The breakfast wasn't that tasty to me but they do have a lot to choose from which was nice. Overall our stay here was great. I'll return if I'm every in the area again.

The hotel is under renovations, that no excuse for the hair left in the bathtub, the hair we found on the sheets, the algae in the pool, the unwashed bed linens, and no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms that were listed in the amenities. This hotel is definitely not worthy of the IHG brand name. Elisha was very accommodating and helpful with other matters. She was the only positive to this hotel.

Very nice accommodations. Great grounds and plenty of things to do. Close to the parks.

It is a place very cozy, the staff is always at your service, the food is very good, cleanliness very good, in general very full, very cute and very good service.

The hospitality representatives were excellent. Very helpful. But the facility is under renovation and amenities were not up to par.

The hotel is very outdated throughout. The hallway carpets were stained, the ice machine on my floor did not work. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation & should be closed until the work is complete or offer 1/2 priced rooms. I've always respected the name Holiday Inn and assumed I would have adequate accommodations this was not the case at this location. Wait until renovations are complete until you book this location I'm sure it will take at least a year to complete.

Parking is easy. Shuttle is it every 30 min. Service not good. The bus pulled out with much suit case by the bus and when I was walking up to it. I had to wait 30 min for next one. To cap it off the driver expected me to tip him after he made me wait 30 min. Lol.

The review is not a knock on the staff, but the hotel is under renovation, so the bar/breakfast and dinner areas are lacking. Found a spider in my bed also, but that is more Florida than anything else. I am here for a fine day stay, they quickly changed my room, since mine was supposed to have a fridges and did not. I'm sure this will be a four or five star one renovations are done.

Rooms are quite old with noisy fridge and furious AC unit under the window which woke me up every time it runs during the night. I didn't dare to turn it off otherwise temperature in the room rises dramatically. Personnel is less than helpful. There is no hair dryer in rooms (I had an executive suite). I call front desk and was assured that one will be delivered to my room. It was indeed after one and a half hour when my hair dried out already naturally. Moreover I was deadly asleep at that time after long and devastating flight, I placed DND tag in the door'd receptacle hoping it would stop intruders. It didn't work unfortunately. Housekeeping broke into and woke me up ignoring the sign. Very inattentive staff.

As a person that travels for a living; shuttle times are wildly important. If one person on check in says "on the quarter hour" and I plan my departure based on that and then in the morning the person (rudely) says "around 8 o'clock", at 7:25 so not even the half hour, it VASTLY impacts a travelers day. Not to mention the construction on the property makes the amenities non-existent. Understandable, as it does happen, and will end up making the property nicer at completion, but should be a little more explained. The shuttle issue is not ok — cost me time and money.

The hotel itself is actually not bad, but as in most hotels, in this area, the rooms are outdated.
During my last stay, the room was not cleaned for days. Only when I spoke to the receptionist did they immediately send someone to clean it.
It makes a great first impression to enter a room where the dustbin spills over.

I picked up my boss who spent the night at the hotel. It's under construction. On the upper levels the air-conditioning in the common areas/hallways felt as though it wasn't working. However, parking was free because of construction and the price was reduced because of construction. Staff was nice and personable. That was bonus! I'd ask if they are still under construction before staying.

Stayed here as part of a package with shuttle service to Cape Canaveral for a cruise. Very nice, clean hotel with many restaurants in area within walking distance. Hotel offered free continental breakfast and shuttle service to airport.

The room was good but when we went to the pool did not have towels in that place. But all was well in the end, had a lot of fun.

I stayed for one night there. The room was ok from the beginning but finally it the night time when I want to take a bath. The shower can't working and the puller of the shower is broken. I was asking to change another room but unfortunately we got king bed size room instead of twin. While we stay for 3 people.
The service is poor. The receptionist and housekeeping is hardly to reach.

Clean, organized and comfortable, just that need someone who speaks English in the reception.

The approach with the hotel was not the best. Arrived at the airport we called the Hotel shuttle (more than once), which made us wait an hour (for a 7 minute ride between the airport and the hotel). Otherwise the hotel lobby is clean, the rooms also don't shine but we expected it. The light does not work well but having to spend a single night does nothing. It's okay as a supportive hotel.

Wonderful staff (Specially Myrna at reception was very nice and accommodating). Spacious room but a bit old fashioned I'll say… The food at the buffet was okay and the driver from the airport was very helpful… They do have a swimming pool and even a Jacuzzi. Wonderful place for a stay over after long flight or cruise trip.

When we checked into the room, the room smelled damp upon entering. It was also pretty dated. We noticed it felt quite warm, but the air conditioning was on. Thinking the thermostat was just turned up, we proceeded to turn it down in hopes of it cooling down. We proceeded to grab some dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, and came back about an hour later. It had not cooled down. We called the front desk, and they said they would send someone over from engineering/maintenance. He arrived a short time later. We were exhausted at this point, and just wanted to go to bed, as we had a flight the next morning at 6am, and it was almost 11pm. He took a look at the unit, tried to fix it, and said he would have to replace the whole unit! I would have assumed that they would have offered to put us in another room, versus having to sit there waiting for the gentleman to roll out the old unit, grab another one, and install it. They may have been sold out that night, but at least someone could have informed us. The gentleman from Maintenance was very nice, and put it in as quickly as he could. This unit did work, but it was super loud. At that point, we just wanted to go to sleep.

For a low cost hotel, can't complain. You get what you pay for. Next time I'll spend the extra fifty, but it definitely lives up to its low cost accommodations. My wife and I are actually sleeping with our clothes on, on top of the blanket with the blanket rolled over us because it feels that gross we can't bring ourselves to actually sleep in the bed.

Great hotel! Lots of amenities close by. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Orlando.

I Booked the Hotel seeing good name of Holiday Inn However the hotel needs massive refurbishment, Employees are not friendly at the buffet area, plus Front Desk Indian girl was much better in communication. In room on the Bedsheets you could see the stains. It had to be changed and had to wait. I have lived in different holiday Inns however this was the worse experience.

If you like hassles this is the hotel for you. Room card didn't work for the room or for the gates to get in and out of the parking lot. Had to wait for about 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot every morning! Hotel is badly outdated and dirty! Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

Due to all the other hotels in the area being booked, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Orlando Airport for 1 night. It was just ok. Certain aspects of the room gave it a cheap feel such as unknown black marks on the dresser, a leaking faucet, plastic toilet handle and a shower head circa 1978. This works for a quick overnight but for an extended stay I would take my business elsewhere.

Security was very quick and staff kept all passengers aware of what they need to do to keep lines moving.

I've stayed here multiple nights for work functions and this is probably my least favorite hotel in the area. The rooms seem a little outdated, especially the bathrooms. The water pressure of the shower was so low that I felt like I needed to go outside and clean myself in the pool. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and the lobby/bar areas were nice. Free Wi-Fi is another plus too.

We stayed one night. We got in late but the desk and check in was quick and friendly. Free Wi-Fi is a plus. No continental breakfast tho. The room was good but the heating was either freezing cold or warm and nowhere in between.

Room was decent. Still wish Holiday Inns had better options for dining. Especially for the cost! Also had to pay for parking which was disappointing.

This hotel is nice, although it shows some wear and tear in places. The service is excellent, and I have no complaints. Also hands down one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever stayed in.

Hotel is just OK! Staff is nice. Don't wast your money eating there. Paid $27 for a piece of shoe leather of a steak. Asked for medium rare and they say executive chef on menu. I wouldnt trust them to cook me a grilled cheese.

I had a mix-up with my reservation and there wasn't a room left available but Merna the hotel manager went above and beyond to take care of everything! I spend about 10 nights a year in mid-tier hotels like Holiday Inn and I'd rank the room and the cold shower "3 Stars" at best.

They had bed bugs in the bed saying yum yum yum they eat my food and call me names.

We selected this Holiday Inn to run a training seminar and I could not have been more satisfied with the experience. Catering and A/V support were outstanding, the rooms were spotless and the internet connection was very reliable. In particular, I want to commend Jose at the front desk. When I was at the hotel two months before, I had left behind a very nice Oxxford suit. When I called the hotel a few days later, they said they could not find it. When I checked into the hotel this time, I asked Jose if could check lost and found for the suit. He said he had to search several places, and asked me to check back later. When I did, I was amazed that he was able to locate the suit two months after I left it behind. Jose exhibited an exemplary level of customer service, perseverance and honesty. Thank you.

Doesn't it bother you when premium hotels charge for things that discount hotels give you for free? The two big examples: Wi-Fi and breakfast. This hotel doesn't charge for Wi-Fi. But breakfast is another story. There is free coffee available until 7 am — show up at 7:05, the coffee is gone. After that point, to get coffee you're asked to pay $12 for a buffet breakfast. It's a good breakfast. But the point is that there is no light alternative — it's eggs, sausage, juice and waffles or nothing at all. Pretty much everywhere in America you get SOMETHING to eat in the morning, and coffee at the very least, included with your room. Not here. The room for two was $165. It's not outrageous, but I wouldn't call it inexpensive either. Certainly it's a high enough price to expect coffee in the morning. (To be fair, I walked into the kitchen and asked for coffee and they gave it to me. But you shouldn't have to do that. ).
