Staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. However these are old rooms and the motel style structure is a very old building. Toilets clogged and safe in room was jammed and broken. This location is not in the best part of town.

This hotel has wonderful rooms. The hard working staff is ready to please. Cleanliness, attentiveness, you name it… They will exceed expectations. However, one little thing is the key cards. They work When you leave but when you comeback you always have to walk all the way to the front desk to getthe key reprogrammed. Soooo annoying. Last but not least is the General Manager. Horrible woman. Irrational at times and always on defense. She yells at hotel guests often. I've seen it but it was none of my business until she yelled at ME. Lol. My own mother doesn't speak to me the way she did. Horribly hostile woman.

The rooms were clean the bed was comfortable they switched pillows from feather to foam due to an allergy for me housekeeping cleaned the room everyday. Good selection on breakfast something for everyone. Wish the management was a little bit more friendly didn't feel welcomed but overall a good stay. Will be back.

Staff was excellent, room a/c not very good. Bed was hard compared to other hampton inns ive stayed at. Overall not the best Hampton inn I've stayed at but again the staff made up for other flaws.

This is a nice place to stay the night although a little bit improvement will go a long way. If you are using a lot of gadgets (i. E. Phone, laptop, Etc. ) the room we occupied needs more outlet to hook you up. Otherwise the room is clean, close to shopping mall and restaurants.

Very old and unorganized rooms. Door knob are shaky and seems like falling apart or someone forced in your room. Internet is spotty but rooms and bed are neat and comfortable. Do not check-in on second floor since there is only one elevator which is at one end of the U shape complex. There are not a single sign of elevator throughout this place. Entire elevator door has mirror finish so extremely difficult to find it. You will have to walk all around second floor to reach your room believe me it is long walk. You will get cold water in shower for first 10 to min before it warms up. Breakfast has good choices and I will definitely give it high marks. But careful they close exactly at close time and everything will be moved out even if you are eating.

Elevator was hidden not easily accessible. No signs where it was either, had to ask. The room we were in had a kitchen with no dishes to use or pot/pan. The sofa bed didn't have any sheets on it or anything. None in closet for it either. Room was clean though and good for the overnight stay. Not sure if I would use for long stay of any kind.

Well located between all the Orlando Landmarks, this Hampton inn was a good option for travellers from out of town. The king room was spacious, and the parking was ample. My only complaint was the loud air conditioner.

We stayed for 2 nights. Honestly it's not in a good area of Orlando. A lot of unsavory people were walking the streets close to the hotel. I saw a cop arresting some people close to the hotel. The hotel itself is a little dated, but the service was good. Complimentary breakfast is one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. The AC was pretty loud though, my mom could barely fall asleep the first night. And it's weirdly made, without a map, I couldn't have found our room. For the price it was good, but there's better.

Clean rooms, good Wi-Fi, pleasant staff.

As far as location goes, this hotel is only 15 minutes from MCO airport and right beside the Florida mall. The room was larger than the one we had at the Hilton on Cocoa Beach so that was nice. Also, the room and grounds were very clean from what I noticed. Unfortunately I will most likely not return to this hotel unless necessary. The larger room was nice, but the air conditioner is far too small to cool the room in any reasonable time frame (think 330 pm until after midnight before it was really comfortable). We had an issue with an elderly couple that did not speak English trying to get into our room not once, not twice, or even three times, but a total of four times! This occured between 10 pm and 1130 pm. I did not want to confront the couple or the people with them because, as I said, I had my family with me and felt safer behind a locked door. I called the front desk to have them come up after the third time it happened. Fifteen minutes later the people were back trying to use their key to unlock the door and knocking loudly to let them in. Once they left this time I went to the front desk to see what they could do about it and the gentleman had no idea what I was trying to tell him about the situation so I became frustrated and went back to my room.

Very clean, no problems, comfortable beds, and great breakfast, everytime I go to orlando I stay there even if its out of the way.

Bad Wi-Fi. Otherwise fine.

We stayed at the Florida hotel in Venice is very happy. From walking to Piazalle Roma, a bridge is. Hotel was very close to the station, and walk along a side street to the Grand Canal and a beautiful bridge. Our room on the first floor, so there is no elevator didn't have much influence. Room was very clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast cereals, yoghurt, fruit and croissants. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful, excellent service, not only for us to recommend a great local restaurant day and left in the morning, because you want to get up early to catch the train, for breakfast we packed up to go, feeling we are here a warm welcome. Hotel room does not have a wireless network, but we can go to the Internet in the breakfast area, this definitely is not a problem for us.

The rooms were nice and the hotel was clean and updated. I had multiple mechanical issues with the bath but they were able to address it right away. The staff was great and contrary to the look of the place, the hotel just felt tired. Wallpaper peeling spots, only 1 elevator — I prefer the stairs anyway — dirty stairwells. Nothing horrible I could find just a few little issues and enough to have me explore elsewhere next time I'm in town.

Check in was simple and easy, room was clean and nice. Shower head was weird, might've been broken. Didn't get up in time to have breakfast, but the Dunkin Donuts next door made it all better. Wi-Fi was awful, not sure what was going on there. We usually bring a steaming device to watch instead of TV, but it couldn't get a stable connection.

I enjoyed our stay. We went with my in-laws while the heater broke in their room everything was perfect in our room. Despite this they discounted both our rooms half price.

Good location. Friendly staff. Lots of things within walking distance. Clean room and a decent breakfast. Really good room for the price.

Hotel very nice, very clean, the rooms are spacious and well equipped (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, air conditioning…) the staff is friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast is good, there is plenty of choice and fresh fruit every day! Parking is free and is 20 minutes from universal studio, very convenient! Pleasant stay here.
