First time visitors celebrating our 14th Anniversary. Staff was very friendly, the amenities was AMAZING. We enjoyed the lazy River which is why we chose this resort over others. Only complaint was the air conditioning in the room. The thermostat can’t be adjusted and we like it cold. I suggest bringing a fan if your like us. Other than that — we will definitely be back and will bring the kids next time. This is a great place to take the whole family and you don’t have to leave. Spray park, plenty of pool space with the pools and lazy River, pool tables, basketball court and tennis court. So glad we chose this resort. Highly recommend Bring stuff for s’mores bc they have a fire pit that is lit at night time. 🔥

When we came in we didn't have a reservation & they were obviously busy but they were very accommodating & courteous. Nice rooms, nice restaurants and amenities, quiet and even the guests were courteous. Also the parking wasn't bad at all. I overly loved it and wished we stayed longer but we will definitely be making a return trip.

Good pool, that’s all I can say of this hotel. Noisy rooms. You hear everything that happens in the corridors and in the surrounding rooms. Cheap restrooms products. No microwave. If you rent a car and bring it to the hotel, they charge you $25 per night, which for me it’s outrageous for the price you pay (hotel cost per night + $35 resort charge). No complementary breakfast, no even fresh complementary water in the lobby. Never again.

Hilton Orlando pool and cabanas were amazing. Our pool server Val was the best! Dwayne made our stay so wonderful and we absolutely loved the dinner at Spencer’s Steak house! Great food and great service!

First of all the massage was AMAZING! But the restaurant service was slow. We ordered queso was watery and cold, we had to send it back 5 times then the area we were sitting by the pool we couldn’t get any service! We had to practically beg for water! We had to go back inside to the Spa to get water! This is too beautiful of a place to not get adequate service.

We had a wonderful experience. I walked into the pool area and couldn’t believe my eyes. It was the most beautiful, clean, and breathtaking pool area I have ever seen. It made me feel like I was on some extravagant vacation and it was! The room was cleaned and restocked with fresh towels every day which was very nice to come back to after a fun filled day out and about. The staff were very helpful and now I know my next hotel will be the Hilton.

Exactly like the pictures! Beautiful, elegant, and extremely clean. My family and I stayed in a double suite with a pool view. Next time we come to Orlando we plan on just staying here at the hotel. No need to go anywhere else. The kids loved the water play area and the lazy river. Hugh pools! So many amenities to keep you busy. Staff was amazing and extremely kind. Thank you so much Hilton! We look forward to coming back soon!

Love you place. We spent two days lounging at the pool under a cabana. They have a huge pool with plenty of seats, slide, lazy river, splash pad, and adult pool. We had dinner at their sports bar in the hotel, David's Club. Food and service we're wonderful. They had huge TV's for football and great drinks. Breakfast in the bistro was good. The place was busy but the staff were still able to take care of our big party.

Loved the stay here, the hotel staff is very inviting and helpful. The view we got from our window was amazing. Only felt that they should have more drinking water fountain. And also they could have pitcher full of drinking water in the room. I mentioned this cause we had to buy water so much and also it is expensive in the hotel. Since Florida is very hot this was just a suggestion and am sure would highly be appreciated. Anyway and visiting again in couple of weeks. Loved.

The hotel is beautiful. The pool is large, accessible and kid friendly. That is the end of compliments for this place. I simply do not understand how an $89 per night hotel can have better, more convenient services than the Hilton that is charging over $300 per night. The breakfast buffet is $27. Yes, you read that right. Over $300 per night and there is no complimentary breakfast, but that’s okay because you can just pay $27 for a breakfast buffet that is free at almost any Days Inn on the planet. Then there is the fitness center. I’m accustomed to using my room key, entering a fitness room and running on the treadmill at almost any hotel I’m staying at. Typically, this is one of the benefits of paying for your room. Not at the Hilton Orlando. You get to pay $15 per day if you swipe your room key into the fitness center. Oh, and let's not forget parking. As a guest of the hotel, you still have to pay $28 per day to park a vehicle in the hotel parking garage. This place is the Spirit Airlines of hotels. I’m fairly certain if they could figure out how to meter and charge you for room air conditioning they would. Never staying here again. Awful.

I love the lazy river here and the pool is great. The poolside restaurant has delicious food and the fact that there are waiters and waitresses that come poolside to take your order is great too! The rooms are not anything out of the ordinary but they are very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having breakfast each day at the Bistro and room service from the other restaurants was good. David’s is a good place to pick up a late night snack or a cup of Starbucks coffee.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Orlando. Though I was primarily staying for a work conference, I was able to balance that time with some relaxation and rest. I found the rooms to be great quality, what you would expect from Hilton. More importantly, I loved the fact that they had two pools, one of which was an adult only pool. They also had a lazy river which was fantastic, and a water-slide that was also a lot of fun. They have two great bond-fire pits which is a great way to unwind, and some fantastic food offerings as well. The staff went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and felt welcome. The lay-out of the resort is also nice and well thought out. It has multiple conference rooms of various sizes, perfect for hosting no matter what the occasion. I also liked that it had a direct connection to the convention centre, which made getting their a breeze. I know there are a lot of hotel offerings in Orlando, but if there was one I would recommend the most, it would be this one. Perfect for families, young couples, business travel and basically anyone who wants to be comfortable and still have a bit of fun.

It was a great first time "spa day" experience. We bought services on Groupon for a couples massage, which included valet parking, couples massage, two free drinks pool side as well as use of all amenities for the day. The valet parking — was an awesome benefit but, we felt rushed and there was no one to give us directions as to what we needed to do next. Ie… "go to the spa and check in" or go ahead to the pool and enjoy your day". The pool towels being all day readily available as you walk to the pool…
Was awesome. The lazy river was longer than we expected and the free use of the inner tubes was great. The main pool — was a walk in pool. There were plenty of places for people and families to hang out with out being over crowded. We didn't go to the adult pool. The massage was awesome and relaxing. And the spa facilities were always clean and tidy. The pool side bar and food — was actually very good. The waitress seamed to be happy to be there and offered a few suggestions. The burger we had was good and the pina colada was excellent. We did not feel it was over priced for the environment we were in. The noise from the construction area was minimal. At one point during our day there, the staff advised everyone — IN PERSON — that they would like everyone out of the pools so they could dry off before the lightening and thunderstorm arrived. Bonus points for this. We did wonder about lack of security for the pool areas.

We had just gotten off a cruise and wanted a nice place to relax with a pool. We have stayed at many very nice hotels and Hilton hotels without any issues. However, from the first few minutes at our hotel that costs $315/night there were issues. Started with valet and our luggage. A 20ish year old guy helped pack all our luggage out of our car onto luggage carrier and said he would bring it up to our room in just a few minutes. We tipped him $10 for the help and a few minutes later our luggage arrived to our room. Guess what? It was not the same guy who took our money but another man. Given it was our last bit of cash we had given the "luggage guy" we had nothing for the guy who actually delivered our luggage. We told the actual deliver what happened and he said the other guys a liar? What in the world?!? So he left upset and we were embarrassed having nothing to give him. Next. After getting off cruise we had some clothes to wash and guess what no laundry facility for customers to use ohh but you can drive a few miles down the road to another Hilton hotel and use theirs (that was advice given to us). So time came to relax at the pool. Umm nottt. Pool was beautiful but crazy crowded and not from hotel guests but apparently locals who discovered that this hotel does not check for room cards upon entering pool. Didn't ask for mine or anyone else coming in. Confirmed this with multiple people talking around me who had brought their coolers full of food etc.

Such an amazing hotel! Its gorgeous and the rooms were cleaned daily and you just really got your money's worth staying here. The little market on the main level can make Starbucks drinks which was a huge plus because I needed coffee every morning. The pool was amazing and so much fun to sit around and drink with family. Our last day there we had one of the servers give us amazing service! We were celebrating a birthday and he made sure we had everything we might have missed. He ended up getting great tips and some cake of course at the end of the night!

Rooms are OK, nothing really special there. Restaurants are expensive in my opinion. Quality of food is acceptable but not worth the price. The breakfast is the exception which we found quite good and complete. The amazing part is the pool and play area. It is almost a resort. The kids had awesome fun and played for two days without getting bored. Hotel has a great (huge) meetings and events section. Decoration in hotel is quite bland (probably on purpose). Am not giving 5 stars as the price was pretty high and expected a little more.

Great place off of the main drag from I-Drive. Perfect for Convention Center events. Staff was more than amazing. Phenomenal check in/out procedures. You can do everything from your phone or tablet. Guest accommodations, follow ups, and responsiveness to issues were beyond perfect for timing and accuracy. Great system to keep guests from having uncomfortable visits. Will definitely refer to others for events and stay.

Great place for family vacation. Pool is awesome with beautiful landscape, lazy river, bar, water slide, quite pool, spa and more. Nice to relax by pool side and spend time with nature by meditating. Restaurants are pretty busy and full during peak hours. Modern Conference center is huge with and spacious. Shrimp Tempura at David’s was fab. Bistro offers nice breakfast. Pretty close to shopping, restaurants and theme parks.

If the trip is business, you can gather the pleasure of comfort with work. Excellent!

I live in Orlando and we love staying at this Hilton for the “staycation” experience! The rooms are clean, modern, and updates. The pool options are amazing. There’s a spot for those that want to relax without kids, and there’s a great family section with a lazy river, an awesome pool slide, and sections with splash fountains and pool basketball! There’s also two fire pits and a basketball court. Food is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We love it here!

I was attending a convention next door so it was very handy. It was on the west concourse of the convention centre so it was still a 15 min walk. The breakfast food is good, the pool is great, the staff are very friendly and the gym has all the needed equipment. The decor is a little dated (maybe around mid 90s) but that's to be expected in a hotel in Orlando. Overall, very good and worth the 4 out of 5.

Don't let the exterior fool you, this is a really nice hotel. The rooms were nice and the interior was clean and really nice. They have excellent service and if you are okay with staying of the main area of Orlando I would highly recommend here. If you are coming down for Disney the parks are about half an hour away at most.

OMG I was charged until the haire conditioned the room when Ise the reservation was $108 and when I left the next day I was charged almost $300. That by the pool spa Ignacio and I do not use anything that I was charged. … Asia that I do not recommend…

The hotel was very nice. My 8 year old son really enjoyed the pools. The Bistro (breakfast buffet) The best part I loved. Cleaning the room can improve it had a lot of dust. Overall would return.

Comfortable room & bed. Enjoyed the pool, gym, lobby bar & several restaurant options. Housekeeping was sub-par, had mold on our bathroom shower, asked directly to housekeeping to take care of it & as of the end of 5 day stay the shower looked the same. I was able to clean a portion of the moldy area easily with a cloth…?! The wine pricing at the lobby bar & other restaurants was a bit steep for the quality of the list offered.

Disappointing. Expecting more from a Hilton. Pay$$ for parking, hot breakfast, rooms are average. Being a gold Hilton member I would say they need to reduce the nickel and dime experience. I expect a Hilton to have highest standards were I can get away from Orlando's tourist trap experience. The pool area is nice and they provide towels to use. Their workers do a good job.

I came during the weekend of New Year's Eve and the staff definitely handled themselves very well. From start to end everything was great. The hotel holds an enormous amount of people so the place was packed but the staff did their jobs the right way and it didn't seem to bad. Overall the rooms were nice and clean. Not a lot of loud noise from the outside. Good hotel.

Really good, especially the swimming pool, there are children like the slide, they play very happy. But the miscellaneous fees are too many and too high.

The customer service staff is helpful and are able to assist rapidly. Check-in is pretty much hassle free. The amenities include a water slide for kids, a lazy river, an in-pool water fountain, a jacuzzi and a bar area. There's an all ages pool, as well as an area reserved for adults, with its own jacuzzi and pool. There are firepits with chairs, which creates a great ambience for relaxing at night. There's also a spa and a fitness area, and several restaurants to choose from. The resort is relatively centrally located (although closer to Universal parks than it is to Disney parks). Rooms are pretty much standard, nothing fancy. BEWARE of the hidden charges though, as they charge per-day resort fees for the use of the common areas described above, and no, it's not optional. If you decide to drive to the hotel, you will need to also pay the parking fee per day of use. Despite this, and even though the charges might give you a whiplash upon check-out, the resort is a pretty good choice, more so if you have a need or desire to relax and unwind in-between visiting parks.

We experienced great service during our family getaway here. We truly loved the pool and lazy river. I like the enhanced diamond rewards with appetizers and new breakfast buffet offered at this property. My family had a great time here… This is one of the best pool areas in Florida.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean in general. We pretty much spent the whole week sleeping by the pool and enjoyed every minute of it. There's a kid's zone and some other more relaxed zones that definitely suited our needs. Everything is well maintained and clean. Very friendly for families and business travellers with upscale needs. They have a proper gym. I'm not saying that they have actual barbells and pullup bars, but it's vastly superior in terms of equipment, both in quantity and quality, than what you'd get in a regular hotel. The only caveat: The staff was generally polite but only a few were really passionate about their jobs. There's only a few people's name I can remember and with whom we had an actual conversation. If you're looking for a friendly place where people will remember your name, your story and where you're from, this is not the place.

Just a vendor here, but been serving the hotel for several years. Very nice amenities, definitely a resort and not just a hotel. Staff is always helpful and polite. Plenty of places for alone time with your family or play time in the over the top pool area. Great place to have your business convention or just a private party.

My family and I stayed there for our vacation. It was such a great time. The staff was great. Very friendly and willing to help with anything. The pool is awesome and was heated so we were able to swim even though it was a little chilly out. We would definitely stay there again!

I'm in a wheelchair and have specific needs and this hotel has been beyond accommodating. I originally booked 8 nights a universal Cabana bay but left after two nights because they refused to help me be able to use there bed. A very simple thing. Came here and the staff made it perfectly fine. It's was amazing that on Christmas Eve a manager at universal said they will not help me out. So I left. I love this hotel because everyone I've come across is pleasant and helpful. I come to Florida every year and I'll be coming back to this hotel from now on. Plus the food here is amazing. Unlike universal. We ate there and we all felt sick. Thank you Hilton and I'm sorry I didn't choose you in the first place.

This hotel and resort is great. Their staff are very helpful, and the hotel has a good location. They have several overpriced stores inside, so buy what you need before you retrieve yourself for the day. They have a kid’s pool and an adult pool, and they have a bar by the pool. Hilton Orlando is an amazing property! Two of my favorite amenities are the outdoor pool which has a lazy river and it's huge, and the indoor gym! I was there for a week on a business trip, this property is ideal to host conventions of thousands of people comfortably! The restaurant inside the hotel had good food and drinks! The hotel is not too far from restaurants and other fun activities! I really appreciated getting a text message after I checked in to make sure everything was okay with my room! Excellent customer service I would highly recommend this property.

Pleasant staff great you at this hotel. Rooms are clean and nice, with a decent view if you are on the front side of the building. The pool is amazing with a lazy River and fun slide. The hotel is kind of far from the convention center but shuttles do run. Overall had a good stay, would have liked to see more food options.

Had a great time here! With nice views, great location and spacious rooms, this hotel is the place to stay! With the room that we booked, we had a nice view of the Orlando Eye, with its light-up color lights! The room was nicely cleaned and the hotel staff was friendly as well. The TV was chipped in the corner, but that was not a big deal, as it did not effect the viewing experience.

To be the Hilton, nothing of the other world. The first day, after 24h of travel, I was relocated to another hotel because they had sold more squares. That despite having paid in advance and confirmed the reservation. It is true that they took over the taxis round and round. They had the detail of leaving a basket with sweets in the room and inviting me to a day's breakfast. However when you go to a hotel of this level you do not expect these things. Very nice staff Professionalism and education. In the rooms they do not allow the visitor to choose the temperature. You can get to freeze if you're chilly.

This is a lovely hotel until you have a problem. I have stayed here MANY MANY times without incident, but when the valet wrecked my sports car, and I have no idea to this day why they were driving my car when I had not called for it, boy was it crickets! No one wants to explain or take ownership of what happened. They are fixing my car (of course) but it's been over a month, and trust that it has been a serious inconvenience! Just don't expect any caring from anyone there if something happens, you are on your own! Good Luck!

I've stayed at many hotels but this Hilton is by far the best I've ever experienced. The quality of the room from the bedding to the furniture was superb. The staff was extremely helpful and cordial. The pool area we phenomenal. It has everything a single person, a couple or a family could want. I'll definitely be going back.

The staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The only issue is that our location was not set-up. When in the event and wedding industry, we strive to make sure our events run as smooth as possible, including showing up on time, having all your decor and communication. We expect the venues to already be set-up. Though it was a small glitch, I will be using this venue in the future.

This hotel is an amazing choice. The location is perfect, essentially down the street from major attractions like universal studios, and close to major roads like international drive to increase food choices. The rooms are comfortable and the pool options are great. The hotel offers delicious room service as well as multiple in house restaurants if you're in the mood to stay in, eat casual, or enjoy a nice steak. If you're a vegetarian the restaurants also have a great selection!

Very accessible location, and it's easy to get from here to Orlando attractions (provided you're willing to pay). The most convenient features are the many outdoor amenities like the multiple pools, the outdoor restaurant, and the lazy river. Don't let the exterior fool you, either: it may look a little dated, but the interior is very modern and fully updated.

Rooms were clean and front desk staff hospitable and friendly. The split elevators (for higher and lower floors) came in handy on a busy holiday weekend. Not incredibly impressed with their in hotel restaurant as the food was either under or over cooked (read: raw burgers) and speciality drinks nothing extraordinary. 24/7 Starbucks a plus. Would stay at this location again.

If you're trying to find a really great deal on this amazing hotel I'd highly suggest booking it through the website HotelRaven. Com They have great deals for it on there! Such a perfect place don't have enough great things to say really! Besides the service you expect from a 4-star hotel, this place has casual or high-class dining including a cafe, a sit-down restaurant and another restaurant with full course dining. The rooms are quite comfortable (I stayed in a double on the 11th floor) with plenty of room for 4 and their belongings. Amenities are nice too, with a spa and massive gym, a pool with a lazy river and a bar, pool tables, miniature golf and all sorts of other activities all included with your stay (spa does cost extra, of course). Besides the service you expect from a 4-star hotel, this place has casual or high-class dining including a cafe, a sit-down restaurant and another restaurant with full course dining. The rooms are quite comfortable (I stayed in a double on the 11th floor) with plenty of room for 4 and their belongings. Amenities are nice too, with a spa and massive gym, a pool with a lazy river and a bar, pool tables, miniature golf and all sorts of other activities all included with your stay (spa does cost extra, of course). I Stayed here for the 2016 Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) State Leadership Conference. There were over 2000 people staying here for the event. The hotel is very large even without including the ballroom and conference areas. It connects to the Orlando Convention Center via a covered (not enclosed) walkway. In the way of food, there's no free breakfast. There are a couple of restaurants though I'm not sure if they're open for breakfast. For very large groups or events, the hotel will set out a temporary breakfast area by the ballrooms though the selection is limited and pricey. Back near the lobby they have "The Marketplace" which is a small all-around food and toiletries shop. They serve Starbucks Coffee but are not officially a Starbucks so they won't accept gift cards. The Marketplace is also quite pricey. I suggest eating at some of the many restaurants located within walking distance of the hotel such as Red Lobster, Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's, and IHOP. All around I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Hilton Orlando.

Clean, comfortable, contemporary room. Not much of a view but that's OK. Relatively quiet, no noise issues from neighbor guests so far. Room service fast & friendly. Live piano in the bar area, very nice. Overall much better than the Rosen Centre, not as nice as the Rosen Shingle.

Really great customer service. Rooms were in prestine condition, food was great, and really nice outdoor area. Came for a business conference which was really well run and put together. Would highly recommend.

Pubic hair in the bathroom sink and on the bathroom ceiling upon entering. There was a nasty stain on an old yellow chair. Dont even wanna kno what that was. Found two unidenified pills on the floor which tells me they didnt vacuum. No microwave and there was a dirty spoon on the night stand. Parking is a joke and get ready to pay out the you know what for parking. 5 $ for a bottle of water. We paid a high price and expected a luxary hotel stay but that is definitely not what we got. Heck, even a holiday in will give you a free bowl of cereal in the morning. Hilton dont even bother replying to this. You ruined our vacation.

ON DECEMBER 22, 2015 my daughter and her husband arrived on their honeymoon at this hotel after an all-night flight, exhausted, to be given a room that was not what they had paid for. They paid for a room with a pool view. Instead, they were given a handicapped room with a view of a wall. When they protested, they were told that they could get a suite with a view of the pool for only $125 more per night! Being exhausted, and on their honeymoon, they caved in and paid the extra $500 for the four night stay. A truly professional organization would have given them what they had paid for. If that had not been available, they would have upgraded them to a nicer room for the same price. If Hilton does not refund them their $500, I will consider them shysters and will pass this opinion on to anyone who will be visiting Orlando, including myself. I will amend this post if the Hilton organization takes positive steps to correct their misdeed. If it remains a one-star post, they have done nothing to remediate their miscreant behavior.

The conference center was amazing. It was hugely accommodating for a large venue and almost 1, 100 attendees for our function fit very comfortably. My only issue is that there are no clear instructions for parking. Self parking is on the back (north) side and valet is in the front — — know that would have saved me 20 minutes in the traffic jam out front.

Very convenient for conferences. Well appointed rooms, location is perfect, friendly staff. Exhausting to be nickled and dimed for everything, but that's par for the course these days.

Great hotel and location in Orlando only minutes from Orlando Eye and amusement venues. Could offer more to guests with buffet breakfast and have plenty of room for more breakfast options. Only quick serve breakfast venue was coffee bar that was very slow moving due over population of convention attendees. Just my opinion still mostly impressed with Hilton properties.

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. The customer service has been excellent. We had a minor issue with our room, told the front desk, and someone was fixing it writhing minutes. The pool here is amazing. The rooms are quiet, beds are comfortable. Was the worst stay ever… I booked the hotel on orbitz… my first mistake… website rounded the hotel fees to about 60 bucks. Which was way off. Room was semi clean with a funky smell in the carpet… tried to enjoy the lazy river but there were little kids ever where jumping off rocks and splashing us… no life guard watching this which I found to be odd… I ordered food and drinks that where overall overly priced. The muscle head bartender was rude and made us wait on drinks when there was only 6 people at the bar… and the drinks were watered down. The best part was it started to rain the asked everyone to exit the lazy river which we did. My food came I sat down under a umbrella. Then a security guard asked me to get up and eat my food else where. Which was raining… I asked him why. He replied that I can not sit under the umbrella due to high winds… which there was none. It was just a passing sunshower… I got up as he asked my overly priced burger got soaked and my girlfriends food as well… I was not happy … all in all I was charged 350.00 extra on top of my stay and was not not happy with the stay… this place will hit you with hiden room charges and the staff at the pool is not friendly at all… if you want to stay at a overly priced hotel and have to pay for parking. This is your place!

Best weekend ever! The pools, water slide, lazy river, Jacuzzi were perfect and so much fun. The desk staff, all the staff were wonderful and made you feel special not just because it's their job but because they really meant it.

Have stayed here twice just love it! Staff are great especially the barman on Executive Lounge his knowledge on local restaurants and shopping second to none. Pool and gym are great also the cleanliness of Hotel is 5 star. Highly recommend it.

Just recently we stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Orlando for our second year in a row as we liked it when we vacationed here last year but I have to say it definitely didn't meet the expectations we had in comparison to last years stay due to multiple things. On our first day there, that evening, we (Myself and some family members) went down to the pool for a swim and sat underneath the restaurant. When we asked for the table to be wiped off so we could put our towels and other items on top the waitress was very rude and said "We're closed! " She then grabbed the placemats Wevered with bits and pieces of food on top real fast and made the food fly. All we wanted to do was sit there and put our stuff on top of the table. The next day in the afternoon a family member of mine was sitting on the concrete deck by the pool and when he got up to grab a menu from another table and walked back, his foot got caught on the leg of a chair and fell, landing into a pushup position hurting both arms very badly. When we asked for bags of ice from the waitress of ours who like night and day compared to the rude waitress from the night before happily got us ice with no problem and a doctor and medic for the hotel came out as well to check and see what happens. Later on that day at night, my relative who fell, arms kept hurting, we took to the ER at a nearby hospital and was later found to have a broken left arm from the fall. Luckily he ONLY has a cast. That concluded of the second day.

This was the seconed time we stayed at the hotel in a Month this time we were there for 7 days we had some issues with our room but were addressed by the staff very quickly. The parking was great our car was brought to us very quickly and the only issue was I was charged a day that I did not park. That was addressed. The was a unhappy bartender talking out in the pool area about how bad she did not want to work that day. We would stay here evertime we come to Orlando I like thie hotel.

Be aware that this hotel charges for parking daily as well as resort fees. Very deceiving since I booked through an online site and I thought everything was taken care of. I had to pay an other 90 bucks for 2 nights.

The service was absolutely fantastic while we were here. The staff were happy and always willing to get us what we needed, even when we went for coffee downstairs at 4 am! Overall, the experience and amenities outweigh the higher price range, and it's an amazing place for groups of any age range. I'd come again and have recommenced this hotel to friends traveling to the Orange County Convention Center.

A wonderful getaway for family of four with two teens. We loved the pool, water slide and lazy river. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Did not eat there and could not find a cup of coffee under $4. But McD is right across the street.

We came here to get away from everything from fri-mon it was a nice stay everyone was very nice a few things over the price I wud pay but not ridiculous you want good u gatta pay. I loved the pool where we spent most of the time at good food good service. Ill come back.

We came for the Disney World Half Marathon. We had a junior suite and it was a good space for our group. However, the fridge had to be switch our twice. They did so promptly which was fine. There was no microwave — which I stay at several Hiltons and always had one in my room. So I didn't think to check. We were charged $15 / night for self parking but my confirmation said $14. That was later reimbursed to me. I was charged a handling fee for my package. This was the first time this has happened. Wish the attendant would have warned me that when I called to tell her it is arriving. And we were not able to use the baggage carts — we were required to have the bellhops does so. Overall okay experience but they just dime and nickel you with some many fees.

Huge disappointment! The hotel really sucks, it's extremely overpriced because they charge you enormous amounts for everything. Using he Wi-Fi, parking, you can not even get a luggage cart without paying a bell hop first, and a bottle of water is $5. For all of that overpriced hype you get a less than helpful staff who is right down rude at times and small rooms with a matchbox tub. I will never stay here again. Who does not have free Wi-Fi for customers these days? Charging hourly rates to use the internet in what is suppose to be a business friendly hotel is insane. To top it all off, the water pressure is non existent and the plumping barely moved. Oh, and I should also add that the pillows were lumpy and extremely uncomfortable.

This place is fantastic! I can't recommend it highly enough. The staff was wonderful; Tricia in The Marketplace was especially helpful and courteous. The pools speak for themselves. Look no further for your Orlando accommodations.

Stayed here for a conference. Nice views, and the room was decent. Didn't really spend much time in the hotel, but nothing stood out. Fine for what I needed.

Very disappointed we have stayed here in the past and always loved it. We had problems with areas being clean, and once they were told about didn't seem to really want to take care of it. I think that the management has changed at this location. On the plus side most of the staff was very friendly. But when you pay for services a smile can't make you dirty experience by the pool exceptionable.

The hotel executive lounge was very accommodating to our gluten-free guests. Once we told them our needs, they were quick to obtain and offer selections tailored to our diet, and even picked up some almond milk for one of our guests who couldn't find it locally. The lazy river was relaxing (depending on the time) and the quiet pool was a great option when the river got loud. The fire pits were wonderful for relaxing late night. The only problem we encountered was that one day our towels were not replaced. One phone call to guest servicesw promptly remedied the situation. It was a much better experience than we had the previous year at the Peabody! We will definitely be staying here again.
