Nice view and room. Great place to stay very nice people.

Filthy carpets. After showing my grandchildren’s feet were filthy. After contacting Hilton corporate the hotel would not call me back even after directed by Hilton corporate. They offered a $68 credit. I had two rooms with absolutely filthy carpets. I was just gonna let this go. But after the hotel didn’t care enough to contact me back on multiple occasions I feel it a duty to show you what happened at the Doubletree by Hilton Orlando Sea World. In January I booked two rooms next to each other at the hotel. My grandchildren got out of the shower and were running back and forth in front of the beds. The bottom of their feet show how filthy the carpet was. This was after getting out of the shower and playing fir about ten minutes on the carpet in front of the bed. Watch the video to see how filthy the carpet was. I sent a letter to Hilton. I was furious when I saw their feet. Totally sucked all the fun out of the vacation. Hilton said the hotel would call me. They never did. So I resent the letter. Hilton apologized and said the hotel would contact me. They didn’t again. So I resent the letter. Then Hilton said the hotel would give me a $68 credit. And still no call from the hotel. I told em to keep the $68. The name of this hotel is Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at Sea World. Stay away from it. Not only was it filthy, they don’t care to even call you back. Totally unacceptable. I also have a video of how filth the carpet is but it’s not posting for some reason.

If you planning an event you have to choose doubletree at seaworld, great service, great environment.

Unfortunately after a three day stay, I had approximately $3400 in unauthorized charges attempted to my card (5-6xs the amount of my actual stay). Despite my credit card being charged the full amount upon check in, the staff decided to attempt to charge on my debit card 6xs in different increments ranging from $800-300 over the course of 3 days. When I called to inquire about this situation I was faced with with a rude “manager” that changed her name from the initial answer to when we hung up. She actually insulted me for not catching these attempted fraudulent charges earlier and told me I have no right to file a police report that this is a computer issue not a staff members’ wrong doing. Thankfully I did not loose any money in this situation but I wanted to share a review to give people a heads up. I called my bank & cancelled my card. The bank was able to share the dates, times, amounts attempted. My son noticed there have been other similar situations that others have written reviews about…. Definitely more than a “coincidence”.

Rude staff, rooms musty, make sure your guest aren’t fluent is Spanish before you you start speaking it. I have stayed at Hilton Hotels for 15 years being military and this has been the worst experience ever! Make sure you suggest the continental breakfast and no pineapple is not part of it, I learned the hard way as my kids wanted a slice of pineapple and was told that was NOT part of my breakfast. I told him to take it away before I was charged the full amount.

We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving meal at Laguna Restaurant at the Doubletree Seaworld. It was delicious and service was impeccable. Thank you to the executive chef, the sous chef, line cooks and our amazing server Victoria from Venezuela. They had turkey, ham, chicken, salmon, stuffing, potatoes two ways, gravy, cranberry, rolls three ways, pies, cakes, salads, soups and more for only $35 for adults, $15 for children and free for under 5. AND they validate parking and give you 15% off for advance reservations. We’ll be back!

It’s absolutely incredible loved the pool and the gym is amazing especially having a Peloton bike made it more awesome if they get a peloton treadmill even better loved the bar and restaurants are wonderful.

Lovely staff but avoid staying here. The rooms are extremely damp and require humidifiers. 2nd night of my stay and not even a week in Orlando for my honeymoon I have fallen I’ll due to the damp yet Hilton will not offer a refund. Stick with Disney or Universal.

It was just what the doctor ordered. Lots of fun, great food. The hospitality was awesome. I will be back.

I am here for a work event. Great spacious rooms, but I am going to need more of the staff speaking English.

The hotel really needs to work on customer service I’ve had such a bad experience at that hotel I don’t know if I would recommend anybody to stay there. I asked for Security to come that I needed to speak to someone and ask for them to send any manager they possibly could see incident happened at approximately 12:00 PM and I stayed in the pool area until 7 PM and no one showed up very irresponsible of the hotel. 

Dirty rooms. Carpets were disgusting and smelled like mold. Never again.

The lobby was beautiful then you get to the rooms and you face the Dumpster and trash the room is super outdated and smells. They are horribly outdated! It was terrible the seaworld I don’t get why they call it this at all! They charged me for stuff even though my receipt says otherwise. Checking in the staff is all nice when you want to check out it’s a totally different story. Refund me back what you are not supposed to have charged me never again will I go there.

The grounds were nice, but the room left a lot to be desired. The vanity lights wouldn’t stay on when I flipped the switch, so I had to try a few times before they would work. Also part of the AC unit was broken and just sticking out from the bottom. And I almost stepped on a worm because it was the same color as the carpet. This was room in case anyone from Doubletree sees this. On the plus side, the lady who checked me in was very nice. I’m glad I only had to stay for one night though.

This hotel is one of the best ever I’d recommend to anyone. I will be using them more when I visit Orlando.

Wonderful experience just steps away from Seaworld! Save on that parking. This hotel had great rates.

This hotel was a joke and was literally the worst experience we had while on our vacation. We were promised free breakfast and parking but didn’t get either. Parking for Villas 18 were a joke, just a gravel area with the sprinklers going off in the morning to get you wet. Hotel room door had a huge gap in it even when fully closed, we had to cover it with a towel. We had to call hotel security every night for noisy rude neighbors, they literally told us the first night that if it continued they’d call cops on them but never did…. One night was so bad I ended up having a massive anxiety attack. Our neighbors response was “well maybe they shouldn’t be on vacation maybe they should’ve stayed home” Hotel gave us a $30 dollar credit, so went went and got pizza on-site and told them to use the credit but we still got charged for the food 😡 Pool was super dirty as well All we got from staff was an “I’m sorry” But sorry doesn’t cut it when we were lied to about amenities and had to suffer the whole week because of your false promises. (Can post pictures if need be, as they are on my dads phone, but picture below is literally your website claiming Free breakfast)

Had a wonderful friendly company from Mr. Ducky during my early morning coffee at the pool on day. It was so beautiful watching him swim and walk around me quacking away. ☺️

The staff and service was great. Me and my girls had an awesome time staying here and we will be coming back. I give them a 10!

This is just nasty. Came to my room after watching the Super Bowl and this is what I found in my bed. I have been calling the front desk for an hour. I called reservations and they too were calling. No answer. So I walked down to the front desk and spoke with the manager and 40 mins later NO NEW SHEETS! I will not be staying here any more. Please check your beds!

I have always loved staying at DT locations but this location was nothing short of a nightmare. Our room smelled like mildew something terrible along with sticky carpet. Our door had to be shoved closed in order to shut all the way. No room service which I could've delt with had they allowed Door Dash to deliver to my room but I was told this was against company policy. There was mold on the ceiling of my bathroom. We we're only given two towels for two people on a three night four day stay and when asking for more no one ever came to bring them. I could keep going but I think you get the picture.

Horrible parking! and charges $21 per night for parking as well as other hidden fees. For 5 days I paid $900 in fees completely not worth it and had to ask for a microwave even though I already paid extra to stay in the tower.

Location, quality service, great breakfast, market place with Starbucks, three nice bars.

Someone in housekeeping stole my cosmetic bag that was accidentally left behind the door. Instead of telling me, they gave me the run around in hold multiple times, no calls back as promised. No response from housekeeping manager or hotel manager. It has been 6 days of phone calls and no answers. Housekeeping was terrible the entire stay as well. Had to request towels repeatedly. There were never any towels at the pool. Charged for breakfast even though we had credits as gold honors members. Seriously considering switching away from our loyalty to the Hilton brand. Seems like every hotel is understaffed and employees are not trained. This stay was a massive disappointment and we will never be back.

Very nice hotel. But the people at the front desk were too stressed and have the worst service ever.

Room was very dirty, no towels in room upon check in — no one ever answers phone at front desk. Entire property is dirty. Great location, but needs a makeover. Even during covid — rooms were not clean. Would not stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and modeled safety protocals compliant with CDC COVID19 measures. I had stayed here a couple times before and was a bit nervous about traveling during the pandemic. My only dissapointment was that many guests clearly did not appreciate this. Great job to front desk, servers, bartenders, and housekeeping! We will be back again!

TERRIBLE customer service and they don’t answer the phone at the front desk. Grandson got sick in our room and they refused to give us clean bedding. My daughter had to March down to the front desk and throw a fit and then they gave her one top sheet and a thin blanket. They slept on a bare mattress. For two days we’ve asked for our room to be cleaned and it still hasn’t been and that’s after visiting the front desk several times. Awful for the amount you pay each night.

Great rooms great prices and convenient location for sea world.

This place is a scam. Paid 160 for 2 nights… already charged… now theres 3 pending charges of 40 dollars each! no free breakfast. They ask for your room number and charge u for there "free" breakfast. House keeping knocked on our door telling us we needed to check out but we still had 1 night left. If u go on the weekend theres no parking and they charge u 15 a night to park lol. Its a joke.

Excellent location. Clean rooms. Beautiful grounds. TONS of things for kids to do. Amazing pool bar. Heated pools. Friendly staff. Very clean.

Calm and quiet… not crowd.

We have stayed here many times but as of last night, that will be it. Cancelled out the rest of our reservations. Front desk staff and hotel guests weren’t wearing masks appropriately and dirty linen and trash was piled up in a heap near our room entry. We did tell the nighttime manager but just in shock over the situation.

The way the Employees treat you! Its the closest to feeling like you are at home but with really nice luxury. Amazing staff, pet friendly and the rooms was fresh cant even tell pets been in the room. This place is just Fantastic and the Beauty of the landscape. You surely will not be Disappointed.

This hotel was highly recommended by friends for our first trip to Orlando. The front desk had no towels or cookies. We also had no hot water in our room. When I called to report it I was told to call back later. The hotel is beautiful but we were very disappointed considering how much we paid.

Had a training event at this wonderful property a couple of weeks ago and everything went incredibly smooth! The staff was super pleasant and accommodating. Damian was such a pleasure to work with and took care of my group! Hope to come back!

I typically love coming here. I actually just deleted my last recommendation of 5 stars. It’s my birthday week and I just needed to get out of the house. I called ahead and asked if the pool was open they said one is. Great! I came and the pool is nasty, bugs, dead frogs and algae is all over the pool. The music was religious based playing loudly about how we are all sinners. This is just disappointing. I paid with a hold of 277. For the visit. Definitely not happy and not sure I’ll ever be back. I run a restaurant and we are still maintain cleanliness especially now.
The room water smelled like egg sulfur. Even when you flushed the toilet. I had a manager call me named David who was very condescending. He was like we waived your parking fee for the inconvenience. When we had checked in the guy told us he was already doing that as a courtesy. When I told David he stated that, yeah you were being charged parking so we took it off as if I was lying. I’ll never visit again. Rooms are outdated and couches have rips and the rugs are stained. Get it together. Lost a loyal guest due to this.

We absolutely love this hotel! We are staying in September this year and it will be our 5th time to Florida and 5th time at this hotel — we wouldn’t even consider any other hotels! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and you can be sure you always get a friendly smile and welcome when coming back from a busy day at the theme parks close by or the shopping outlets! The warm cookie on arrival is to die for! We were caught up in Hurricane Irma in 2017 which was an extremely scary situation for us coming from the UK and not being used to such weather but the staff were brilliant in keeping everyone calm, entertained and informed. We felt very safe despite everything going on! Can’t wait to return and would not go anywhere else! 5 stars from us!

This resort is really family friendly and customer oriented. I wish I could remember all of the names of the staff that we encountered. The recreation department did a fantastic job with holiday activities for the children. Laura and Melaney made sure that each child was engaged and the parents were involved too. Highly recommended.

We absolutely LOVE this hotel. Our recent stay in the Presidential Suite was a real holiday treat… along with the amazing staff and out of the world DoubleTree cookies! Happy holidays everyone from The Sinclairs.

My family and I spent 14 blissful days here and couldn't find fault with anything, this place is amazing, staff amazing, pools amazing, food and drinks great.
The rooms are plenty big enough, not much time spent in them has to much to see and do.
One my my favourite things to do while I was there was to go and sit by the fountains very early in morning with my morning coffee listening to the frogs and watching the frogs and squirals scampering around absolute bliss… but not matter what time it was staff was always already there getting things sorted for the day ahead, cleaners, gardens, restaurant staff…
Can't recommend enough one the nicest, cleanest and safest places we have stayed has a family… Hats off DOUBLE TREE everything your doing your doing right xx xx KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Hotel was ok. Low three star property gardens in poor condition. Bathrooms very small and claustrophobic. Unfortunately breakfast staff unfriendly really let the property down. From restaurant front of house to waiters. They never really engaged after repeated visits. Our name not remembered over a two week period by same staff. No social engagement even on a basic level. Vacation are made from these small touches. Not what I expect from Doubletree as I have stayed a numerous other DoubleTree’s properties.

We stayed there with our 15 months old baby. Rooms was spacious and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are visiting Seaworld.

Fantastic couple of days here! Staff were only to happy to help with anything that we needed. Pool bar stays open late. And the food is great would highly recommend to anyone traveling to go to the parks as its close enough to everything thank you.

Friendly staff, nice spacious room, upgrade due to our 25th wedding anniversary, although this is a disabled room with wet room it is very good, the standard in Orlando can be poor, the lobby is very impressive and pool area is nice, restaurant good and good service
Only complaint would be a lot of “ locals here for conferences etc partying late and loud.

The conference rooms were located right in front of the hotel. Everyone went to lunch all at the same time and the on site restaurant served a salad bar and hot buffet we were all in and out in an hour. Everything went smooth. A great hotel centrally located in the state to hold an event like ours!

Greeted by a lovely front desk agent who was proficient and quick. The room was very comfortable despite it being quite far from the exit. Maid service was awesome and very consistent. The only flaw of the entire experience was parking. We had to park at least 250 feet from our room in building 13. I just don't see how this is acceptable, people come to Orlando and walk all day long. When I get to my hotel I shouldn't have to walk a mile to get to my room.

The thrifty car rental at the hotel is non existing and leads you to believe they rent cars. The morning buffet cook at the omlette station is rude and tells everyone to come back in three minutes. The restaurant was already open. She did this for four consecutive days. The restaurant staff stands around and does not service customers. There was only one employee that was hustling to wait tables. Housekeeping never removed used glasses at from the restaurant and would stack them at the sink. I would not stay there. I complained to the restaurant manager and her response was; I have been here for only 2 weeks I am still evaluating. Really!

Great location with great staff. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and courteous. Hotel rooms were clean, pool and hot tub open late. Tons of food options in the area, Orlando Premium Outlets a short 10-15min walk, 5 min drive away. Was perfect for visiting Universal. Literally sitting outside the entrance and they offer free shuttle services to and from. Just be sure to book in advance. Disney has a shuttle but is a $16 round trip per person. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

My sister booked our room here for a long weekend for our Disney trip back in April 2018. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay, near a number of restaurants and within walking distance of SeaWorld in Orlando. The only issue we had was checking in. We we're not able to check in until after 3pm I believe (problem #1). Realizing that, we spent a little time checking out Disney Springs nearby, had an early dinner and decided to check in shortly after 5pm. It took us over 3 hours to get checked in. A very large group of people (who were going to a family event) arrived roughly at the same time and halted check-in for many other people. After almost 3 hours, one of the people managing the event and who was not employed with the hotel, started walking up and down the line asking everyone if they were there for this family event. Anyone who was not going to this event was led towards the front and placed in a second line so that hotel services would be able to get them checked in as well since their event had slowed things so badly. As stated, this was done by someone managing the event, not a hotel manager or service representative (problem #2).

It is a beautiful place. The hotel is cozy. Gave it 4 stars because it doesn't have a fridge. Which is important when you are staying at the hotel for a conference and don't have time to go out. The chairs at the conference center are a little to small. They are not to comfortable to be sitting for hours. The day that we stayed the systems were down and we were in line for hours. They immediately started to give out waters and cookies. Which was very nice of them.

Beautifully appointed resort. I can’t comment on guest rooms as I was attending an event at the complex. However I can state that I found the signage to provide directions from the main lobby to the event space difficult to find. The actual space though was comfortably cooled with rest rooms close by.

We enjoy our visit to the DoubleTree. Everything was extremely clean, decorated beautifully, and very accommodating. We visited the restaurant/bar area, the atmosphere is elegant but yet comfortable. Our Bartender gave us service that was to the highest level. We ordered the wings which were impeccable, they were large, tender and seasoned perfectly, the best we think we have ever had and the sweet potato fries were prepared exactly as ordered. We will definitely visit again since we live in town.

Decent hotel. But there are 2 parts. One that's very nice and other that has hotel quality s. They don't tell you that 20 a day resort fee per day. Good location super close to see world and international drive. I go to Orlando alot live 3 hours a way. Maybe go 6 times a year. Not the worst hotel by any means. Paid 94 plus tax plus sneaky resort fee.

Decent space, close to the convention center. Staff is friendly. Beds are comfy. The ac unit makes a ton of noise turning on and off during the night making it hard to sleep. Tried calling the front desk but never got anyone to ever answer. For cost, I feel the rooms could be better or at least upgrade the AC unit and maybe have a frig.

Derek was our bartender twice, and was great each time. Love this guy. Very knowledgeable about booze, very kind, a great guy. Great bartender and was so kind to us on our honeymoon. From Washington D. C. Andriana at the front desk was also fantastic. So good to us on our honeymoon. Love this hotel to death.

Nice motel… outdoor motel. Rooms were decent. Grounds were nice. Pool towels were micro chiped. Very weird. The $20 per night resort charge needs to go away… I try to NEVER stay at a hotel with a resort charge.

Hotel is beautiful. Very clean rooms. Was in a wedding there recently. The ceremony was in an outdoor pavilion in front of a new fountain. The area was recently redone and has several fire pits with seating. Great place to lounge with a few drinks. The hall used for the reception was very updated & spacious. Most hotel staff were friendly & helpful.

DoubleTree by Hilton has two different types of units to stay in. They have the towers and they have three bedroom suites in the towers and regular queen queen beds. The rest of the property is two-story stays with two bedroom suites in the 100 building. I've stayed in both unit types and they're very nice. The property has three pools outdoor ping-pong tables, putt putt golf and a outdoor pool table for free. They have a lot of units that face the parking lot in the other side of the unit faces the garden are the pools.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at. Although starting out was a bit challenging the day I checked in (I won’t go into detail) the hotel made sure I was satisfied to the fullest & I was. Rooms were clean, I slept like a king, staff & management treated everyone well as if we owned the place. Will stay here again & recommend anyone do as well. Try it once

Very nice hotel with lots of amenities. The room was very clean and modern. All of the staff we experienced were kind and went out of their way to help. They have two heated pools that kept the kids occupied while parents drank at poolside bar.

Yes ma'am for a fabulous experience. I'm so pleased with everything top to bottom this place offered. Great accommodation for anyone staying in the area. The entire staff from the front desk to the bar to the coffee girl were outstanding. I definitely want to stay here again.

My wife and I have not even checked in yet, but I wanted to share the courtesy and professionalism with which this hotel accommodated us. I was calling to report that we would not be checking in tonight as scheduled as we had missed our flight after an hour-long traffic jam and would instead be checking in the next day, and we would be happy to pay for tonight as initially agreed — we simply did not want our entire reservation canceled. The Hilton employee graciously moved our reservation to the next day, a welcome but unexpected courtesy. They could have easily collected one more night of revenue but chose instead to view the situation from our perspective. We are most grateful.

Smells awesome upon entering. Nice staff and warm cookies. Room is quaint and what we needed and expected. Beds were decent and clean. However, cleanliness of the room could improve… we found moldy jelly beans under our beds, the shower drain was dirty and it didn’t drain very well, and there were hairs in the corners of the shower/toilet room. I didn’t enjoy standing in water while showering. The shower curtain was certainly not long enough, the bathroom floor was soaked with every shower. The water got nice and hot with great pressure though for both sink and shower. The sink was not very user friendly… it was very difficult to wash hands as the faucet is so close to the side of the bowl. The grounds were nice. Could use better upkeep of keeping trash emptied from the hallway trash cans. There is multiple places to lounge outside, which we thoroughly enjoyed. There are 4 sitting areas with fire tables and one of a fountain. Our youngest guest enjoyed the pool and said it was nice and warm. Didn’t reek of chlorine but it was nice and clear with a waterfall. There are two different pools but we only visited the one. The pool bar is nice, quite pricey, but we understand. We tried the restaurant on site but didn’t eat there, not going to pay $20+ I’m unsure about. The wait staff were very nice though. We were hoping for a mini fridge in the room as well but there isn’t one. Overall, we were very happy with the stay and would stay again.

Amazing experience. Very clean rooms and check in area. You even get free cookies when you check in, which is awesome! Beware that some buildings are older than others. My brother stood in a room the same time as me and his room didn't have a fridge or microwave, which my room did and was more up to date. Another downfall is they do charge a $15 fee to park along with a $20 fee for resort fees. Worth the price though!

I agree with most of the reviews I read. The rooms are old and run down. The carpets were not clean. They do not have a microwave or refridgerator in room. These are handy amenities and would be appreciated. However, I came here for the resorts and don't do anything but sleep in the room. The price I paid was very reasonable and we took advantage of the pools. They also give you a $5.00 credit for passing up a room cleaning. Thanks to DoubleTree for buying my Starbucks each morning.

Very nice hotel and close to Disneyland. It's a little old but it's good value for money.

Not quite to Hilton/Doubletree standards. Would give a 3.5 if I could. It’s a resort style set up with multiple pools and games which is nice. It’s nicely landscaped and the hotel lobby is well done however the general upkeep and quality of rooms is lacking. The price was reasonable but from the pictures on the website and reviews I expected more. In fairness I’ve stayed at almost 100 Hilton properties worldwide so my expectations are somewhat high.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The parking is terrible, then YOU get charged 14.00 a day to park your own car which it's not much space. Or you can valet for 22.00 a day. Also, if you stay in one of the two story buildings it's very loud in the morning. The cart they use to bring towels and change linen is very loud when the role it. The staff speak very loud to each other. Stay in the towers is much quieter. The front staff was nice and helpful, but if you call you may get a person name Regina. She is very rude each time I called. They do not need her answering their phones to talk. Other than that it's nice and comfy.

The hotel is very good.

A nice hotel but way overpriced. As a resort is it very nice and family friendly, but is starting to feel dated. The majority of the rooms are over 8 two story buildings, which are spacious but don’t feel very up to date and felt worn at the edges; the curtains were dirty and fraying at the edges. I did get a great cookie welcome and check in and check out was easy. For the proximity to sea world it was great!

DoubleTree by Hilton is fantastic. Great location, including a walkway to SeaWorld for easy and convenient access. The rooms are clean, and very elegant. The beds are comfortable and soft. But, most importantly, the service is top-notch. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for great service, and money's worth.

Poor rating because of the much too expensive taxis waiting with the hotel's toleration at the door!

Restaurant is OK but you can't expect miracles and have to bring some time.
Location is right next to SeaWorld and the Convention center is within walking distance of about 15min.
Beware of the taxis in front of the door. Mine did not take a credit card and wanted $60 for the trip to the airport.

Hilton prices with amenities of a comfort inn or a motel. No refrigerator, no microwave in the rooms, paint chipping off the bath tub. I booked this hotel after passing by and looking at the huge tower they have, but turns out they attract you with the tower but then they make you stay in their motel style older rooms which are in a dark and not so safe looking neighborhood. On top of everything The best Western right across the road from this location offers so much more with a far better room and amenities, more courteous staff and an awesome complementary breakfast. And all this for a much cheaper price.

This resort is wonderful. So close to anything you want to do in or around Orlando. From the moment you check in you feel so relaxed. The staff is wonderful. The room always clean and fresh. My bed was so comfortable. The restaurants have so many tasty choices. The gardens are well kept. Planning to come back again.

Your experience in this hotel depends on where you stay. Some buildings are older than others, and if you stay in one that is older, with less amenities (i. E. No fridge or ability to close off bathroom area from rest of room), then you might have a poorer experience. I stayed here with a group, and our company paid the same (to my knowledge) for all of our rooms, but I know for sure, by comparison, my room that I shared with a colleague was minimally adequate. We didn't have very much storage. We had no microwave, no fridge, and no way to have privacy at the sink area. Our other group members had all of these and updates that made the room much nicer. They were in building 10, we were in building 14. Also, all the rooms in these outer buildings open to the outside, and are not part of an "inside hotel" with a hallway. Our room opened to a dark sidewalk and parking lot. Didn't feel safe a couple of times, because we are so far from well lit areas and the main lobby area of hotel. Another negative was that there is nowhere to get good coffee or a quick breakfast in the mornings, especially if you were here for a conference at the complex across the road. In summary, be careful of which building they put you in, pack some breakfast snacks, and enjoy!

Great place to stay with restaurant on site and many amenities. The two to three story hotel rooms surrounding the main high rise building can use an update on the outside and parking lot area but the rooms are very nice and updated; only downfall was no fridge or microwave in the room. It was a busy time of the year due to the holiday season so I had to wait for one of my rooms longer than I expected. After speaking with them a couple of times, I was able to get the other room and for the inconvenience, they gave us complimentary breakfast buffet vouchers at the on-site restaurant which turned out to be one of the best breakfast we've had at any restaurant especially with the variety and quality of food, I would definitely recommend this place. I'm truly grateful for the young lady at the front desk that went out of her way to make sure I was able to get my other room in a timely manner after speaking with her.

I did not have a very good experience. We had booked a room in the DoubleTree hotel, and had confirmed it, yet, when we had arrived we didn’t get our reserved room. Instead, we had gotten a kind of condo/motel that was in a dark and shady area. My part of my family came consisting of 6 people and we ordered 2 room with 4 queen beds each, and they only gave us one room! It took us 2 hours to finally get a room that we were supposed to get. I recommend that the staff and everyone involved have better communication.

As I currently work here I want to give a brief review of the work environment: Excellent! All of the staff that I have been working with are genuinely caring and friendly, just great coworkers over all. There is great Inter-department teamwork which means you can trust other departments to help you with any tasks. The managers for each department are also very kind and comfortable, you can easily talk to them without trouble. I would highly recommend looking for a job in hospitality here :)

We stayed in this hotel for one night on an Orlando weekend getaway. It's a DoubleTree so right off the bat you know that it's a decent hotel owned by the Hilton chain. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were clean and organized. This particular DoubleTree has a large parking lot as well, so parking usually isn't an issue. The complimentary Wi-Fi that is provided in the room is decent enough for checking your email and social media accounts. Only complaint I have here is of the air conditioning unit they had in our room. I'm not sure if it was just our unit or not, but it was very loud and it would wake us up in the middle of the night. Apart from that, this is a good hotel to stay at if you're on a reasonable budget exploring the theme parks in Orlando.

Seas beautiful and spacious rooms. Very clean. Large pool complex and general entertainment available. Food is very good and own Starbucks in the hotel.

It's a much larger than any I had seen before. The campus is a bit spread out, but great for exercise. They also have a fitness center. The guest rooms are big enough. The decor is attractive. I had a friend staying in a room designed for folks with disabilities; it was amazing. The meeting rooms are user-friendly. The staff were very helpful. The on-site restaurant is nice, although pricey. There are several other restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. All in all, a very nice hotel.

Extremely good for families and very close to seaworld. Pools and free mini golf provide plenty of entertainment on site.

Friendly service. Nice rooms. The rooms seem recently updated and have nice wood floors. The whole hotel is laid out more like a resort. The pools are very nice and they have multiple pools for if you want a more family atmosphere or more party scene.

I love this place. I didn't have to leave the resort. It has everything 3 pools. Wonderful restaurants. Pool side bar. They had family activities, miniature golf, movie night at the pool. We were so pleased with the amenities that we skip the visit to Sea World. I am definitely going back next year.

For some reason, I really like this place. It's not the most glitzy hotel on International Drive, but it has an Old World Florida charm. The staff go out of their way to deliver great customer service. The Landscaping is well-maintained and the rooms are good value for the money. Lots of activities for kids to do while on vacation. Laying by the pool listening to 1970s music is priceless!

Just back from an amazing stay. We were there for irma and the staff were absolutely amazing! Workers out in dangerous weather conditions making sure our rooms did not flood and the next day the clean up was so quick! All staff are very friendly and extremely helpful bar the staff in the Laguna cafe which are letting the place down a lot! Very ignorant and lazy. Standing around chatting while bins are over flowing and floors and tables dirty. Chatting to eachother while serving customers and not a please or thanks out of any of the staff I dealt with and I was there several times. Other then that was very happy and would highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

Aside from no fridge in the rooms which was a very minor detail and not really a concern, this hotel was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating when a rather large family found themselves in a way of need in a very large way. All staff was beyond helpful and friendly in every way. Any other hotel Could be been cold and heartless but this one went above and beyond. Never in my life have I been more proud to see a group of strangers so helpful especially with the way some people conduct day to day life anymore. My next trip or Orlando will include a stay at this resort no matter the rate at that time because they just simply did what was the best for everyone. This crew didn't have to step up or go out of the way to help, but they did and it is VERY much appreciated.

I went here for a yearbook camp for the second year just recently. They are in the middle of construction so that was a bit of a problem for me getting to some places but other than that, I loved it. Good place for a yearbook convention like the one I attended. Rooms were nice, nothing too frilly or over the top but that was fine for me since I was basically only in them at night time to sleep or to pick something up I needed. Pretty decent customer service, nothing memorable but was helpful. Would recommend because it is a pretty good place to stay if you want to go to Universal or SeaWorld.

This property was very nice at the start. We had a eight night stay at the property. During this time our room wasn't really clean correctly every day they did not wipe down any counters or vacuum the carpet they just made the bed. And you could feel all the grit and sticky dirt on the counters. We called the hotel three times to talk to them about how our stay went and we get the runaround by three managers and no one really wants to help out. But besides the cleaning part our stay was great.

Clean, far from downtown but close to the parks.
Wi-Fi and parking not included in the price, which I find absurd, housekeeping service from eight and a half in the morning, impossible to sleep any longer.

I was on the 17th floor and the room was fine, no problems and clean. It was loud as hell and I heard a couple having sex next door to me. Not impressed with that. My mom paid for my hotel trip with her card and they said she needed to sign a card authorization release form, ok that's fine. Stop at my local fed ex before I took a plane to get there to fax over the form. Called them up and asked them if they received the form, they said yes. Got to the hotel after 5 hour flight around 11pm and saying that they couldn't find the form that I had faxed over. Beyond pissed. I was tired and freaking out because my other credit card was for emergencies only. I was kind of getting mad and yelled a little (lol) like I said 5 hour flight and I was tired and cranky. The manager was so freaking rude! She told me to be quiet and shape up. I called my mom and she got on the phone and told the manager that we faxed the form over and the manager kept repeating "ma'am please just confirm your card number over the phone and we will let her in" finally 11:30pm got my keys to my room. I asked to make sure if they had a complimentary free breakfast in the morning and they employee said no. I was so mad and asked about a shuttle to get to seaworld he asked me did you make a reservation for a shuttle, I said no. He says I have to give them 24 hour notice! Get real! I just walked to Seaworld myself and took me 10 minutes.

I usually do not post any comments on these websites. Although we absolutely enjoyed our stay, we encountered a situation. We spoke to the Restaurant Manager, Angel Martinez, and we explained to him what had happened. Angel went went far and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. He fixed the issue and made sure that not only we were satisfied, but to also make sure that we will return. I've never experienced a manager to go this far to make sure that we leave happy. He absolutely 100% took his job very serious. Not everyone takes their job seriously. So, I wanted to leave this comment and hopefully, he's able to read this. The rooms are spacious. They are clean. The staff is nice and they all have great attitudes. The pricing is fair for a very thing you get. I definitely would stay here again.

My friend was in from out of town and was staying here. Him, some more friends, and I hung out at the bar in the lobby and at the Crazy Squirrel. Matt and Nicole took care of us at the bar and Chris took care of us at the Crazy Squirrel. Their excellent service and great personalities really made for a wonderful experience with my loved ones. I especially appreciate Chris showing me that I could have options such as fruit with my bbq burger. He had mentioned it because I balked at the french fries and said that he commonly ate fruit alongside meal choices such as this himself. I didn't see it as a choice at first until that happened and until he kindly pointed it out to me on the menu. Thanks Doubletree for allowing us to celebrate our personal yearly tradition of friendship at your establishment!

The entrance is a bit difficult to find, but that was because the GPS wasn't sure where the entrance is. The room was lovely, opening the door and being straight outside was brilliant, it felt so resort-like and relaxing. The connecting doors between rooms has poor soundproofing, but on the side without connecting door, the soundproofing is great. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the warm cookie you get on check in is lovely!

Good service, everything was very clean. Perfectly located between all the places to which we needed to go. Totally recommend it!

Nice and clean rooms. At first the 3 rooms we booked was incorrect to what we had reservation for but the staff was quick on the fixing the situation with smiles. Having to pay 18$ per night to park my vehicle seem to be unnecessary should have been included in the price of the Hotel. Overall stay ok not too impressed.

Cru has their leadership conference here each Feb. Over the last five years I have has a great experience each time. I enjoy the rooms in the Towers the most. They are constantly improving guest services. Wi-Fi has been the most notable improvement in the last two years.

It is a very good hotel, and with a lot of attention, super.

We had a room in the tower, which is newer than the outlying buildings. Our room was nice, pretty modern and clean. The service from the staff was good, most were friendly and helpful. The pool areas are nice, the main one has a decent pool bar to hang out at. We are at this hotel frequently for conferences and they usually do a good job. Right next to Sea World, and close to Disney and Universal. Lots of restaurants and attractions on I Drive, I'd recommend this place.

It was a fantastic visit. My brother bought a bottle of champagne and we celebrated because of how wonderful the hotel was. Pools were great and it is so close to Sea World that I could hear people screaming on Kraken. Location is perfect as well to all I drive amenities. Staff was exceptional and kind even though my brother was rather rowdy most of the time because he was enjoying this hotel so much. The place to stay on International Drive when visiting sunny central FL.

I went to a activity of my company and the facilities were in perfect order and clean. The service was spectacular.

We had a delightful stay. Check-in was quick and courteous. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. We did find the walls to be a little thin. Either that or our neighbors were especially loud. The pool was fantastic. Very clean with waterfalls and tropical plants that gave it a great ambience. And the poolside bartenders made extraordinary, and quite strong cocktails.

Been here twice for a convention. They do a pretty good job but we had some issues. Lots of flooding when it rained and some bug issues. The buffet dining is sad for the price but the deli is good. Staying in a tower room means long waits for the elevator at times.

This is a large hotel complex with rooms located on different parts of the property. My wife and I stayed there after getting a deal through Priceline. The hotel looked beautiful online and in person was nice as well however our room was located in an older looking building with our door on the outside. Some people feel less safe when their hotel door is directly outside so just an FYI. The location was near I-4 right by Sea World and convenient to many local spots. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. No complaints here.

The room is very nice and clean. Our room has wood flooring, granite countertops, fridge, and microwave. The linens and mattresses are great. I would recommend a first floor room by the parking area. This is an oversized property. The on site Starbucks was very convenient. I even utilized the service of the UPS store. There are three pools and a tiki bar for entertainment. The list goes on. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the resort fee.

Great Hotel! One of the reasons why I loved it was because it is close to Sea World and about 10 min away from Universal Studios. Nice Rooms and Pools! I would reccomend anyone to come this Hotel.

The first is that you rent this place by believing in the picture of the internet or be in a Hotel and what made it worse was that the room was MOTEL-style, an awful room, we belong to the Hilton Honors and went on to claim that rent and, on top of the deal was terrible, as people are Racist, we complain about the quality of the room and it was as if we did nothing, and then neither of us wanted a room in the Hotel tower, until approached by a Spanish-speaking person that we offered another room with a fridge and microwave for 15 dls more per day! It is horrible to stay here, never we had happened something like that, I would NOT RECOMMEND IT for nothing and no breakfast included, $115.00 night, when hotels lower price in conditions far better than this place. Not RECOMMENDED, to Book in other place, not stay here in the world !

This could of been a five star review. Rooms and property are great! Staff nice contractors romedeling the property @ 7:30 in the am drilling and moving heavy tool boxes across the floor made this family get away the last thing we remember about the double tree resort. Asked for a late check out and the house cleaner comes by at 8am. Front house manager lacks empathy when saying sorry! At least pretend like you care customer service is free!

This property was taken over and is under new ownership. Was there recently for an event and their service is horrible. Food orders are not accurate and the service is slow. The front desk doesn't give you the right room. The overall attitude of the staff is they don't care and this is probably because the new owners are screwing them. This is the hotel to avoid in Orlando. Hoping the event does not go back next year.

I booked this hotel for two nights, thinking it would be a nice weekend getaway. I was hoodwinked into thinking I would be staying in a hotel when, in fact, we ended up staying in a motel out back. If I wanted to stay at a motel I would have booked a room at motel 6. At least they don't charge $18/day to park in front of their crappy motel.

If you are looking for a Hyatt or other high end experience, you might be disappointed here, but for what it is they do a great job. The place is sprawling and a bit older but well-maintained, and the staff was great. I was staying here for business, but wouldn't hesitate to vacation here if I was looking for a facility of the type. Just a short walk to Seaworld, and the trolley to the I-Drive stops right out front. Bottom line for me here is customer service was great, making my stay enjoyable.

They totally baited and switched us with our room. We got convention rates for their high-end hotel choice and what we ended up with is a MOTEL with a handicapped accessible room that looks like a hospital room! We ask to change and they originally told my husband they couldn't help us. I walked to the lobby (1/4 mile away) and they finally, with major complaining, switched our room to not much better. It took over 1 1/2 hours to change our room and still got a second floor MOTEL and had to haul our bags up a flight of stairs. This is a total scam. We planned on combining the convention with celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. They switched is from the Hospital type room to a room with two double beds. Yay. Also, the girl at the front desk was condescending when I left my purse in the car and didn't have my drivers license but just my business credit card. Please avoid this place at all costs! As a side note the bellman was super nice and felt bad for us. Also, no fridge in rooms for $140 a night and our view is the parking lot on the first floor? Are you kidding me?

The Tv in my room did not work and they changed it 3 times. The hotel felt breakfast was a substitute for not having a proper working room. Little did I know the TV was never going to be able to be repaired and they thought that that breakfast was enough to takeo care of not having a TV the entire stay. AlsoLocation. Convenient to all the major attractions. But.

I have stayed here several times, and each time was a treat. The staff is excellent, rooms are comfortable/clean. Lots of space, and rooms are insulated enough to keep out noise from rowdy neighbors. 4 star in my opinion! Great place.

Disappointed : hidden charges. Stayed in better hotels for less. Priceline sells it cheap and after hidden charges it becomes expensive. Small shower and old towels. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

For $110 a night memorial weekend not a terrible place to stay. 20 minutes to the parks and cool setup on the hotel grounds. 3 pools, very kid friendly and not a bad place for adults to have a cocktail and relax. Room is nice with a large loveseat sofa and king bed (no fridge or mircowave on base rate) however the bathroom could do with a modern update. Our bathroom in bldg 8-10 had some mildew on the tiles (white dated subway tile). The celling has a large brown circle above the toilet, most likely damage from a leaky toilet above. The hotel should probably replace the drywall at least. My biggest complaint is the odd smelling water, taking a shower makes you gag due to the smell. The hotel should look into installing filters at the faucets, I'm betting old pipes are to blame.

This hotel is OK. The rooms are satisfactory although it would be nice to have a fridge. The coffee pot was dusty (ick! ) so I didn't take advantage of the free in-room coffee. The grounds and buildings are meh — not as glamorous looking as what's shown on their website. However, that's not surprising as hotels always look more fancy on the Internet than they do in person. The convenience store is incredibly expensive, but that's to be expected I guess. My only other negative is that this hotel isn't conveniently located by restaurants and convenience stores. There are two very average-looking places across the street but if you don't have a car, you have to walk across a busy 4-lane road. There's nothing else, really, unless you're willing to walk 20 minutes+ on busy roads. On the flipside, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The service at the Laguna restaurant is slow, but I must say the food is pretty darn good! I'd say the food (and staff) is the most positive aspect of this hotel.

Great service amazing staff from the manager to front desk to the housekeeping. Stayed here many times for business they are always accommodating. They are hands downs the best staff. Stayed at many hotels and high end resorts they could all learn from them. One brief example I have a laptop I only use on business I had left it behind when I checked out. I did not realize till over a week later that it was missing. They had not only found it but had it locked up in the safe when I called about it. I highly recommend you give them a try. Great location and great Resturant and deli. And the poolside bar is my favorite spot to just chill have a drink and have a snack to unwind great job guys keep it up.

Room was well equipped, staff are nice, hotel layout requires alot of walking but all in all a great experience.

It's k, the rooms don't have a microwave or fridge and you have to walk to the lobby. Which closes at 12pm. Close to major attractions. The maid got confused with the room numbers and accidentally opened the door. I was particularly dressed. The maid was completely apologetic. The parking is hard to find at night due to most of the guest returning from theme parks. Also I found the room had a funny smell. I tried to book an appointment at the spa the rep took 20 min to tell me they had no availabilities for the day. I would recommend another hotel. The picture they show you is the bigger hotel on property. Most likely you will be staying in the villa. Which is not that great.

Just Okay Not great, Not awful. Very dated. But never pay more than 160-170 here. There's many nicer places nearby for under 150.

Great place! Love the pool/bar area, the rooms are well kept, pretty much always stay here when in Orlando! and you can't beat the COOKIES! :D.

Simply OK. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms are tired, AC units make noise through the night. And, they have some unpublished/un-posted policies which you need to be aware of if a HH member (particularly breakfast do's and don'ts). Better option, and same rate, is the full Hilton a short walk away.

Having a fantastic time, staff have been brilliant. Well maintained and very clean. Great location. Best holiday we have ever had as a family. Will be sad to leave on Sunday.
