The water park was so much fun! With our 2 nights stay, we were able to get our 4 free tickets to the park starting first thing in the morning before we checked into our room on day 1. The large shaded area was perfect for my baby and wife to hang out while me and my older son went and had a blast in the playground section. You've got to be 48" for the really big slides which was a bummer for my son but that's understandable. Our room was really nice too, it was recently renovated and we were very comfortable there. We can't wait to go back!

This hotel has really great customer service, I have been here a several times and I have not had anything to complain about. The water park could use a remodeling like add new slides and stuff but its still fun. My kids love going here especially when they see one of the lifeguards named Danni. She always has a smile on her face and is also very vigilant. I know my kids are safe when shes around. Every time I go and shes there my kids have an absolute blast with her.

There are no curtains. It makes for a island ambiance. I like curtains. The room is clean. There's a coffee maker. I also found the refrigerator. The armoire is nice with a iron and board. The towels and wash clothes are changed every day. The door opens outside. No hallway. The pool area is nice enough that they are open to the public for a fee. It's shaded. It also has a few water slides if you are interested.

First impression is lasting! The front desk was efficient and friendly, George C. And Silva greeted us warmly as they answered my million questions being a first time visitor. Quiet very clean rooms with comfy beds made our stay perfect. The Lifeguards take great care and attention watching your little ones too! Being a local we can't wait to come back! P. S. You must have the surfer on acid drink its perfect while your taking in some rays!

Very disappointing. I reserved a "family friendly " room, pool side. (one room is pool side the other room is parking lot side) The room was in horrible condition. (Dirty, Broken AC, light bulbs out, missing shelves in the shower, wet spots on the ceiling, drawers that would not close, missing cabinet doors, and less than acceptable customer service. ) I witnessed a worker arguing with a guest about an issue with their room, instead of trying to remedy the situation they kept blaming the customer for the issue. The water park was closed 90% of my stay due to weather conditions, but when we were able to get into the water areas it lacked the glory the website pictures showed. The arcade was very nice and the guest pool looked nice, but the entire hotel is loud. We will not be staying here again.

The resort was a lot nicer than I thought it was going to be actually when I found it I didn't even know they had a water park there that's very nice. It has a restaurant inside of the facility it has a small bar for those who want to buy drinks. It has washing room. Their staff everywhere lifeguard to everywhere monitoring the children. There lots of them I think I remember seeing at least anywhere from like 7 to 10 of them. My daughter loved it is just was a very nice day and I would definitely return and recommended.

Clean room, friendly staff, places to eat, relax and of course, a water park. At first sight, you wonder if you pulled into the wrong parking lot. But you soon learn you did not. This is not a towering hotel with several floors. Just think Motel 6 with a water park in the middle. Outside of that, the place is nice. The rooms were clean and redone. The water park makes up for the odd layout and the staff are very friendly. The one thing that annoyed me was the different answers I would get on the resort fee and other things. It was like no one was on the same page. In addition to that, my group that I went with, we requested rooms close to each other so our kids could play. We were assured that was fine but we all ended up scattered. Anyway, the water park made up for everything and the kids had a good time.

Very nice place. The rooms could use some updating but all in all nice place. The water park in awesome for being at a hotel. There is another pool that is outside and it's heated. I recommend doing a time share tour to get the best rates. I got a decent rate online but heard the staff tell someone about the time share tour rate. Much cheaper.

The room was very bad. The Super small Fridge. Little Light. Q Not counting the carpet is black churro. We called the other day to arrive PQ at 3 pm had not been doing room service. We called back at 5:00.05 pm because they had not gone to make the Room. We called one last time at 8 pm and asked them to please q at least bring us soap because they were very small and clean towels and q believe Jajajaja I'm still waiting. There are more pleasant places to spend it in family Q Coco key. I'm Sorry but I don't come back.

Great location lots of thing to do in the area. HOTEL is self not so great lots of things not working pool not well maintained. The 3 slides was great we really enjoyed them, the food on site was great and well price. It's a okay place once over look all that's wrong. Hey kids don't really care about any of that stuff. Cause every where we look the kids was all having fun and that get a 5 star in my book.

Good service, only speak in English. It has a very nice water park for kids.

The room with bad smell and the carpet sees that they do not wash it in a good time. The answer to the needs of the room was lousy or nil. Very good water games. The service in the restaurant Excellent.

This is a nice vacation spot for someone with kids. This is our second time here & it was just as nice as the first time we came about 4 years ago. My kids really enjoy the waterpark & heated pools. I would recommend CoCo Key to anyone because its on International Dr. & EVERYTHING you can imagine is on this strip (walking distance). Try it out for yourself, you wont be disappointed. Oh plus the rooms are nice, cozy & clean & the staff is really nice.

Super horrible and I charged the hotel fee twice, one when you pay for the Internet and the second when I pass my card for the 50 fee for any problem, these did not charge because there was no problem in the room but if I charged 68 apart from what they had already cashed Or in my reservation, say that by using, your park, your parking and your Wi-Fi and in the reservation says it is Free. But I wrote to whom I responded and have not given me an answer, so that they are attentive and better rent in another motel, here you charge up to use their pools.

The room is clean and had NO issues. Beds were comfortable and my 2 bed room was spacious. I was nervous to try something new because you never know what you're going to get. There were no bugs or bed bugs which someone put in prior review. Rooms were cleaned daily. If you're afraid of being in a diverse environment that is FLORIDA Then this is not for you. It was safe… diverse crowd… busy and active during the day when pools and water park were active and quiet at night when it matters most. My kids loved the heated pools and the water park. I loved the convenience of having pool bars while kids swam. The location is convenient on international drive near a ton of restaurants and stores. It's about a 15 to twenty minute drive to Disney parks but we ran into spring break traffic. The water park has entertainment for all ages and is the highlight. Very laid back atmosphere with restaurants and grille area. This is a budget friendly option especially for families splurging on Disney trips. There is adequate parking. It's safe but I would've liked more lighting outdoors.

This was very cost effective for our family. The hotel had a lot to offer. The food was good, most of the staff was friendly, the pools and water park were nice. It's a quick drive to Disney and universal. The arcade was ok, about a 1/4 of the games weren't working. Our room was clean, but had some damages to the entertainment center and the wall heater. Our room was by the water park and it was loud. Aside from those few small things this was a great choice for our family.

Definitely worth it. Had a blast. Rooms were clean. Amenities were on point. The arcade had a lot of games that were down or took your tokens and didn't work. Also had a drink from the bar and it made me terribly ill. Overall totally worth and we will be back in May!

The hidden fees upon check in were the first nasty surprise the second was the $50 deposit. The hotel room we were given didn't have the role in shower we requested after a complaint we were moved to a room with a broken shower. The bathroom floor is uneven for no reason and is a real trip hazard. The rooms are very shabby and need of maintenance, there is paint hanging off of the ceiling and the light switch doesn't work. The pool out side the room has loud music playing until midnight so it makes sleep difficult. The water park is only for children and is 3ft deep. There is a large arcade for the kids next to the water park. The staff are rood and don't want to help and we have been made to feel really unwelcome. I will never come here again!

The hotel is older, but rooms were clean. Staff was nice. Lots of fun stuff for the kids. Multiple heated pools, water slides for all ages. Spent a week here and would do it again Only down side was resort fee. Thought all was paid when I booked and had a $170 unexpected fee at check-in. Cut into my spending money.

I loved the water park! They have water slides for small kids and also for bigger kids and adults. I only gave 3 stars because the rooms are not good quality and they have a lot of younger people who work there that are not kid friendly and rude! Our 1st room smelled like mold, so powerful we had to change rooms. 2nd room still had a small odor but it was bearable. Rooms are way too pricey for what your getting, I expected better quality rooms that smell good and clean.

I have a reservation for next week. Very excited I call to confirm Q all this well and the answer with little professionalism and grocera with me because I asked if someone would help me speak in Spanish. As I'm lunging to have booked there. That little education!

The water park had a good, but the room, the A/C and the bathroom was not worth it.

Great hotel. Water park was a blast — lots of supervision. Food is quick and easy — great service at the bar as well. Rooms are simple and kept clean. Pool and hot tub are warm and well kept. A great way to spend a day or two on business or in between park days. Also, close to lots of restaurants on Int’l Drive.

We had a very nice holiday! Beautiful place, large bedroom, friendly staff… Full lifeguards concerned at all times, sooo simpatico with children and adults!

Very nice. Water park was lovely; the kids enjoyed every bit. We had two rooms and because they double booked our room so we had to stay far from each other. Besides that, great time.

We were very excited to stay here! The rooms looked brightly colored and the water park looked fun from the pictures. We arrived at about 6:30 in the morning and they were able to get us checked into our room right away. Due to the unseasonably cool weather, the water park was closed our first 3 days. The regular pool was heated and opened daily. When the water park did open, it was operated in sections one hour at a time. The hotel offers shuttle service to Universal Studios. We found this to be extremely convenient. There are several morning shuttles to the park and even more returning to the hotel in the evening. Staff and shuttle employees were all fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. The reason I gave only 3 stars is because the room had cockroaches! Since we didn't have money to book a different hotel we sucked it up.

I was trying to plan a birthday party for my 5 year old. She really wanted a swim party. The party planner Deborah was awful. She behaved as if this was the only water park there is in Orlando. As she stated, "if you don't want to do your party there's a waiting list. " Waiting list for WHAT! A MOTEL with a water park?! Rundown and old property. She was not very accommodating and had a very matter of fact attitude. Deborah acted as if she was doing us a favor by giving us the off season discounted rate. I never asked for a discount, I didn't need one. I just needed the things I was asking for at the party. The stuff I was asking for was simple stuff. Like chairs for the parents to sit in the party room with the kids. She stated, "all we have is kids chairs". So the parents normally stand up for an hour while the kids party goes on? I find that hard to believe. She cost the water park a lot of business. I went to the Holiday Inn Water park Resort and they wowed us. The party was amazing and the dealing with Robert Soto who was the event coordinator was stress free and so smooth. All of the children's parents are booking parties now with the Holiday Inn water park.

There is a swimming pool and water park, very convenient location. You can get discounts in theme parks.

My experience with this hotel is great. Families traveling with kids beware there are no microwaves in the rooms. The biggest one being there are microwaves in the room. Secondly, parking at check in area. There were several cars/vans in that area that were parked making no room for through traffic. The rooms and bathroom were large and the layout was nice. The location is good for those who like to check out I Drive.

Rooms stink like mildew. Carpets make your feet black. Beds don't have fitted sheets. Bathrooms are not very nice. Kind of like blocks of motel rooms. The water park is decent. The arcade is ok. Lots of good dining in walking distance. I would not recommend unless you like a solid 2 star vacation.

The staff of this hotel was very friendly & service oriented. From the manager Gloria, to the back bartender Kras to the housekeeping to another manager who fixed our safe in 5 minutes flat. The rental car agent was friendly. And the manager of the on-site convenience store opened up his door for us after he was closed. Our 3 kids had a blast at the water park! Gloria allowed an early check-in for us, thank you. Gloria listened to our concerns & she really cares. She's a Blessing in the Industry. We would go there again. James & Jeanie.

We have stayed at many resorts and hotels in Orlando but by far the kids enjoyed this one the most. We loved the price, location, and the customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond for our request. I'm 8 months pregnant and sometimes I am hard to satisfy (if you ask my husband) so while I hardly feel like washing my hair these days I felt it was only right to pass on my experience. Thank you management and the guy who fixed our toilet (5 minutes after I told them about the problem). Thank you young lady at the front desk for bringing some plastic forks and spoons after the restaurant forgot to give us some for our to go order, even though I asked them twice. Pregnant with no fork for my salad and cake was no picnic so I really appreciated it! We will definitely be back. The kids loved the water park and we loved everything else! Thanks again.

The Hotel is very close to the Universal Park. Everything is regular… Less the water park that although small is three very good sectors. Regular cleaning. Modest room.

We stayed in a double queen water park view room. I always bring extra pillows since most hotels don't have the best but I was shocked when I walked in and each bed had 4 fluffy pillows! The room was clean and a. C. Worked great. Main pool is open until 10 pm which was awesome since the water park closes at 7. We spent the day at the water park and the kids had a blast but the water park is one reason they got 4 stars instead of 5. The main attraction is the water park but some of the stuff at minnow lagoon didn't work which my 3 year old was bummed since you have to be tall to ride any slides. My 5 year old had a blast and was able to ride most of the slides. But other water park allow my 3 year old to ride some of those medium size slides so I'm not sure why they have the height so high. Other than the few not working things and the height rules we had a great time. When my 3 year old is taller we will definitely go back!

The property has a nice water park, the rooms would need a ' freshen up ' but they are spacious. The user of the hotel is of medium low profile. Staff kind of pity they don't allow even paying to delay check out.

Super alternative to the big parks if you are looking for a fun refreshment. The safety regulations are, however, super-stupid … since you are not allowed to slip up with your child, our 2-year-old had to take the mini-slides and he is probably already used to completely different ones from Germany!

We always come here to get away with our kids. They enjoy & love being here. Not bad for the price either. Most staff are very friendly. I don't see why so many with bad review about this place. I have seen so much worse. Just wish the big pool area could be open longer.

My family loved staying here! The water park area and pool were so much fun; my daughter wanted to play here as much as she wanted to be at Disney! We would hurry back from Disney each night (a cheap Uber ride away, BTW) to cool off on the slides and in the pool! The rooms were nice and the lobby was well-maintained. You can walk to every food place imaginable for your meals. My only (small) complaints were the short wait we had for our room to be ready, and having to call the front desk a handful of times to get restocked on toilet paper when we ran out.

Should be zero. They are criminals. Kept recharging and changing pricing on my bank account. Woke up 3 days to my bank account in negatives after the bank fixing the issues each time. Havent been in the hotel for about 4 days and still messing with my credit card. Ready to press criminal charges! A million and one problems with that place and I promise to edit post and list long list of complaints (for example. Semen stains on sofa in room and a $15 hold on your money god forbid you choose to use your credit/debit card to do laundry). Busy busy atm. Just wanted people to be aware of their bank accounts if choosing to stay.

Went to the resort for the water park. I only experienced the indoor part. I was nice enough and my son enjoyed it. Most of the lifeguards were friendly and very vigilant. It was clean. If I have any complaints it would be the smell of chlorine. It was strong and you can smell in the courtyard area before you get to the pool area. Would go again.

How can I give this zero stars?! (1) The rooms are DISGUSTING. Smelly, dirty, unkempt, awful (2) the security is ZERO. We put up four towels in the blinds + the ironing board so there were no holes in the blinds for people to peek through. After (and during) business hours, people would be loitering in the parking lot, looking into cars and through windows. (3) The waterpark is a HUGE disappointment. I mean 2 of the large slides were out of commission, and the third was so outdated and unkempt that the cracks caused people to bleed. (4) I addressed my security concerns, and request to move hotels — and got NO WHERE. They didn't care. They didn't seem concerned. They didn't address anything. Nothing. Guys, save your money — and your kids being posted online though the people peeking in your window. We wouldn't stay here again if they PAID US. They need to be investigated and held accountable for their negligence and keeping their guests and staff unprotected. I feel dirty from being there even one day/night. TRUST ME, keep searching. There are a lot of really nice hotels around the area that are much safer and family friendly.

I went to this resort for memorial day weekend, worst experience ever. I gave my son a can of soda from my cooler so he can eat lunch after we checked out on monday. An employee named Hector came over and demanded for me to remove the soda from the table cause they didnt sell coca cola products, my son a 3yrd was eating hot dog and fries that I purchased from their restaurant. I celebrated my daughters birthday on saturday and no one said anything to me nor to my famaily that rented 6 rooms for the whole weekend. This guy Hector called security cause I gave an attitude bout removing my items from the table. The manager came and all he can say was leave or ill call orange county sheriff dept. Ived been there for 3yrs in a row cause its our fam vaca time. I wont ever go back to coco key nor let any of my family members spent a penny in this place. It was a family vacation and your not gonna let a 3yrd old drink a coke product. The only person that was calm and was very helpful was the security lady that came to us and calm the issue. Coco key gets no star from my family and me. Gotta get a new vacation resort to take my family to.

I learned today that relying on reviews isnt the right way to go. I was completely nervous booking after I read reviews on this place. Boy Im glad I didnt let the reviews fool me. My kids love this place. The staff is courteous and friendly. Something for everyone to enjoy. My kids had a blast! Rooms are clean and nice, tons of places to go walking distance. Great place, truly satisfied. Worth every penny!

I have to say… I was pretty nervous after all the reviews I read about this resort. HOWEVER… After our first day here… I'm am so happy we came… my daughters are having the time of their life! Everyone is super friendly from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. So excited for our next two days! Word of advice for others reading the horrible reviews… they aren't true. This is an awesome place for the family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Satisfied customer in room 3107

Staying for a family stay-cation. This place had been so fun for the family. Our 3 year old is having fun being able to do some slides here where at most waterparks the don't have much for little ones. The life guards have been great! Very attentive and engaged with all the kids. Rooms are pretty nice and it is worth the couple extra dollars to get the view of the pool or Waterpark! It is nice and convenient to have a pizza Hut and restaurant on site. The only thing we haven't been happy with so far is that the Waterpark is only open 11-5. With having Littles that take a nap it doesn't leave much time to do that.

As a Florida resident I was very excited to bring my two small children 2 and 3 to CoCo Key Resort. We reserved 2 rooms for two nights and paid good money on top of a resort fee. You staff was very friendly but Very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the pools (the hair, Band-Aids even found a disposable glove in the pool). For our 2nd day in Orlando we chose to go to Legoland Water Park.

Very nice hotel appearance, Make sure you request water park hours because it was always closed when we tried to use it. We purposely left universal studios early to make use of the water park and found it closed at 2:30 in the afternoon for a photo shoot… Found excessive amount of very small bugs in the washroom in our room. Wi-Fi is free ONLY for the first 24 hours! When any of our concerns were brought up at the desk, no offer for resolve was made. We left a day early so disappointed for our kids! Coco Key would absolutely not refund our last night so paid to stay at a different hotel anyway! Looks very good on the surface but I would definitely never stay at this resort again! Transportation to Universal Studios was only until noon. Go stay at Cabana Bay free transportation to Universal studios, customer service was top notch and way more bang for your buck!

Place sucks! First of all the water park is only open from 11am to 5pm the only pool that's open after that is the main pool and the pool is sooo small. The water is Dirty the hotel Rooms are Dirty is a run down Motel with a few water slides. This place is a nightmare. The front Desk clerk is so dumb can't even connect u to ur Friends Room. Was the biggest mistake of my Life coming here. Don't be fooled this place is not worth it. You pay Cheap u get Cheap.

I love going there. There always some one nice to meet and, some time I meet a new friend. There store is really good the price is right. I love going there so much im going there next month but, with my family. I cant wait.

Don't see how this place could get any stars but I am forced to in order to do the rating, as others have said the website looked nothing like the resort. The place is run down with no up keep, we should have gotten the Que when a very disgruntled guest in the lobby was complaining non stop. The whole place was dirty, it looks like zero upkeep although the room looked clean you could just feel the uncleanliness all around make your skin crawl. We booked the room for 2 nights but only spend one because of the grotesque atmosphere. The room was old and outdated, even the TV reception was poor. I didn't even ask for my money back for the second night because I know it would be a hassle. Any hotel (if you can call it that) you check into and they want all your money upfront beware! Would not return even if I was being paid to!

Should you model on the outside. On the outside it looks like a cheap engine but inside it is very nice.

I have stayed at the Coca Key Resorts 3 times My Family and friends, enjoyed. The Staff was very nice and gave us extra towels or cleaning of our rooms when needed by us. I rate this Resort on a scale of 1 to 10.10 is the best… I will visit every year We LOVE the water park, game room and computers in the lobby and outdoor pool…

It was awesome! Rooms very clean and fresh no ciggarette smell. Bed is very comfortable. Water park is nice and guards do there job. At all times.

CoCo Key is located right in the center of all of the amusement parks in Orlando. They staff was very friendly, and even when I got locked out of the room at 3am they were very kind to make me a new room key to get back inside. The rooms were very nice and the onsite amenities were great. The water park was very clean if I had kids and was looking for a fun environment to stay at a very great price I would definitely pick CoCo Key. I will stay there again when travelling to the Orlando area again. The only recommendation I would have for the resort would be to have larger sized towels to shower with. I'm not big by any means and I felt I didn't have enough towel to cover up or to dry myself!

This has been a horrible place. The fees that they don't tell you about until you get here are crazy. 1 is the water park. You have to pay no matter what. And the park has only been opened 1 day. But yet we are paying for it. Our room has mold in the bathroom. They are overpriced in their store. The laundry mat inside the hotel says credit card or quarters only. The credit card part doesn't work and there is no place to get the quarters. I am very disappointed in the place. The staff, well some have been ok, and others just plain rude. The housekeeping has been great. I will never suggest this place to anyone. The sad thing is I had 5 families going to come here on their vacations and I have since told them to stay away. Thanks for being a disappointment on my first trip to Orlando.

We kind of got stuck there. If u have small kids don't stay there. We also heard a car windshield was broken right near our room. Bad smell in bed, bathroom and furniture. Hotel staff just couldn't change our room. Shower didn't work. Towels stink. This is not a 3 star hotel. No one picks up if you call front desk. Pros — in a good location.
