I will never use anymore hotel in Orlando after me & my family stayed in this hotel! I’m giving it 9.5 out of 10! The 0.5 is the not so quiet air con! Otherwise the room is so spacious,, kitchen & bathroom is perfect! The beddings is so clean & comfy! Breakfasts is everything we can ask for! My kids truly enjoyed this accommodation! I will truly recommend to friends & family!

Very nice and very convenient to universal. Rooms were very spacious. Awesome breakfast buffet that was replenished often. Beds comfy and quiet! The last hotel we stayed at you could hear the noise from the road. This place was very peaceful. Onsite Laundry was helpful. Pool are small but adequate. Staff was awesome very friendly and welcoming. Extra towels were brought quickly. Coffee was available at coffee bar all day which included hot cocoa and tea. I highly recommend for family especially if you have 4+. Since pull out couch and two double bed rooms were very spacious.

Stayed at a hundred Residence Inns and this was the nicest. Only six months old so everything is new and beautiful. Staff was supremely friendly and helpful. Yes you can walk to Universal Studios. It's around a mile away and there's a sidewalk the whole way. A you walk there, stay on the sidewalk until it ends at the valet area of the park. The security check in there is less crowded so you'll get into the park quicker.

Room was clean, Beds were comfortable, the pool ran out of towels but were quickly refilled, the breakfast was pretty much the same as you will find at any other Residence Inn (the eggs are on the strange side texture-wise). The staff was great and very helpful (especially when finding good places to eat near-by). By far one of the better experiences we have had at a Marriott property.

We arrived late for check in and the front desk lady was extremely rude. She couldn’t open the door for customers who were struggling looking for their keys. She has an attitude problem the whole problem. As far the room was very nice and clean. I have stayed in many Marriotts before all over the world and I have yet to encounter an issue. Employees at the Marriott are usually extremely nice and attentive except this hotel.

Great value for the quality received. The hotel is located within walking distance of Universal if you don't mind a 1.5 mile walk. If that much walking isn't up your alley a shuttle bus runs to the park multiple times per day and night. There are also nearby shops and restaurants. The free breakfast is always welcome if basic. A decent size pool means there is room for plenty of guests without being elbow to elbow. The rooms include a comfortable king-size bed and a nice kitchen area including utensils and plates making it easy to enjoy leftovers from nearby restaurants (or if you bring your own food). The TV is on a swivel which allows you to view it anywhere within the room and Wi-Fi is free. The bathroom is roomy with a modern shower. Our entire accomodations were extremely clean. Would recommend.

This hotel was brand new without any problems. The rooms were very nice and clean, bathrooms are large, and nice shower. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen works well. Staff was very helpful, and service was also helpful, too! Location was very good, near Universal, and provides a shuttle to there and back! The grills were great, no problems at all. At the pool, it was very nice and cool, because we got rain anyway, didn't affect me from relaxing in the pool. The putting green wasn't even used during our entire 1 night stay, because there were thunderstorms. Breakfast was very good, near the lobby, but there wasn't any issues. I'll recommend staying here again!

Nice room. Well furnished. Good breakfast. Convenient coffee bar. Friendly staff. Great place to stay if you are visiting Universal Studios. They have a free shuttle to Universal Studios. They also have a Universal Studios ticket counter right in the hotel.

We have stayed at many Marriott brand hotels near Universal Orlando, and this one was, by far, the best! The hotel is brand new and very nice. The rooms are spacious and well appointed; very clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.
