Stayed for 3 nights for a conference. Very clean room. Staff friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the free breakfast was decent.

On July 20th I had the opportunity to witness the Deepak Chopra event, I was confused as in to where I can get a shuttle to a neighboring restaurant. A front staff desk Emilia greeted with me with disgust, she looked at me up and down as if It was a problem to come in to the hotel. I mentioned I wasn’t from the area and her body language confirmed that she can clearly see that. Im from the Winter Park area and this was my first interaction from someone from the Lake Nona area and I was angry that her unfriendly customer service can be so poor she made me feel uncomfortable and her short statements was very dismissive towards me! I just wanted to ask simple directions and from the tone of her voice and body language she wasn’t friendly and I clearly knew why because I may have looked different from the guest that comes to the area. She gave me the simple instructions and she couldn’t even say goodbye. Her cold customer service had me feeling embarrassed to even go to this hotel for directions. Yes I may not be a guess but I was lost and wanted simple instructions without being judged. I’m glad I wasn’t a guest because I would feel like I don’t belong. If this is how Emilia who is the first person you see greets people when you come in then I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one I know traveling to this area!

The Residence Inn staff are friendly from checking in, housekeeping and kitchen. The stay was for business purpose but family came along. Staff treated my children exceptionally well!

Very nice hotel! It’s new so there’s quite a bit of construction going on in the area, but the hotel is in a very nice area and in an ideal location to all of the attractions. Not too close to be in the busy traffic, but close enough that most things were a 20 min drive. Great hot breakfast daily, free parking, happy hour with free food and drinks, beautiful pool and patio area, & the room had everything you could need with a comfortable bed! My only con & reason I didn’t give 5 stars, was the bathroom. The shower was spacious and pretty, but the design (only a partial door) allowed for a daily huge water mess all over the floor after a shower. I literally slipped and almost fell 10+ times. The hotel provides bath mats but those do nothing to contain the water that sprays out of the shower. Multiple towels laid on the floor didn’t help either when there’s 4 people showering back to back, the the towels were soaked. I HATE wet bathroom floors so I mostly relied on the lobby bathrooms to handle all essentials outside of showering, which was inconvenient. I would still stay here again, very nice and beautiful overall,

I have stayed at many marriott hotels during my military career, however this will most definitely change. I only got as far as calling to reserve a hotel, explaining that it didn't make sense to split up a family of 5 with 3 small children into two separate rooms. I would imagine 5 adults would need to be separated but not a family. Before I finished my sentence, the reservations rep blatantly hung up on me. This is specifically exclusive to the Marriott in Lake Nona. Very disappointing. Nice way to treat a veteran.

Very nice hotel. Quality bedding and bathrooms, and each room has a kitchen area with a microwave, cutlery, and a refrigerator. Parking garage with plenty of spaces. Easy to access front Courtyard so that you can drop off any family members and bags right at the entrance. Dining options around the Hotel Plaza. Nice walking trails around the Lake Nona area. Not too far from everything Orlando. Walmart one exit away. Overall it was a great stay.

Service is always good. Comfortable and clean. Nice place to stay for business in Medical City.

Very friendly service and great rooms. Full-size refrigerator, kitchen, living room, and all the normal hotel amenities. There TV appeared to be a smart TV so you can sign into your streaming service. Unfortunately my stay was very short and we left before breakfast was served but the airport shuttle and free breakfast were welcome offerings.

The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are generous and feel homey — not sterile as can often be the case with a hotel room. Service staff was very friendly. Can't say much about the area because I was just there for a night before catching an early flight, but it is definitely a place I'd go back to.

Newer hotel in a growing part of the community, which is working towards a town center feel. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent location, quiet and clean. The room was beautiful, complete with a memory foam mattress, the best air purifiers, ambient lighting and other amenities that made this hotel an absolutely wonderful experience.

Stayed at this hotel due to proximity to the Orlando VA Medical Center. Rooms come with a kitchenette and a free breakfast. The rooms are clean and I recommend this hotel.

The Residence Inn/Courtyard Marriot in Lake Nona always has great service. I stayed here for Hurricane Irma and the staff made our stay nothing less than top notch during those stressful days. I live in the same area and come back from time to time to hang out and eat at their bistro. Definitely the best hotel in the area!

After a fiasco with Orlando international airport and frontier airlines, the manager here went out of his way to make our much needed stay here enjoyable and appreciated.

Hotel is only a year old or so, and it is so amazing. Bathrooms are amazingly big and clean, and the rooms are amazing. Walk in showers and nice, white bathroom sink. Water is hot, and the suite kitchen is really nice. Full size fridge, small dishwasher, sink, dishes, and utensils. TV is internet connected and you can immediately input your Netflix account info (don't worry, it's reset before the next guest) and watch your favorites. Really wide, newly paved sidwalks/running trail alongside Lake Nona Blvd. This is by far my favorite Residence Inn property!

A very good location and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the hotel was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The lobby was very well lit and I like the breakfast area. There was a seniors tennis event and a cycling race both taking place that weekend so it was very busy. Staff was friendly.

Residence Inn Lake Nona is one of the nicest I have been to. It is located in an area that is still growing. The room are spacious and quite comfortable. There are a couple of restaurants nearby that are pretty good. I would definitely return to this hotel. Very Nice!

Great hotel and new. Very clean with a beautiful room and breakfast. Stayed there two nights. Priced very reasonably. Worked out great for us but it's in the airport area and the drive is a little more then expected. Highly recommended and would defiantly stay again.

Immaculate, beautifully decorated hotel. The place is a approximately 30 minutes from Disney, and is in a much quieter part of town. Close to airport. Nice restaurant's with feet from hotel. Parking garage makes for easy access. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Extremely impressive. Rates are reasonable for what you are getting. Big, spacious suites, all contemporary decor, and clean. Buffet breakfast diversified. Great seating areas, and a lovely outdoor pool with firepit and seating groups. Happy hour wine, beer, and snacks on some evenings was a great touch. We will definitely come back. Thumbs up!

We loved the stay here in residency inn. This was our last stay in the hotel on way back from Orlando. Pros Beautiful and comfy room. Easy check in and check out. Good breakfast All necessary amenities available in the room Cons: Not much of an eating option outside the restaurant There are 1 or 2 restaurants outside the hotel. Need to drive a little distance if you need something else other than what you see outside. Overall the stay was pleasant and very much liked the hotel. We booked it through Priceline.

Very nice hotel. Staying here for 3 days for some Orlando fun before we leave on a cruise. Room is great. Hotel is very new so it's clean and modern. I often stay at Residence hotels. This one is on par with the others although the rooms aren't as big as some of the others I've stayed at. It isn't a full apartment like some Residence Inns. I might have given his one 5 stars but the pool was a bit disappointing. The size and furniture around it were great but the pool wasn't very clean. Eyes were burning for me and my kids after our first swim. That always concern me. Other than that, it's 5 stars. Definitely try the Turkish restaurant next door if you can. It's every bit of 5 stars.

The area is very secluded and the restaurants were very shic. My family wants to return for another restful experience.

We had a great experience at the Residence in, they upgraded us to the Stay well suites which was a pleasant surprise. This hotel is still very new so everything is very clean and we'll kept. The staff was extremely nice. There was plenty of seating available at the complimentary breakfast. Really I have no complaints and I had a great stay.

Beautiful new hotel. The accommodations were wonderful. The suites were huge and suited us perfectly. We were there for the very first USTA Combo Tournament and it was a very comfortable hotel to hang out in while we waited for the rain to stop so we could continue play!

Excellent hotel! The Residence Inn at Lake Nona is very nicely appointed with a clean modern look. The hotel is clean and offers multiple areas to enjoy the complementary breakfast or just relaxing. The rooms are clean, quiet and well maintained. Parking in the garage is plentiful, convenient and free. There is a very nice Publix not far from the hotel.

Great hotel! Very modern and extremely friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was more then expected and was very good. Special thanks to the General Manager and the great shuttle service to and from the airport!

I was really hoping to enjoy my stay at this hotel but sadly it was disappointing. My parents arrived on an earlier flight and waited 1.5 hours for the shuttle despite having been told on the phone that they shuttle was on it's way and to go downstairs right away. I arrived at the airport shortly after and called the shuttle. I was told that the shuttle would be there in 30min which was not a problem at all… Fast forward 1.5 hours I was still waiting for the shuttle and was told that they missed my stop at the airport and the hotel said to take a cab instead. I took a cab and luckily the hotel stepped up and paid for it. 2 hours later I was finally at the hotel. Clean fresh and nice looking but unfortunately we were greeted by a terrible young man named Ryan (the larger of the two Ryan's). I told him I had called the hotel for a shuttle and had spoken with a man and his response was "well there are only 2 men working and it wasn't us, unless someone walked by and picked up the phone". I went into detail about our phone conversation and was curious as to why the shuttle did come to pick us up, even 1.5-2 hours after we arrived. He said there was nothing they could do about it (understandably as it was in the past) but made no attempt to rectify the situation. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and cost about a $200 fare if you wanna go to Disney Springs.

Despite waiting 1.5 hours for the shuttle to get to the airport due to technical difficulties, the hotel is new, modern and clean. However, there is absolutely nothing to do around the hotel. Their shuttle can take you to one strip mall, and is only available half the time (between :15 and :45 of each hour). If you have a car, this hotel might not be a bad stay, but if you don't, be prepared to spend ~$100+ per day ($50-75 cab ride each way) to explore anything at all. I will not be staying here again.

New building is nice. Affordable modern hotels rooms. Nice modern amenities including USB outlets everywhere, walk-in shower, internet TV services (Netflix, Hulu, Crackle). Large free breakfast. Plenty of parking. Not a lot of stuff around the area right now, will probably change in the future.

We stayed here last month for 2 weeks and everything is excellent here. Rooms were very clean with too good house keeping facility. Breakfast and evening social hours were amazing which made us go again and again. My husband has already given the feedback but still I couldn't stop myself to give this review:)

What a great place! Gorgeous rooms, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. The only slight drawback is that there's not much close by at the moment but I can see that there is more coming to Lake Nona soon. Will definitely stay again.

Great staff very clean rooms. My family and I had a very pleasant experience, the hotel manager Ryan even helped us with our shuttle bus when the driver got lost multiple times he went into the street to flag the driver down highley recommended.

Did not stay in hotel, but did attend an event there. Very nice hotel. New and clean. Enjoyed my time there.
