The hotel is great. My family and I have stayed there a few times and it's always been good. The rooms are really nice and spacious. My only complaint is that the power outlets seem to be falling out of the wall and it can't be safe when plugging things in. The staff are amazing and the pool is great!

When we first walked in our room it was noticeably dated and in need of a remodel. Carpet was a bit dirty, wallpaper was coming off the walls on certain spots and some of the furniture had chips/holes in them. The twin beds had black specks over them and what appeared to be a cum stain on the top of the sheet. Encountered several bugs such as ants and silverfish in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned and I discovered some hairs in the towels. Pros being: no complaints about the staff (friendly) and the amenities this place has to offer but we didn’t use any. I would search for a better place to stay around the Disney area because I have stayed at places a lot better in the area, this place needs a serious update. Would not recommend it to anyone.

This place is nice and the rooms are very big, they are bigger than an apartment. The check-in closes at 11pm and our ✈ landed at 10:30pm so as soon as I could I called and let them know that we had just landed and we wouldn't make it before they close. I guess the person that answered was from customer service somewhere else because she said she would send an to the resort. When we arrived at the resort the front desk was lucked but there is a phone you pick up and dial 3. When the other end answered I gave her the name and she said she would open the for us. Everything was fast and easy. And our room is great!

Very impressive hotel for the price. Honestly the pictures don't do it justice. The key is Lowered Expectations and you will be surprised. Very helpful staff. Located very conveniently close to Disney and I-4.

This place is excellent for families. Very close to groceries and stores (walking distance if not raining). Rooms are spacious, nice kitchen with wash and dryer. My only issue: I stayed at this place with my 5 year old, we were meeting friends who had rented the car so we were carless. It was raining cats and dogs and we could not walk anywhere to get food or water. The hotel does not have room service, not even vending machines for water or small stuff… I got there at almost 2am after a 10+ hour flight and we couldn't even find water to buy. Luckily the front desk lady was nice enough to share the info that domino's pizza does delivery until 3am. We ordered pizza and they delivered us bottled water. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay a lot.

It's a little dated but the amenities are good. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff were outstanding, Julio was amazing. Thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable.

This was a nice resort in a very great area. It was walking distance from several stores… including Publix! It was near fitness locations so I still had a chance to workout. Plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants as well. The unit was slightly dated on the inside but I loved the animal print ideas.

We rented a room with a bedroom (2 beds) and a master suite that had a Jacuzzi-style tub and shower, a kitchen (equipped with a few appliances and cooking utensils), a living room, and a laundry area. The rooms were clean and smelled nice, the carpets didn't look super old, and the furniture was not super comfy but the beds were. The staff was very helpful and even had activities planned throughout the week (we were at Disney the whole week so we didn't have time but there was karaoke and other things. ) Overall, a really nice place to stay! Definitely would use them again.

Great resort for families. Clean spacious condo apartments. Love the in unit washer and dryer. Awesome pool; kids love it. Within walking distance of fast food, shopping and more!

The stay is nice. There are a few things here and there that need addressing but overall, it was nice. When you spend all day at a theme park it's nice to have a swim or hot tub soak. The kitchen is also nice to have for breakfast and whatnot.

I wanted to tell you that we entered on January 29 2018 and at the reception told us that we had to leave a deposit of 100dolares as a guarantee if retiravamos missing something or something broken, well we left everything in order, and they told us to devolverian the money and n Our summary of credit card because we had paid so, we never returned the 100 dollars, I think they are acting badly because we fulfilled everything. Bookinng's good to know.

Great location for all Orlando attractions. The rooms need some updating — our carpet was worn and stretched with a huge crease in the bedroom, so much so we needed to be careful not to trip. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Everything is fine. What I hope I return the 110dolares to stop the sign for the insurance told me in 6 days and already passed 20 and nothing.

Thus resort is dated and worn. There are holes in the furniture as well as chipped countertops and shower floors. There are also water bugs? It was rated 3.5 stars with a gold leaf so we decide to try something new. There's nothing to do but swim. It's not even in a gated community. The good thing is that it doesn't smell. Would never come here again. So disappointed.

I wish we had more time to stay here! Great rooms, very clean and comfortable. We were in town for an event and this was one of the better deals for our party to ask stay together. Two bed rooms and two bathrooms helped us stay out of each other's way. The ironing board and iron were welcomed. Staff was friendly. I would note that prices seem to vary a lot for these rooms, so shop around and book early.

We have visited several times Orlando on the occasion of going to Disney and Universal. And on this occasion we have stayed here. The place fully satisfies our idea of relaxation between theme parks. Our three young children between 13 and 18 enjoyed it very much. It has a good sized heated pool with max depth of 6, 5 feet and a very nice spa. There is also a small play area for young children. Also an area with barbeques to enjoy a sunset preparing some burgers. The apartment includes two spacious rooms with two bathrooms, kitchen with microwave refrigerator kitchen coffee maker, living room with sofa bed, each room and living room with TV, and a terrace protected with mosquito net to enjoy it. The place is very close to various places to eat, supermarkets, hospital. In short we recommend 100%.

We stay here every year for the North American Veterinary Conference/VMX and really enjoy the lodging and location. We can walk to Charlie's Steakhouse (best pork chops) and other good restaurants plus plenty of shops. They have a nice little bar poolside and the condos are roomy with all the basic amenities you would want including full kitchens!

The apartments are not missing anything to spend 3 days or 1 month. Spectacular.

The resort seems a little out dated and it's definitely not a 5 star location. Nights were laud. Hiking trails we're nice, and it's close to everything. I enjoyed the stay, but with the timeshare points, wish we would have used them at a slightly better location.

Clean and cheap staff.

I did not reside directly in this hotel but went because I wanted to know if this one could interest me on another trip. I must admit I was disappointed I found that there was a lot of noise. Access is not secure at all. To tell you the housekeeping was in the process of being done I was able to access a condo. I think this one needs renovation. Point all the same positive the pool looked very clean with a karaoke type animation. After for the price this may seem reasonable for some in any case the hotel is in a very touristy area.

We arrived and we found that our reservation in spite of being paid in advance had made the mistake of overselling rooms and that Debian rearrange. Very unfortunate that they do this, we are really surprised and annoyed.

About the 4th time we have stayed here. They really need to update this location. They have had the same furniture for at least 15 years. Where and tear on the room is evident. Kitchen appliances are up to date. Bed was great. The televisions have been updated. For the price and size of the room, you can't beat it. Location is great for Disney visits. I might spend a little more next time, for a "better" resort.

Comfortable and comfortable Hotel, full department for a stay of several people for several days, as it includes all the necessary for cooking, washing and ironing.
Very good cleanliness and best of all close to fast food places and restaurants, you can walk to these.
And of course, in addition to the proximity to Walt Disney World, which by car is only 15-20 minutes.
Recommended 100%.

Have stayed here our last five trips to florida won't stay any where else. Has everything you need and all the space you will need also. Close to all the parks right off I-4 and disney springs … The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is even better. I highly recommend staying here the price is perfect and you get a good night sleep after being out all day.

We are leaving tomorrow May 30 2016, and we would just like to say, how great this place is… We go on vacations about 2 or 3 times a year and this was one of the best ones yet. The rooms where great, the price was great, the bar by the pool, which has food also was great! I don't think you could get much better than this place! Also everybody was friendly. Absolutely loved the stay and don't want to leave, and will be planning to come again in the future.

Room was wonderful, the resort property was great. My daughter had lots of fun on the playground, at the pool and exploring the pathways through the forest. We would absolutely stay here again.

I was blown away by how beautiful the room was, especially the bathroom. The staff was very kind. I give this place 2 thumbs up!

Hotel was nice, staff was welcoming and helpful. The suites were huge for the price and very nice amenities inside the suite and in the hotel. Master bathroom had both a shower and tub with jets which I loved. Found about this resort from a recommendation and very happy with my stay.

Rooms are gorgeous pool is wonderful service is great all around good time was had by all.

Requested first floor, was placed top floor, very last room. HVAC units on roof super noisy at night.

Excellent hotel reception staff and security. This is now the only place we will stay when in Orlando. Absolutely love this place.

It's a wonderful place to stay, I've been going from 1987 to now, not to bad of a place, could use a little update. But none the less love it.

Beautiful landscape and nature, wish it wasn't cold pool is very inviting, room an villa is clean to.

Outdated rooms, poor front desk help, and a very odd layout makes this resort an "okay" place to stay. The rooms are clean, albeit spartan, and the amenities are enjoyable. Every indoors facility has a very distinct early 90's look to it, complete with mirrors and safari themed tchotchke on every wall. The beds were creaky, with the headboards being the worst offender. Had to take a shirt and stuff it between the headboard and the wall in order to prevent the racket. The pool was small, and quiet (which is a good thing, in my opinion), but it was dirty and the trees from the nature trail shielded most of the sun. If you're someone looking to soak up the rays, there are only a few spots around the pool that has sun. This was the only place not fully booked for the Christmas holiday. And now I understand why. It's a nice place, but you can do much, much better.

Everything was as expected. The towels were "hotel rough" but plentiful. I had to fix the toilet (which was old) but it was a simple fix. Everything just felt as expected.

The best of the best personal friendly, educated facilities clean and in perfect state ;)

The price is amazing for all the great stuff you get.

My husband and I just returned from Parkway after spending 7 days there. We absolutely loved the condo and the atmosphere. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The pool and the grounds were very clean. We can't wait until next year.

Warning do not book this resort, been one of my worst experiences, where to start. No elevators, no room service, the pool across the street, no breakfast, charged for using Wi-Fi ok ready for the worst cockroaches, so as you read COCKROACHES have a picture I'm not lying, watch it in photos, then think again if you are considering making any booking here.

Just returned from a week stay and LOVED it. The space with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms was great. Everything but food was in the condo waiting for you right down to the dishwasher soap. There was some construction going on but our stay had no issues. Pool was clean and playground was a bonus. Staff was very nice and made sure we knew where every thing was located. Wish I would have had the time to learn more about the property but we had plans booked each day of our stay. We will be returning without a doubt.

We are owners here at Parkway international. Initially it was a bumpy ride. Once we got past the mumbo jumbo sales junk, we totally enjoyed our resort. We have been owners now for almost 4 years, travel frequently to this location, even when its not our scheduled weeks. Kids love it, great staff, Tiki Bar has great food, and lots of activities poolside to keep kids busy. Love it.

Decor is a little outdated (think 1980's) but clean and functional. 2 out of the 3 TVs were recent model LCDs which was great. Kitchen was well equiped (dishwasher. Washer/dryer, great stove, they even included supplies to get you through the first few days! ). Huge tub/jacuzzi. Each unit is huge, they even have a backdoor and terrace. Very friendly staff, very safe and nice location (away from the International Drive traffic jams but close enough if you need to go there. 5 min tops to Disney via HWY 192 entrance. Has a great pool, tennis court. Small supermarket within walking distance, a big Publix one just 2 traffic lights away and a huge Super Target 7 min away, HWY 192 was never congested. Book early to get the best rates! They did mention the free breakfast (time share ppt) but were never pushy when I said no thanks.

Welcomed the quality of the resort were surprised. Very comfortable and spacious. All new clean and working. Without a doubt we will return here.

Nice small resort. Excellent location close to Disney and Universal. The rooms were spacious and clean. Nice kitchen and pool. It isn't anything fancy but worth it for a family looking for a place to stay.
