We are so close to all the parks it is great!

I cannot say enough good things about this resort! My kids absolutely loved it, the accommodations were very comfortable and the staff were so great! We stayed in a 2 bed/2 bath unit and was perfect for our family of 5. The games room, indoor movie theatre, pools and outdoor games kept us busy and relaxed. Everything was so clean and well kept from the pool to the lobby even to the laundry room (which was so great to get done before heading home! ). Even though we were there for Disney my daughter even said she would have been happy just spending our days there! Great Job to the whole staff!

I kinda grew up here as my parents owned a week for a million years here. Took a few years break, Came back this year w my parents and I feel like I am home. Rooms are even better then they were before. The fires around the building gives it a warming ambiance and love all the modern updates all around the building. I can’t wait to come back again! Attached are a few pics. The little animals are cute too.

It’s a great place to stay when you’re only minutes away from all the major theme parks.

Stayed at Magic Tree & fell in love with it! Excellent location, lots of activities. The rooms are spacious & well appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The pool & hot tub are so clean. Everything was really clean! There are grills you can use. You can cook a full meal in the kitchens. I’d move in if I could! Would recommend to anyone!

The front office staff is very rude and unprofessional. Arrived on Saturday September 1st at 3:45pm. They made me wait until after 4PM to check in. They had no valid explanation as to why. The front desk staff said that my room was ready but they wouldn't let me check in until after 4 PM. Then when I got to the room as soon as I opened the door there was a big dead worm in the middle of the floor. It wad all dried and crusty. First I can't check in when I get there, and then when they finally let me into my room that I paid for, the floors hadn't been vacuumed or mopped. The toilet seat was almost falling off the toilet. The kitchen counters were dirty. The stove top was greasy. I had to call housekeeping and have them clean it up. To top it off I had to sign a damage waiver and pay a 250.00 cleaning deposit. Then today I called to ask for a later check out time. They said no late check outs. I spoke to the head of housekeeping. He informed me that only 10 people were checking out. This place needs to be on Chef Ramsey's Hotel Hell.

Fantastic place to stay in a great location. Rooms are spacious and updated with a nice full kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and the grounds are well kept. There is a Walmart right next door and several restaurants are within walking distance. The BBQ grills were fun to use to make a meal “at home”. Would definitely recommend!

They are neat, clean and friendly there. I stayed there with my wife and 2 girls (8 and 15), and we all loved it. It is the most laid back and relaxing atmosphere that we could have hoped for. We will be going back.

Great location, near Bush Gardens, Sea World, Universal AND Disney. Better suited for older families as pools discourage toys beyond pool noodles and floaties. Quiet hour is from 10 to 11 and the site provides grills and most other amenities.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for my family if 5. The resort has beautiful landscaping and the grounds were well maintained. The pool was the perfect temperature and never overcrowded. This resort has very friendly front desk staff and a great selection of dvds to borrow for a relaxing night in.

Love this place! It is a small resort, and I wouldn't ask for more. It is just enough! There are many overdone, overcrowded resorts. This is not one of them. Easy access in-and-out, easy parking (usually right by your room), clean rooms, very kind staff, great outdoor activities from the giant checked board game to the pool. They offer nightly games or movies, have an arcade and book/movie library.

This is a small, well kept gem. The landscape, pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and grills provide anything you need for a relaxing vacation with easy access to more active venues and water parks. I just love it!

I own here but have never been for the first 3 years of owning it because I have always exchanged my weeks some where else and boy do I regret doing that! I am surprisingly pleased with Magic Tree Resort! They treat us well and make me proud to be an owner. I will not go anywhere else when I am in Orlando! Two thumbs up!

This Resort has recently undergone some renovations. Still a beautiful place. Nice and attentive staff. Friendly atmosphere. Very close to surrounding parks. No complaints.

You get what you pay for. The hotel isnt as fancy as some others nearby but it gets the job done. The location is great! Your minutes from Disney world and a short drive to Sea World and Universal Studios. I would recommend staying here if you are on a budget.

The Magic Tree is the BEST little resort in Kissimmee. I love my timeshare and I use it at least 6x a year! Love the staff!

My Sister owns a couple weeks there. It's a time share and I'm looking to buy there too! Great place to relax and enjoy some down time! Full kitchen, with laundry mat on site. Plus they have free movies you can check out!, See ya next year.

Great place and close to most attractions. We would love to return whenever we are able. Everything about this place is great and is maintained extremely well.

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that their Wi-Fi hasn't worked in the rooms for at least a year or longer. Other than that, it is a clean, we'll maintained facility. The staff is friendly and caring.

We have stayed here twice when our daughter was competing at the ESPN CENTER. It is minutes from Disney, considerably less expensive than staying on property clean, comfortable, convenient. For less than the price of most rooms at DW, we had a 2 br apartment with 2 full bathrooms. There is a heated pool and a nice spa. It is quiet since most of the guests are retirees. There is now a super Walmart right next door making it so easy to get groceries. We saved a lot of money not eating out for every meal. Free laundry facilities. We just love Magic tree.

I had a very nice suite. Full kitchen, comfortable beds, decent Wi-Fi in the room. The pool and hot tub are well kept. Would recommend.

It is a very nice place and this very nice hotel.

Worse "Resort" I have ever witnessed. This is just an old motel remodeled and joined two rooms into making one. The cleaning ladies are rude and very lazy. They refuse to do THEIR job and clean the rooms. Dont waste your timeshare points or money on this MOTEL.

Very nice place to stay especially if you have kids! The two bedroom suits have a king bed in one bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. There is also a pull out bed on the comfy couch! Oh and to my pleasant surprise there were TWO full bathrooms! So helpful! The kitchen was a true full kitchen stocked with all the dishes you would need to eat, cook and even bake! Blender, coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, full sized fridge and even a dishwasher! (The dishwasher was a bit loud from what we are used to, but it did a great job and they included the soap! ) There is a full sized glass kitchen table with chairs. Grocery store is right next door so it was super convenient to save $ by making our own convenient meals rather than eating out all week. 3 TV's. One in each bedroom and one in the living room with a couch large enough to fit our family of 6. So probably the best part is all of the fun stuff to do at the resort! A large HEATED pool that made it so nice to swim even when it was in the 40s and 50s degrees outside. There is a cute little pool that is 1foot deep with a small fountain that my toddler loved. This pool is not heated however. Nice sized very comfy hot tub! There is also propane powered BBQ grills that we took advantage of and a nice gas fire pit to sit around in the evening. There is a life-sized checkers board and shuffle board, ping pong table and corn hole toss all outside as well.

The internet wasn't working, the smoke detector was hanging from a cable, the mattress was malfunctioning and the head or feet portion would go up or down unexpectedly. And a fan blade was broken the day we arrived and we were charged $40 after we left. I disputed the charge and they won't reverse it because they say they interviewed the cleaning crew and the maintenance guy and they said it was not broken when we arrived. They are remodeling the place, so if you don't want to end up paying to repair or replace their stuff stay clear of this resort.

Friendly, quiet, excellent location. Good facilities.

This is home I have been going there since the mid-80s. It is small and everyone is friendly and talks to one another. It's close to all of the Disney and Universal sites. There are lots of restaurants and shops all around the area to go to. The resort itself has a beautiful pool that has been redone and a hot tub. Shuffleboard, checkerboard, fire pits, and plenty of of places to sit, and gas grills to cookout. You can't ask for friendly place or a place where you feel at home then it Magic Tree.

Magic Tree home away from home. Not a large resort which I like. All rooms close to pool. Nicely stocked kitchen. Might have to improvise, but a for week or two you can make do. Very close to attractions. Lots to do in the area or just relax by the pool.

Our two room suite was fantastic! It had enough space for everyone to decompress after hitting the parks. Its really close yet far away from the crazy park traffic. The heated pool and hot tub are great! Fantastic service and atmosphere.

Place was great. Rooms were big and clean. All the stuff you'd want to have for a week stay. Few minor complaints would be the shower pressure is pretty weak. And there was no type of soda machine or anything like that on property. Both of those complaints are minor ones though since as a hotel, you can have alot worse of issues which this place had none of. Staff was friendly, theres a pool, hottub, grill, gym, game room and more. Its a gated entrance with plenty of spots. We came in the "off season" so no idea how it'd be during peak hours but all the other guests gave us no issues when we were here. I was skeptical of staying here since there are some bad reviews on here but at least with my experience, I liked the place and would book here again if I'm ever back in the area.

I don't want to share this gem because it will get crowded. We've always stayed at MTR and love it.

I love the quietness of magic tree. Next door to the parks and everything you need. Cute apartments with kitchens. Very comfortable. My go to place.

Patricia at the front desk was professional and the staff (Steve) was very helpful during our visit for the hurricane Irma. I cant wait to come back and enjoy the amenities!

It is our first night here. We already love it! The hubby cooked our steaks on the outdoor propane grills and we are getting ready to visit the hot tub. Our accommodations are big and clean, the kitchen well stocked! We will definitely be returning in the future!

Great resort to explore Orlando. Rooms are large and clean, and there are lots of amenities, including a swimming pool, movie rental, arcade/table games, etc. Close to Disneyland and Universal Studios.

My husband and I are time share owners at this resort and we have nothing but good things to say about it. It is clean, comfortable, close to attractions and necessities. We have taken our grandchildren, given a week to our son and his family, and taken quiet weeks for just the two of us. We have never had a problem, or complaint the entire time we have had ownership here. It is one of our most treasured escapes.

Convenience, close to so much, easy diggs. Lose one star for…,. They painted the handicap ramp the same brown as everything else… And. The Internet was down for 2 weekend days… Clean, nice, safe.

Magic Tree is clean and safe, suitable for the week and near Disney. The beach is about an hour away (Cocoa, avoid Daytona) and there's a few nice free amenities. The pool is open early and stays open until around 11. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I had a great time and the grandkids loved the pool. It is close to a lot of things so there is lots to do… close to downtown Disney great place to visit. People very friendly.

As we drive away from our week long vacation at Magic Tree, we just can't say enough. The rooms were clean, spacious and cool, the outdoor area is easy to access from any room, includes a shuffle board, ping pong tables, and of course a pool and jacuzzi. The staff was so nice and accommodating, we have to give a special shout out to Pat and Aaron who went out of their way to make our sons 16th birthday extra special. We would highly recommend Magic Tree Resort to anyone traveling to Florida for the amusement parks, Kennedy Space Center, the beaches or just to relax! Thank you!

The Magic Tree Resort is in my top 5 places to stay. I feel like I'm at home when my family stay. My daughter never wants to leave.

I loved magic tree. Its by all the cool places like shops seaworld and disneyland. It had a tennis court games air conditioning and pools. You should go there.

Magic Tree is our exchange home base — we own 2 weeks here and normally exchange one week and stay one week. Wonderful location, close to Disney, Sea World. Very friendly staff, close to many restaurants as well. Clean rooms and if there is a problem, service is provided if possible. Made many friends over the years. Recommend it.

Very cool. Spacious bedrooms and a nice kitchen. Beautiful grounds and a heated pool. There are tons of activities on the property and close by. Awesome vacation spot.

It's a simple place but palm trees everywhere make it beautiful. The minor problem was that not all the lights were working at the tennis court but, other than that, I had a good time.

Been going here with my family for years, never disappointed. Needs a little updating but has very clean rooms, nice beds, a wonderful pool and the staff is amazing, Best part about it is that its close to all the parks! I'd recommend it to all families who just want to relax and not be bothered to much my huge crowds.

There is NO private balcony. If you smoke do it BEFORE you get to resort. One small smoking section at edge of property. Not impressed at all.

Nice and very quiet place. Extremely close to all of Disney's parks. Definitely was a converted motel, but extremely clean! Nice amenities for families: outdoor poor, kiddie pool (1 ft. Depth), hot tub, game room/arcade. Definitely not a high end "resort", but nice quiet getaway.

This is a dumpy converted motel not worth the time or effort put into trying to call it a "resort".

Please, please, don't go there. It's a run down old hotel that was converted to a resort. Nothing RESORT about it. THE rooms, kitchen, bathrooms are very small and the layout is awkward and strange. The pool is small and unattractive. The Wi-Fi only works near the front desk. Even if it were to stay a regular hotel I won't have gone there. I booked the resort using my timeshare points which now I see as a waste. Try RUNAWAY RESORT instead, I stayed there the night before I checked into this mess here. I normally don't write reviews but I just have to write this one! Please stay away.

So I just purchased my 1st time share at this resort. I have not seen it other than the pics on line. What should I expect the 1st time I bring my family there.
