We had such a great time here. My daughter brought me for a few days as a mother's day trip. We also brought our dog and we had a wonderful relaxing time. The location is perfect as you can walk to stores or dining, there is also a beautiful public park on the beach only 2 blocks away. The staff is really easy going and everyone feels so welcome!

We love this place so much we got married on the sand here! If you want a fancy place, this isn't for you. If you want an awesome little place on the beach, this is a little place of paradise. We stay 2-3 times a year and so does a lot of our family!

Absolutely a wonderful hidden gem! Love this place and will be back. Very pet friendly! Having a blast.

What a great place to stay in pompano beach. Right on the ocean. Heated pool, clean rooms and the owner is a sweet heart. A must while in pompano. I shall returning. Five stars.

I love this place! It’s so beautiful and relaxing.

You get what you paid for right? The resort is right on the beach, the rooms and common areas are very clean no complaints — check the live cams before you go the ocean is full of seaweed due to the sargasso effect — Daytona and Miami beaches are cristal blue. I hope this helps.

Best place to relax. Our family has been regulars here for 8 years. Karen, Susan & Billy always willing to help with anything you need. Rooms are perfect with kitchens. Tiki huts are amazing, and grills on the property. Step right onto the beach. Heaven!

Let me start off with the fact that I usually stay at the beachcomber, which I love, whenever I visit pompano beach. However, this time, I was taking our family dog with us and this was the only place that supposedly is pet friendly. As it turns out, my husband was approached by the lady working in the front desk, a brunette, and asked to put Max, our dog, away. She claims guests next door complained of the barking at 6 AM. Little did she know, these are the same guests that were up past midnight, playing dominos, drunk, and hollering profanity and disturbing the peace of all the other guests there. My husband had to ask them to kindly keep it down after putting up with all the ruckus. My husband told her about what happened the night before and she replied, "make the best of it. " Really? WOW! Flabbergasted at her choice of words. How is that a resolution? A guest comes to you with a complaint and all you can think of is "make the best of it". Either way, we complied and left our dog alone in the room. Later that afternoon, we had some family over to celebrate my 6 year olds' birthday and apparently, all the common areas were not necessarily available for all guests. The same lady who asked my husband to put our dog away came over to me and in front of my relatives reprimanded me and told me the table we were sitting on belonged to the guests in room 16. She also said I couldn't have more than two guests over.

This is a cute, quaint little place with a ton of charm! It’s right on the ocean and quite and peaceful.

Great location! Beautiful beachfront property! It was our first time traveling with our pup, so we were Happy they were pet friendly. After arriving a day early, they were kind enough to accomodate us with a great room. After adding days, because we loved it so much, we were able to see a few rooms. All the rooms are nice and the beds are comfy too. Your treated like family! Would highly recommend! We will definitely be back! Thanks Everyone at Ebb Tide Resort!

Such a beautiful and well kept beachfront resort that felt very homey. Nothing but nice people working there who are all willing to accommodate any little thing you need or answer any question. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend!

I just stayed there this weekend with my wife and daughter and I was very satisfied with the service and how good and relaxing it is night or day, very calm and in nice upscale area right infront of the ocean I RECOMMEND IT! And here are some pics to show how beautiful it is.

We had ants in one room and a dirty paper cup that was still wrapped in plastic! The soap is made in China (not sure if thats even legal) and its nasty; also they do not provide shampoo. The staff doesn't want to give any info on the local sites. They will simply tell you to go to the stores nearby for info (such as snorkeling, fishing, etc). It seems they would want to put a little money into updates to the rooms to make it nice and they could then charge more for the rooms. In addition, this part of Florida is crowded and busy. If you want to relax better, I recommend the middle part of Florida-Atlantic side… Melbourne, or even St. Augustine in the North. ps-I edited this review from two stars to only one star due to the owner badgering me because I left an honest review of their dirty hotel! Unbelievable!

Great place to stay. This was our first time here. We arrived a little early but Susan got us right into our room. Super clean, And great customer service. You have the beach right out your back door. And pleanty of places to eat within walking distance.

Totally loved it there. It is an older condo type building but it is very well maintained. Also its right on the ocean with their own private beach area and they also have a pool. We truly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be going back.

Love this place, the service it’s great Susan and Karen. Just a few steps and you are in the beach the room it was great perfectly clean and feel like at home and the best plus it’s pet friendly. I love I find this perfect spot!

Amazing dog friendly resort. True mom and pop place. Rooms are super clean and inviting. Beautiful courtyard with pool, games, picnic tables. Directly on the beach, restaurants and shops within walking distance. I highly recommend and will be back.

Matt other friends from out of state after locals gave them a good review. Cute little mom-and-pop, appreciate that over the big conglomerates. Accommodations renovated / painted and look very nice. Pool and Beach are awesome, good security too. Already booked another stay for next month… Can't wait!

It is heaven on earth you walk right out onto the beach from our room. You drink mimosas right out of your room with the ocean breeze about 15 knots. — 20 knots. Then when you won't to get in the pool you walk about 30 ft. And tada your in the pool.

This is a great place for an ocean get a way… cozy relaxing atmosphere right on the beach! The pool is large, plenty of lounge chairs and lots of palm tees.
The customers that I spoke to keep coming back year after year that says a lot.
I would definitely return here for my next beach get a way!

Great place to stay on the beach. Very relaxing. Very friendly staff. Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it immensely. 3 block walk to the Atlantic pier where their shops restaurants Briny Pub which was very excellent in food. Planning to go back very soon.

Need better Wi-Fi and a blowdriver installed. Bed wasnt comfy, looks cheap.

I love this place and spending super nice cozy pity I call to book and nobody he me speak in Spanish.

Gem of a place. Very clean. Staff was friendly. The view was beautiful. Oceanfront. Great rates. Small town feel. Within walking distance of public Park and restaurants. We will definitely make this a place we come to when we visit FL. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was the bed was really hard but I thought we would just try a different room next time. This place is so amazing you're right on the beach plus you have a pool and the most amazing view. It is very relaxing people are so nice here. The people in the office the owner of the lady that works here very kind will help you get anything that you need when you need it. I definitely recommend this place if anybody's going on vacation.

Great 70s retro Motel on the ocean. Heated pool. Good shower head. Firm mattress. Clean. Could use a bit of an update? Sure but I love the Retro feel and for that price I wouldn't change a thing.

My stay was great! Susan and Karen the manager /owners were very easy to get along with, they helped in every way possible! The location was the best, right on the sand. And it's a nice small hotel, like a Personal Resort! I will stay with them, whenever I'm in town!

Great Beach Location! Location! Location! Location! This place has old world Charm and has great views and Tiki huts! Our Room was very Clean and the Bed was Comfy also Roll out of bed and you are steps away from a Great Private Beach The Owner Karen is a Doll that will go out of her way for her Customers Susie her Partner is super nice also! the place is well kept and very private and comfortable this place is the beast kept Secret in Pompano and it is footsteps to everything I have stayed in other Places on the beach from Boca to Pompano this Place is BEST BY FAR! I will make this my New place to lodge PS: We walked into the room after we got the key and the room smelled like Bleach Nice and Fresh… Thumbs Up! 5 Stars! Keep up the Good Work Girls.

Terrible experience. Smokey from the minute you walk in. Smokers everywhere. Beware non smokers. Comes into the rooms. Chemicals and smoke from the BBQ comes into the rooms. Toilets overflow. Workers smoke constantly as well. Loud partying all hours of the night. Plenty of other nice places around. Search for them. In response to the reply to my review, I came back once and will not be back again. The owner gets loopy after hours, so it's hard to reason with her. My experience with all the pot smokers, cigarette smokers and party noise was very real and was not in my head. Her employee smokes all over the place, along with everyone else. She also did not give me the correct money owed, after I decided to leave. Just be careful, that is all I am saying.

Great place, with amazing laid back atmosphere. The room was very neat & comfy. Quiet & very relaxing. Right behind the beach! We will definitely be coming back!

Went here for a quick weekend getaway a year ago, and had an amazing time, right on the beach, has a pool, nice hotel service, only down side was beds could have been a little more comfortable, but that didn't stop us from having a great time! :) reason I posted this is because I'm thinking of going back for another get away.

I just vacationed here for Christmas and had an amazing stay at the Ebb Tide. After a somewhat painful experience at another hotel nearby my boyfriend and I were able to book a 5 night stay last minute at the Ebb Tide for just 139 a night (including Christmas day! ). The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room itself is nothing to boast about, but it is clean (no mold, roaches, or left over sand like many nearby hotels), has cable with lots of channels, and internet that reaches out to the beach. Did I mention the BEAUTIFUL beach set up? Literally ocean front the patio is gorgeous, has an air of privacy and is perfect for lounging on to watch the water without even having to get onto the sand. Needless to say I will be staying at this resort every time I visit my family down south.

My husband and I have stayed here now 4 times. We love it! The staff is so accommodating to early check ins and late check outs. The view is amazing and not to mention that you are only steps from the ocean. The only thing that could be better here is to serve breakfast on the beach! …

We had a wonderful time here. The room was neat as a pin when we got here. The location cannot be beat. Parking was iffy on Saturday night. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Got a room for 1 night the end of February. Although the website said full I decided to call and about any cancelations. I talked directly to the owner who is onsite and asked if she had a room for 1 night. She promised to call back after she checked. I was sure I would never hear form her but she called and said she could get me a room for the 1 night. I jumped on it. When my husband and I arrived we found the room very attractive, some what like a B&B and directly on the ocean. The location was perfect near restaurants, public park and lots of places to walk. We enjoyed the 1 night and will definitely go back.

Spent a very relaxing five days at this beautiful resort in mid July. Room was very comfortable and the quiet, private beach was fantastic. Several restaurant choices within easy walking distance as is the public pier (close to get to but far enough away that very few people walk across the sand in front of the hotel). Very friendly staff and a nice place to stay when you want a real get-away. Will absolutely consider returning when I visit Florida again. It was a nice change from the pace of Orlando and Miami.

My husband and I stayed recently at this beautiful oceanfront. We had a wonderful time enjoying the view each morning as we sat and drank coffee together. The rooms were clean and very cute. Everything we needed was there. The staff was awesome! If you are looking for a great place to get away and enjoy some time with the love of your life I would say. Book your room now! You will love it too.

PERFECT place to relax right next to the ocean! Enjoyed my relaxing vacation for 7 days at Ebb Tide Resort and I would like to let everyone know.

Ebb tide is Pompano Beach is a pretty cool place. Walk to all the shops, beach outside your front door. Price was reasonable as well. Rooms were nice too. All in all, a great experience.

Love walking outside my door at ebb tide resort and stepping into the ocean! That's right, you're that close to the ocean. Real nice place and very clean. Highly recommend.

This is my favourite resort! I have stayed here on several occasions and enjoy it every time. The service is impeccable and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommended staying here.

I totally enjoyed this place. The view of the ocean from the window was soothing. Even though I had to work all week, the weekend made up for it, since I could walk out of my room and onto the beach. The owners as well as the other guests were so welcoming. The room was not luxurious, but comfortable. If I have to go to that area again on business, I would certainly stay there again. It beats any hotel in the middle of town.
