They charged my card even though I canceled the next day for a reservation 2 weeks out. I called and explained I couldn't make it because my aunt died and I have to go to a funeral instead and they said they didn't care and the policy and payment stands. They refused to give me a refund or credit. This is a despicable way to run a business.

Nice place that is clean, quiet and great staff. Reasonable rates for the area. Covid safety rules followed.

Because of the wildfires that broke out, our 3 hour drive turned into a 12 hour drive to get to this hotel. Which would put us at the hotel for less than 12 hours by the time we checked out. They refused to refund our money because we “could still get there. ” The manage Ashley was extremely rude. We had a call into the GM and never heard back. We only had one night booked at this hotel, I would have thought they would be understanding considering this wasn’t under our control. It was ONE NIGHT, we were asking for a refund on. But nope. This is an extremely selfish, money hungry establishment. And from all the reviews I’ve read on this Facebook page, it seems as though this is a very consistent problem. Keep showing your true colors best western antlers.

Dirty rooms very rude staff.

I was really disappointed, as the pictures and descriptions on Booking. Com made it look much nicer. It is advertised as a "hotel" but is a MOTEL. Not the worst I've stayed in, but not the best. Despite the obvious attempt at room updates, the pullout couch is very small, and I found it to be a little dingy. The pool definitely didn't look like the pictures, neither did our room. The best part of this place are the fire pits they have, which are very relaxing to sit by. I'm just glad I didn't pay too much for the room.

First I will say I loved the fire pit. I have read the reviews and I can’t believe this hotel keeps the Best Western name. I was overcharged for my motel when they couldn’t find my name because the reservation had my name spelled wrong. This also happened to another friend of mine the previous year when she cancelled 18 hours in advance for a family emergency. The manager Ashly was rude to me and I left messages for The GM, Scott to call me back which never happened. Apparently customer service is not important to him. I have always stayed at BW and never had a bad experience but this stay was terrible. I do not believe in the cleaning service to clean my room everyday to save money, and natural resources but needed 1 clean towel for a shower at 8 am and was told by the front desk I could not get a towel until 9am but I would be leaving by then. I even offered to go to the storage room where towels are kept or to the cleaning cart but was told no. Horrible customer service. Will not return. The town itself is magical.

Management is crap. Double charged and won’t refund. Horrible to deal with and bad customer service. This has happened twice.

Bobby is very unprofessional. Stay away from this hotel!

Horrible customer service! zero stars please do not spend your hard earned money at this hotel. They have the worst people running their hotel specifically Bobby and Ashley! Complained several times about people next door making noise in the middle of the night 2am and 3am they hung up on us and had us escorted out of the hotel by the police — Are you kidding me? Do your job and take care of the noise issue in the first place we are definitely complaining to cooperate about this, even the cops felt so bad and kept apologizing to us and our 5 kids! I will Never ever stay at a Best Western again. ReAd the reviews it will not take you long before you run into a lot of negative from this place! Bobby and Ashley you do not belong in the hotel industry at all!

Zero Stars! Worst hotel Ever! We were staying in room 263 and we called the front desk about 264 that was making a lot of noise Bobby the employee answered and said he would take care of it. We called him back at 2am and 3am because the people were still being loud and Bobby yelled at me and said “ Stop calling me I can’t do anything about it” than he threatened to kick us out of the hotel! Bobby than called the police and had my husband and I and our 5 kids escorted off the premises at 3:30am. The 2 cops kept apologizing and said that they could hear the noise as well and felt super bad that we had to take our kids out in the middle of winter, they also gave us their card and filed an incident report and told us to call them if we need help with best Western. Please tell me who I am supposed to call when a room is being noisy until 3am and we’ve called the front desk 3 times and than Bobby starts yelling at us! You are definitely not the employee of the year and now my husband and I are driving in the middle of the night back home because you can’t do your job-Bobby

We’re closed on I-70 because of the rock slide and we asked her what to do? We were simply asking what our options were She proceeded with hanging up on us!

Had to go to office to get a towel for pool. At breakfast all TV on fake news. Couldnt shut off TV in room. Nice fire pit rooms clean breakfast was good. Office staff not really paying attention to us when checking in more interested in answering phone.

Great for families. Great pools and playgrounds.

Great feelings of welcome as soon as you enter the office. All personnel working are very friendly and helpful. This grounds were beautiful manicured. Rooms were recently renewed and many amenities. Breakfast was amazing. Can't wait until I can come back. Two Thumbs up.

Room very clean. King bed Comfortable. Room needs more lighting. Pool temp good and large hot tub very nice. Breakfast good. Grounds attractive and very easy to walk to a lot of restaurants. Staff could definitely be friendlier. Felt like I was a burden.

Best Western Antlers is one of the nicest Best Western hotels I've stayed at. The rooms here are newly remodeled as is the lobby area. Rooms are clean, air conditioner works, free and fast Wi-Fi. Also new this year are bike rentals for guests. Continental breakfast is the standard, lots of free parking available, pool and laundry also on site. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Clean rooms. 720p TVs with capacitive buttons. Nice picnic areas everywhere outside l. No biscuits and gravy for breakfast like many of the other best westerns. Sausage and scrambled eggs were good though!

The room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast in the morning was great. I loved the waffles. All in all was a great night stay. Wish we could of stayed longer.

The Antlers staff are very polite and efficient. The rooms are clean and the queen beds are comfortable. There is a good breakfast each day. The walk to the hot springs pool and downtown is easy and safe. Our only complaint is that the room towels are small and thin. We recommend a stay here.

Needed a pet friendly room after a long day traveling and almost gave up looking and figured we had no choice but to take a room for 175.00 ouch! Called best western and thank God they had a room for alot less so we saved a lot of money and couldn’t have been more pleased! Very nice hotel, grounds are nice, front desk staff was friendly, professional, gave good customer service. Great breakfast, nice pool! Best Western has done a good job of re-branding themselves Overall best value Would definitely stay there again.

Not a friendly place. No help when asked what to do in this town. We arrived early and asked the desk clerk what are the highlights of her town. She didn't give us any ideas except to tell us there is very little parking downtown and suggested that we walk. So we asked her if we could park our car in their empty parking lot until our room was ready she said absolutely not! That she didn't want to be responsible. The room was nice just an unfriendly staff!

The hot pool was murky, probably needed better filtering. And the outdoor fireside patios were not in operation. Possibly need to replace many of the carpets, or deep-clean them. But the overall amenities are pleasing and it is a good place for family outings. We would recommend it to friends with the above caveats.

Great little hotel in Glenwood Springs! We booked it because it was reasonably priced and we weren't disappointed. The room had a cabin feel to it, the paint was fresh, room was clean, and the beds were super comfy! Will definitely stay again!

Such a cute hotel situated on the bottom of some foothills. A great place to escape to, very close to dining and entertainment, and my toddler absolutely loved the big pool, baby pool (kiddie pool) and hot pool (hot tub) as she called them. They accommodated my dogs and the room was nice, clean and cozy!

Beautiful property — we had 3 queens, 1 was in its own room which was really nice. The pool was great, the hot tub, they have fire pits, horse shoe pits, playgrounds — so a little something for everyone! Of all of the BW I have stayed this was the prettiest by far, all have been very clean as well. I will definitely be staying here when we are in Glenwood Springs or nearby.

The staff was extremely helpful, and the campus looked very well-manicured and clean. Sections of the hotel are under remodel, which will make this place even better, and there was no noise that could be heard from the workers. We traveled with our dog, and it was very convenient to not have to walk him through a hotel, and be able to go directly outside; there are even waste bags and receptacles provided. The location is very convenient; several restaurants are nearby, only a 3 minute drive to the Iron Mountain Hot Springs, and right across the bridge from downtown Glenwood Springs. Once all the rooms are updated, I'm sure I would give it 5 stars.

Disclaimer: my company had paid for my stays here. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Best breakfast at a hotel, includes fresh waffles you griddle up and some great eggs and sausage. Definitely a great stay!

The Antlers Best Western in Glenwood Springs, CO — online presence (to date) does NOT do the facility justice! I've stayed at many hotels and this location is my most favorite EVER! The grounds are impeccable, I could have just crashed in the lobby for the ENTIRE stay — it's beautiful, has beautiful scenery, and is VERY welcoming/inviting. The breakfasts are the best I've ever had (for continental style like they offer) — — in fact, everyone in my group could NOT believe how perfect their link sausages are — I know this sounds crazy, but they were to die for… so were the eggs — perfectly moist (I know no one likes that word :), the food items were consistently stocked, and THE SERVICE WAS OVER THE TOP — Mr. Wesley is like a Breakfast Genie — he's the most hospitable and accommodating human being I think I've personally ever met! The suites we stayed in (we heard are going to be remodeled soon) — — were beautiful! The view that you open up your door to (when staying in mountain-facing side rooms) — — was BREATHtaking. The location of the Antlers is within walking distance from downtown, and is located on the main strip, so other restaurants are within walking distance. Even if you stay during closed-pool season — they DO have a hot tub. I've stayed at MANY hotels in Glenwood, and NONE compare to this place! I can't wait to stay there again!

We stayed in the moose lodge. Parking was plentiful. Room was adequate for four adults, although not much space to move around. Not enough towels in the room to start, but picked some up at the front desk. Continental breakfast was excellent. Close to hot springs venues.

The room was nice. And they are dog friendly. We originally booked at the Silver Spruce Inn across the street which was labeled pet friendly but they do not accept pets. Best Western however does with a $20 fee. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice rooms, great location. I have stayed here a few times already and have enjoyed it each time. Very clean and easy to get to. Love the outdoor fire pits with a nice bottle of wine.

Rooms are great! Staff, not so great! The lady at the front office, told me that the breakfast was over at 9am, but she would do us a personal favor by extending the breakfast to 9:30am. When checking out, she was short, blunt and rude. (look at other reviews that point out a rude front desk lady) Then there was an issue on a credit hold. It has been 4 days since our stay and the hotel still has a hold on my card. I have emailed the GM, and called the front desk. The front desk lady hangs up on me, than refuses ton answer any phone calls. I have had to call BW Customer service to bring this to their attention. When I finally speak with the GM, he says I am imagining that the front desk lady was rude, its all in my head. Best western, worst customer service.

Love love love this Best Western. We stay here sometimes even if we don't have to. The rooms are amazing. We've stayed in a couple different building and they are all great. And not to mention the breakfast is worth being up early, so good. Looking forward to our next visit.

Hotel was clean and well maintained, but was a little disappointed with the staff. My family and I just stayed the one night. Three adults and one 16yo. A bigger hot tub was open during the evening, so of course we took advantage. Some guests complained that we were monopolizing the hot tub… absolutely not true. Well the hotel staff member came over to express their concern, which is totally understandable. But, this person was very accusatory and wasn’t willing to hear our side. We attempted to tell the staff member that we waited until the other party left the pool to make a little noise, but they just kept telling us that we were the exact reason that no one else wanted to be in the pool and that we had to understand that there were more people than us on the resort. Personally, I was offended and thought it was down right rude to go about the situation as such. Most likely won’t be staying there again.

Stayed here over Spring Break with my boyfriend (two nights, three days) — close to hot springs and downtown (can even walk). Great personable staff, good breakfast with a variety, cute cozy rooms that are cleaned regularly, with TV, internet, fridge, and microwave. Two sinks, several mirrors. Overall, very pleased and would return.

Very nice room, excellent breakfast. Facilities are well maintained. Best value in the valley and we stay here for business monthly. This is my new go to hotel in Glenwood.

This is a very nice hotel. It has a slight rustic, lodgy feel to it which was appealing to us. The hotel staff is very nice and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The lodge and breakfast area are very roomy and appealing. This is a very pet friendly hotel with areas to take your dog to do their business. I would definitely stay here again and to recommend to my friends.

Attempted to book a couple of nights. Saw on Kayak that room was advertised as $69.00/night. Called to book reservations, rate was $119/night through getaroom (a partner of Kayak). I understand rates can fluctuate but this is not even close ($50 difference) and falls under my eyes as classic "switch and bait' tactics. Best Western Antlers lost my business with this type of shenanigans.

The hotel was great! We had 5 people and 1 dog and stayed for a night. The room is very comfortable (we had a suites). Breakfast was great and people were nice.

Nice location. Walking distance to many attractions. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Not impressed with the heating and cooling system. TV channel selection was very limited. Overall, we'd stay again.

It was okay for a motel, no mini fridge or micro wave, elevator or bath tub. It was very clean and a good breakfast.

Good value. Nothing exceptional about the room. The hot breakfast was very good with good variety. Shower head was not working properly. We reported this at checkout and the clerk was very receptive and interested to take the report. The lodging complex felt safe.

This hotel is fantastic! Great customer service while checking in. Very clean beautiful room. Quiet throughout the night. Nice heated pools and even bonfires to sit around and relax. Morning staff in breakfast area very polite and friendly. Yummy breakfast. Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, oatmeal, yogurts, toasts, fruits, and pastries. Many places charge way more for inferior services. Definitely feel like I got way more bang for my buck than I expected. Highly recommend this hotel!

Room was clean and easily accessible​. I noticed the towels weren't very big and were rough. Apparently their towels are a major issue, as there was a sign in the room threatening to charge me $15 per towel missing. Not sure why anyone would want to steal such a rough nasty towel. The king bed was pretty nice. If I stay in Glenwood again, I might go back or might try my chances elsewhere. The price was a little steep for what I'd consider an average room; I guess their location is good though.

Good location. Good breakfast. Good cleanliness. Great a/c. Nice tall ceiling. Rooms have an air of log cabin in a good way. Coffee available 24/7. Walking distance to hot springs and downtown.

Stayed here 2 nights for a quick Glenwood vacation. Pretty typical Best Western. Very clean and friendly staff. Thin walls, but that's to be expected with any motel like this. Very close to everything in town. My Wife and I walked everywhere, nice to not have to drive into town!

Beautiful location! Super charming rooms are extremely clean and large enough to stretch out and truly enjoy. The grounds are Immaculate and have cozy little enclaves throughout. The staff is wonderful beyond compare and have earned two loyal, lifelong Lodgers Loved everything about our stay. Can't imagine staying any place else in Glenwood Springs.

This place is amazing! We had a reservation at a motel right next door and when we showed up there no one would come to the office. So we drove next door to Best Western Antlers and Justin at the front desk was amazing. He made a crappy situation turn out to be a amazing experience! Thank you so much Justin for helping us out. We will tell everyone if they are staying in that part of Colorado to stay with y'all! Thank you again.

I decided to bring my mom to Glenwood springs to visit spa of the Rockies for her birthday. I decided to stay here because it was a lot cheaper than most and it was such a great decision. It's close to everything! The hotel is very clean! We had such a wonderful time ending the day by the fire pits. The breakfast was delicious and there are SO many options. The staff has been amazing! Very polite and accommodating. Andrew at the front desk is so nice, helpful and such a delight. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I had the most amazing stay here for my birthday! The views are amazing. The breakfast is the best. The beds are so comfortable. The fire outside was a relaxing beautiful way to end the day! Rooms are clean and the staff go out of their way to help you! Best place to stay in Glenwood Springs!
