Great place in which to spend time with the kids. The hot water pool is very therapeutical and the Shoshone Chutes were the kids’ favorite place/ride. We spent 7h there.

Very fun and enjoyable experience. The staff is spectacular. A++++

Felt like goldilocks for a little bit, but found my perfect temp in the 106 degrees pool. Very professional staff.

I loved the diving board! The life guards were super nice, and the pool was sparkling clean and very warm.

My boyfriend and I came for a weekend getaway with my sister and her boyfriend! The rooms were so nice! The lobby, rooms, halls, elevators were all so clean! The staff was so helpful at both the resort and the Hot Springs! Breakfast was delicious! We will most definitely be back!

Even with COVID this place is still awesome tons of people so definitely wouldn’t go if your scared but definitely awesome recommend 110%

Don’t waste your time until the covid 19 restriction are over. Not worth the money you will spend to stay and to get into (and on food and drinks for a family). There are better choices for your money right now.

We came up today and planned on staying until they shut down due to Covid19. They closed the springs today at 6:00 — and the staff was VERY accommodating to us. They were under a lot of stress — and still very helpful and nice. We decided to stay the night and leave in the am. Really glads we did — great place — will be back when there is less chaos in the world.

A million gallon plus hot spring pool that never felt over crowded is the centerpiece to this relaxing and fun for the family public pool. Complete with a massive therapy pool, essentially a giant hot tub, 2 slides and a smaller kiddie pool, there is something to do for the whole family. My family and kids thoroughly enjoyed our time here. They had plenty of space in the locker room and the facility was amazingly clean. I recommend bringing the family on a vacation here.

We brought our boys here for the first time and stayed at the hotel everyone was very nice and helpful. I did the spa this morning and had a insulin reaction after and everyone was very helpful to get my blood sugar back up, and let my husband and son come in to help me.

Such a neat experience to swim in a hot spring… The world's largest. A must-do if you're in the area! They're open until 10 so definitely do the night swimming if you can! Water slides are from 10-6 so plan accordingly. The big pool is more for swimming and is like warm, bath water temperature. The hotter area is 105 I believe and is the more peaceful "quiet zone. "

Those stars are all for the pool itself. I don’t think much of the staff. They used to be friendly but the people I dealt with today, the feeling I got was “so you are here. Ok. “
The pool itself is heaven. If you have aches and pains it is the place for you. The pool could use another ladder on the far side and it should be like the one in front of the bathrooms. Older people need that easy entrance and exit. They should not have to walk out the shallow end and all the way back to the bathroom.

It has two swimming pools, one with hot water, and the other which is the largest thermal water pool in the world. The views are wonderful to the mountains. There is a lawn area with free chairs and sun loungers. There are changing rooms and bathrooms. He's got a place to buy food. There are two water slides, but they charge it. You can buy 4, 8 or unlimited trips.
The worst thing is that it's quite expensive if you just want to go for a while: 24 adult dollars and about 15 dollars kids I think I remember.

Glenwood Hot springs Pool, located in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, is a fairly large attraction for tourists, given that Aspen, Colorado is less than an hour drive away. The pool is big, as in two blocks long, and up to over 10 feet deep. The average depth is about 3.5 to 4 feet. No matter your age, you can swim! There is a hot tub, a large pool, and a kitty pool. All are heated using the naturally heated water. Fresh water is added to the hot water to cool the temperature, and all water is filtered up to a few times per day. All water is also purified and very clean, despite the “egg” smell some will notice (which is perfectly fine). There is a men’s and women’s locker room for dressing out, and three family restrooms. Lockers are provided, but are pay as you go using quarters. Quarters exchanged for cash at the front office. *If you go after 5:00 p. M, there is a discount off normal price.

This place was so nice! I am so glad we went here! We didn’t stay at the resort but we spent the day at the pool/water slides. The pools are huge, the slides were kid friendly and a blast, and you get the resort feeling even if you’re not staying at the resort. The staff is beyond fabulous and friendly. I had an incident with a customer while in line to buy tickets and a staff noticed, asked me about it, went to the manager about it and the manager approached me offering some pool time compensation even though it had nothing to do with the staff or the resort itself. They truly care about their customers and visitors! The sweet lady at the gift shop was so kind, helpful, and friendly when helping my son find a swimsuit because he forgot his. I definitely will be back and will definitely recommend this place!

It was our first time here. I was worried about it being super crowded. Although it was crowded both days we never felt uncomfortable and always found a chair. It is beautiful and the water feels great. My son loved the slides. Highly recommend it for all ages.

I have been going to Glenwood Hot Springs Pool since the 60's.
It rocked in the 60's and continues to be to be a great place to spend the day. Food is a bit pricey. Staff and lifeguards were welcoming and friendly.

The place was fun but seemed over priced to me. Plan ahead and you can bring in your own food and coolers.

This place is a great spot for families to visit. The pools are plenty warm but not too hot and the diving boards are a great addition. The water slides a a bit silly because they cost an arm and a leg on top of admission. If this place was any cheaper I would give it five stars. If you want something quiet and calm this place isn't it but it's great for some family fun.

This place has become a family tradition it has a kiddy pool, therapeutic pool, and huge spacious pool. For me the best part are the slides! You can try the single or the double, both are exhilarating. If you get hungry don't worry there is a food court providing the basics such as pizza hot dogs ice cream and beverages at decent prices. You can also leave your belongings in the locker rooms. It may be some what expensive but the experience and memories had no price.

What could be better than to dabble for a moment in a beautiful large swimming pool naturally heated at 93 °f (34 °c) or in the basin at 104 °f (40 °c). Literally a beautiful place to rest and have all the services normally associated with a spa.

We actually live in Glenwood Springs and this is not only a popular spot for friends and family to go to, but we also soak and play in the pools on a regular basis. This is a great family pool and has plenty of room for kids to splash and play, good diving boards, and a fun water slide in the summer months. You can bring your own towels, water and snacks without any problem and a lot of people will picnic down on the west end under the trees. They do have a full snack/lunch spot during the summer months and the refillable sodapop and ice cream cone are favorites with our family. If you go during the winter, consider bringing a robe for going from the pool to the bathhouse, you will thank me later. There is plenty of lockers (takes quarters), changing rooms and hot showers to get you in and out of the pool easily. The swimsuit dryer will vibrate the water out and a good idea before plopping them back in your bag. You only need to hold it down for 30 seconds, as the machine never really stops spinning. Parking can be a bit of a challenge during peak season dates and weekends, but the new expanded parking lot under the bridge has helped a lot. Don't go on major holidays if you don't want to be in a crowd and have to deal with too many people in the pool to relax. Weekdays, early mornings and late evenings are best for relaxing and chilling with friends. Rates vary on the time of the year and we have opted for the annual family pass, as we live here.

Fun, family friendly and easy to navigate as visitors. The spa was calming, clean and welcoming and the massage was just what I wanted for my husband's birthday surprise. The ladies had wonderful suggestions and many options to choose from. We really enjoyed the time in the pool with plenty of space for the kids to play!

Nice hot pools overall. I like how big they are because even if they are busy there is plenty of room. Be sure to check the calendar to see if the slides are running, also they don't open the slides unless it is at least 60 F. Kids loved the pools, but wished the slides had been opened on the day we visited.

Fun to walk the big pool (85-90 degrees) and get warmed up. BUT: Bring a swimmers cap in the winter or you will suffer mightily. The therapy pool is 104 degrees and it really helped my back. The staff is superb. The special pricing for the 9 to 10 pm is only $7 less than all day price of $17.50 — Big Deal. Go in the evening 6 to 10 and enjoy relaxing before you take a shower and go to bed for an excellent night sleep.

The Glenwood Hot Springs Pool is a staple in this community for locals and tourists alike. The natural spring water in the hot pool and the big pool are super relaxing and enjoyable, especially whenever they aren't too crowded. The locker rooms are clean and well kept. The facility includes some complimentary and well-used flotation devices for kids. Bring your own towels to save a couple bucks and stamp your hand if you feel like leaving and coming back later in the same day.

Glenwood Hot Springs is truly a unique and memorable place enjoyed by tourists and locals alike. Especially on a day when there is a chill in the air and the steam rises, it can seem like heaven on earth. If you have pain, this is a place where your joints will ache less and you feel relaxation overcome you. There are two pools — one hotter therapy pool for adults and another slightly cooler pool perfect for the family, lap swimming, or long-term soaking. There is also a diving board at the very end of the cooler pool. Don't cut through the lap lanes though — there are ladders right before them. A few tips: -Some people seem to think they need to bring a water bottle into the pool (a fad over the past few years) — there is no need for this! If you are in the hot pool long enough to need it, you were in too long! -Kids should NEVER spend any significant time in the therapy pool. This pool is meant for adults, not child-size bodies and permanent harm can occur. There is nothing wrong with kids dangling their toes in though while their parents enjoy a (free for now) bubble chair massage! -Bring extra money if you come during the summer season. There are slides for the kids and a snack bar.
