No complaints. Beautiful, comfortable. Centrally located.

Pet friendly, really liked the jacuzzi, the gondola was a few steps away from the hotel! I definitely recommend the place!

We have had such an amazing over the to experience this weekend. Claire at the front desk is phenomenal and extremely helpful. Check in was smooth and easy, very friendly, clean, and COVID sanitized for sure. Never had an issue getting a pool reservation during this knowing timesc with COVID. We had an issue with our 1st room unfortunately there was a rotten milk smell and then the bunk bed room the Cabel went out on the TV where the kids sleep, so that was a must ha ha. Claire went above and beyond to ensure we had a very present stay and all our needs were met. She immediately offered to move us to a new suite (better in fact) because they couldn't be in to get rid of the angel until the next morning and tried several times to get the TV back on but had no luck abs would get a tech to come the next day. We moved like 2 doors down and greatly appreciated her offering immediately to correct our minor issues. We will forever be coming back here eden we visit Glenwood. Thank you to the hotel staff for the amazing customer service and being so amazing in every way.

I would definitely recommend this place! We stayed here for the first time this past weekend our family had the best time! Our room was very spacious with 2 queen beds and a bunk bed everything was very clean. My kids couldn't get enough of the pool/waterpark. I can't wait to come back! Also it super close to everything we walked almost everywhere we went.

Awesome indoor water park/slide that was perfect for the kiddos. We had a large family suite with bunk beds for the kids and a separate bedroom for us. Perfect location next to Adventure Park and close to all other amenities, shopping and dining.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great access to the adventure park and hot springs. Super cozy. Only downside was the warmth. We are in October but even with the window open at night and the A/C running at 60 the room definitely took a day to finally cool off. Great place to stay.

Our recent visit was wonderful. We stayed 2 nights. The staff were very helpful and couldn't have accomodated us better. There is so much to do. Iron Mountain Hot Springs are a short 10 min. Walk or drive and the Gondola to the top of the mountain is right beside the hotel and it has a whole amusement park with restaurant and bar at the top. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone coming through Glenwood Springs.

My then fiance and I were planning an elopement-type wedding at Hanging Lake near Glenwood Springs this past June. We didn't want to be extravagant with a hotel since the ceremony would be at Hanging Lake, but we wanted a decent place for a couple of nights for us and our small wedding party. Savana and the team at Hotel Glenwood Springs treated us like VIP's having a full blown ceremony and reception there. From booking rooms, to helping brainstorm backup locations for ceremony in case it rained, these people were top notch. The rooms and property was fine — clean, attractive, etc. ; but the people made the difference. The staff here would make a Motel 6 a good experience. This will be our go-to hotel for Glenwood Springs.

My family had a wonderful experience here our room was very clean The staff were very friendly answered any questions we had The indoor water park was a lot of fun my family really enjoyed our stay I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Glenwood spring or just passing through.

We had an excellent experience staying at the Hotel Glenwood Springs this weekend. First, we got to take our puppy with us. Also, the pool area was very fun and entertaining for kids of all ages and was open long hours. The breakfasts included with our hotel stay offered a good variety of filling food with something to satisfy everyone. Most importantly, the front desk staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Most of our dealings were with Savana, and she was very personable and made it a point to call us by name each time she saw us. She even shared left-over pizza with my husband one night! The convenience of the hotel being directly next door to the Adventure Park tram was another perk. I highly recommend you try the Hotel Glenwood Springs.

We loved this place. From the start of the reservations to the check out I cant say enough about the great staff and facility of this hotel. We had three families join us for a Christmas Vacation. After playing in the snow, the kids loved the indoor pool with the slide. The rooms where clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful when it came for eating selections. We received a free pizza and game doing our stay, also discounts to restaurants and discounts for ski equipment. We cant wait to go back.

We loved this place and we are already planning our next stay. From the minute we called to schedule our reservation to the minute we left the staff was amazing. Savana and Nick went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before we even got there. We stayed 4 nights and loved our room, loved the pool, and loved the extras. We received a coupon for a free pizza and a free family game which our 4 year old loved. Everything was clean, the hot tub was hot, even the cleaning staff did a great job. Even the location was perfect! Great Job and thank you.

I can't say enough about the staff and facility at Hotel Glenwood Springs. We reserved their lovely banquet room for a surprise 50th birthday party. Along with that we reserved 2 suites adjacent to the banquet room which was so convenient. From the very beginning everyone was genuinely interested in doing all they could to make our surprise party a huge success. The facility is beautiful, the waterpark pool was fun for some of the guests, the rooms were lovely, and mostly the staff went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting an enjoyable stay in Glenwood Springs.

Nice people work there and the mini water park was great for the kids. The downside was the place is old and dirty, it needs updating unless u like your socks to get black and early 90s decor. The included breakfast was also kind of weak, no eggs, no pancakes, no meat, only bread, yogurt and cereal type of food.

We've stayed here twice and had equally great experiences on both stays. We have 2 boys, 3 and 5, and this is the most family-friendly hotel we've visited. The front desk staff is really friendly and accommodating. The pool is amazing and our kids can entertain themselves for hours at a time, and the rooms are very clean and well kept. Breakfast is great, and we appreciate that the breakfast room remains unlocked at all hours when we need an extra set of silverware or just extra space to eat! Can't say enough good things about this place, we go out of our way to stay here whenever we can.

This place was awesome — I can't imagine staying anywhere else with kids. The pool is even better than the pictures — it rivals some rec centers. The front desk staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean and good-sized. The only drawback was the proximity to the highway (a little loud at night), but most hotels in Glenwood are in the same boat. We will definitely stay there again.
