Cannot agree more with the detailed posts referring to inoperable pool (cold/dirty all summer and prior to), broken garage door with zero updates as to repair or security plan. Prior comments from others about security concerns. You can expect consistently neglected areas and dirty shared spaces. It is very challenging to determine who is held accountable for cleaning this place or for following up to make sure basic cleaning takes place (as noted in other posts, industry standard of general area housekeeping is not provided here). Thus far, it has been impossible to identify a routine cleaning pattern other than the norm of it being dirty. There doesn’t even appear to be an attempt to clean when corporate is visiting; setting the day to day bar extremely low. The maintenance team appears to stay busy maintaining individual apartments and having to work evenings or early mornings collecting valet trash (an extra fee you will pay to live here). This directly impacts their ability to keep up with other maintenance needs, not your fault as a resident but you will be expected by management to be patient when repairs cannot be made timely. You will also be told maintenance team, are the individuals responsible for cleaning shared spaces. Doing the math, there are not enough hours in the day for much more than maintenance team to be able to turn apartments for new renters and to perform their duties for valet trash pickup that the company is making an additional profit on. Throw in a occasional repair for existing tenant and they simply cannot keep up. Garage door maintenance is responsibility of apartment complex, pretty sad when the neighbors of the condos who are unlucky enough to share the garage have to update residents of the apartment complex as to the status of the broken door and they are just as amazed that “the part is on order. ” If it is from the same vendor as the special pool part (s), good luck. You’ll notice responses on these reviews from corporate about the pool and the special part that was ordered months ago. You’ll also notice comments from Justin G, apologizing for the inconvenience (s). If you choose to rent here, that will be a common theme when concerns are raised. It has not gotten better over time, it has gotten worse. Unfortunately, in my experience, amenities that are paid for and advertised using the words resort style, state of art are either inoperable or dirty. Like others who have posted, that cost was factored into decision to live here and the expectation was that as a resident you pay more to enjoy the additional amenities. Very frustrating paying more and not being able to use or safely enjoy the amenities. The smooth in move in process is what they seem to be very polished at, which is what keeps smiles on the faces of the leasing team and a successful company behind it. The feeling of community does not exist here. You are simply a tenant once leasing here. Most people who chose to live here or who are at this rent price come in considering themselves as residents with pride in their home/ community. Management here has been very successful at delivering the experience of being a tenant willing to accept low standards. The lack of communication with residents furthers the point of being thought of as tenants who have no need to be informed. Don’t be fooled by the deflated balloons at the entrance. The apartments are unique and the location is great, or “unbelievably popular” as stated in the marketing ads, the rest has been a disappointment.
