Nice hotel in a pretty part of town, strange parking situation, either pay to use the garage or get lucky with street parking. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom in our room. No hotub, but can't have everything I suppose. The breakfast is good and they have little snacks and drinks available in the lobby for you to take with you which is appreciated. There is a single washer dryer set on premises which I used, and they work well. Had a bit of trouble with my key card losing it's ability to unlock my door, but the front desk person was able to take care of it for me, and I was only slightly inconvenienced since my room was on the lobby level.

Spacious rooms. Beds and pillows you never want to leave. Ten minute walk to downtown. In Highlands. Great area for cafes and eateries. Lots of better options for breakfast within walking distance if you don't mind paying for it. Their breakfast bar is typical fare which I'm tired of.

Everything was great. The only issue was I wanted to put my stay on my debit card, but ended up leaving after waiting at the desk for around 10 minutes. It was around 5:30 am. No signs saying they'd be right back and the back office door was propped open for anyone to enter into.

Very close to restaurants and entertainment. The hotel is clean and updated. The breakfast is fresh and has many options.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are going to the stadium. We walked to the Taylor Swift concert in 20 minutes.

Got in late after our Airbnb fell through and after about an hour of driving around and calling hotels in the area. We decided to just walk in and see if there was availability. The woman at the desk, Juliana, definitely sold us on the room. She was sweet and bubbly and made us feel very welcome. Room felt clean and cozy. Definitely the BEST receptionist I've ever had the absolute pleasure of talking to. Thanks, Juliana!

Had excellent service here as I was slightly under the weather for 2 days. Otherwise, this location is just north of the city center so the prices are much more reasonable. It's a quiet area so if you're looking for restaurants, coffee shops and bars, it's about a 7 minute walk. Also, the lobby is on the second floor as the garage is situated on the first.

Nice & clean! Great staff and amenities, view is amazing of downtown Denver. Just a hop, skip and a jump away from Elitch Gardens amusement park or take a walk around the corner to get Little man ice cream.

Brand New hotel in a location very close to downtown. Plenty of free street parking next to the hotel and Lyft/Uber will cost $8 to get into downtown.

New, clean and a good location. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and clean hotel. Easy to get to from the interstate. On site parking is $12 for overnight otherwise you can park on the street for free. Used to staying at Courtyard when I travel for work so I was a little disappointed to see there was no beer in the cooler in the marketplace after a long day. Free breakfast though so I suppose it makes up for it a little bit. I'd stay here again though.

Checking in later in the evening after having a long day with 3 kids with way to much energy built up & wanting to swim but having to wait for their dad to hurry up and get to the hotel could have been a disaster but I am so very thankful for the wonderful gentleman at the front desk. He had gotten my kids some fruit to snack on which I appreciated. I saw him play peak a boo with my baby plus he never seemed annoyed that my 7yr son asked tons of questions or that my 1yr old daughter and 3 yr old son had been in aww over the Christmas decorations. We had to wait 20 minutes in the lobby he was wonderful to us. I can not stress this enough on how thankful for his kindness and what it had meant to me. The room was just as beautiful. The location was perfect! (as soon as I am able to get his name I'll edit my review so he gets the credit he deserves! ) I'd would recommend staying here with or without kids. We live in Colorado but staying with family while waiting for our place to be ready and needed a breather and this was a perfect get away!

The lady who was working either the over night or morning shift was short and rude. A decent hotel and a decent lunch. However, the location is excellent.

The best part of this hotel is the accessibility. You can walk to some of the best bars and restaurants. It’s also right off the highway and provides direct access to downtown. It’s a newer building that’s clean with modern rooms. No complaints.

Great place to stay, in a nice location. Great breakfast. The reason I give this only three stars is the walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the next room.

Gorgeous hotel! Great staff. Large breakfast. Heated indoor pool. Laundry services. Lobby smells amazing.

I don't care how nice it is. I never got to see it anyway. The phone was answered by some kid who mumbled his way into passing my call to the automated reservation system. I didn't like that as I had questions about that location. I called back and he answered again — the front desk has some guy who has not been educated properly enough about the importance of speaking clearly and being the first point of contact for a business. FAILED again. This location will lose $$$ with a poorly staffed front desk.

We just stayed at this beautiful, spotless hotel this past weekend and loved it! Great location, brand new everything, but more importantly, the nicest Staff! From Barry who takes care of the spacious, spotless covered garage area, to Jasmine at the front desk, we were treated so kindly and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Fun, good restaurants within walking distance and 16th St. Mall is just a mile away. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a gorgeous place to stay!

It was our first time visiting this hotel and the front desk associate, Michael, was very welcoming and gave us a free upgrade to a suite! The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very nice. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Denver. The front desk guy at checkout was also great (although I don't recall his name). The only thing I would suggest to make more clear is that the only parking that their pass works for is directly under their building. We parked in the adjacent lot because the reserved spaces looked identical to the ones under the building. Luckily we didn't get towed but apparently we could have been.

It took us a minute to find it, but we had a really nice stay there. The guy who helped us up to our room was very nice and even had a gift for my baby! They had a decent breakfast they next morning and the view was absolutely awesome! Would definitely stay here again.
