We’ve stayed and the Aloft in Asheville NC and they’re great hotels within walking distance of many attractions.

The staff here makes sure to go out of their way to help guests by any means possible. The property has a fun atmosphere. Also, has live music on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They offer valet parking with unlimited in and out access. They are also a block from the convention center. If you are needing to be in downtown Denver, Aloft is a Savy, Sassy place to go!

The rooms were fine but the staff was really unhelpful. After a valet specifically told us we could park anywhere and just go in to check in, we were surprised to find a $75 ticket on our windshield the next morning. I spoke to several front desk people and valet employees before we left, and even called three times in the week after we checked out to try and have this remedied and no one could even bother to call me back, even just to tell me there was nothing they could do. Face to face service was nice, but it seems very unprofessional that the valet manager (who I called personally and left a voicemail) or the hotel manager couldn’t even return the call of a guest. We will specifically opt to stay elsewhere from now on.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Denver anytime soon! Staff was super friendly, room was beautiful and squeaky clean Thank you Aloft Denver for showing us the upmost hospitality we will be back! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Won't be coming back. Two stars for convenience only. Located just a block away from the convention center, right in the middle of amazing restaurants, and just a short walk to the Pavilion should have made this hotel 5 stars; however, everything about the hotel itself was a let down. Front desk staff that actually acted annoyed when some guy tried paying for food from the snack area. The "re:fresh" gimmick kitchen was poorly thought out and understaffed due to the fact they have no desire to make it work. The room we were in was awkwardly designed, had no bathtub, and the world's most stiff/uncomfortable bed. Add to that they decided to put blue lights in for the thermostat and bedside clock, it was a perfect storm for an agonising 4 nights. The room was pure torture. No excuses for the price of the room either. The sole redeeming factor were the nice and helpful valet staff. Will definitely be coming back and staying downtown, but never again at this place.

The location of this hotel is great — right off the 16th Street Mall. It's very discreet, we honestly almost walked right past it even with the GPS on. I liked the room layout, it really maximizes the space. As others have mentioned, the rooms can be noisy — they actually have ear plugs on the desk, which is thoughtful. I knew this when booking the hotel, and the noise didn't bother me at all. But it could be an issue for some. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. It was a bit stiff which I actually like, but some cushion would be appreciated. We didn't get breakfast at Aloft — even though the breakfast hours were open it didn't look the kitchen was manned and there wasn't really a table to sit and enjoy breakfast. It may just be food on the go which does fit with the theme of the hotel. But if you're on vacation and relaxing you may want to go down the street for food. Overall a great stay and the staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and well appointed for the price and location.

We had a wonderful stay at the Aloft Downtown Denver the last 4 days. Very friendly and courteous staff, in particular Collin at the front desk and 2 valets Joe and Collin. They guided us to great restaurants and places to see. It was within walking distance of the Pepsi Center and Coors Stadium. Our rooms were nicely equipped and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Exercise room was well equipped. We would stay here on our next trip to Denver.

Ask for a quiet, interior room on the 6th floor. It was quiet and pleasant last night. The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable and I LOVE the Bliss bath products! The bartender was so friendly. We got vouchers for a free drink on the first night. Go "Green" (no housekeeping) and get a $5 voucher for goods downstairs. This hotel is very convenient to the Colorado Convention Center and tons of eats nearby.

Service was lovely, bed comfy and nice room. Valet parking is pretty steep at $45 but considering overnight parking nearby was $38, we went for it anyway. Room had mini fridge but no freezer part for ice cream (nice to be able to bring back on a hot day). Decent sized TV with "basic" cable, room was quiet, no issues came up.

Hip cool and trendy. If your around downtown and your looking for a getaway that's different from you normal hotel, stay here. If you have kids though I would recommend that you stay elsewhere, save this place for a date night or if your attending a convention book here. Comfortable beds and great vibe.

Sold a room out from under me which was booked for four additional days. I'm sure they were able to get a better rate as many places were sold out. Made no effort to help me find a room and didn't even apologize.

Stayed here last weekend. The location in downtown was amazing. I would give a five rating except for the parking issues. Me, being from out off state and a small town, ended up with a parking ticket the next morning. I didn't see that it was public paid parking lot, not the hotels.

I don't understand how this place has such a high rating. The rooms are extremely noisy from both outside noise and noise originating in the hotel itself. The floors bounce, there is chipped paint in the hallways, saggy light fixtures, marks on the carpet, there is a funky odor, the decor is tacky and cheap looking. There is very little hotel parking and it's not free. You end up paying $40 per day to park. Unfortunately the room was booked for me by the company travel planner but l have suggested we never book with Aloft hotels again.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and the staff was absolutely amazing! They gave us a beautiful city view on the 6th floor and a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. I highly recommend staying here for your Denver trip.

I had a terrible experience in the last couple days of my one week stay at Aloft. My medicines were missing from my room after the room service personnel had only partially tidied it up. I was surprised to see that only parts of the room were made up and not fully done. The most serious issue here was my missing medicine! I contacted the help desk, who couldn't help me at all and informed me that they'd pass on the message to house keeping department — which they obviously did not. I had to explain the issue to 5 different people only to be told that they didn't know anything about my medicines. To top it all, a rude staff member at the help desk said this to me — "I do not know what do you expect us to do ma'am. The medicines are gone. We can't do anything about it. " It was disappointing to see that nobody was ready to take any responsibility and try to help me out. On my last night at the hotel, I had some extremely noisy neighbors running up and down the corridor, throwing stuff around in their room — keeping me awake till 2:00 am. I approached the hotel management yet again. Fortunately, I finally got to meet someone who was polite and courteous, at the hotel front desk. I was told they'd send me a refund for one night to compensate for the disturbance. Thankfully, I did receive this! While my stay was mostly comfortable, the experience I had in the last two nights was very bad.

Everything was great. Joe, the valet, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The associate at front desk was obviously new, but very friendly as well. Parking was triple charged even though I only stayed one night and he wasn't sure how to fix it, but it was corrected on my final bill so all good!

We got the opportunity to spend two nights here and found it very hip and accommodating. It's situated in a busy part of downtown, only a block from the 16th street mall with tons of shops and food. Immediately we noticed the large lobby area, bar and food area with floor to ceiling windows looking out into the streets. The food area was stocked with healthy options, and the breakfast there the next morning was incredible — courtesy of Hilary, who was overseeing the area. Alo…ft hotels are known for having live music performances, and when we needed a place to film a Facebook live performance, the front desk staff were super into it. We were able to set up on one of their couches with the busy street in the background and it went over great. Our room had a very unique layout to it, being on a corner. It was laid out wide with the two beds side by side and the bathroom/sink area behind the headboard wall of the beds. With us being nightowls by nature, the blackout curtains came in handy the next morning, where we probably got our first long sleep the whole tour. Make sure to bring quarters if doing Laundry on the 6th floor. Our day off here gave us the opportunity to do a few loads of clothes, but you'll need at least $5 in quarters for a wash and dry. Overall, super accommodating, hip and nestled in a bustling part of town, with plenty of bars, late night food spots and Coors Field only about a 10 minute walk away.

Very nice place, it feels different from the typical lodging options in the center. Highly recommended.

Don't know what was up with this Aloft. It's pretty friendly which is cool but I had a dog START barking at 1am. I went to complain and that is when I and friend in a neighboring rooms realized that the phones didn't work. So I had to call the front desk thru a normal cell phone only to sort of be laughed off. Pillows were like losing on cloth air pockets. My neck hurts. Bar staff was cool so that's nice, I guess. No thanks.

The only reason for the 4 stars was that the parking wasn't clear to me (maybe I overlooked) but it adds to the cost. Great people so far, talking about staff. Always smiling asking if you need anything ready to help in any way possible. Awesome convenience to 16st, shopping, food, food, drinks, food… Great stuff.

Nice hotel, but charging guests of your hotel $40 DOLLARS to park in your garage is insane. We booked a room on travelocity. The policies about the hotel were misleading. It specifically says VALET parking fee $38. It does not say that the valet is actually $40, and that VALET is essentially your ONLY option! According to the receptionist at the hotel, she said The other option is to park at the garage across the street. BUT… the garage has its own rules, such as it charges every time you choose to leave and come back. Beware people! Completely ridiculous that they charge their GUESTS to park on their property.

Nice place overall. Little noisy at night as I had a room near the side street. Staff was friendly and the room was very nice no complaints there.

Nice hotel with a modern decor. Not much in the way of amenities. The room was a bit small, but it serves its function. The biggest complaint is that there is no door to the bathroom sink area (there is a door to the shower/toilet room) and to turn on the light in the shower, you must turn on the light at the sink. If you are sharing the room with another person, the light is very bright if they're trying to sleep.

Nice hotel. Great location. Plenty of food/drink options close by. Outside traffic/noise can be a bit bothersome late in the night. I was not satisfied with bar hours. Bar opens at 5pm and closes at 10pm. I stayed here for three nights and the bartender closed at 10 every night, even if there were people at the bar drinking. He closed the bar at 10 last night with 7 or 8 people drinking in the bar and lounge, myself included. I’m certain we all wanted more drinks.

Rooms are clean and it is nice that they provide bottled water. Location is great. Pool table at the bar. Gym on site. Weird that some of the sliding doors in the bathrooms don't close all the way so bear that in mind if you share a room with someone.

Only stayed one night, but the best 24 hours I've spent at a hotel. Not because of the amazing rooms, or food, but for the customer service. I didn't run into a single rude employee and they each seemed like they would go out of their way to make you happy! Front desk girl (darker lady) was extremely welcoming and did everything I needed and more! Will definetely be staying again in the future.

Great location in downtown Denver near the convention center and restaurants and bars. Room was very clean and decor is modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room lighting was a bit lacking — the shower/bathroom was kind of dark — and the TV had no brightness control. Wi-Fi was a bit flaky and slow as well, but I had good cellular reception in my room anyways. Only minor issues though. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

The room was nice enough. That's the only reason I'm giving this hotel two stars. My boyfriend and I made reservations to stay here months ago, and in the online reservation we were assured that his card wouldn't be charged until we actually showed up to stay there. However, his card was charged the next day, making him unable to pay his rent. Once we got it sorted out, the hotel offered to put us in the nicest room available for our stay to make up for it. But when we arrived, our reservation had mysteriously gotten lost, and we had to make a new one right there with an employee who didn't care to pay enough attention to what he was doing and had to ask for my boyfriend's last name no fewer than five times. When we checked out there was similar confusion when we asked to split the bill between two cards. The hotel charged me the full amount, then put some back, then almost a week later charged my boyfriend slightly too much, then put more money back. The number of times we had money taken out of our accounts needlessly by this hotel was insane. And the room wasn't even nice enough for me to forget about that and ever want to stay in one of these disorganized messes again.

Service was top notch and location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The Art Museum was within walking distance and they were nice enough to offer a late checkout so we could leave our luggage and vehicle there. That was a huge deal as parking anywhere downtown is stupid expensive and a big pain. The front desk lady even wrote directions down for me. The full service bar in the lobby is really nice. It was also nice to have tables and places to lounge and eat our breakfast other than the room.

Stayed in a room with a king size bed. Room was clean and uncluttered. Typical amenities such as a small coffee pot and a tiny fridge. Absent is any noise from the street or other guests. Shower is large with an adjustable head, and unlike other hotels that give you . 25oz bottles of shampoo /conditioner, at aloft there are large dispensers on the wall so you have plenty to use. Now the bad, the door to the bathroom is a sliding door that doesn't close well so it is impossible to have 100% privacy. Also, by default you get exactly two towels, and would need to request more. This may be a problem for 2 people showering each day (people sweat in Denver in July). Shuttle to the airport is $60, so a better idea to just take a train for $9 from Union Station 4 blocks away.

This was my first time staying at the Aloft Downtown. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were attractive (rather than bland, which is often found in hotels). All the desired amenities were available and efficiently arranged, making normal actions like showering day and comfortable. The view was beautiful (we had a corner room overlooking the street, so we could see the folks walking by). Next if all war being so close to the convention center. We were attending a con and the location and friendly staff made all the difference in us having an enjoyable experience.

I have visited this hotel several times and I find it a great place to stay. The location can not be matched as it is 1 block from the 16th Street Mall, a short Uber ride from Coors Field, 1 mile from Mile High Stadium and "The World Champion Denver Broncos" and across the street from The Colorado Convention Center. The staff is totally awesome, very friendly, & they even remembered my name. The rooms are very nice with a great flat screen TV. You can work out downstairs and go for a swim.

Valet is 3 times more expensive than weekend parking in the lot next door. Bathroom was not clean or restocked. Electronics in bedroom were unplugged, had to go in and reconnect everything. Front desk staff compensated us with $20 off our bill and free breakfast. Will probably not come back. Not worth the money.

Love the atmosphere! Great artwork throughout the building! WXYZ bar has great drinks! Everyone was very accommodating from the valet to the housekeeping.

The hotel was very nice and modern looking. Every night there seemed to be live music in the lobby which was nice to listen to. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you do park your car with valet, do be aware that their parking garage isn't nearby so expect to wait a while for your car. Call ahead before going down so that your car will be out there before you head down.

Pay parking right across the street. The rooms look modern and well designed. No USB on the TV so I couldnt plug in my chromecast.

Stayed here for a conference at the convention center. This hotel is incredibly close to the center, a huge plus! Everything was clean and comfortable. Thanks!

Rooms are decent. You can hear some street noise, so not the best for light sleepers. Great customer service.

Clean facilities. Friendly staff. However, as this is a relatively new building you expect more. The walls are quite thin — especially in the bathrooms and you'll get to know your neighbors more that you would care to. Our room looked over the parking lot. There was no consideration for lighting in the entry to the room and made finding clothes in the closet or using the coffee maker a challenge. You can do better for the money in Downtown Denver.

Stayed one night… clean rooms for the most part but they should try better checking under the beds for trash. We had overnight valet for $38 bucks and waited over an hour for our car. They refunded our money but it didn't solve the fact that we waited so long. The TVs in room dont allow guests to hook up any cables so we could watch Netflix or whatever. The TV guide on channel 2 automatically scrolls one channel at time and takes forever. And we can't flip through the guide ourselves. First world problems. But any business should treat customers as first world even they are not.

I really like this hotel, rooms are beautiful! Made a reservation 3 months in advance for a street view was not given at first but friendly staff fixed it! As for the bartender very rude and didn't want to take our food order because she was to busy was her exact words. Other then the rude bartender it was a very nice stay will be staying again!

Great location, convenient to ask tourist attractions. Friendly service in a cool atmosphere. Rooms were clean and well appointed.

I am not sure what the building pic of the triangle is but this is a nice hotel, located centrally in CO. They have a nice bar called "xyz". They also offer breakfast snacks.

The party next to our room was bothering me so they gave us a much quieter room on a higher floor. Great space, comfortable beds, kind staff.

Stayed here for three nights during a work conference. Excellent rooms and service.

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate. Our flight landed very early in the morning, hotel check in was 3pm, we went to the hotel to see if we could drop off the bags and etc to walk around, Danielle at the front desk went out of her way to find a room and get us checked in early! Upon departure they checked our bags for us (we had an 11pm flight) so that we were able to enjoy the city one last day without the hassle of carrying their bags. Everyone is so friendly there, and the hotel is clean and spacious. I will back to stay at this hotel!

Perfect location in downtown, valet parking only, friendly staff. The whole hotel looked very sleek and modern. The room was very clean with the exception of the huge windows which had a few nose prints on them. The supposed "corner room" on the top floor only had a (huge) window in one direction but it provided some nighttime people watching opportunities regardless. There was a narrow semi-transparent window between the shower and the room. Overall would recommend.

One of the newer hotels in Denver. I travel a lot for business and it was a short distance from the convention center up the road. Good bar scene on Thursdays and I liked that they had a gym.

Wow this place is stunning. Absolutely beautiful building in the heart of Downtown Denver. The rooms are modern and this hotel has an amazing bar.
