⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really enjoyed our stay here very friendly staff and very clean and great breakfast!

Good place and nice place.

Stayed at this location twice. The first time I'd give 5 stars, the second time 4. Overall solid good experiences for a family of 5.

Very clean rooms, great value through Hotels. Com, and in a nice quiet part of the city.

We had a nice stay. Comfy bed! Nice to have a bit if separation between bed and sofa bed. Sometimes families need a little space while traveling.

The rooms were great! Great little Lounge area with a TV they could be swiveled to face the beds or the couch. Breakfast service in the morning was nothing to write home about, but there were hot items. Coffee available 24 hours!

Fairly average hotel in the range of a Fairfield or Hampton Inn. It was clean and staff were friendly. Hotel needs new carpet and is showing some age but overall good condition. My biggest knock against it was that the breakfast was exactly the same every day, and waffles only on the weekend. I'm not sure why this decision but maybe offer some different types of eggs? Leave one waffle iron out during the week to offer some choice. The eggs were really good for what they are but options would be nice. If you're considering this hotel keep in mind that there's only one restaurant close, and it closes at 9. I didn't take away a star for this, because it isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth mentioning. Good for an overnight stay or two, but not good for an extended stay.

Very nice and loved the view.

Had a room for 5 people. Stay was comfortable. My only gripe: one of the queen bed was too close to the air conditioner, and the make-up 3rd bed was too far, which made it challenging to get the right amount of cooling in the room. Had good variety and choices in the complimentary breakfast.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the bathtub was great, and the bed was VERY comfy. Definitely will be planning future stays here (:

Absolutely love coming to the Springhill Suites everytime I'm in town. Staff is very professional and friendly. The location is convenient for me. The breakfast bar always has ample amount to choose from.

This hotel was great! Staff was super and the rooms were very clean and looked updated. I felt safe and didn't worry about a thing during my stay. Definitely worth the price in my opinion.

The hotel was nice and clean. Two of us stayed in one room. The suite was fairly large with a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a small sink. It was stocked with dishes ad well. It had a table that you could use as a desk or roll out to use elsewhere in the room which was nice. We love to play games and it’s hard to do in a hotel because they generally only have coffee tables. The only issue we had was sleeping. A lot of hotels have a room with two queens. This one did not. They had a sofa bed which was horribly uncomfortable. The hotel is also a bit far from other businesses, perhaps 5-10 min. We had a hard time finding a place to eat and had to look up options on line since there wasn’t anything close by. (There was one restaurant very close, the airplane restaurant, but they had an event going on and it was going to be over an hour wait. ) We had a car so this wasn’t a big deal but if you didn’t have transportation this would be an issue.

The hotel itself was clean and very nice. The hot tub did not have jets making it a hot pool. While the pool itself was supposed to be heated but it was ice cold. The clerk confirmed at check in that it was a heated pool and hot tub with jets. When we went to breakfast the lady stocking the buffet was wearing a sweatshirt saying scumbags United, we found this very unprofessional.

Staff and rooms were amazing. Very good view of Pikes Peak too. Great place to stay.

Rooms are good sized. Fit all 5 of us comfortably. Front desk called as soon as we got into our room to ensure it was up to standard.

Great location & convenient to the airport, Peterson AFB & plenty of amenities. We stay here quite a bit & this place has everything you need for an enjoyable visit to Colorado Springs.

Such an awesome hotel. Great price. Very nice staff. Will be our only place to stay in Colorado Springs from now on!

Fitness center is way to small. If there is any more than 2 people in there it is over crowded. The room is decent, bed was comfortable and everything else was pretty good. My biggest complaint was the fitness center.

The staff was friendly. The facility is clean and new in appearance. Location is by the airport and close to fort Carson. Great stay.

We had a great overnight stay here in one of the double queen with sofa pull-out beds. The kids enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast had something for everyone. We will definitely be back the next time we're going through Colorado Springs.

Room and staff are fantastic. Breakfast is pretty good. Decent selection for a free Continental. Only thing really lacking is the small workout room. Only a couple machines.

Nice, clean common areas and rooms. Friendly staff. Be aware it is situated away from dining and shopping locations, and the gym is very small.

Location is close to the airport, essentially right outside. Rooms were well done and we're furnished nicely. All staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything asked.

The room was beautiful, breakfast was on point and the staff were amazing. I enjoyed both nights and will most certainly be back again. The huge airplane restaurant near by was really unexpected!

This hotel was awesome. The price was actually the cheapest I was able to find for our two night stay and the room was excellent. The room was very clean and quiet. I couldn't have asked for a better location and the staff here was very nice. I will definitely keep this place in mind if I have to stay in town again.

Employees were nice and courteous. Our room was clean and quiet and the beds were perfect. Breakfast had a huge variety and made everyone happy. The pool was small but kids still had fun.

Had to book a last minute room and they were able to price match, saving us about $40. Room was very spacious, clean and the breakfast and all day refreshments were top notch.

This place costs me $180+ including tax and I had a horrible night's stay. At 3am, there were loud drunken men outside which woke us up. My husband and I called down to the front desk three times. After no answer, my husband had to go down there himself. Turns out, the clerk took it upon herself to leave and visit the next hotel over. There were also liquor bottles all over the tables of the lobby. When I spoke with the front desk at checkout they had nothing to say about the behavior but a flaky apology. They should have done something more than just give me a blank stare and a "oh really, sorry to hear that happened to you". A discounted rate would have been better. We never could go back to sleep. Not ever coming back here.

Great Hotel! Very clean and pleasant to stay at! The only downside is breakfast. It needs significant improvement.

The staff is very accommodating. It has a swimming pool and fireplace and an outside grill for cooking. They have utilities and spices for cooking on the grill as well. They do have a morning breakfast from 6 to 9 during the week and 7 to 9 or 10 on weekend. The room that I was in was for the hearing impaired and came with a light doorbell. It was next to the swimming pool and the elevator so the TV volume could be very high and not really disturb anybody. And there was a low entry or Zero Entry shower in the room which all was nice.

Nice and clean hotel. Very nice breakfast in the morning. All typical ammentities are available. Would definitely stay here again.

Called last minute to get a room since we decided to extend our vacation! The girls at the front desk were super friendly and very welcoming to our family!

I absolutely love how I'm greeted and treated when I stay here. The staff goes out of their way to make me feel welcomed. I would recommend this hotel to anybody when they stay in Colorado Springs.

This hotel is absolutely perfect the way it is! The staff is very friendly and on top of everything. We have stayed here many times and have always been happy with everything. Every time we stay we have at least 15 youth/adults total. Thank you Springhill Suites Colorado Springs!

The room was well furnished with a study area, couch kitchen sink and complementary breakfast and coffee. There was even a small 24/7 gym inside near the lobby. Everything was great aside from the pillows which flattened after a few hours into sleep which is why I'm not giving it a 5 star rating. Bring your own pillow if you can.

Nice accommodations, always like the breakfast at the various marriots I have stayed at. The staff was cheerful and made our stay pleasant. Especially liked the women at the breakfast bar. I would recommend this establishment to any travelers visiting the area. Paid a visit to the Airplane Restaurant during our visit, which was an interesting experience, with good food, that I would also recommend if visiting this area.

This was one of the best hotel experiences that we have ever had! The rooms were immaculate. The continental breakfast was great! The staff made sure that our visit was comfortable and asked if there was anything else that they could do for us. A-one facility!

Stayed in room 222. Was wonderful, but had very minor issues with the door keys resetting. Otherwise, exactly as expected.

I was flying from Chicago all night and I was super tired I booked the hotel online a soon we landed and the was so nice didn't charge extra and gave me the hotel at 6am instead of 3 pm.

Rooms were comfortable, staff was pleasant. I enjoyed the fact that the second story windows opened to enjoy the fresh spring air.

Clean. Updated. Worth the money. The bed was just a touch too hard for my taste. All in all good.

Stayed here for business travel. Conveniently located. Great service.

We had a wonderful stay at the SpringHill suites in Colorado Springs. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The location was a bit out of town but close to the airport for people traveling there. The continental breakfast had a variety of options. I would stay there again!

Good price and the rooms are nice. Location is a little out of the way, but it's a short drive to most things in Colorado Springs. Breakfast is also good.

Asked to extent stay; they wanted to increase price $30.00. In the morning received a unrequested wake up call at 0400. : (

The staff has been excellent! However, the walls are too thin, I can normally hear conversations in the next rooms and the breakfast is nearly the same everday.

The hotel was nice however the staff needs some improvment. Please check your rate and what they charge. I booked with Hotel Tonight for a great rate but they charged me as well. I called they assured me it was taken care and not to worry. Still waiting for my credit. Poor service obviously not well trained.
