Very nice people at the front desk.

Understaffed, wasn't offered room upgrade despite being Platinum Elite, Water was not draining and clogging on the bath tub and water was not flushing on the toilet. It was 1 night stay and no one was there to fix these issues during the stay. When asked for a different room, was told that all rooms were booked. But the next day morning, when I complained at front desk, we were offered a different room when we were just about to check out. Totally disappointed with the experience. Not the quality one expects from a Category 4 Marriott hotel. Will never recommend this place.

It's a very practical hotel. Clean rooms, fridge/freezer, stove, everything you'd need for an extended stay. Decent breakfast, gym is open 24 hrs. Courteous staff.

Very nice an clean hotel. The staff were more the accommodating and breakfast was good. Had a nice non smoking seating area otside and fireplace. Property had the normal amenities including an indoor pool (no spa), small business area with free printing, small gym, and a small convenience area. My room was a standard king bedroom. The kitchen was nice and convenient with everything you need. The bed was comfy and bathroom nice and updated. Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. Would stay here again anytime!

We checked in on Monday 7/16 and checked out on 7/18. We enjoyed our rooms. It was clean and the beds are very comfy. I would have rated it more but we left around 5 in the morning to check my son in at AFA. When we got back to check out and get the things we left that morning in our room it had already been cleaned and our things thrown in the trash. I found my sons things in the hallway. We went to the front desk because we had an hour before check out. They apologized and brought us some of the groceries they had thrown away. Me being emotionally drained I just decided to leave because I was promised a phone back from their manager. I have never received a call back and now notice a lot more of my things missing. Wished they would have just called back liked they promised.

We got a two bedroom studio. It was a very spacious room. We only stayed one night. Beds were comfy. Loved being able to watch our Netflix. Only issue was trying to get room cooked off, thermostat on wall didn't work luckily the floor unit did and we were cooled off in no time.

This place is great for an extended stay guest. Full fridge and kitchenette which includes a few dishes. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Free Wi-Fi and amenities. Continental breakfast and small workout room. Close to the airport as well. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Staff is awesome and very helpful. They've improved on their morning breakfast options since last time I stayed here. I wish they had bigger room with more equipment for their gym, but given the space, it works fine.

One of my stops during road trip. Staff was amazing. I checked in ar 2:30 am. And he gave me an late check out. Which I needed it so much. I slept so good and the room was clean. It was amazing.

The room we were in was clean, but most of the lights in the room were burned out. I would think housekeeping should check things like that. The room was on the first floor, putting it close to the free breakfast buffet. The food was standard, fried eggs, sausage, muffins, make your own waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal, and yougart. I do believe there were two prostitutes sitting in cars in the parking lot when we first arrived. Overall, it was an okay stay. The hotel is also on the far south side of town, so it was not as close to many of the area attractions or nightlife spots. V.

The room is very spacious, with a full kitchen! There isn't an oven but it's fully stocked with everything else you could need. We made tacos! Comfy bed too.

The rooms are very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is friendly and the location is great for accessing the local bases.

Darn excellent location! I was there only for a matter of hours, but close to airport, clean and everything went smooth as butter. Definitely staying here again when I have early flights.

Staff was friendly and accomidating. Sitting area was clean and nicely set up. My room was better than others. I like the half kitchen, especially if you have to stay long. I really like the soap they are using right now, smells like cucumber or something. Bed and pillows were better than the usual and they even had a fan that I could borrow.

Stayed here multiple times. The staff is wonderful and amenties are amazing. I have three kids and Towneplace Suites is my first choice of hotel when traveling. Depending on your length of stay, the available kitchen can save hundreds of dollars on meals.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. You forget you're in a hotel and feel like you're able to breathe more. Place is clean and the staff is very friendly. Stay here!

The staff has been great, easy internet, great cell service, clean rooms. The views could be better… but that's it.

This is officially my go to place whenever I visit Colorado Springs. The staff is always friendly and do their best to accommodate my families needs. The rooms are clean and have everything that we need. I also like that it's very quiet here.

We were looking for good Chinese restaraunt and saw this one was rated pretty high on another site ski we decided to try it. Our girls love lo mien with chicken and wanton soup so we irdered those along with sweet and sour pork. We were disappointed that the food was average and not the rated 4 stars. We typically take home our leftovers but decided not to as we knew we wouldn't eat them.

Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. The bathroom is small, and the bathroom closet joins the front closet which is a privacy concern. The seating needs to be moved to support comfortable TV lounging. Kitchen is small and low quality. Overall, acceptable.

Staying here for five weeks! So far after a week everything here is good! The room is everything you need for an extended stay! The fireplace in the TV area is a nice touch! The only thing I would like added is an upper body machine for the excersise room!

Free breakfast is AMAZING So many options, everything was very fresh, and you can even make your own waffles to guarantee they are just the way you want. Room amenities are very nice, they have fully stocked kitches in each room. The pool is small but tidy and warm Our housekeeper was pretty bad unfortunately, there were several signs of the people there before us — trash was not emptied — dishwasher had dishes left — there was a pill on the bed which led me to assume the sheets had not been changed — the soap was not refilled so we had no body soap Overall, Very nice hotel, just a little unclean.

Friendly staff, good location, a clean room and facility. The only odd thing was the parking lot was very dark until late evening. We were not sure what hour the outdoor lights finally came on.

Would stay here again. Room is clean, modern, and comfortable. Love the 2 bedroom suite for our party of 5. Staff is friendly.

I really enjoyed this hotel the lady who checked us in was so nice and very professional! Our room was roomy and had a full kitchen setting. My husband and I stayed at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort before this hotel and we really enjoyed this one some what better. Cheyenne charged us a $24 dollar a day resort fee on top of the room charge! The resort was right next to the mountains but they were in the process of renovating a lot of stuff like the tennis court and pool. I was told the resort fee was for those facilities which I never used. So needless to say this hotel was very clean and neat the breakfast was good and we will be coming back to this location! To top it off I left my tennis bracelet in the room and just called back and they said they found it! Thank you Marriott town suites is definitely a great place to stay with your family!

Rooms were clean, comfortable and large. Some have good views of the mountains. The hotel is close to the airport, Peterson Air Force Base, restaurants and shopping.

Stayed here as an overnight guest. The room was clean and very comfortable. They provided free breakfast which was good. The management here is just awesome. I requested them to arrange a cake since it was my wife's birthday, and they were happy to help. Thank you guys for making my stay wonderful.

Very spacious rooms with full kitchen. They also have a community gas bbq grill in the back you can use to grill your own meats. My group and I bought meats at Costco along with some beer and had a great time.

Beautiful, clean room packed with amenties (full size fridge, kitchen sink, 2 burners, dishes, microwave, coffee pot). Friendly helpful staff, decent gym equipment (for a hotel), free no hassle parking, great complimentary breakfast. Love this place.

This is our go-to place for out of town guests or when we are trapped in the Springs by weather. We also stayed here for nearly a month a couple years ago when we had major damage to our home. The staff has always been polite and competent. The rooms, pool, breakfast has always been clean, well kept and well maintained. Only drawback is that you pay for all this. Definitely not the cheapest option around by a long shot.

Had a great experience, nothing really to complain about! It's amazing to see how they have planned the rolls to provide you everything that you can think of in a suite! Our room had mountains view and the pool was great too. The staff is friendly and the breakfast had several options to choose from!

You really can't ask for a better place to stay! I got the smallest room for me and two children aged 2 and 4. Comfy bed, big pull out couch, full kitchen, good bathroom and plenty of room. It's close to the airport and was convenient for me and the boys to stay at for the pikes peak airstrip attack. If you're a racer coming into town then stay here! There's a decent lot to park the trailer and truck! The staff is very friendly and will greet you if you're coming or going. The breakfast is more than enough.

Clean, spacious room. The top floor was quiet. Breakfast was simple but complimentary so that should be expected.

Clean and comfortable room. Tiny fitness room with just one treadmill and one eliptical and an indoor pool just big enough to get wet in or for kids.

This hotel is amazing. I was so happy with how nice. I felt like I was at home. The food was good. And the staff is really nice. Not to mention hubby and I finally slept well on the beds. Deffinitly would recommend here to anyone else.

Charged me $250.00 for saying I smoked in the room… yes, I am a smoker but wouldn't smoke inside. I said they must've smelt something from my clothing. They said they had evidence but refused to tell me what said evidence was. Scam! Noisy in the hallways, couldn't get much sleep at night. In other regards, front desk staff seemed nice & my room was decent. Just cannot believe they are charging me for smoking in my room when I absolutely did not, and refuse to tell me what evidence they supposedly have.

Every employee was very nice and friendly. They helped us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious. And the room was clean and smelled fresh. Very nice hotel.

Its good that this place lets animals stay here as well.
