We booked a pet friendly room for this hotel 3 or 4 days ago. Today when we went to check in we were told they had overbooked their pet friendly rooms. Instead of giving us a different room or booking us in another hotel we were told they’d refund us and that’s all they could do. We would have never driven all the way here if we hadn’t already booked this hotel days ago as our plans changed less than 24 hours before booking we had to keep our booking and go 2 hours out of our way only to arrive and be turned away. No one called to warn us that we wouldn’t have a room. Tatiana at the front desk was rude and said she would not help me or call her manager because I was being “rude”to her. So clearly the employees need a course in customer service. Just so disappointed in BW. We’ve been BW customers for 10 years. We always stayed with BW in the UK. Just this week we’ve stayed in 3 different BW hotels. This really makes us rethink ever using a BW again.
