Don’t even try they tell ya your room isn’t ready even though your on time to check in worst display of customer service I’ve ever seen will never be back.

The rooms are comfortable but we had a bad experience we were celebrating our 21st anniversary and the room was supposed to be arranged for that and it was not the toilet was not clean and the worse was not enjoying breakfast.

Staff and housekeeping working diligently to make your stay as safe & comfortable as possible under unprecedented hotel stays. They offer "to go" breakfast & their outdoor pool/jacuzzi is open till 10pm, unlike much of their competition. There are no hotel resort or parking fees.

No housekeeping no cocktail hour noo breakfast bar no restaurants no food no gym.

Great location. Beautiful property. Who doesn't love free breakfast and and manager reception. Alexandra at the front desk was great and gave us great ideas of what to do in the area. It was our first time. Definitely be back!

We absolutely love it here! The complimentary evening reception is exceptional. The made to order breakfast omelettes are phenomenal. Try it here, you won’t go elsewhere. I tried.

The rooms are overpriced for the weekend days. Great buffet for breakfast. The suites are so small that they have pocket doors. Speaking of small the TV in the living room area was exceptionally smaller than the one in the sleeping area.

The hotel did great for all of our wedding room needs. Very helpful friendly staff, great breakfast. Happy hour drinks 2 free, just a great all around time we had here!

Customer service is great. And nice bed. However, the hallway floors and room floors were covered with chipped paint. I called them to vacuum immediately upon arriving. On my first day, there was a fire alarm test and had to be gone with my little ones. On my second day, they had a scheduled power outage. I was out of power for 30 minutes. When it came on there was a water leak from the room above AC unit. They came and stuck a towel under the leak. The power went out again in the early morning. I hope guests were not in the shower.

I only visited a family member staying at the hotel. I did not sleep there myself. But from what I saw, the room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the separate bedroom and living room layout, it allowed for privacy when getting ready and it made the room less crowded when entertaining a few other family members. I also walked the pool area which had tables for lounging and relaxing with food or drinks. Overall I thought it was a very nice, clean hotel. Would stay here if looking in Temecula again.

I traveled to Temecula for three weeks for work. The first week I stayed in the springhill suites by Marriott and had a terrible experience. The second week I stayed here at the embassy suites. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. My room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the shower head is not very good quality.

First off the my fiancee and I enjoyed the happy hour, so I can't complain there. Other than that it was an overall bad experience. The hotel lobby was clean but that was it. The room was small for the price we paid. Not only that but it looked like this room had not been cleaned in weeks. It was full of dust, it smelled horrible, the fridge still had items from a previous guest I'm guessing, the shower had hair on the tub, the toilet was stained. Too many details to list. We have stayed at a couple other Embassy Suites locations and this one was by far the worst. Would not stay there ever again nor would I recommend anyone to stay there.

I was at the Embassy Suites for a business function in one of their meeting rooms. The meeting was clean and the tables/chairs were well organized for a presentation. The projector worked very well, and the presentation was easy to see. Food was also served. Coffee, Orange Juice, pastries, toast, bagels, and fruit. All were good. Lunch was 4 different kinds of sandwich meat with 2 different kinds of bread. It was a make your own sandwich bar, and it was very good.

The staff was very friendly and professional the rooms are excellent breakfast buffet was amazing pool area and gym were very clean The only thing I recommend is that they raise the microwave & safe I literally had to lay down on the floor to put my valuables in the safe it made it hard for disabled person or senior citizen to put valuables in the safe.

Really nice hotel for embassy suites! I've been to a couple in different locations and was really impressed by how spacious and modern the rooms were here. Also like that it's close to everything pretty much in Temecula! You can get a car to take you to the vineyards and not break the bank because everything is so close.

Though we live just next door in Murrieta, I took my husband here on, what was suppose to be, a romantic get-away for Valentine’s Day. I made the reservations well in advance, but when we got there we had been placed in a handicap ‘catchall’ room. Room for a wheelchair, door bell that made our lights flicker, strange bathroom arrangement (maybe made to allow for a wheelchair? ), paper thin wall between the bedroom and bathroom with a sliding door that wouldn’t close completely. Not very romantic when you can’t shut the bathroom door completely when you need privacy. Anyway, it’s great they have this for someone with special needs, but not having these needs it made the room very awkward to navigate. Maybe someone should have asked?, or warned us if that was the only room available and given us the option to stay somewhere else? Less than romantic.

They have a decent happy hour. The beds and rooms are good. There are two televisions I our rooms. I didn't care for the shower too much, but, that's only because the person who used it before left it on torpedo blast. Our also took a while for the water to both warm up, then, cool down.

I love this hotel, it’s beautiful, the staff is wonderful, happy hour is so nice! It’s located perfectly in Temecula Wine Country, the pool is amazing! I’ve stayed here 2 separate times and loved both! It’s a little older, don’t be so picky, they do their best to make sure your happy and that’s worth everything! If I want perfect I’ll stay home! this is a wonderfully fun place, and very family friendly.

Room was clean and spacious. Sometimes it took 2 or 3 tries to unlock the door. Conference room was great! Nice and quiet for the exam we were hosting with the exception of one loud guy in the kitchen right before lunch. Lots of shopping and dining nearby and a short drive away from the mall and old town.

We often stay at the Embassy Suites in Temecula to enjoy the wine tasting of the area. We were very disappointed upon check in to be told the pool area including hot tub were undergoing renovation. While I understand renovations are necessary, we were looking forward to using the hot tub. When amenities are not available, notification should be sent to the guests. I got reminders about the reservation, so it should have been easy to include this information. Knowing there was no hot tub we would have rescheduled our trip for a few weeks later.

Close to old town. Very clean and modern. Ice cold air conditioning. Can't wait to stay again.

They have a complimentary happy hour with two select beers and well drinks from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm and offer you some chips and vegetables to munch on. They also offer you free breakfast and parking. If I had to recommend anything from room service it would be the wings and the quesadilla (if only for the salsa). Overall the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the pool was closed and the AC is not very strong, though maintenance was there fast to give us a fan for the living room. The staff is accommodating. The beds are more full size rather than a queen size, but you have two of them and the living room has a pullout couch, which is great! Nice little balcony and close to the freeway so it's about a 10 minute drive to Pechanga. Would gladly stay here again.

Stayed here with all my family, about 25 in all. We all made positive comments. Didn't hear any negatives. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet. A lot of choices. You can also have a cook make an omelet for you. Happy hour was fantastic. Great drinks and appetizers. Room was what I was expecting. I would stay there again if I was in that area.

Convenience for sure, close to great restaurants and access to freeway. Nice buffet breakfast. Our room looked very outdated and needs some remodeling but the bed was excellent, got a great nights sleep.

Good sized suites, run down, paper thin walls. I could hear every "moment" the neighbours enjoyed, the two hour social of free drink helped. Breakfast was hit and miss. Our room did have an iron and board, a fairly strong hair dryer and nice views of the car park.

Large hotel adjacent to the highway. Rooms were nothing spectacular — we had a two room suite and both rooms were very small — hard to walk between the bed and dresser. Pool and hottub were nice to have since we were there in the summer with super hot days and cooler nights.

We stayed here when we we're visiting from Michigan to find a place to live in Temecula area. The hotel was under construction, so some things were blocked off, but they still did a great job accommodating everyone. My daughter loved the pond with the fountain. The pool was well kept up, and the continental breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel.

Overall a very nice Embassy Suites. However, we were very surprised to find we had a traditional hotel room rather than a suite. The website actually shows only suites available and I'm not sure why we were put into a small bedroom.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming, and helpful when we asked for recommendations of places to go and things to do. The room was very nice, modern and clean. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and the fact that we were able to order drinks from the bar inside and take them out to the pool. The free breakfast in the morning is great they have a lot to choose from and an omelette station. It is located in a nice area, close to a movie theater, shops, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. About 7 minutes away from Old Town, many brewery's and winery's.

We had a great one day and can't wait to come back. The breakfast is amazing as well as the complimentary 2 hour Happy Hour! The rooms are nice and clean and the bed heaven! Thank you so much. I give the staff A.

Party of 4 and we went for New Year's weekend, to celebrate at Pechanga Casino. Casino is 4miles away, 7min by street. Staff was super professional and polite. Hotel bar had FREE happy hour from 5-7:30pm. FREE appetizers and open bar. FREE breakfast the next day, with an omelette bar. BEST priced hotel in the area, for their service and complimentary incentives. Will be staying here going forward.

I'm here for a week for work. ROOMS : spacious, very clean, balcony, coffee maker, refrigerator, sink. Big nice bathroom. Very clean. Very well decorated with a nice living room. CUSTOMER SERVICE : the people at the desk and the manager are friendly and helpful. BREAKFAST : Amazing. They have an omelets and pancakes stations and they make anything you order fresh. There is an island in the middle with others. Scramble eggs, country potatoes, sausages etc… Then there is the fruit and yogurt section and the sweets sections. All kind of juices and coffees. Best breakfast ever. GYM : small but with the PRECOR machines. Good weights and others. OUTDOOR : super nice and well decorated! HAPPY HOUR with free snacks. Close to downtown! Ah… The beds are so comfortable!

The Embassy Suites was a very pleasant experience. I stayed there 1 ago for business and found that a lot of renovations were made this time around. My rooming the 5th floor had an excellent view and the amenities were abundant. As always, happy hours are a terrific bonus.

Was there for a meeting. Nice lobby. Nice conference room. Clean bathrooms. The bar had a happy hour going on for guests. Lots of restaurants nearby.

I will never stay here again. I'm so upset. Was there for my boyfriend's birthday and we spent our night fighting ants. When I called to complain they dent security up with antibacterial wipes. Why did I have to clean them up. No compensation. Asked for a later check out because we could not sleep and that didn't happen. House keeper st the door asking us to check out. The ant were all over the kitchenette, living room and desk. The room would be better with updated furniture. The bathroom was dirty but at least the bedroom was clean, ant free and had a comfortable bed. But… I will not stay here again unless it is a last resort. Was very disappointed. Sad thing is, the rooms are spacious… I just do not like how we were handled. These pictures are nothing compared to what I attempted to clean before I called the front desk.

The hotel is nice, although a little aged. The staff has been wonderful. There is no room service for breakfast, but they do provide a complimentary buffet with an omelette bar. The pool area is nice, and the grounds are kept clean.

The hotel is currently under construction. (stayed Aug 2017) I am not letting that impact my rating, but know that it's happening and depending on where your room is, you may have to take multiple elevators to get to your floor/room. Hotel lobby is newly updated. Clean and bright and very inviting. The bar is simple, but gets the job done if you want a drink. The rooms are also newly updated. Overall, it's a nice Embassy Suites and when in the area again, I'll definitely look them up. Negatives (besides construction) … Found two larvae worms on the wallpaper in the room. Where there are two, I'm sure there are more. Gross! Check in was also a pain. Checked I. On the mobile app, but when we arrived (after 4p, check in time) our room was not available. We asked for any available room and were told there were no rooms available at the moment but one should be ready within 5 minutes. We sat in the lobby for 10+ minutes and went back to front desk to check. We were then told the room hadn't been cleaned yet, but soon someone would start on it. They apologized and said no other rooms were ready. Another employee overheard (we were being checked in by the manager) and said there were rooms, 2 rooms were actually available. By this time it was 25 minutes after arrival.

I was pretty pumped about this place especially for the price. The 2 room concept was really nice with the living room area. After driving then working all day it was so nice to come into a place that felt like walking into my home. Sitting down in the living room area really just made my night. Thank y'all so much for the wonderful stay.

Stayed here with family for a few days. The staff are really polite and always smiling and received really good service for the duration of my stay. There is really good swimming pool which is perfect for the weather we had, kept the kids happy. They also offer a really good breakfast, overall had a great time and would definitely recommend them.

The hotel is under construction, which they state on their website. The room we stayed in was gorgeously remodeled, clean, and a pleasure to stay in. Most of the staff were not that friendly. The friendliest staff member was Casey, who checked us into the hotel. Other members didn't bother to help at all. They almost seemed annoyed to provide assistance. My wife and I were struggling to get all off our luggage to the room because the luggage cart we had was garbage. A bell hop saw us struggling (through a door that wouldn't stay open) while managing a toddler and didn't ask if we needed help. He didn't offer the other cart he was pushing, offer to help with the bags, or try and hold the door. This type of stuff is very atypical of the Hilton btand so it definitely caught us off guard. The breakfast staff also seemed put out when I asked for help. All I wanted was some bacon, and the chef acted as though I asked him to cook 12 omelets. The service left a lot to be desired and if I had to stay in Temecula again, I wouldn't stay at hotel. I am Hilton gold member and because of that experience I would rather stat at a competitors hotel, even if it meant spending more.

The front desk and lobby is under construction. They have poor signage routing guests to the elevators, breakfast and cocktail hour. The temporary check in area is a joke. It's 4 people put in a room the size of a closet. There was only 1 elevator working and it was incredibly slow. We won't won't be back to this place. Met 3 other guests and the had the same poor reaction.

Excellent place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are luxurious and very comfortable. The breakfast is so tasty with lots of choice. I would recommend as a first choice.

Hotel is undergoing a renovation. We got placed in the unrenovated side. Very dated hotel room. Room is showing its age and parts are very dingey and dirty. Breakfast that is included is pretty good though.

My room is wonderful and clean. Great breakfast choices. Happy hour drinks were great after a long day!

Compared to other Embassy Suites hotels in Southern California, the one in Temecula is a bit of a let down. It isn't a bad hotel, all the amenities are there and what you'd expect, it's just not as refined. Certain parts of the hotel just don't seem as cared for, a bit dirty and worn down. Certainly, the worst part was when we checked in. We had passed by a couple hours before check-in time to see if we could get into our room early and drop off our bags, but being that they were fully booked the night before, we weren't able to, which was no big deal. So we come back, now a couple hours after check-in time, and our room still was unavailable, apparently it still was being cleaned. To their credit, the front desk staff was very friendly and handled everything well. But the biggest disappointment had to be the breakfast. Typically ES breakfast is pretty good, but the baked goods were terribly stale and the dining room was sad. There are Embassy Suites that I have to go back to, this isn't one of them.

Room was great. Love the free hot breakfast and happy hour. Great value for the price. Located near old town Temecula and not far from the wineries. We will definitely return to Embassy Suites.

This is not a great hotel. Our room wasn't ready until nearly 6pm on the day of our arrival, breakfast was always meh, both my family and the families within our party (other rooms) had trouble with the heating/AC within the rooms, and the walls are SO thin. At the delightful hour of 7am we were woken by the phone conversation of a woman in the room beside ours as she made plans to go to Knotts Berry Farm. (We thought there was someone in the hallway — there wasn't. ) I, personally, slept in the pull-out bed. The mattress itself was fine — not great, but perfectly serviceable. The bed came with no pillows or blankets, though, which turned into an hours-long problem at bedtime. (They didn't want to give us more than one blanket, and it was cold! ) Regarding the heating/AC: I didn't have so much trouble with the actual temperature as the noise the thing made whenever it kicked on. It was LOUD. After the first night — within which I got very little uninterrupted sleep due to the noise — I took Zzzquil to try to sleep through the clicking, whooshing, and humming. Sleeping aids shouldn't be necessary, especially due to noise, in Temecula, of all places. According to others in my party, this hotel was the fourth-best rated hotel in Temecula, but cost more than the first. I'm quite disappointed we didn't stay at the best-rated one and won't be returning to this Embassy Suites.

Stayed here for a wine tasting experience… loved every minute of it. The staff was awesome, starting with Justin Lange who was great with his experience with the area and Dante who checked us in. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great experience and ask for Justin Lange to get you the inside info on where to go.

Registration took a little longer than I would have liked and the rooms could use a sprucing up when it comes to decor but it was large enough, clean and quite comfortable. The grounds are nice and the pool clean and fun to swim in. The manager's reception is quite a treat. We had planned to go out to eat afterward but were ruined our appetites with yummy complimentary snacks and drinks.

Hotel was nice enough. There was some confusion about the rates. No trash can in the room. The breakfast was pretty good.

Started off pretty rough. We got in at 10pm and had booked our room months in advance. When we got there the lady at the front seemed like she was in a bad mood so it immediately got me a little irritated. When we got to our room the mattresses were completely off the bed and all the sheets and blankets were sitting on the table. When I called down to the front desk the same lady answered and said she would send someone up. When I asked her to just give us another room she said there were no more like the one I booked. After talking to a manager a few minutes later we were moved to another room that was identical to the one we had booked so I'm not sure why the other lady said there were no rooms similar available. The manager also gave us a night free for the trouble. After that short unpleasantness, it was great. The best part is the breakfast! Holy moly, it is AMAZING! First off, when you hear "complimentary" you think, cereal, fruit, and maybe make your waffle type of set up. Not this place! It has made to order omelets, bacon, pancakes (even had pumpkin pancakes! ) And then way more to pick from. Cereal, fruit, bagels, pastries, eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, and all kinds of drinks. There's also a complimentary cocktail hour the I would have loved to take advantage of but never got the chance bc it was a busy trip. I would DEFINITELY stay again and will always look for this hotel name anywhere I travel going forward.

Staff and service providers made me feel at home. Can't offer even one complaint about anything. You guys are top notch and A-1 in my book. And let's not forget having a custom omelet to start each of my 5 days while visiting during my daughter's recent wedding. I told my son "I love staying with you when I visit, but Embassy Suites has you beat. " Professional, courteous, friendly, and each with smiling faces. Your team is the best.

I can not believe the distasteful service we received, The front staff is terrible, theres a Kristen and a Dwayne that worked the night shift on the friday we were there, Kristen is RUDE and should be retrained or let go I have never had such rude service at any embassy; That man Dwayne is disgusting he was hitting on me and my sister, which is completely uncalled for in customer service! I am a business owner myself, and I would never allow staff to act the way they did. On a positive note the breakfast was great morning shift was wonderful and security was very helpful in helping my mother to the car:) Embassy needs to tend the customers and pay attention to the service thats being provided! never again will we stay, your lucky we dont complain about the harassment from that MAN, Dwayne.

Worst ever. Me and my family booked it on the phone 4 days prior to arrival, everything went good, gave them all info, 4 of us and a 6lb dog, they even took the dogs name. So we are on the way there the day we are checking in, they call us to tell us they don't allow dogs, I was like wtf? They asked if I would like to cancel the reservation? We have 4 days booked with them. Really unprofessional.

Awful, just an awful experience. My family of 4 booked and paid in advance for a room with 2 beds, and when we arrived all they had were rooms with 1 bed. We waited in the lobby like homeless people for hours until they miraculously found a room with 2 beds in it. Then, while staying there for 2 days, we experienced a major shower leak (standing water down the hallway about 10 feet wide), had to call repeatedly for new towels each day, and the first night we were there we found used drinking glasses under the coffee table and on the counter. The room had clearly not been cleaned.
