Well sanitized! It has a peaceful atmosphere I would be back.

My family and I had a lovely time they even let us stay after check out and use the pool. Great food!

Had a little issue before I got there but when I arrived all was made good.

The front desk has no idea about ada laws and service dogs. I was just walking through and the front desk told me they are not pet friendly. I nicely explained he was a service dog and they still pushed back. I’m sorry but all hotels should know service dogs are exempt from no pet policy as they are not pets. Sometimes people need to educate themselves to the laws and when someone is trying to be nice and educate listen to them. The next service dog owner may sue.

Enjoyed our visit. Nice clean rooms and a enjoyable breakfast.

Had a last supper for family that was getting married the next day. All the staff was very helpful and still helped other guest. We all were very eased with the facilities. Just a great night. I would recomend for future.

I have to say we were treated with much respect. Due to a misleading third party booking, we didn't get the room we anticipated. Nadine, the general manager, was understanding in our disappointment, and found a way to move us to a room we wanted and planned for. She didn't have to, but she went out of her way to help us out. Our actual stay was more than pleasant. The room's designed elegantly. We had a whirlpool suite, so we spent more time in the hotel than we thought. Our TV had DirecTV with so many great channels. For breakfast, they had everything from cereal to waffle irons, and orange juice to coffee. We will DEFINITELY include this hotel in our next stay at Temecula. Highly recommended.

My wife and I frequent Temecula wine country and often stay in the area. The Hampton is a great option due to its location and availability. Staff are good people as well! Any issues you have will be addressed immediately, until you are satisfied. Breakfast (which is free) isn't bad either! Only reason I scored it a 4 instead of 5 is the ongoing issue of digital check in that we continue to experience here. Other than that, it's my "Go To" spot for lodging in Temecula. Enjoy!

I am always traveling and this is my favorite Hampton Inn in so far. Hotel is really clean and conveniently located a short walk from Old Town. The staff are great and very friendly. They will go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. Breakfast is standard Hampton but very good. Pool and spa outdoors is fantastic. Great hotel.

The location was decent. The facility for not have much to offer but a place to sleep. Breakfast was simple stuff. The room was nice and clean. Need was comfy but nothing special. The design was modern and simple.

I can not say enough good things about this place! Our second stay almost a year later and this property is top notch! From the cleanliness in all areas to the employee’s who obviously take pride in their work! Obviously management is on the top of their game here! Rooms are very wide and spacious. Our studio with two queens and sleeper easily accommodated five of us. Location to downtown Temecula is easy. Breakfast is standard continental. Will always stay here when we visit!

The staff at this hotel allows you to feel like family. Excellent! It's definitely my home away from home.

I come to Temecula 4-5 times a year on business and I always stay here. Why? — excellent service. The staff, especially front desk, are always gracious and polite. — comfortable rooms. The beds are very nice. The rooms and quite large and they have a nice sized desk. Rooms also come with a fridge and microwave. — great location. Easy access to anywhere you need to be in Temecula. I highly recommend!

This hotel was immaculate. We had an amazing stay. We had a room with the whirlpool which was awesome. Not truly for two people of any type of size but still amazing.

We were in town for a weekend wedding and took advantage of the amenities the Hampton had to offer. The outdoor pool and whirlpool were both open, clean and inviting. We hung out by the pool during the day before heading out into the wine country at night. Exercise room was bright, clean and fully functioning. A few others were in the room and commented on how well-kept it is compared to others they've used; I would have to agree. The rooms were clean and new. All amenities you would expect and we used them all — from the iron and ironing board to the in room fridge. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Temecula area; within walking district to a shopping district lined with restaurants and local shops. Our trip there on Saturday was hustling and bustling with shoppers. All in all, a great trip and the Hampton helped make it that way. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed one day and had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and the the beds were very comfortable. Had a great nights sleep! Will definitely return.

Location, location, location! Great Hilton property close to city center and all the amazing restaurants and brewpubs. We even walked to Ballast Point Brewery 2 blocks away! I stayed here for a few nights on a work trip and was happy with my room and the friendly staff. The free hot breakfast was pretty good as well.

Fabulous! Great price and the room was inviting and very updated. I was happy that it had a microwave, fridge, and a sofa! I also was happy that there was a free pack of popcorn, and we got to watch HBO! The bathroom was very nice as well, the stone floors and the Neutrogena soaps were a nice touch. The comforter was also really soft and warm. Not to mention, free breakfast and parking! So happy with this hotel. Definitely will look for more.

Nice, clean, quiet room with whirlpool. Very nice size with seating area, desk, wet bar with fridge and microwave. Nice king size bed. Poor water pressure in the shower. Nice breakfast for the price (free). All contact with staff was positive.

Excellent service, super nice rooms with the most comfortable beds. Very Very clean. Yummy free hot breakfast and even have breakfast bags to go… we even got got fresh warm chocolate chip cookies… highly recommend.

Everything was well maintained and delightful. I will absolutely use HamptonInn in the future. The breakfast was exceptional and made everyone happy. The Cheerios are to die for, make sure you try them. 2% milk or low fat. It doesn't matter.

Very quiet, Nadine and her staff are very accomodating we have been coming for several years now and traveling from the midwest it is very nice to say it is like a home away from home. Staff is not a turn around staff they are very vested in their clients happiness. We have in the past stayed at other hotels in the area and highly recommend this place if you are looking for excellent service clean rooms and nice pool. Enjoy your stay we relax and recharge our batteries here!

This was a very nice, clean and modern hotel. The free Continental breakfast has a lot of food but lacked a good variety of fresh fruit. The rooms were very nice and parking is free. My only real complaint is that they would only allow us to check out late by an additional 30 minutes. It was also on the more expensive side but it is an upgraded hotel.

This Hampton is really great! My family loved staying here. Everything was very clean, still, and at a good price!

The free hot breakfast was pretty good. Standard fair, cereal, oatmeal, waffle, bagels, etc. Bed was comfortable and clean. Our single king suite was nicely laid out with plenty of space for two. Came with a fridge and microwave. Easy walking distance to downtown. Would stay again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. This hotel had a few little extras that made it better than an average hotel of this level — like sausages and waffles at breakfast, snacks and puzzles in the lobby, and motion sensing night lights in the bathroom. We stayed two nights with a big group for a wedding and were very satisfied! There's also a pool and a gym. All of the rooms seem newly renovated.

Great front desk staff! Clean rooms. Clean hotel. Road noise is minimal. Price seems spendy for prime times of the week, but off peak pricing is great. Parking lot is well lit, and well cared.

We stayed here for a few days before checking in to a different Hampton Inn Suites. The room was cleaned and housekeeping was great. We stayed in a suite with a tub and the tub didn't work without having to constantly press down on the button for the jets. Which was a bummer! The pool was not kept cleaned it was dirty and had bugs. After a few days we checked into the Hampton Inn in Murrieta and this location is much better (Murrieta location).

Location is easily accessible and right next to the freeway. Rooms see very nice and highly maintained. Service here is good as well.

Stayed here for 2 weeks on business. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and bed made daily. The housekeepers do their jobs well and don't cut corners. Overall very clean and well kept facility. Despite being located right off the highway, it was pretty quiet most of the time I was there with the exception of Friday night. Walking distance to Old Town Temecula and numerous restaurants and shops, and pretty much anything you could imagine within a 5-10 minute drive. The breakfast exceeded my expectations — there was always a decent selection from hot food to fresh fruit. Definitely wish to stay here again!

Great place to stay at a reasonable price. Very clean, nice breakfast buffet included and staff very friendly and helpful! Beds are comfortable especially the pillows!

Very poor checkin and checkout. At checkin the hotel got my room type and rate wrong. They asked me to PROVE the rate and room type by going out to my car, getting my laptop and showing them my confirmation. The hotel manager, Nadine, was extremely condescending and rude towards me. On the day of my departure I had a late 2pm checkout and received a phone call at 11 from front desk saying as a friendly reminder checkout is at noon. Once again this was wrong and they asked me to PROVE I had a late checkout. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing as this was my vacation I do not reccomend.

Very affordable rate for the quality of the room and service received. Has a wonderful complimentary full breakfast… even a waffle making bar! Would highly recommend if staying in area. Centrally located.

The hotel staff ruined our Valentine's Day with a much over priced room. The police were called to our room to escort us out at 11:45pm because the music from our iPhone was "too loud". We had only been in our room a short time after we got back from enjoying a dinner and entertainment. The general manager, Nadene, was very rude and unprofessional. Ultimately, the police officer that came to our door did not see any problem as we had turned down our music as requested from the front desk and had been in bed prior to the police coming.

Fairly nice hotel the common area has plenty of space and seating. The hotel rooms are spacious we were in one that had a jacuzzi which was a decent size. The staff was a little annoying because we were talking as we were going in between rooms? Apparently making too much noise I don't know, whatever, other than that great stay.

My wife and I were looking for a place where we could stay, away from the casino, but close enough that we could drive there, without hassle, for the shows we had previously booked. We found our place, we will be returning again in March, for another show, as the Hampton Inn has all we need and more. Rooms were very clean and modern with all the amenities one would need, except a safe, if that is important to you. The continental breakfast was sufficient, food was good, serving area was kept clean and fresh coffee was always available. The staff was great-friendly, helpful, and always at the ready to take care of any needs that might come up. Cost of rooms seemed a bit high but after checking around it was in line with the rest of the hotels of the same quality. The location was excellent-right off the freeway but far enough where there was no freeway noise. Also right down the street from Old Town, which is a must see if you have the time. As I said we will be back.

Surprisingly good. The hotel is perfect for a short stay. Friendly staff. The room was very comfortable. Great location if you're visiting Temecula, just off Highway 15. The free cookies at reception were a definite plus. However the breakfast was average.

The room was super clean and smelled really nice. The TV was new and we had direct tv. Everything just made you feel clean and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and the breakfast area was larger than expected. We plan to stay again soon!

Great hotel very friendly staff very convenient location updated rooms and comfortable beds! Oh and how can I forget warm chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon.

Online reservation system is too easily cancelled then to remake the reservations it is by the skin of your teeth, only to find out that the front desk never cancelled the original reservation.

The check in was horrible! The young woman checking us in was unprofessional and arrogant (the sister of the manager Melissa). She had no customer service skills and did not try to put the customer first. Before we even decided to not stay, she canceled our reservation and told us she didn't want us to stay there and promptly called the police on us. The officer of course could do nothing because we were not causing any trouble. She insulted us and made us feel very unwelcome. If they haven't changed (since 4/2010), I would recommend you look elsewhere to hotels that show their customers they care about them. We will never set foot in this place again.
