The staff was very accommodating when I requested an early check in to change for a wedding at 3pm in Temecula. We did not want to drive 3 hours in our Black Tie Formal wear and the staff was able to honor our request. The room was earlier than I requested and the staff was very personable. Thank You!

Best Western met my expectations. The room was clean and ready for us. The morning breakfast was perfect to start the day. Enjoy!

Rooms are fine, nothing fancy but clean and well maintained. Area is safe. Well worth the money. I'd come back absolutely.

This hotel is an inn style with doors leading outside. The cleanliness could be much better. There were ants and spiders in the bathroom. Unfortunately, I checked in with my girls late and once they settled in, we checked the shower and it was not working. We had to move rooms around 11:30 pm. The second room was very musty and would not cool down. Overall, I wouldn't recommend unless you really have no other choice.

Closest hotel we could find to San Diego for weekend Cubs/Padres games. It was a nice place. Clean and comfortable. We just stayed over night but would consider it again, if I couldn’t find a closer BW.

Room was clean, basic. Had expired TV guide 10 days into next month. Breakfast was a good try. However eggs were watery salty, potatoes unappetizing, definitely skip sausage. Do it yourself waffle was fine. Bagels Satisfied. For a little less money this place was would have been worth it. Good thing was they take a Saturday night only reservation. Many hotels in this area require full weekends.

Place is very clean, amenities are great. Staff was very helpful. Easy on and off frwy. Close to old town and winery’s We stay here every year when we go to the balloon and wine festival.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. The room was spacious, the facility was clean, the coffee was terrific! I will book again.

We had a excellent experience at this BW Hotel. Staff was helpful, room was clean and everything functioned as it should. Price was reasonable, our group would all definitely stay here again.

We are currently staying at this property while my boyfriend is going thru chemotherapy. He is I'll right now and we should have e checked out 25 min ago. They are allowing/accommodating our situation and we are so appreciative. Extending a big thank you! The staff here is very nice, rather, exceptionally nice. The rooms have everything you need. Fridge, microwave, ironing boards n iron, comfortable beds, good coffee, plus the breakfast is AMAZING! THANK YOU BEST WESTERN STAFF AND OWNER! GREAT JOB! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! ❤️

Two years ego. I start to used best western… is a beatifull place… I like It.

Clean room, the parking lot is tucked in between the entrance. We had a non smoking room, but was able to smell some smoke from all the people on he first floor smoking outside their rooms. The complimentary breakfast was much better than most other places.

Check in was a nightmare. I had an issue with my rewards and the check in staff did absolutely nothing to help resolve. The front desk would not even call a rewards representative. I had to call the rewards people and they called the location and straightened it all out. The rewards people were amazing the people at this location were not helpful. The Wi-Fi was hit and miss. We had a pull out couch that was full of crumbs. The front desk brought some more linens we had to replace the dirty ones. There seemed to be homeless wondering the property. It did not feel very safe. I will not be back. I would not recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay. From check-in to check-out. The staff were polite, professional and personable. The room was clean, stocked and everything was in perfect working order. The pool area was clean and organized and the pool and Jacuzzi were in great shape. The breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh and well presented. The make your own Belgium waffle station is awesome. I would certainly recommend this location for your next stay.

Im still in shock as I sit here and write this review. Being a homosexual early 30's adult, I have seen and been through a lot so when I say nothing really suprises or hurts or makes me upset now a days, its because I mean just that. The ENTIRE staff at this hotel clearly needs refreshment classes on their customer service skills. I was bringing my luggage and belongings down the stairs to my vehicle and I happened to walk past a room that was being serviced by a male Housekeeper and I seen a young man wearing a BLUE (Best Western) shirt quickly pull his pants down to his ankles and started playing with himself. I quickly hurried to my car to try and Process what really just happened. On upon exiting my vehicle to hurry back to my room on the second floor. I had to walk by that same room with that same housekeeper. He is now fully undressed standing in the door frame asking me to come into the room. I immediately went to the office and expressed my concern and complaints to management. Still waiting to hear back from management. Parents beware of the staff that work here Keep an eye out on your kids.

Where shall I begin from the rooms to the grounds to the breakfast area everything from remodel is top notch! Customer service is excellent. Would recommend one thing for the breakfast though take away a couple of the different types of dry cereal and add in instant oatmeal or hot oatmeal in the buffet area. I will make this my place of choice when staying in this area and be gladly recommend to others.

Jacuzzi light popped out of the bottom of the tub while we were in it. Breakfast mediocre. Juice maker not working. Very noisy guests returned at 4am. Shower curtain did not do its job. Was there a bed? Yes. Was it a good location? Yes. Was the staff helpful? Sort of. It's a Best Western. Don't let the "Country Inn" fool you. It is way overpriced for what it is. I only stayed here because there was a big festival in town and it was literally the only room left. Try the Embassy Suites instead.

The cost of staying here does not match the experience, especially considering the construction. The staff wasn't rude, but they weren't overly friendly either. Until construction ends, I definitely would not recommend staying here, unless you like eating breakfast in another regular hotel room and having construction bins and noises outside of your door. The hotel should have lowered the nightly rate, knowing everything would not be up to par. For $180 a night, not including tax, this hotel is not worth it. I could understand $110 per night, maybe (since it is CA), but not $200 once everything is done. The following night we stayed at a Residence Inn Marriott, which had a full kitchen (fridge, stove, etc. ), a front room, a HUGE bathroom, and a giant king-sized bed, and an incredibly welcoming staff — all for less money. I would not recommend this Best Western to anyone I know.

This hotel is a hidden gem. I travel often between San Diego and Riverside and often due to my working hours need a place to stay rather then drive the distance either way. I have only tried booking once and they were sold out. The beds are extremely comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. I recommend this BW to anyone it's great!

My room was very comfortable, and the service is speedy and accommodating. I wish the breakfast had something cooked, the there's still a good selection.

My wife and I had a pleasant overnight stay. Parking was a little limited due to a construction trash container but were able to find one a distance away from our room. The room was nice and clean, also very spaceous. The restroom was small but clean. Free continental breakfast was an unexpected perk the next morning.

This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. Close to Pechanga Resort where I was attending a seminar. The prices are reasonable. Walking distance to a nice Mexican restaurant/cantina and corner store.

A facelift and total replacement of interiors has improved this older Motel. Nice sheets and towels. The plumbing is sometimes an issue, though. Of course, the rent has gone up as expected, but it's still reasonable.

We had a nice stay at best western country inn. We were only stopping in for one night to visit family. They recommend this spot. Clean, comfortable, and affordable.

The room was excellent. It was very large and clean. The towels were of an excellent quality normally found in more expensive hotels. We needed to check out by 6:30am and we were very pleased that breakfast was made available by 6:00am on a Saturday. This was a real plus for us!

It was an okay place to stay. We arrived late and got what may have been the last room. There were a few ants that I didn't happen to see but the showerhead turned out not to be adjustable. I just lightly tried to move it, it wasn't fully attached to the wall. We got showers, a little sleep, and were on our way. In all, it could've been better, it could've been worse. We did not happen to see an elevator at the time we arrived but I did see they have the equipment by the pool to assist someone who is disabled to get in and out.

Not the cleanest but u get what you pay for. Found a Double D between the pull out and looked like it never been vacuumed in that area. The staff was nice though.

This hotel is wonderful! Very nice staff, very attentive. They brought us extra blankets for the pullout bed and extra towels. The pool and hot tub are very clean. Breakfast is served every morning at the office. For the price, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It's simple and suits our needs. I will be staying here anytime I visit!

Very nice rooms, house keeping is in every day. Pool and hot tube are were cleaned every day as well. Breakfast was great with sausage, scrambled eggs and potatoes. Wide assortment of bagels, cereals. Juices and coffee available ad well as make your own waffle station… would definitely stay there again when on Temecula.

Brand New place, good service, cannot beat the breakfast. Love the design of the exterior. Great location off the Interstate. Been to other Best Westerns, and I like this one a lot. We found the room the be clean, but when trying out the coffee maker, we have found it to be a little dirty, so we left that alone. Hence the four star… otherwise would have been five star!

Well we are here for 6 nights and the room is very spacious and clean the pool is right close by and clean and the breakfast gives you a good start to the day.

I had trouble with the free Wi-Fi. It never kept a connection past 5 minutes. Other than that, I loved the free breakfast. I had a super large room and bed. Housekeeping did a fine job. With the weather changing everyday, the air/heat was easily adjustable in the room. Staff was nice.

We stayed there because we were attending a wedding in the area. We got into the first room and there were ants so the promptly changed our room. After the wedding the bed was a welcome site. We each utilized the shower in the morning and then we were able to check out quickly because we pre-paid online.

I liked the room, shower, location, breakfast, pool and car park. I did not like the free-way noise (05.00am onwards) which runs next to the hotel, or the TV choice which I thought was poor considering the number of channels.

Room was okay and clean, but the only problem was the hot tub in our room wasn't available. I was upset because I booked this room in January. The hotel concierge told us he gave it to some other guest! I don't know if we'll be back again.

Rooms were clean, but the hot tub that we booked our room for was not available due to construction. We were told our room would be discounted, but it wasn't really. $10 but the continental breakfast was good. So overall it was OK.

Stayed here 9/30/15 and again 10/4/15. Got same room and same price each time. Paid about 80 each time. Clean spacious room. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Only negative is 2nd time they did not keep breakfast stocked so by 8:30 some stuff was out and when asked they said since it ends at 9 am they won't be making anything else. Would stay here again.

The room is pretty clean. However, as I went to the bathroom in the morning I saw a cockaroach hanging out on the shower curtain. I managed to get it into the toilet to flush it away. When I told the receptionist, not once did the desk clerk say I'm sorry. Instead she just offered an explanation that they come out because of the heat. So, does that mean that bugs and insects are welcomed visitors to the hotel? The place seems clean but, I didn't like the desk clerk's attitude when I told her about the.

An amazing little gem I stumbled upon. The room was awesome and we'll worth the price I paid. Up to date look, microwave, fridge, GREAT hair dryer, ironing board, 2 closets, lots of pillows! Breakfast in the morning had SO many choices and looked beautiful. Only downside was the Internet was SOOO slow. I had stopped in Temecula because I was feeling ill and didn't want to drive anymore. I couldn't watch any movies or shows on my IPad because the Wi-Fi was so slow. As long as you don't really need great Internet this is a perfect place to stay.

Best western country inn — temecula i have been staying at this hotel for many years now. i find it to have a great location. the staff are always helpful when I have requests. the rooms are pretty nice considering it hasn't been updated in a long time and the furniture like the couches and otomon chairs are quite dated. the beds are nice which have lots of big firm pillows. the sunday to thursday rates are pretty reasonable. weekends however are over priced though even when there is no holidays etc. recently in 2014 all the room were updated with new flat screen tv's lg's mostly which are 27 or 32 inch ones? the pool area has a sauna and men's and womens restrooms. there's one ice machine and one soda and snack machine also. there's also a washer and dryer for guests too. directly next door are the following fast food restaurants arby's — in & out burger — wendy's! directly on the other side of he freeway is the promenade mall which is surrounded by many restaurants like bj's — pf-changs — lazy dog cafe — islands — tgi fridays — yellow basket — mcdonalds — taco bell — a bit further are — sizzler — rodrigoes — black angus — don't forget pechanga resort and casino with it's buffet and other restaurants!
