Excellent service, very relaxing to rest, early breakfast.

Love this place and they have a great happy hour with great beer and wine.

Holiday inn just took $190 / my account for a room they gave to somebody else and now they refuse to give me a refund. I have to go and challenge the charges with my bank because they don't have the good decency to refund the charges for a room I was never there for. Disgusting.

Motel Manager Happy Hour 5 — 7pm and the first 2 drinks are free… what’s there not to love… Hell Yeah I recommend this place!

We love H. I. Express — stay in them whenever we travel. Breakfast and coffee, little surprises like happy hour. Always clean and always happy employees providing great service!

Nice area and close to old town. Rooms were nice but lacked USB chargers and uniform lighting mechanism (half to turn all lights on manually; motion sensors in bathroom didn't always work). Hotel offered a complementary 2 drink happy hour (basic beer/wine option) ; $2 on any additional drinks. Hot Breakfast; limited buffet style (egg white and regular scrambled option and pork or turkey sausage) and an automatic pancake maker. Pool area was not inviting and just small with no ambiance around it (I don't use pools though so not an issue for me). Very good overall for a biz traveler; other town visitors looking for a solid sleep hotel option. Staff was friendly.

I am in love with this hotel and its location! The beds and pillows are comfortable. The room was clean and the air conditioning was on. The shower pressure was amazing!

5 Days in California and I'm impressed with the quality of cleaning services 24 hrs a day, morning breakfast better than most restraunts. The next west coast trip we're staying again. The price wasn't a budget buster and located near freeway and mall's.

Room was cool temperature wise especially after a hot day. Shower was clean as well as the rest of the room. Really enjoyed myself. Hope this helps :)

Wonderful rooms, great staff, and a lovely breakfast. Only complaint, which isn't a big deal but more of a suggestion to Holiday Inn, is to get some different shower curtains, because no matter what, water leaks out into the floor while you're showering. Would go back again, just a heads up on that.

Very big king size beds that are super comfy, great air-conditioning and the shower pressure is great! Room was clean and a nice included breakfast. About 15 minutes from all the wineries.

Beds/pillows very comfortable. We never made it downstairs for the breakfast so I can't say how it was. I would stay again.

Great HI Express. Check rates can be expensive on wknds. CY near by option.

Very clean comfortable nights sleep. Staff was pleasantly helpful. Breakfast was hot and we'll cared for. Hot tub nice, pool a little green but overall a great overnight stay!

Did not spend much time there as I was just staying the night for a wedding. Air conditioning worked very well and they had a great breakfast spread! Actually had meat, omlettes, and pancakes.

My visit was beautiful and very comforting. I had everything in walking distance, the room was also very welcoming. Please come and enjoy your stay just like I did.

Nice room. Good breakfast. Could have used some cold water with the drinks options, but that's really the only negative. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Nice clean rooms. One side of the hotel buts against the freeway so there's a constant zooming. Pool is small lobby is ok a little small but enough room to drink a few beers.

Good value. The staff was pleasant, the room was fine but 6th he hallways smelled a bit too much like cleaning fluids.

Front Desk staff by far rude. Was in room for less than 1 hour. Heater didn t work. Went to front desk, was told that no one on shift to remedy and no house keeping to clean the rooms. Asked to check out and was told I would be charged the entire night. As of now no solution. I'm not stopping till this is resolved. I have numerous accounts set up throughout the country and this will impact if I switch to LaQuinta.

Very nice place. Lots food with-in walking distance or short drive. Great location close to freeway.

I stayed in room 227. Some of the grout in and outside the tub along the bottom was mildewed and rust stained and cracked. The desk's finish looked as though someone had scrubbed the front of it with a wire brush. Breakfast has pre-made omelets and sausage and gravy that I don't recommend. Keep to the cereal and cinnamon rolls. There was a pancake maker but no waffle maker. They offer 2 complimentary cups of wine, pretzels and cookies from 5 to 7 pm Monday to Thursday. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance has slipped a bit. I don't expect to see mildewed grout at a Holiday Inn of any level.

It was okay. Bathroom in the room was clean but needed some stuff replaced. Breakfast wasn't good. Pool was clean and a good size. Overall room experience was positive, but the pillows were way too soft.

Staff was rude and not helpful. The front desk wouldn't even give me a band aid. Told me I had to purchase from the market place. Quality of room and service did not match the price paid for the room.

Nice hotel! Pool was a little dirty, but that could be expected with all the trees overhead. Breakfast was great, they constantly restocked when it ran out. Staff was friendly! Overall a nice place to stay for a decent price. Would come back again!

Excellent facility, excellent & responsive staff. My room was on the 3rd floor & across the parking lot from Interstate-15. My room was quiet despite the proximity to the freeway. The king sized bed was quite comfortable. We arrived about midnight. HIE is on a dark road, but easy to find because the well-lit In-n-Out restaurant is next door.

Very nice hotel! The beds are great, and the room is more than spacious. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus.

Room was okay. There were some spots on the top blanket and the bed was squeaky. The breakfast was pretty good. They also have a happy hour where they served snacks, beer and wine.

Decent place to stay. Not the cleanest rooms. Needed room sprayed for ants while we were there. Breakfast was good though. Crazy seeing all these five star review. Have these people never stayed at a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons?

Very very clean modern hotel near everything, showing enormous concern for guest comfort, often sold out for this reason I believe. Stayed once then sold out the very next weekday night we tried to book again… darn. Fabulous for sure for $94 midweek.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at during my travels for my job. It is so nice to have a healthy breakfast choice at the breakfast bar: egg white omlettes, turkey sausage, etc… The rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice managers reception too each day at 5!

2nd time staying here on my trips over from the uk, staff are all lovely service is great, good range of breakfast and the rooms are huge compared to home along with being spotlessly clean I for one will be back for a third visit soon.

Convenient location near freeway exit and shopping area with restaurants. Room is decently clean though showing its age. The air unit spewed a terrible smell when it was put on heater by mistake. Besides that issue, A/C worked fine and cooled well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was all right. Complementary Wi-Fi worked well.

What you would expect from this chain. Clean simple rooms, courteous staff, continental breakfast.

The people were great. However there are not extra blankets in the room, which is disappointing to realize at 2AM.

Very nice rooms in modern and contemporary they provided goodie bags for us when I told them that we were going on a hot air balloon ride. I would highly recommend this holiday into any Traveller going through Temecula.

This Holiday Inn is in a good location with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, the amenities are nice, and the staff is very friendly. Definitely a good place to stay!

In the front they have cookies for the customers and children they have a very clean environment and the staff is very friendly rooms are also very nice I was very impressed with my service.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean, spacious, also has a fridge and microwave. We'll definitely be staying there again next time!

They have been stellar with a free complimentary breakfast and a friendly hotel staff that was happy to help get me more supplies for my family and had items available if you forgot items.

Clean rooms with a decent breakfast. Not too far from the local wineries. A great choice for a quick getaway to the Temecula Valley.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff, especially the front desk, were very friendly and helpful. Amenities were excellent and the rates reasonable. Wish the breakfast offered had more options.

Wifi was atrocious — either wouldn't connect or was ludicrously slow. Showers were luke warm in the mornings and sink smelled like sewage. Also had to change rooms due to rattling sound on roof and screwed up TV programming in my first room. On the bright side, the hotel is located in a convenient spot, the staff was always nice and the elevator was quick.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean. Quite at night. Food was good. A little pricey, but its worth it.
