This place is amazing! The staff is unreal how kind they are! I stay in hotels every month for years now and this was by far best service I’ve ever received anywhere!

Definitely staying here if we gotta come to San Jose! Breakfast is a crazy full buffet. Sausage (rolled and flat) waffles, bread choices are bagels, rain bread, and assorted sweetbread, yogurt and oatmeal with various toppings, eggs assortment of cereal w skim and reg milk and apple or orange juice assorted teas and coffees. Seriously amazing and included in your price.

Nice accommodation, fancy 2 bedrooms is like a house… fire place with happy hour.

It's a bit of a different hotel since theres avout 5 different building and they aren't attached to each other. I was in building 4 and it was very nice with two AC units, one in living room and one in bedroom. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Homewood rooms are always huge and this one was no different.

I. Would have gave 5 stars but the elevator permit was expired. Loved the room. Loved the bar and social area. Loved the location of the hotel. Overall loved everything but the permit thing is something I would expect from a 2 star motel.

This is a place that gives you 5 star service without the stupid pricing. Quickly, my family checked in to a Full House occupancy. Our room was not satisfactory to our needs. Even with all the front desk had to deal with they made me feel like I was their only customer. You cannot go wrong with this location. It is central to lots and lots that the area has to offer.

We loved our 2 weeks stay here. The suite was very comfy, ours overlooked the swimming pool. The breakfast was scrumptious, fresh made and fresh berries and fruits galore. Also, enjoyed the evening reception that had a tasteful selection of appetizers and wine/beers. Staff was always so helpful. In-suite kitchen was decently equipped that made our stay very enjoyable.

Great location, near eBay and PayPal and the San Jose Airport. Staff is extremely friendly and the van will run you anywhere within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. I love the breakfast and the manager happy hour during the week, great touch! Also great food! And great beer!

Excellent staff: friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. M-Th evenings they have snacks and drinks available. We had potato soup, wings, vegetables, cheese and crackers, lemonade, wines, and beer. I would definitely stay here again.

The place has good nice cozy rooms. The gym here is a bit light on equipments … Morning breakfast buffet can be better… But besides these two points … This is an awesome place.

The location is nestled between different businesses in San Jose. Its very quiet, even if it is near the airport. They offer free complementary breakfast everyday and a light dinner Monday through Thursday. They also offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as anywhere else within a three mile radius. The rooms are amazing. They are clean and updated. Inside the room is a minature kitchen equipped with a microwave, full sized refrigerator, stove, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a full sized sink. The room and living room was separated so it looked like a mini one bedroom apartment with an on-suite. The room had a comfortable king bed, updated flat screen tv's updated drawers, and two night stands, the closet was equipped with an iron, ironing board, laundry basket and hangers. They hotel has laundry machines in the lobby, $1.50 to wash and dry. Overall, the room I stayed at was beautifully put and very clean. The staff was very informative, professional, and very friendly. The front desk manager Regina, was also the person who checked me in, and she was nothing but AMAZING! She was the person who did my check in and very friendly. Because of my great experience, I would recommend to stay here.

We had the one-bedroom king sized suite, it was honestly an amazing room, very modern and classy. It had a full kitchenette, every room was very spacious. It came with free espresso chocolate bars and several white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. The pool area was nice, had heated pool. The free continental breakfast was also killer, plenty of options, from yogurt to cereal, bacon and eggs or sauage links. You name it. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Homewood Suites is conveniently located by the San Jose airport which is 5 minutes away. Free continental breakfast with waffles. The rooms have 2 queen beds, fridge, microwave and stove. Nice play overall. Dennys is about 10 minutes away for a bite to eat as well.

Stay secure in a new place. Complimentary Hot breakfast and dinner. Well maintained rooms with all facilities. Near to offices as well as airport. Daily cab facility. Additional points that can be used to stay in another hotel. One should experience this literally. A feel good place.

I enjoyed my two days here. The breakfast was hearty and coffee bar is excellent! I will stay here again and I will recommend to family and friends. It’s wonderful.

Hotel was great. Love the remodel and enjoy the room. However the staff had no hospitality. They were very intent on not giving a late check out. They also called our room with more than time to spare to make sure we were checking out. And when checking out we didn’t receive any thank you for choosing their hotel. Or never asked how our stay was, just gave us our receipt. Also thought the pool could have been cleaned out for my family to swim. Overall nice hotel but horrible staff and customer service!

Great staff, extremely accommodating. The heating in our suite stopped working, they fixed the problem quickly and was very apologetic, even gave my kids little gifts for the trouble. We will stay here anytime we are in the area!

Good hotel with spacious suites. All at US level. Price Like all hotels in the valley a bit high. Plus: Breakfast is included and quite okay.

Very nice hotel. Clean room. Firm bed. Soft water. Free Wi-Fi. Located very close to the San Jose airport. Not a lot of food choices in the area. Not a lot of parking.

Food was spectacular and so was the service. The rooms were ok. I've been to better but these were not bad, we stayed in a deluxe so I wouldn't know but I imagine the are OK. As. For price this was a gift from a friend so I wouldn't know.

This will be our go to place in the Milpitas/San Jose area. Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff was great! No reason to look any farther. We will return!

Clean, friendly, large comfortable rooms. Clearly caters to out of town visitors looking for a long term home away from home. They have happy hours, dinner parties daily and a big, hot breakfast buffet. Staff are well trained and efficient. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this is definitely in the top 5%. Amazingly comfortable and appointed. Will definitely stay here again.

Large rooms with extensive facilities. Despite the proximity to the airport pleasantly Quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. My personal favorite when I'm in the area on Business.

Funny… I drove past this place many times when I lived in San Jose and it never really registered. The room is a very nice suite with a king bed and a decent kitchen and living room. The main lobby was welcoming with a fire in the fireplace. The pool was centrally located… there are at least 5 buildings. Very nice grounds.

Nice service. Helpful staff. But the hotel building doesn't have a I closed campus. I felt little safety concern.

It's a nice place. Groups of rooms are separated into several building structures. My room was in the 500-building which is not connected to the main lobby where breakfast and check-in are.

Good front desk service. Beautiful suite. Water pressure a bit low, traffic a bit loud.

If you have a electric car. Perfect! With 3 charging stations in this Hotel. What a service, not happen in Canada yet! Hope will soon happen. That will be a good news!

We spent the night here before an early flight out. Hotel is in good condition, beds and pillows were comfy, they have a free shuttle to the airport and free parking. Very convenient!

Staff was fantastic and the rooms were big and modern. Loved having a suite. Definitely better then the other area hotels. Will stay here again next time.

I very much enjoyed my 3 nights stay at this newly remodeled location. At check in, the lady at the desk was extra sweet to us & I really appreciated it after having had a long, hectic morning. If there are available rooms on my next trip through town I will definitely stay here again.

Spacious room but subpar service! Don't expect similar customer and room services from other Hilton properties. We arrived around 4:30p and were told our room wasn't ready for another 30 minutes while posted check — in time is at 3p. Second day room service didn't happen until 6p and they just replaced towels. Stay away if you can! This property is catering to business customers and is not for leisure travelers with family. We stayed for 3 days over the weekend and it was one and only stay.

Easy to find location on Trimble. Fast check in, buildings clearly marked, so finding room at night wasn't an issue. Lots of parking near all buildings, so even with a crowded lot we didn't have to walk far. Clean quiet room, though being close to the basketball could mean lots of echoing noise if it's in use. Quiet wall units that don't hum or rattle loudly. The best part for me was the ability to close the bedroom door, so the fridge, or morning hallway noise, does not permiate bedroom. Standard breakfast of waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and that homogeneous eggy scramble stuff. Spent no time in pool, but looked clean, well kept and was central to all buildings.

Pros: like living in a small apartment. Bedroom with 2 beds, closet, ceiling fan, TV and AC unit. A second AC unit and TV in the living room. Full kitchen minus oven (including sink, dishwasher, dual stove, and fridge and freezer), including pots, pans, cooking tools, cupboards with cups/ plates/ cutlery for 4. Bathroom and vanity. Small but decent pool and workout room. Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. Sofa bed. Lots of lighting. Working fireplace. Mostly pleased with the interior. Great staff, very helpful and nice. Cons: was oversold, so they asked us if we were ok with going to another hotel for the first night of our 4 night stay, which was fine, but inconvenient after just arriving from DC and being exhausted. Parking is shared with restaurants, so no parking can be found during lunch time. Carbon monoxide detector battery was low, and when they replaced the battery, the new battery was low too. The alarm for it went off 10:30 pm when we were planning to sleep. They decided to take out the batteries overnight and fix it in the morning. Bathtub and sink were clogged when we arrived, but maintenance fixed it up right away when we called.

Excellent location and rooms. Courteous front desk, great amneties. Nearby eateries within walking distance… many just 10 minute drive away.

One of the cleanest, friendliest and most spacious Hiltons I've ever set foot on. Ive been to this specific property 4 times and it never desapoints me. From the warm greeting at the front desk, to the attention to details in the rooms, its remarkable. My entire family loves this place and as Gold Members will continue our loyalty to the Homewood Suites San Jose. Great Job Everyone!

Pro: you have lots of space, even a kitchen in your room. But you also need this. Dinner is not to recommend.
Staff (well, at least the person treating me) was extremely confused. When trying to relax the situation with some smalltalk he confused himself even more.
