Very nice place. Local shopping and restaurants. Also convenient parking and safe.

Good and quiet. No 24 hour room service.

The staff is wonderful and friendly. I appreciate the cleanliness and the kitchen! I requesred a tea Keōlewa to make tea and the staff delivered iā promptly. I appreciate touches like fruit infused water, cookies and green apples in the lobby and hot shower polo side with towels, boxes of kleenex for allergies, etc. This is Olympic my first night! Be my 4th day I wili appreciate this place more.

Arrived today from Cambria. Mentioned I was celebrating my 50th on a road trip from the Uk 20 minutes after checking in a gift package arrived with a signed card. What a thoughtful kind gift thank you to the lovely staff here ❤️

Excellent. Food is nice. Staff are helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The location is perfect. Target store is nearby and you can buy needed things if you want to cook yourself. Hotel include restaurant, outdoor pool and fitness centre. Buffet breakfast is by default included. Free self parking is available. Overall very good place to stay for business travel.

Location of the hotel is pretty well located for offices in Mountain View, Sunnyvale and Santa Clara. The hotel is near a strip mall and Target and far enough from the 101 that morning and evening traffic isn't a bother. The lobby is updated, but the rooms and hallways are dated. The room was a good size but smaller than a Hyatt Place. Overall a good place for business visitors who won't spend much time in the room.

Old old old. Outside and lobby is nice but the rooms are so dusty on lamp area. We got 2 rooms one room smelled so bad like BO they said they would change rooms for us which was nice. Its just old and smells old. Staff is nice and friendly which is good. I don’t understand why they don’t wipe the dust on the lamps there is a Lump of dust on our lamp. Just gross. Location is nice there is cvs and eating place. But not coming back:/ they need to update there pictures. Breakfast is pretty good. I feel like the lobby part is really nice, bathrooms are nice, location is nice just not the room. Rooms are dark and old.

The Hyatt House delivers exactly what you would expect from the name. You have a comfortable extended stay room with a full fridge, kitchenette, and decent work area in each room. The complimentary breakfast includes an omelette bar which is very convenient, and the fitness center is above most expectations: having a cable machine as well as free weights. My only complaint is the internet speed is very poor.

This hotel is amazing. It is super spacious and the hotel staff will accommodate all your needs. Would 10/10 recommend to all my friends and family.

The property itself is very nice and its location is great as its walking distance to a number of places. However, arranging for shuttle service is a bit inconvienent. You are limited to where you can go, even if it's within 5 miles.

Not quite sure what everyone else is raving about. I read the reviews and was held my hopes high but was quite disappointed. The rooms are spacious sure, but everything else needs drastic upgrades. Some of the complaints I had during my recent stay: The AC is old and noisy, its one of those ancient standalone AC units that sit on the floor No slippers available Extreme wear and tear on the furniture, chipped paint and wood on doors, bed frame Dirty shower area, lots of mineral residue in the shower area (at least thats what I hope the white ish stuff was). Sink area also had rust which stained my shirt Strong feces smell at entrance area due to fertilizer Room cleaners came into room despite privacy sign.

I have stayed here on numerous occasions for work and pleasure. I really enjoy the central location in San Jose and great quality people that work here. Love the free breakfast in the morning too!

I like Hyatt House because it's comfortable to use the room when visiting the area for work and doesn't have the normal expensive bar & resteraunts. Breakfast included is a great perk when staying here and makes life much easier. Just the right distance from Mountain View or downtown San Jose. Lots of fast food within walking distance for quickly eating out. Really nice BBQ place right next door too if you want something better.

Might be a bit late, but this hotel deserves my 5 star review. I stayed here about 1 month ago and I loved it! I travel a lot every where in the United States and on my trip to San Jose I decided to stay here because of some nice reviews it had. Omg I was very impressed the staff working there was great to me! I was traveling from Texas and the manager on duty along with the receptionist made me feel like at home! They where so kind and made me feel so comfortable I had never been in that area and they took alot of time to guide me to the good areas around. For some dinner, drinks and shopping. I liked they where kind enough to show me around the hotel, the pool the bar the parking garage. The hotel bar is good, I had a drink before leaving to a club and was treated nice. I did not get in pool it was still not warm enough to jump in there lol but I did love and enjoy the breakfast! The lady making the omelets is awesome she was so kind and sweet! And not to mention the rooms are big and clean I was in one that had a mini kitchen! I stayed in Hyatt at San Francisco the next 2 nights and I totally felt bummed about that because I wanted to be back at this location! The service was great I highly recommend this hotel I will definitely be going back!

It's a 3 star hotel close to the Levis stadium and Great America. Hyatt house has recreational amenities including an outdoor pool and a fitness center. Getting to near by places from here is easy as they offer a complimentary shuttle that operates within 3 miles and also a round trip airport shuttle is complementary at scheduled times. Guests can enjoy meals at a restaurant or can stop at the snack bar or deli and can also order their favorite drink at the bar or the lounge.

Stayed here for a business trip. One word… big rooms. And very economical, which is hard to find in San Jose. Very close by to major corporations, and eateries and stores within walking distance. Area is very quiet. Oh did I mention the rooms are big? Some like the one I got even had a mini kitchen with stove top, sink, and large fridge. I think I have found my new go to place when I stay for business in San Jose!

Warm people… Great stay… Since it's a business hotel, the amenities are apt. In case you are coming with your family, then you'll have to step out for lunch.

Wonderful hotel, well maintained. I had nice stay here for 15 days or more. Complimentary breakfast is very good. Easily accessible to Cisco and other major silicon valley tech gaints.

I stayed at the Hyatt House during a business trip. The hotel staff were great. The hotel itself is nice but a little dated. For example, they have Wi-Fi in the entire property but still have ethernet jacks in the rooms. The TV is a nice 42" LG but the room itself shows some age. I would stay here again. It is, convenient to the office but also comfortable. The H bar food and drink selection is good but not great. Nearby in walking distance you will find at CVS and Target as well as some restaurants. The location is about perfect for my needs.

The room was amazing. It was clean and very spacious. The furniture was in good condition and overall I was very happy with the whole experience. My only complaint would be they only gave me one remote for two tv's.

I was arranged in a very small room with just one chair and no place for my luggage, but my friend got a room with kitchen and a living room at the same price. No slippers, no tooth brush and paste, even no lotion in the room. I was so disappointed and would never choose this hotel.

We stopped to visit a friend during their stay in San Jose. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of food options around. The layout of the room was cozy but it didn't work for entertaining guest.

After a long drive I went to the hotel to see if I can check in early, there was a room available and I was able check in. The service was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. A smoke free hotel was a added bonus. Clean and modern hotel. You are also able to borrow some items to make your stay comfortable and pleasant one (curling iron, beats by Dr. Dre Headphones, dominoes, blender, umbrrlla, baby crib, yoga kit, ) just to name a fee. If u are a 49ners fan, it's less then 1.5 miles from the stadium. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are well furnished with a fully functional kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, burners, freezer/fridge, and dishware. Rooms are well tended and the complimentry breakfast is more than pastries and cereals. Location is great, situated near a few restaurants of several varieties.

This hotel is centrally located and has a small shopping area close by with restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very nice and clean. This is a place that could be romantic for that special weekend.

It was an Amazon event. I did it stay there. I was in a conference room. The place did look nice.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Comfy, quiet rooms at a great price, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff is amazing! Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

I love having dinner here when I stay. Nothing like doing work with a very scratched made meal (steak, fries, and grilled veggies) and a beer. Not like the other hotels that offer microwave meals as their restaurant's "hot meal" offering. Real food while your working here.

I was on my way to give this place 5 stars how ever while enjoying my time I was harassed by the so called "security" telling me I couldn't listen to the music on my phone because it was "too loud" and someone might complain which no one did how ever. What a horrible feeling to check into an upscale hotel only to feel unwelcome and like you're not paying hard earned money there. At 27 Ive never felt so baby sat and belittled in my life. Honestly the security kept following me everywhere I went. Eventually I felt like I had to go to my room and NOT be able to enjoy what I THOUGHT I was paying for. It really is unfortunate that ONE PERSON can ruin an entire stay. Not even thinking about coming back.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Nearby there are many restaurants and stores. The employees at the hotel were very kind and helpful. Breakfast included custom omelets made by chefs. The pool is nice and not too cold. Overall the only downside is the restroom door being in line with the hotel room entry door. It was a little difficult to maneuver at times.

Not only did I get a free night, they upgraded us to a suite at no charge. Highly recommend to everyone going to concerts at the shoreline. 13.25 Uber one way.

This is really the only hotel I stay at in the San Jose area. The rooms are always immaculately clean and the staff is always very friendly. This last visit, however, has me wondering if there was a change in management or a mass change in staffing. The front desk staff faces were new and they were not as friendly as the faces I used to look forward to seeing. Also, the quality and selection of the hot breakfast was the worst of every visit I have had at this hotel. The room was still very clean, and every cleaning staff member I ran into were very nice and welcoming.

The Hyatt House is close to many restaurants and is very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and clean. If I go back to San Jose, I'm going back to the Hyatt House.

Our stay here was excellent from check in to check out, everything was so clean and the staff rock the house. I will definitely stay here again, thank you all for making my stay and families stay so great.

Great team and great manager. I've been staying here 3/4 weeks a month for the past 1 year and they take care of me and ensure from check in to check out it's a smooth process.

My wife and I needed a getaway and picked the Hyatt San Jose Silicon Valley. Just want to say we stayed only one night and wished it was two nights.
It was very clean and the service was top notch. The breakfast was perfect with the staff keeping it fresh! We will definitely stay here again either for a event or just to get away. Looking forward to are next stay!

Large, clean room with good climate control in warm weather. Pretty good breakfast and lovely staff.

I got a wonderful room when I stayed there. You can see the mountains and the whole san jose. The whole place is all so nice and cozy. Even the service is great. Very recomendable.

Good service, breakfast was well, rooms were good. Shower drain sucked. Which was the reason for not 5 stars.

I went to hyatt house for a hiring event for Amazon. Didnt get to see much of the hotel but from what I did see was amazing. They keep the place very clean and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay there if I wanted a little get away.

Checked in and found a human hairball in the middle of the shower floor. Nasty. Called the front desk to get it cleaned, then left for dinner. Came back, and they were in the room, but didn't clean the hairball. Had to call again before going to sleep to get it cleaned, and they came to pick it up. Wonder what they did and did not clean in the bathroom?
