Review of Best Western Plus All Suites Inn 2*

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! ***** The Hotel in it's entirety was FILTHY! Upon entering the hotel there was noticeable dirt and debris all over the floors, stairways and carpets and it stayed that way during our entire stay. Not ONE time during our 2 day stay were the floors ever vacuumed. When we arrived in our room there were NO TOWELS, the sink and sink tray in the bathroom were dirty and the sliding glass door had about 50 hand prints all over the glass. On Saturday when we came back from our day out our room was still not cleaned properly. There was still trash on the counters and the waste baskets were not all emptied. The sliding glass door still had not been cleaned and wiped down. I opened the microwave and there was FOOD debris left in there from a previous customer that was NEVER cleaned out. Our Floors in the room were not vacuumed and the mirrors above the sink were not cleaned in the bedroom or the bathroom area. When I called to complain about the dirtiness of our room on Sunday as we were checking out (be it known this was the 3rd time during our stay and I kept getting blown off) the Manager Patty had told me that there was a note on my account from either the staff or housekeeping that we had the Do Not Disturb sign up on door so our room was unable to be properly cleaned. TOTAL LIE! The housekeeping staff or the employees were trying to cover themselves from incompetently doing their jobs! We were charged over $400 per night to stay here and it was a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! Our experience here was TERRIBLE! The Hotel PRICE GOUGES it's customers based on their location and take no pride in the cleanliness of the hotel or rooms. The inside and outside of this entire Best Western Property is falling apart! It is absolutely DISGUSTING! BOOK A ROOM AT ANOTHER HOTEL!
