We recommend % Hampton by Hilton San Francisco Airport for many reasons such as great environment, great customer service, clean and quiet rooms, excellent breakfast, great area where is close downtown. Also we are felling very good during stay there. For sure we will back again!

Close to the airport yet very quiet. The rooms were clean and without smell. The bathrooms have typical water saver heads (meaning low flow) so plan for extra time rinsing! Breakfast was decent, fresh waffles, cereal, drinks etc. Check in and out was quick. Would stay here again!

Love the renovated rooms. The barn doors is a great addition to the rooms. I wish I would of stayed a couple of more days at this location.

The room was pretty nice. They now charge for parking. There were plenty of outlets to plug in my gadgets, the night stand had a little pull out tray to put my stuff on. This room had a mini refrigerator and microwave. Several good restaurants close by.

Our hotel room was very clean, has a modern feel. The front desk could've been more informative though. They recently started charging for parking, however, I wasn't told that I needed to get a parking pass from them. Overall satisfied with my overnight stay experience.

This is the second time that my wife and I have stayed at the hotel. Pleased overall with the amenities and services. House keeping needs to improve. Found a cookie/cracker pushed up against the drawer/television/refrigerator that house keeping clearly missed. Breakfast was good and the morning staff worked hard to keep everything stocked during peak periods.

Great hotel, excellent breakfasts. Spacious rooms. Close to the airport. There is a free shuttle in/from the airport, a very convenient service! Surprised and pleased happy hour, with free drinks and snacks. Recommend.

Very well maintained. All techy rooms, usb chargers, alarm clock, phone charger adapters, AC/heating inside the room, fridge. Free parking is a definite plus. No onsite restaurant is minus, but considering the location with unlimited amount of restaurants, still 5 stars.

Nice little hotel very near San Francisco International Airport. They also have a free shuttle. Their free breakfast is quite good.

The rooms are clean and comfortable the staff is amazingly nice and go out of your way to help you in any way they can I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean and convenient to the airport. Sometimes stay here and simply take a 30 minute Uber into the city for meals and entertainment.

Clean room and we had a comfort stay here. Staff is friendly and willing to meet any requests. Free parking and rich choices of breakfast make it a perfect hotel for anybody who wants to visit SFO!

Stayed at many Hampton. This one is better than them all. Room is set up better. More upscale and decor is much better. About 12 minutes drive to SFO with more nice touches. Not really near anything fun and more industrial area. In South San Fran.

Great clean place to stay with free parking and complimentary hot breakfast. The staff was courteous, too. Also, we liked the barn door that divides the bathroom from the sleeping space in our room. Great size rooms, too.

Nice, large, well laid out room. Great amenities. Very clean room. Service staff is very friendly and helpful. Amenities include DirecTV satellite, microwave, refrigerator, HBO, air conditioning.

Staff was welcoming. Price was very fare. Great breakfast selection. I stayed with my children and we had no issues. Would stay again when in the area.

I was rather bummed with our experience as everything went well with check in and customer service. However it was the location of the room that was right next to a storage closet that people kept opening all night that kept us up. Finally when I decided to get up and take a shower, there was no hot water. Maybe lukewarm at best. Their breakfast setup was ok. I don't think I'd choose to stay here again based on room placement. The pillows are pretty weak and the blankets did not provide much warmth. Customer service was excellent.

Great night's sleep. Toiletries, hairdryer and coffee machine in the room. Hot water and full selection of channels on the television. Breakfast in the morning was good, coffee, juice, fruit, sausage, egg, muffins, waffles and cereal. I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly, room clean. Nice minimalist modern decor. Served complementary snacks, wine, and beer around happy hour which was appreciated. Continental breakfast was as expected. Breakfast "to go" bags were prepared for those in a rush which you don't often see, and the airport shuttle runs frequently. About 10 min from airport, with a nice variety of restaurants close by in South San Francisco.

Wonderful staff. Rooms are large and very clean. Also they don't slam you with the crazy amount of taxes that San Francisco loves tacking on to your bill. I recommend this hotel to all that are thinking of visiting SF.

Comfortable room. Microwave was changed out for not working. Interesting room layout. They make it work. Friendly front desk and housekeeping staff.

Great service, room and breakfast. Reached the hotel early in the morning about 8:30am and rooms were not available for check-in but the front desk offered us a breakfast instead. Nice gesture and greatly appreciated. Rooms were newly upgraded last Aug (I was told). It is huge, clean and hygiene. Breakfast was great.

Love this place. We stay here every time. Clean, reliable. Front desk very helpful. Quick trip to any SF destination. Rooms are cleaned well. Fridges and microwaves. Quiet. We've been here more than 30 nights in the last 18 months. Staff is very helpful and kind.

This was our first vacation to San Francisco and the experience was great! We're so glad we picked this hotel. Driving distance to Fisherman's Wharf was not bad. The breakfast there is Awesome! Plenty to choose from hot or cold. Very clean and peaceful. 3 nights here and we would gladly do it again if we ever visit San Francisco again. Thanks to the whole staff for making our stay so memorable.

Overall, the service was outstanding, the rooms were clean, the breakfasts were nice, and I can't complain! I really enjoyed my stay and would suggest it to anyone.

Remodeled and gorgeous, friendly front desk staff. Great breakfast and coffee. Clean rooms and hallways.

They are currently going through renovations, so things are a little Dusty. My room was one of the renovated ones and I have to admit it was very nice. Very friendly staff and this hotel has a very good upscale feel to it.

Good hotel with good breakfast and rooms were clean. Layout is a little different for the bathroom (sink in hallway and toilet and shower in the bathroom), but having a king with a sofa pullout is great. Our two daughters, and my wife and I, liked it a lot.

Nice room with very close access to the airport and bart (rail transport) that can get you into the city quickly. It has a great price compared to the neighboring hotels.

It was nice — the room was clean. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. It isn't the quietest hotel in terms out outside or hallway noise.

Worst of all of the Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Checked in on Xmas day at 12:05 after a 12 hour flight into SF. { was told that they did not have a room for us. Then they asked me when I made the reservation. I told them about a month ago and asked if they wanted a confirmation number. They said "no, we have the reservation, we just don't have a room". They told me I would have to take a different room with a sleeper sofa or have to wait for them to clean a room. I went to park my rental car and could not find any parking places on the property — there weren't any so I had to park on the street. (They don't have enough parking). They came up with the room that I had reserved (and had paid for a month before) and then the next morning the hot water in the shower was luke warm at best — and they only had one wash cloth for my wife and me. I would not recommend staying at this Hampton Inn.

Never can go wrong with a hampton inn. Rooms were clean, the bathroom was a little confining. Would stay here again if in the area.

Absolutely loved this hotel! EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE MADE US FEEL WELCOME — — From the ladies working breakfast to the men and women at front desk, to the two shuttle drivers, to the maintenance man. All of them said "Hi! " and were so nice and cheerful! They made my girlfriend and I and our two teenagers feel so welcome! Hands down most friendly hotel I have ever stayed at (and I've stayed at hundreds) WE WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK.

I stayed here with my friend while visiting San Francisco. What can I say, It's a Hampton. Fantastic rooms with free continental breakfast and Wi-Fi.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel. The staff was very charming and helpful during our entire staff. The front desk staff was so imformative and pleasant. They went over and above to make us welcome and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was also wonderful with many choices. The location was close to the BART and CALTrain Stations. The hotel shuttle staff was also very pleasant and on time. I STONGLY RECOMMEND this hotel! The staff made out first west coast visit one to want to return to. Thank you all.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel with my family, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The room was clean, quiet, and the shower was strong with hot water. I was also surprised by the large selection of HD channels from the flat-screen TV. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of hot and cold foods — you can even make your own waffles! The free parking is an amazing deal, considering that it is only a 15-20 minute drive to San Francisco, where we did all of our sightseeing. The only disadvantage I can think of off the top of my head: the internet was rather slow. I strongly recommend this hotel.
