Ok place beds were pretty cool. Comes with mini fridge, tv, and normal motel stuff.

It wasn't clean, breakfast was HORRIBLE, front desk lady was nice and helpful but would kust keep 9n disappearing… NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

The rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke. When asked to switch rooms I was switched to a room with ripped covers and dirty restroom walls. The shower was dirty and the towels were stained. When asked to get my money back, the manager said "just because you see it's dirty doesn't mean it is. " She refused to give me my money back.

Our room was ok. Building overall looks very sketchy but the night spent there was ok. Bedding looked very old and outdated. The bed box spring was heavily stained with who knows what. Bathroom was kept clean though. It was a bit noisy in the room from the highway noise.

Not happy customer. We made a reservation thru the Wyndham website, it was confirmed. Show up at Days Inn to find out that an hour and 15 minutes after we booked, Days Inn canceled stating that our Wyndham card was declined. The guy at the desk could use some training on customer service, all he did was hand us a phone number of another Days Inn. Nothing wrong with our card, as we used it at another place across the Bay in Oakland. Will be complaining to Wyndham soon.

Doggy place. My body is all in rashes. Guess some bed bugs…

Rooms are relatively clean, nobody walking/running around at night, reasonable rates.

This place is not worth the money. Rooms are small, floors are sticky and the morning breakfast is pastries in plastic wrap. On a good note, the girl working there was very nice.

The hotel was great for the price we paid. Rooms were nicely decorated and lobby staff was very helpful. We didn't have a wine bottle opener so they had one to borrow. Clean rooms and restroom. Little noisy with the wooden floors but we were able to sleep. Overall very satisfied.

Nice staff, Location is near the airport. But rooms are kind of not what you expect. Broken doors couch have stained. Toilet is not working properly.

It's a pretty typical airport hotel. There's nothing special about it but it's not bad. The neighbourhood is pretty sketchy if you want to walk to a restaurant after dark but there are some decent ones in walking distance.

Only 24 rooms. Very clean, beds are firm parking easy. Right off the freeway small fridge & microwave. Decent & nice.

Our family stayed at this place for 3 nights. The rooms are ok, fairly clean and good location. The fridge smelled like spoiled milk and the comforter has some holes in it. We stayed on the second floor and we can hear the walking noise above us. We politely notified Isabel from the front desk and requested if the guests upstairs could tone it down. We called the second time and she told us that the folks above simply said that they were paying guests and they can walk around whatever they want. If we have an issue, she recommended to knock personally or call the cops. It appears that this is the limit as far a guest comfort. Nothing much as far as resolving an issue with other guests.

Beautiful room and comfortable bed. Very quiet and felt like home during my stay. Lite breakfast is available.

Pretty okay place to stay if you just need to sleep, not much else around though.

Free parking place. Not expensive rooms. Free breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The person down stairs was very nice and gave me and y family a room that had a couch in it (which had a bed) he made it get to our needs.

I think their motto is "No frills hotel" and that's exactly what you get. But the room was clean and the dude at the front the desk was super nice even though I was checking in at 1:30a.

Stayed here last month with a couple friends. We called to let them know we were going to be a late check-in because our flight didn't land in CA until 11:30 PM. They told us that, that was fine but did not tell us that the "shuttle" stops at Midnight. Upon arrival we had to call SEVERAL times before anyone came to open the door and check us in (then the room keys didn't work). Rooms were clean — no complaints there. We stayed 4 nights, on our 4th night we had attended a Giants game and got back to the hotel a little after 11 PM. The room keys were AGAIN not working and it took someone 45 mins. Before they answered our multiple phone calls and finally came to the door (and for 3 women in South San Fran. This was a very uncomfortable situation). When it came to checking out we called down and asked when the "shuttle" came and they said every half hour, so when we went down stairs to check out (again waiting at the door for someone to answer the phone/door) and waited in the parking lot as instructed over the phone. After about 15 mins we picked up the phone (again had to call about 5 times before someone picked up — no one was in the office AGAIN) the lady on the phone told us they do not have a shuttle, that they call UBER for you and pay for it. I can guarantee that I WILL NOT be staying here again and would not recommend it to anyone staying more than just one night…

Outdoor entry to rooms. Curteous staff. Easy to check on your car, as the hotel surrounds the lot. My only complaint is the sun shining in my window in the morning (not traditional curtains, but blinds that let all the light in).

This place was way nicer and cleaner than our stay at the Travelodge! The only issue here was the dirty telephone. Comfy beds and they paid for my Uber ride to the airport. I would definately stay here again! :)

We came here on pride weekend. Ive been too so many Days Inn and this Days Inn is the best one. I met a great woman there name Isabel. Shes outstanding. She has a great smile with a great sense of humor… She made sure our room was ready and we had peace, able too sleep at nite. She helped us find things around there, shes very RESPECTFUL woman. I wish there was more people like her. Everytime we go out there we Will stay here… We will be back soon.

My interaction with the staff was horrific! They were very very rude and unprofessional. I called to speak with the manager about a discrepancy on my sons bill and spoke to Cesar, who was very rude, dismissive and on top of that he LIED and said that the manager would not be in until Monday morning and to call back then. I asked him "So if there was no manager on duty who did he report to if he had a problem… " and again he LIED and said that he had a customer and I would have to call back on Monday and hung up. After several attempts to call back, they finally answered and guess who was on the phone… Isabelle the MANAGER, the one that was not supposed to be in until Monday! Long story short, she was worse than the clerk, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to be a Manager, she would not allow me to express my concerns to her, she spoke over me and told me that my son was old enough to handle his own business, I tried to tell her that he was a little confused about everything that had taken place and I was just trying to get a better understanding, but of course she wasn't trying to hear anything I had to say and guess what? Yes she also hung up the phone! I don't normally write reviews and not sure if this will get posted, but I had to make an exception in this case and my son has also made a complaint with Expedia and I will be calling the home office first thing Monday morning. Buyer beware!

Parking is horrid. But always a spot open. Room was clean despite outer appearances. No problems with staff.

It's a small hotel, but if you need a place to stay, it should be adequate. Breakfast is provided, but it's just pre made Danish, grain bars and other small breakfast provisiona. Overall, I wouldn't stay again.

The worst stay of my life. Dirty rooms, terrible service. Even worse airport shuttle service. Front desk lady argued with me and yelled at me for something SHE did wrong. Trying the other days inn SFO airport west, praying it's better…

Days Inn is pretty cool nice place and very nice people. The room was not all that for me it was small and they need lamps in there rooms. Even the cheap rooms they have there. There's not a lot of thins to do around but the train is close by.

The breakfast is from 7/11. Our shower was confusing. No one answered don't desk call. Beds have cigarette burns. However there are beds and we slept so it did its job.

Wasn't anything special but the bed was decent and the price was right. Also the location to San Francisco was real nice just a short ride into the city with out being stuck in the city or ou are close to the train if you don't want to drive.

WORST SERVICE IN THE UNITED STATES! A woman named Isabella will pick up the phone if you're trying to check in late night, and she is without a doubt the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. If you're having a problem, she'll tell you "I don't have time to listen to your problems" and keep insulting you simply because you need help and you're inconveniencing her. Avoid this place like the plague!

Best deal for the price. Rooms are clean and its located on a tranquil area. Only down fall is that its close to the airport and freeway so it might get kind of noisy. It is very close to the freeway and only 15 mins away from San Francisco piers.
