Everytime I decide to have a staycation, I come stay here because the rooms are super clean and relaxing. The front desk and supervisors are really great and have awesome customer service! Whenever I needed something, I would have a knock at my door in a timely manner. Love it here and completely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, peaceful stay.

My family like to stay here because they have huge king bed on all their rooms and my kids love their free breakfast.

Charge for parking and only vehicle per room. Rooms are not very clean. Staff is rude.

I was there one week ago with my family. We had 3 rooms for 1 night and left. Now the hotel have withdrawn 300 $ for no reason. I have called them several times, and they have prommissed me to pay back the 300 $, but nothing happens, no money are paid back to me. Lousy way to treat us.

08.17.2018 It’s a short stay before catching your flight kind of hotel. Moreover it’s a motel type design which is rare in Comfort Inn Brand, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. In room wash area is inside the restroom, that’s what I liked. Shuttle service is the most convenient part of this property. It runs every 30min.

We had a very short stay due to a missed flight connection. We arrived late and left early. The room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. We were checked in and out quickly. The continental breakfast was nothing special but it was nicer than others I've seen. The airport shuttle picked us up right on schedule. That's about all. A short stay but it was everything we needed!

The staff was very nice. They had an accessible shuttle tip the airport for us which was good. Breakfast starts at 6 and was decent for hotel breakfast.

Great rooms. Nice upgraded king sized beds and furniture. Night staff not as friendly, but day staff were great. Breakfast was good. Bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs, different waffle every day, good coffee, and rice for those who like rice in the morning.

Hotel was good. Neat and clean. Looks decent. Amenities are good can't expect more. We got a room that is next to train track and can hear traffic from room. Except for that everything is good!

Stayed here during our final night in San Francisco. Our car was broken into twice during this trip so I'd say avoid San Fran if you can. Anyway the hotel was only 5 min from the airport which was good. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was typical comfort inn food. The bad was they charge 6 or 7 dollars for parking per night. Also it's kind of noisy as it's set up more like a motel with room entrances from the outside.

I stayed here for 2 days and enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. They offer a hot breakfast in the morning and offer a fitness room as well as an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. There is parking available but it costs $6.50 a night.

It's all about exceeding expectations — and with a hotel in located in the no-mans land in the periphery of an Airport, the expectations are mediocre at best. The breakfast buffet has limited choices for hot food but otherwise it was plentiful and fair variety. Reasonable little exercise room with a good weight machine but no free weights. Very friendly Service. There is an inside patio frame by the buildings that is pleasant and has a Jacuzzi open until 10 p. M.

Clean motel close to the airport … Good breakfast u clean large rooms … shuttle service to the airport … On the grand avenue are some inexpensive restaurants. Price performance for San Francisco top.

Room 164 in quiet and spacious.

Room was a double king and reasonably priced. The room was immaculate! We would definitely stay here again. Close to the airport.

Nice clean comfortable updated hotel. Breakfast was a variety of choices from fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereal, scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon various juices and if course coffee. Friendly staff makes you feel welcome.

Our flights were cancelled back to NJ because of weather we needed a place to stay for the night. Quick search on Google and found this hotel just a short distance from San Fran airport. We got the last room. I must say we were very impressed with the room. Very large 2 king beds and a gigantic bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean and updated. We felt totally comfortable to stay. The guy behind the counter was very welcoming and friendly. The only issue, but not a complaint was the parking. However there is some construction going on near there. We would use this place again and recommend this place to friends.

Friendly helpful staff. Don't let the outside fool you. The inside of the rooms are beautiful. Pretty large bathroom and shower.

Maybe this place is fine if you’re on the side that is NOT literally 30 feet from the train tracks. Even with ear plugs in you can feel the trains reverberate through you as they pass… really makes those early flights even more awesome. Also… there’s a charge for parking.

Worst hotel ever. Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle from the airport. He wouldn't stop at my terminal, even though I was clearly waving him down. When he did finally come to pick me up, he wouldnt even pull over to the side walk, I had to walk into the street. Called the hotel 5 times to try and arrange a shuttle, they always put you on hold for 10-15 minutes and never pick back up your call. Interestingly, if you hang up and call back they pick up your call immediately. Finally make it to my room, the sink in the bathroom doesn't drain. Climb into my bed to find makeup, blood, hair, and fuzz in my bed. Call the front desk and they offer clean sheets. They send a man to change my sheets at 12:30am and I'm a single woman… really? All the staff was completely unapologetic about anything. Honestly, I travel all over the world and this is the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel.

So I was booked this place for a work trip not having any choice in the matter, I looked up some reviews and got a bit nervous… crackheads, bums, loud, thin walls, poopoo hot tub, etc… Fast forward after 2 weeks staying here and I'm sad to say I saw no crackheads without pants, no hobo fights, and didn't get ill after eating the breakfast. If you're expecting a Hilton for $115 a night then you're a moron. Yeah the train can be a little loud, but put in the earplugs they give you and be glad you found a hotel this cheap in SF. Now quit complaining and go sightseeing.

WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT! they love to double charge you. Crack heads sleeping on the grass during the day, kids using the Jacuzzi for two days IN Their UNDERWEAR! AND… transients and others constantly checking my door handle to see if they could get in! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

A bit far from the center. But there is a chic restaurant nearby.

First of all, it's a motel (exterior entrances) so there's a lot of city noise. The walls were crazy thin and I could hear the guy above me yawning. The pathway is tile so you hear a person with luggage or the staff with their cleaning carts clattering by. Its loud, small rooms, but the staff was friendly. Breakfast was fair. If your room is on the good side, you get a pretty nice view.

Very Nice Quite Clean warm charming place… The only draw back why should you have to play for parking there are no other activities in the area…

There you location if you are headed to the airport however I was just there for a few days today and it was super loud because of the train. Other than that noise it was pretty nice with a good continental breakfast that was above-average.

The location near the airport was super convenient. The room was nice and well kept, and the continental breakfast (with waffles) is always appreciated. The one downside was the awful "fitness center". The only treadmill was so far out of calibration I don't know where to begin. The setting for 7.0 mph (which should be 8:34 per mile pace) was practically a walk. And the ventilation in the room wasn't great.

This hotel is very clean and hasspacious rooms. Our room had 2 king bed, microwave and a frig. Breakfast was more then just your average cereal and toast. Would defiantly stay again and recommend.

Our room was clean and comfortable and pretty quiet even though it's so close to the freeway and train track. Fast and free Wi-Fi, something you don't normally get with similar hotels. Our only gripe is the narrow parking spaces. Overall, we were pretty satisfied with our stay and would come again.

Stayed here with my 3 year old. The room was clean, quiet and safe. The breakfast was good. It was very quiet being near the airport and trains, we didn't hear anything. We would stay here again!

Clean and comfortable beds and close to airport. Parking spaces are very small and difficult to find one that will accommodate anything larger than a compact car though.

Towels are not that clean, some had stains on it. Room is okay. Outside elevator is old and scary for a little kid. Breakfast setup was good.

Overpriced, not helpful, or friendly. Not one person working the front desk has been able to communicate with me. To many issues to list. Definitely not for workers or anyone who needs to checkout early.

They didn't have a wheelchair for use or any first aid kit available. Not even a single bandaid on hand at the front desk. Poor communication skills with the staff on speaking English. I do not recommend anyone to this hotel.

Very disappointed we had to pay 6 dollars to park! Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Apart from the very noisy trains (as the railroad was about 30 yards from our room) and no Wi-Fi, our room was very nice. Comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast in the morning with a good choice of good.

The breakfast was great, beds were clean, pillows were soft, everything was as it should be! Only downside, it is near a busy street (during the week in the am for the morning commute) and right across from train tracks. THAT BEING SAID, I am a light sleeper and didn't realize the noise level until I stepped outside that morning. Did not wake up to a trail or car all night. My vehicle was safe overnight and I didn't get any 'vibe' there would be any issues. All & all it was a great stay and a good refresher on our extended road trip!

Rooms are clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was very affordable for the area. Only thing missing was a pool but they did have a hot tub. Really enjoyed my stay.

We have stayed here twice in the last week. Three days the first time and yesterday. We were a little disappointed the first time as our room was quite dated and the door to our room was standing open when we got to it. We called management and they said "don't worry the cleaning staff probably forgot to close it"… We insisted they send someone up to check the room and make sure nothing was missing, etc. A man showed up ten minutes later and didn't even want to come in the room, he just stood at the door and said, okay, okay, all fine… ok, ok… goodbye… Unfortunately we had prepaid, nonrefundable, so we were stuck. Yes we also prepaid for yesterday too. I made the reservation based on faith in the Choice website. I have never been this disappointed. I will say our room yesterday was much better and freshly updated. The front desk staff are pleasant and the breakfast staff were attentive. The usual breakfast menu. No pool and a hot tub out in the middle of an open courtyard. It was full of sand and only half the jets worked. Also you have to pay extra for parking each day. Lesson learned… check other sites for reviews, don't go solely on Choice reviews.

Billed as a 4 star hotel and is a tip of a star. Rooms facing the railway station very noisy and dirty, breakfast terrible. I would not recommend it for that same money there are much better options in the area.

I've been to this location before, which is largely the reason that I chose to return, and I was not disappointed. It's a clean and well kept inn with plenty of amenities, vending and soda machines, and a very good breakfast in a good sized dining area. The rooms are nice and tidy, the beds are clean and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and friendly. There is a downside if a pool is what you're looking for, but there is an accessible hot tub. Still, not enough of a drawback to reduce from a five-star experience. I hope to maintain the Comfort Inn & Suites San Francisco Airport North as my go to place when I visit the S. F. Vicinity. In other words, I'll definitely be back!

Clean rooms and breakfast is ok. The 4 person rooms are not very large. Very noisy due to heavy traffic. It takes about 30/45 minutes to get into the center of San Francisco by car.

The rooms are pretty standard but very clean and the staff are easily the most accommodating that I have encountered to date in all of my travels. We had booked a room with two king beds, we were going to try to squeeze four adults and two children into the room but asked about upgrading instead and they ended up taking care of us better than any other hotel has and with no extra charge. We will be returning for sure.

Really close to the airport. Rooms are accessed by elevator/stairs outside of the main building. Rooms were nice. Service was good and breakfast was great.

$75 debit card hold deposit on my pre-paid reservation plus $7 for parking a night. Only good thing was my room is very clean and very comfortable bed.

Very noisy! The hotel is right by a free highway and I could hear the car noise all night along. I requested a better room but my request was not fulfilled because of lack of availability of rooms. Try to find some food places but got lost among the tons of roads. Tried to order food but they all have a minimum of 15 dollars order plus a delivery fee plus a state tax for a simple entrée! No sleep, no food… Worst experience ever.

A car was broken into in the parking during my stay. The fitness is the size of a bathroom. Other than that it's worth the value of the rate.

Fairly no frills room, but it was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was decent, all for a reasonable price.

The place is nice, ten minute drive to the airport. Hotel staff helped us with boarding passes and directions. The free breakfast was nice for a free breakfast. Or room also had a really big bathroom, seemed big enough for a wheel chair.

Stayed here because it had the best rates in the area by a long shot. Even for the price, the hotel was just OK. There were two towels in the bathroom and one of them was stained and dirty. The hot water was off and on as well. The staff was very friendly and attentive but you get what you pay for in quality.

The beds were huge! The bathroom is also very spacious and provided all of the hygiene necessities. The check in was smooth and Wi-Fi was easy to obtain by one phone call. And the complimentary breakfast satisfied us well. Overall, I enjoyed staying at the hotel!

Heating unit noisy. No hand soap in bath. Refrigerator noisy had to unplug. Wouldn't stay in again or recommend.

Location isn't bad, there's a train track outside but you don't hear the train very often. I wish the cable was a little better but since this is 2015 who really cares about tv. Would stay here again.

We got a room so we can catch an early flight the next morning. The room is decent, spacious, staffs are friendly. The only complaint would be that the shower water pressure was pathetic… but everything else was good.

I have never had a hotel charge me to park the one car I drove. Rooms are small, area is full of crackheads, there's a train that goes by every hour so if you're a light sleeper beware. Staff stomp around cleaning rooms, I could hear them above me. Cable TV sucks, hardly any channels.

I would not recommend this place. I was completely disgusted by the lack of order and consideration for the client. Long story short Do Not leave any of you're belongings in room! They will disappear and the only thing management will do is apologize and tell You it must have been thrown out.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and spacious, that staff was friendly & the breakfast was as good as any continental breakfast. The only downfall was my room location. It was on the back end of the hotel right next to the train tracks, so I felt a little uncomfortable as a woman travelling alone. Otherwise, the room was just what a needed for an overnight stay.

This morning we left our room without the "Do Not Disturb" sign on for it to be cleaned. Went out all day to return to our room with our toiletry bag (which also contained a nice blender, blender bottles, higher end water bottles, a scale and a container or two. ) gone. Housekeeping must have "accidentally" taken it even though it was SEPARATED and OUT OF THE WAY in a SEPARATE BAG, what more do we have to do, write DO NOT STEAL? Would never stay here again. Not the best area, crappy room and our items were stolen. All we were told was to "Come back in the morning" WORST SERVICE EVER. Do not stay here.

Good place to be with family. The Staff at the hotel was very helpful, room was clean. Room had microwave and small refrigerator so it was big plus. It was out of the way of main traffic so very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are small, the distance from the foot of the bed to the TV stand is about 2 1/2 feet, if you are sharing the room with someone and happens to walk in front of the TV at the same time you will have to pass each other going sideways. TV has 20 basic channels (all non HD) Wi-Fi is incredibly slow. Its fine for checking your email but that's about it, impossible to watch videos. One side of the building is facing railroad tracks, stay away from the outer rooms and pay a little extra for a room facing the courtyard. Pros: Rooms are clean, Good breakfast, nice staff.

Extremely noisy on one sidenof the complex (facing trains and freeway), breakfast insufficient and overcrowded. Won't recommend.

Beds are decent. Rooms smell terrible. Despicable customer service and directly under an over pass and next to a loud train! Not to mention paid parking. $7 for first car $38 for a second.

Size of the room and beds, hot tub, and laundry room on site, never used the gym, breakfast is good. The only thing is I had to pay for parking which sucked because every hotel I had been in had free parking. Never knew that ya'll charge for incoming calls also. Other than that it was convenient when exiting off the freeway.

Horrible place! I booked for 1 night. Arrived Saturday evening and left at checkout the next day. I was scammed out of $100. They put a $200 hold on my debit card for a $6.60 parking fee. I was not even notified about the hold. I found out after I arrived home. I called and was told that my $200 will be released the next day on a Monday. Only $100 was released. I called again. I was told this time that is was for smoking in the room. My weekend trip was with my family; husband, 11 years old son, and 2 month old baby daughter. NO ONE smoked in that room. Who would smoke with children, especially a baby in the room?! I asked to speak to a manager. I was given the run-around. Left a voice message for the manager. I was told that someone will call me back that same day. Nothing. I called again on Tuesday. Finally spoke with a manager by the name of Khalid. He said that 3 people who worked there confirmed that there was smoking in that room. Nothing but a lie. I was ignorant enough to leave a gratuity for the room attendant. I had went home on a Sunday with pleasant thoughts about that hotel, even recommended the place to friends and family. My mistake. The manager said they are keeping the $100 and told me if I wasn't happy, to do what I have to do. He brushed me off and hung up. The worst place and customer service that I've ever experienced. I wonder how many people went through the same thing with them. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I had to edit my post.

Really depends on what you are looking for. There are quite a few "professionals with clients" that hang out at this hotel. Convenient for appointments.

Big rooms, modern bathrooms, big buffet style breakfast, and a microwave and fridge in rooms! However, be aware that the wrong room location can put you close to the highway (hwy101), train tracks (trains run right in front of the hotel) and of course the airport. Yeah big ouch! We stayed in room 337 and weren't bothered by any of it but that side of the hotel faces a busy street. We brought our mini air purifier, so the street noise wasn't really an issue for us.

Rooms are good, clean and close to city center. High traffic/next to industrial area and 101. No pool, only hot tub with lounge chairs.

Impressive selection of hot and cold breakfast buffet. Very clean and comfortable room. Large bathroom.
