Bar and restaurant were closed. They charged us a bogus cleaning fee and haven't returned our call about it. Plus the heats turned off. It was 62* in the room. Place sucked.

So went here the other day checked in and they didnt have the Giants game on TV so went to the bar downstairs to watch it I get a text from a family member to come up quiet since someone called security and said that they were being noisy it was 2 kids playing but he also said if he had to come up again that we would be kicked out the kids were asleep and I was just starting to fall asleep hear a knock on the door security again and said we were too loud I told him that we are laying down and we ain't making any noise and he leaves then about 20 min another knock on the door security again this time I was half asleep and upset since it felt I was getting harrassed after that he didn't come back I told the front desk in the morning that the place was nice but told about my experience and asked if the manager could give me a call back never got a call called back 2 more days later and was told I would get a call never got a call so-called tonight and was told by the person the security told them he only came to my room 1x but was actually 3x and threaten to kick us out when we werent making any noise the bottom line wont stay here again Managment needs to fix the customer service.

Just stayed at this hotel. No hot water, just unbelievable. Then we tried to turn on the heat. No heat, unbelievable, staff is aware of these issues several complaints have been made but no one seems to care over 20 years Hilton honors this is the number one worst. They need to shut this place down. Save yourself the hassle do not book this hotel.

The patio door houled all night from the wind. There was NO coffee, except the pods in the room. Two cups and two towels for four guests. Walked two blocks to gas station to get coffee. Paid for breakfast got a cheap ass apple juice, blueberry muffin and granola bar.

The heater don't work. Hot water took forever to come on and y'all still charging the same price but took away breakfast.

Poor service especially the Brazilian guy at the front desk. Room temperature too hot. Unable to adjust temperature. They said it’s centralized. Pool are too crowded. And the water are dirty. They just add more chlorine on the pool the next day.

It’s a nice place and I love the stay very helpful nice comfortable beds!

Embassy Suites generally are decent properties. This one is a little dated, but it is in good repair. However… the restaurant… The only thing worse than the food was the service. The service was slower than an apology coming from Donald Trump. The $23.00 burger was ordered medium, and it was served cold and raw. The bacon was cooked roughly to room temperature. The $13.00 bowl of soup was tasty, but luke-warm. Don’t ask for additional bread. Apparently it is kept in a secure off site storage facility that requires an armed security detail, and significant travel time to secure. Stay here. It’s a decent property. Just make sure you call Dine and Dash or something and get a decent meal.

This was a great place after having a flight cancelled and being exhausted from the humidity in Puerto Vallarta… Glass of wine 12 beer 8 food expensive…

It’s is very nice hotel to live. They have nice services and hospitality.

I ordered a pizza from room service. They delivered the wrong pizza.

Absolutely amazing experience! The attentiveness, hospitality and service was over the top! The banquet manager was seen not only helping his staff throughout the restaurant and bar but ensuring all guests were attended promptly. The quality of food was perfect and very delicious! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to get the best of the best service and food in SF! Thank you to each and every staff member. You definitely made our one night stay the most memorable experience ever. Giving you thumbs up all the way from Toronto!

I have been to a couple of Embassy Suites and this one is the worse so far. I booked a king suite with 2 bed but only got 1 king bed instead and they just told me they are sold out and didn't even check the computer or offer an extra bed. The pool was so small and crowded and when we went back the next early morning the water was so dirty. Looks like they didn't run the filter and the smell of chlorine was so strong. I saw dirty dishes on the aisle when we came in and still there when we checked out the next day. I am not going back to this place if I visit SF again.

Rooms will soon be renovated too! I love the bar area. Menu is great. I wish the hot tub were separate from the pool and there was a bit of air circulating in that indoor pool/hot tub area. The pool/hot tub area is highly stressful for all the kids jumping and screaming.

Stayed the night before Mother’s Day & after a year since staying for our Class Reunion, and more times in the past. But, I’m very very disappointed this time, not what one would expect from a Hilton Honors affiliate. The check-in was somewhat unpleasant, the reception clerk Victor didn’t even give pleasantries, good greetings, or smiled! Just asked for my name & drivers license. He’s English wasn’t so good & I understand, but he could’ve try to be just more friendly & provide better customer service. Upon conclusion of our check-in, he just handed my keys & two water bottles which I had to request a bag for because I had seen the other Reception Clerks bagging the water bottles before handing it to them. Then, no “thank you & have a nice stay”! Think, I thought he was inexperienced, but the hotel needs to provide more training when staffing the front desk when dealing with people on a day to day basis. Another gripe I have is the horrendous parking fee which I was told was $27, didn’t disclose it includes a $2.50 tax charge?! It’s almost $30 then. I thought, it’s way too expensive for a self park not even a valet parking, & the location is not even in the middle of the City, it’s by the Peninsula. What I don’t understand is what constitute for them to charge such a high parking fee since my car just sat in the lot overnight?! When all the other fees like City & tourists assessment have already been charged & included?!
