My children and I stayed here for 3 months and I could not ask for a better stay and location. It is very safe and near most tourist areas. The staff are so friendly and professional. The customer service is exceptional. We not not treated as paying customers, we were treated like family. We miss all of the employees. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel except to recommend them highly.

The website says 2 bedroom suite: 2 beds and a sleeper couch. Perfect for a family of 6. Except the new 2 bedroom suite has only 2 beds. They never changed the information on the website. So 2 of my 4 older teenagers had to sleep on the floor.

Located behind the restaurant and gas station so it's pretty quiet as far as traffic. Very clean outside and inside. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I love that they have a kitchenette included. The breakfast had great selection, the beds are super comfortable, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, outside tennis court, coin laundry, free Wi-Fi with a premium Wi-Fi purchase option. They also allow pets! The room are sound proofed so you can barely tell anyone else is around. Great place to stay, I would definitely recommend.

This hotel is completely run down save yourself a lot of money and time and avoid it.

Evacuated from Santa Rosa fire. Blessed to have a roof over our heads. Great staff, good food. Felt like home.

Awesome extended stay hotel. Delicious breakfast, great room with lots of space. Large TV with couch, chair, table, full size refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again.

Selia mejia is an outstanding employee great customer service representative I will be returning just because of her attentiveness and for her going above and beyond to meet every guest needs.

Why do the maids here knock at 9am, even with the do not disturb on? I noticed people in our hallway even had the signs hooked to the knockers so that the maids might get the idea. We had rooms on 2 different floors, and both were knocked on anyway at 9:00am, even though we placed dnd signs up. I can't stand that about Marriotts. Sheets kept falling off the corner of the bed so you'd end up sleeping on a gross mattress. 1/2 rooms we booked reeked of smoke; they moved us which is nice, but that's why we had rooms on 2 different floors.

Great place for lodging along with your dog. There were several other guests with dogs. There is a great Indian restaurant at walking distance.

Your car window will get smashed out during the night and your things will get stolen. Hotel doesn’t care enough to put up a couple security cameras to deter this ongoing problem.

Room is not clean and well-maintained (dust on hanger, broken light in bathroom). Hallway is smelly.

This place is great! Maid service, pool, spa, kitchen! Low rate cheaper than a monthly mortgage payment!

I usually always book Marriott for work related functions, this was amicable and affordable rooms and a great conference room for meetings. If you are a business plan rofessional with stores in the Vacaville outlets, this hotel is a stones throw away and is great for team meetings!

Repairs are not made in a timely manner if ever at all, lots of lip service from Lillianna, at one point she growled at me in frustration when I did not accept a patent lie about the repairs made. The pool had glass, the door lock did not work the entire seven month stay. Their success is based on the fact that they are kind of the only game in town for that type of amenity.

This place has the makings of a really nice hotel (spectacular free breakfast, spacious suites, great staff) but it's just too worn out. The mattresses, furniture, bedding, carpets, building, etc. Are old and outdated. The staff at this hotel were amazing! They always knew which room we were in and remembered things like how the tv's power cord was missing when we checked in (we were asked on 3 seperate occasions by different employees if it had been fixed and how it was working! ) They were quick to offer help and insisted on bringing things to us instead of making us pick them up at the desk. They also would escort us to places we asked for help finding instead of pointing and telling us where it was. My family absolutely loved the breakfasts there. So many choices beside the standard cereal, eggs, pastries, and waffles. They had Greek yogurt, brie, coffee cake, chocolate croissants, a toppings bar (for waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. ), a fixings for breakfast burritos, and sliced, fresh melon. They even had Nutella packets! The rooms weren't too bad. Spacious with a full kitchen and decent tvs. But the beds were worn out. The showerhead was higher quality but needed cleaned (mildew). The tub was very shallow and the walls had years of hard water buildup, so they felt dirty.

Nice quiet hotel with great staff. The social hours are nice, a good snack served up for the guests. Some amenities need updating but I stayed a week comfortably.

Pros: Great location for seminar, large rooms, good continental breakfast. Lots of flickering, dead light bulbs.

Free breakfast. Quiet room. Smelled a little like bleach though.

Very nice facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. I am Platinum level Marriott so we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite.

I deliver pizzas and always appreciate a spacious hotel with clear directions, it is well kept and the staff is very friendly.

I have been to a few Residence Inns and although they have been very similiar, this one has to be my least favorite. It has the same things as all the other residence inns but everything is just older. All the furniture could use an update. Besides that, this hotel is a fine hotel.

Great staff, great rooms… and the kids loved the pool. Also, a great location near shopping and tons of restaurants. I'll stay there again.

Nice, helpful, friendly staff. Love being able to have my dog Tiger here. Bed is comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We called and were advised pets were welcome. We reviewed the website and nothing was stated about pets. Decided to stay there. Upon arrival, nobody was was at the desk. We waited to check in after having made our reservations through the internet. Finally, we were able to check in. The $166 room for one night was changed to $266, with a one time fee of $100 for a pet. Nobody advised us that there was an exorbitant charge for our pet. We decided not to stay and found other accommodations which are upfront, without significant hidden charges.

I stayed here once and had a decent experience I do like the free breakfast at the Fairfield Inn though. It was nice to have an indoor pool here or the kids can swim while we're are here.

Great place for social events. Last year it was the baby shower. This year the baby is 1 years old today.

I have enjoyed my time at the hotel, but have not enjoyed any of the beds.

This hotel really needs renovation and was clearly not a Marriott when build. Likely a Best Western or a Ramada or something much lower tier. "Suites" small and bed was either a double or queen although King was listed on my reservation and almost the same size as bedroom area. Funky smell in hallways, room was dirty and run-down. The bed was old and not the typical, firm, high quality mattress I am used to in Marriott hotels. Left at 11am and came back at night to a room not serviced. Could not recommend this hotel.

It's a beautiful place for an extended stay. It has an indoor swimming pool, exercise room, a walking distance to nice stores.

This location did not meet my expectations and was nothing like other Residence Inn's that I had stayed at. The furniture was small and outdated additionally the room was not clean. The sofa bed was a joke, I will never ever stay here again or recommend this location to anyone. It does not stand up to the Marriott brand.

It was HELL! Please do not stay at this hotel if you have a family and you care about them! I am a Gold Elite member with Marriott and I enjoy their hotels From coast to coast and country to country… but this is by far the worst. I had the unfortunate experience of staying 3 nights. On entry… I was not welcomed as a marriott member. The room was dustly and barely clean. I didnt even want to touch the handles on the sink or tub… it looked so gross. On the first night, there was a foul dog odor in the room. And we did not have a pet. By the way… we called the front desk and they asked us did we bring a dog with us… really? … As an elite member. I am given the opportunity to upgrade my room. Of course. When I mentioned this they had just sold out of 2bedroom upgrades… Day two… no housekeeping services… we called the front desk and they stated it was a mix up with the housekeeping list and there was no one available to clean the rooms in the evening… that same evening at Midnight. Guests were outside playing basketball outside our wIndow on the first floor. As if it was 6 in the evening… Our wonderful neighbor in the room next door. Had two dogs in their room that barked day and night. Day three… still no housekeeping And the dog odor was still there when we left.

I recently check in early for my stay and the next day I asked for my upgrade around 1:30pm and was told that there were no more rooms available. Then I get back to my room and I find that my room was not cleaned and it smelled like dog. I went to the front desk and I was told that my room was somehow not on the list to be cleaned and housekeeping was gone for the day was there anything they could do. Then people were outside of my room playing basketball at midnight. The next morning I put my sign on the door at 9am to do not disturb. I left my room at 11am and took the sign off the door. Housekeeping was still in the hallway. I come back to my room and it is not cleaned again. I go to the front desk again and I am told that they didn't clean it since my sign was on the door. All the other hotels I have been to they go back to the room especially if they see you leave. I mean what time do they get off. 11:30am. There are dogs all over this hotel that bark all night and day. This hotel is definitely not Marriott quality. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worse enemy.
