Nice place. Room was oddly shaped but comfortable. Internet was very slow, even listening to music didn't work well. Pool was nice. Calm and quiet. Close to shopping and food. Breakfast was the usual. Recommended.

Nice, quiet, clean, nice room. Comfortable bed. Slept like a baby. Breakfast ok. I would stay again.

Reservation was a bit frustrating. I told the guy working there to send me an email reservation confirmation 3x at least. Never received it. When I asked to confirm my reservation at different times, the ladies working reception sounded annoyed and had unpleasant tone to talk to. Couldn't check in early. I originally reserved one large room for my large family. When I called to confirm they told me we had too many people. Why wasn't I told this before? I then end up reserving two adjoining rooms. One sofa bed had gross stains all over.

Great Value! Super Comfortable Beds & Pillows. Nice complimentary Breakfast in the morning from 6am to 9Am. Great restaurants the 2 — 5 minutes away. Stay here your 1hr to San Francisco Giants Stadium.

Rooms were really nice and the channel selection on TV was great. Wifi was a little spotty but it worked. Great alternative to an expensive hotel.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a nice hot breakfast. I could tell the staff took pride in this hotel. Everywhere I looked I saw someone at work maintaining the place. It’s impressive and definitely noticed. Thanks for the great couple of nights!

The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. Check in was easy and fast. Conveniently located about a half mile from an in-n-out. They even had soft and hard pillows to pick from in the room, it was a nice little touch.

Polite staff but they're saving money on everything, which reflected in the quality of our stay. Crazy brown stains on the foldout bed that had no sheets, lack of room supplies, couldn't eat the breakfast foods, nothing but marketing on the limited TV channels, incredibly outdated amenity supplies, etc.

Room was nice accept you can hear your neighbors. Free BASIC non nutritional breakfast options. Stayed for a class/convention asked about a discount the girl laughed with a “No. ” My floor had holes in the walls, wires openly exposed, and uneven/unstable flooring. Wouldn’t allow even the slightest early check in. Female staff were rude & unprofessional. Price was a little high. Overall won’t be staying again.

The room was a little tired and maybe in need of a makeover. The staff were very good and the location was great. I would happily stay here again if the need arose.

Despite being close to the highway, the room are really quite. And I am sensible to noise. Bathroom is spacious and so is the room. I had a room on second floor with king bed. There is a tv, fridge, small coffee maker, sofa and desk in the room. As many hotel do, they have complementary basic toiletry items like tooth brush, tooth paste. Breakfast is also complimentary and offered from 6 am to 10am (as of 02-2018). Nice hotel and conveniently placed close to access route. Rooms are clean. Staff courteous.

Good beds. Great Breakfast. Would recommend for someone who wants affordable hotels for a family.

Hotel and staff great, a little pricey for just one night though.

I give this place low rate. Morning breakfast was leftover from the day before, waffle machine wasn't working found the plug wasn't in. Street sign wasn't on. The 2nd the juice machine wasn't working. The frame of the bed was stick out about 2inches. Bathroom tub was dripping water. Okay the toilet seat was old and should have been replaced. This was in California where they are energy water preservative country for but yet they don't fix the leaks in the bathroom. This is the second time that I've stayed at Comfort Inn and both times very lousy service. Would not recommend it for anybody that's all.

Pretty clean and very good atmosphere.

Clean, quiet, efficient. Located near the 80+505 turnoff. Shopping, restaurants and services close by with ample transportation options. Showing a little wear and tear but comfortable. Complimentary beakfast everyday and ample parking.

Indoor hot tub & pool, Free breakfast. And comfy room. Staff could work on their people skills a bit… but a relaxing atmosphere and nice experiance.

Worst experience in a hotel in my lifetime. I am in hotels 100-120 nights a year; travel globally. Room was dirty; non hotel bar of brown soap used in bathtub; hotel shampoo bottle used half full; prior guests bottle of conditioner on floor by bed: cant say for sure sheets were changed; do not disturb on door staff bangs anyway prior to checkout: call my room and Im telling the desk staff person about the issues — she starts talking over me — then when Im trying to finish hangs up on me! When I get downstairs to advise of my extreme displeasure in being hubg up in — it gets so bad she starts cussing and swearing — and it was a verbal ufc round at that point. She was throwing F bombs towards the end. I obliged back. The WORST experience ever with any hotel staff in the am on checkout in 30 years. Real moron running the front desk in the am Matresses are old and do not have good support. Only good note was the guy from Fiji who checked me in. Professional, classy, student working nights. Unfortunately this bad hire in the morning, an owners worst nightmare with red hair, tattoos, and a psychotic disposition — you just cant get any worse than this. Plenty of other hotels at reasonable rates nearby. NO COMFORT AT THIS COMFORT INN — — thumbs down x 10

Prices were high for a weekday, but as always, a good place to stay year round… indoor pool… close to 6 flags… etc.

You know I have never met a hotel that does not believe in customer service. Be careful if you have to make any changes to your reservation or you mistakenly book the wrong night. They will not help you, they will not give you the time of day. They will not change the reservation. Service is awful. I would not stay here if it was the last place on earth. I have never experienced a hotel that does not want to help the customer. Don't stay here its a rip off.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the outlet malls, within walking distance, and next to the interstate exit. The hotel was well maintained and clean. However, the walls are terribly thin.

The room was pretty nice only problem is the door to the cabinet that holds the mini fridge wouldn't stay closed. Also our key cards would not work to open the pool door or the laundry room door. Other than that everything was pretty ok!

Housekeeping was pretty slack. Toilet & tub not cleaned for a couple days, wet towels left on floor & when I mentioned problem to front desk they did nothing to get it cleaned but offered to let housekeeping know! Management was not customer friendly when issue arose from error in reservations. Won't stay here again. Beds were comfy tho!

We always stay here when we travel to they bay area, so we have stayed here mutiple times but this time our toilet would not flush, so we checked the back compartment of the toilet to find a dildo plugging the hole. They just moved us to a new room. Apparently they don't clean the toilets.

I stay here when I'm in town from Reno to visit my grandmother, this place is conveniently located close to her community and I can always count on a clean and quiet room. I appreciate the quiet since I live in the middle of downtown Reno, this is a nice peaceful break for me.

BEWARE of any changes or cancellation, because their "policy" allows them to STEAL from you! We tried to cancel a res. 13 days in advance and they said NO as per "corporate policy"; SO I called corporate, and they put it back on the hotel that will not even allow another family member to stay, or give us credit for another night — said it is NON TRANSFERABLE) even tho we PAID for the room for 2 nights already! I have contested the charges with the credit card co. And have to fight it that way and w/ reviews to warn you so we don't allow these companies to CHEAT us like this, when we all know humans can overcome corp. "policies" if they want to and be FAIR!

Very affordable and comfortable room. The complementary breakfast was satisfying and the location was a convenient distance from our final destination (San Francisco). Highly recommend and would stay again.

Stayed in vacaville for a family function. Our room was a suite with 2 queen beds. My family and I have stayed here several times and loved it everytime. Would recommend it to anyone needing to stay the night in vacaville.

Every time my family travels to Vacaville, CA we always stay here. We love the rooms. We got to try out the indoor pool and hot tub this visit, which was very enjoyable. The rooms and hotel are always very clean and spacious. I never feel cramped in our room. I also really appreciate that there's a tub and shower. I've stayed at plenty of places that only have shower stalls, which doesn't work for when I need to bathe my 2 year old. I have back problems, so when staying overnight anywhere my biggest concern is always the condition of the bed and pillows. The pillows here are very comfortable! I can't say that the beds are as comfortable as my bed at home, but I can say that I am able to sleep at night. I've stayed places where the bed was so uncomfortable that with my back pain I can't sleep at all. I do believe that if I didn't have back pain I would probably be able to rate the beds as very comfortable. My family and I have stayed here at this Comfort Suites in Vacaville 5 different times now. We will continue staying here whenever we are in the area. We also really love the free breakfast. It's not just pastries! Coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, pastries bagels toast, cook your own waffles, eggs & sausage, yogurt. I may be forgetting some items. We love it all.

Clean, comfortable rooms. The third floor is very quiet and nice. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel has gone down hill fast. We used to love to stay here while visiting Vacaville. Never again! Housekeeping didn't clean our room one day, there was dirty bedding on a bed when we arrived, there were earwigs in the bathroom, front desk staff was rude and not helpful, the room was hot even though we had a/c turned very low, the room smelled bad, the pool area was dirty. In the past when we stayed at this hotel none of these problems were present. It's too bad the owners are not keeping the hotel clean and maintained. We will never stay here again.

Stayed here fall, 2014. The review from "John B" is obviously illicit and not genuine. The hotel was in a complete state of disrepair when I stayed. Room doors did not close completely, providing anyone in the hallway with a peephole into your room. Approximately half of the rooms seemed to be unavailable due to maintenance issues. The water pressure was high enough to damage sensitive bits, the breakfast was clearly reused many times as a cost saving measure, the fitness center was closed by management and when finally opened after much cajoling, was revealed to be almost completely inoperable with all machines in desperate need of repair. The bed was the most comfortable of any budget hotel at which I have ever stayed. Unfortunately, every other aspect of the hotel is lacking. If you don't care about breakfast and fitness, then why are you paying for them in the 75-100 dollar charge for your room?
