Great improvement! Everything was great. The room was clean, value was great. Area was quiet. The key didn't work. I did not get room I requested. The staff was average.

I really like this Hotel but, we got to our room and was about to freshen up before bed. When we went into the bathroom, the whole bathroom floor was flooded. There was no more rooms available due to the fire and we had to wait 3-5 days for our refund. We ended up having to sleep in our car. And the front desk lady was no help.

The bed was not comfortable was uneven. Shower terrible, floors were sticky, not enough towels, bed spread had stains all over it ice machine was broken. Also noisy. Clerks could be bit more friendly. Hotel needs upgraded. Will NOT be returning back again.

Not a bad place to stay. Front desk was kind and welcoming. 3 stars due to the semi dirty rooms we got. Deffinity get what you pay for.

The lady at the front counter made my check in very efficient and made me feel like I've been there before. She answered all my questions promptly. As far as the room, you get exactly what you pay for.

It was my first time at the Vacaville location. Usually I stay in Cordelia or Dixon. I was very surprised that none of the desk staff smiled during my stay. They all look unhappy, maids as well. My usual experience at Motel 6 is smiling, cheerful staff. The staff was professional but looked sad. The room was clean but there was a bunch of perfumed spray on the curtains that made it difficult to breathe. I never experienced that at Motel 6 before. I had spend 40 minutes rinsing off the curtains with water and towels to take the spray off. The sink was backing up and couldn't be used. The room was clean and service was okay.

First room we were given smelled like cigarettes. Suppose to be non-smoking. Sheets had cigarette burns. Dogs were barking outside door and the police had to be called earlier because of complaints. Second room was not bad, but in the morning we couldn't take a shower because there was No Hot Water. This was not good. Mention this to the front desk when we were leaving.

Rather clean, efficient hotel. I enjoyed my stay. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very functional. The Wi-Fi cost extra which is not best nowadays.

The worst place ever. I would not even give it the one star but u have to to be able to write a review. The dirtiest place I laid my head. Police is constantly in the parking lot daily with what looks like stings taking place. Dirty pools. Washing machine and dryer are crappie. And to top it off the manager or whatever she is was the rudest person I ever came in contact with. I traveled from South Carolina to here and if I could have my life back that I spent in this hotel I would definitely not come here. Ended up going to the Quality inn down the road wich was not only cheaper but had a nice lounge and grill right beside it. What ever u do do not waste ur money on this dump motel 6.

Front desk staff was nice. Went to the room and it smelled decent for a non smoking. 1st thing we do is check sheets and bed for bed bugs/stains. It was filled with all kinds of hair! Nasty! On the pillow case and when we opened up the sheets it was definitely in there. Immediately went to the front and asked for new sheets. No comp, changing linen offers or any apologies. Won't stay there again.

The room that we got was so perfect for me & my husband. The only thing that we didn’t like was the other room was so noisy that we can hear inside our room. We’ll definitely come back again. Housekeeper took care of us in cleaning & making our room very tidy!

The hotel room was good for the price. The room was pretty clean (except for the pillow cases). The hardwood floors are a nice touch and the location is great (especially since it is near at least three dozen eateries). They don't leave the lights on for you anymore but I remember the rolling blackouts and it was a good room for the price.

Booked a room for 2 nights on my phone. When I arrived I was promptly checked in. The room wasn't entirely clean but not horrible. Staff was very friendly. Be prepared to pay for Wi-Fi, an amenity most hotels have for free. Try to book a room online rather than walk in off the street, it may save you around $20-$30. Cops patrol the parking lot regularly, but I did not feel unsafe. A cheap place to get a food night's rest.

It's an average motel 6 but the staff here were great. Very nice and down to earth.

Have stayed at motel 6 for years this is one to avoid. everything is dirty, the staff wont make eye contact let alone conversation. Lady at desk got all bent out of shape when I adked for quarters, (you have coin op washer/dryer! ) The front load washer will leave your stuff wet. And the top dryer doesn't get hot. Both still take your money. The top load washer and the bottom dryer Work as of 3/1/18. The pricing game they play is a joke. If you call and they transfer you to "reservations " you will pay a higher price than if you are there in person. They also raise prices later at night and of course on weekends overpriced flophouse.

Eleanor is very friendly, accommodating, and very professional in dealing with guests. She is an asset. The rooms are clean and I am happy to come back soon!

The room was clean. Very simple but very inexpensive and all the essentials are here to be found. The customer service really shines and makes the place. The girl at the desk was great while I was there. Thank you!

We had many adult and baby cockroaches in room 123 and they moved us to 116. Then we had electrical static in the light when we turned the bed side lights on. Like a short in the light switch. Then in the bathroom, the shower head was dripping, the shower curtain was wet and when I checked, the bath mat they had folded at the entry of the shower was VERY wet. Normally the 6 motels are great.

We thought it was inconvenient that there were no guests allowed past 8 PM. My sister, the dog and I just wanted to chat until around 10 PM. Then I'd take off for my house and she could go right to sleep. I was chauffeuring her for the visit. One of the best parts was that we found the Black Oak restaurant, which was fun to browse the next morning.

The rooms are clean and the facility has good basic amenities. Great friendly staff. They are very helpful in making your stay comfortable. 5/5.

Clean room and bedding. A/C worked. Water pressure in the shower was a little low and the water seemed hard (difficult to rinse soap off). Great location next to the 505 and 80 intersection. Great price for the basics!

I have stayed at this motel 6 several times and have always been quite pleased with the accomodations. This specific time around, Eleanor helped me when I needed it most. After a long night of driving, Eleanor got me my room quickly and was extra friendly. I truly appreciate the help and all of the positivity. Thank you Eleanor!

I used cloth to open door which was difficult to open. Settled into room only to find the toilet did not flush completely and made numerous strange sounds. AC is old and triple digits temp. Are common in this area. Several people hanging out, police patroling and parking in parking lot. I use Motel 6 because they accommodate my big dog. Have stayed in many nice Motel 6 across the country.

Did not feel safe here. People drinking beer out side on balcony. Weird unclean shower stall. Nice wood like flooring. Bed/pillow good. Checking in and checking out great service. No microwave, refrigerator. Vending machines ice and micro at front desk. No “do not disturb” sign.

One of my guys were in one of my rooms I rented. I rented 4 of them. He has bed bug bites all over his arm. Also there was no shampoo in the rooms. I went to front desk to ask for shampoo. They said we don't have any. This is motel 6 what do you expect. That surprised me front desk staff said that.

It was my second time… but this time I didn't feel comfortable because… the rate was dirty. The sink was dirty, the rate was dirty, the tub was dirty,,, the toilet paper was already used, and holia to marijuana,, call them at night. But they were not satisfied. And they only said that I Hivan to give credit, but not hisieron.

Best place to stay in Vacaville. Affordable, courteous staff, well maintained, safe and easy access to restuarant and freeway. It worth driving extra 10 to 15 miles or more to stay here.

We stay almost exclusively at Motel6 on our vacations. We like the ease, convenience and hospitality. But the Vacaville motel was beyond terrible. We were early to check in so a downstairs room wasn't quite ready yet. Acceptable. We paid for a room, were assigned a number and returned in one hour. Not only was the room not ready, but it hadn't been started. They assigned us another room that was suppose to be ready soon, and could we wait. We waited in front of our newly assigned room for thirty minutes and observed no one enter or leave. When we went to inquire, we found the clerk driving off in her car after she had assured us she'd let us know as soon as it was ready. Unacceptable. When I explained the situation to the other clerk, she apologized and gave us the keys to the room that was reassigned us. We warily opened the door to find it had been prepared all along. Not only was the room ready, but it had been ready the entire time we were sitting in the hot car waiting! As I said, beyond terrible. Adding insult to injury, the ice machine wasn't working… :) We will likely continue to use Motel 6, but we will no longer sing your praises.

Super clean! HUGE room that definitely was one of the best I have ever experienced with a Motel 6. Customer service was awesome she was accommodating. Definitely will go back to that location if I ever needed to stay at Motel 6. The cost of the room was only $80

No temperature control in very cold room. There was only a switch on the wall that gave a fan speed choice. The blanket on each bed was very thin. Because I was cold, we took the blanket of the spare bed and I slept with my socks on. We stayed there once before, and I was very pleased with the accommodations, but after this experience I will never stay there again.

Bed was fairly comfortable. Plenty of room for me and my daughter and my large breed dog. It was rather noisy at all hours. Police patrolled the parking lot at all hours which made me feel safer along with my dog. We stayed two nights and none of our towels were replaced which were on the floor of the bathroom. Bedding was replaced. Pricing for stay was too high for the experience.

Made reservations at this motel 6 when I get here they tell me I can't check into my room till after 3 o'clock the front desk lady was a Hispanic woman and was very rude I asked to speak to the manager she brought out in assistant manager in Indian woman who was also very rude. When I tried to show them that my reservation said that my room was ready to check in guaranteed they told me either I can cancel or go to another hotel room if I did not like it. I thought motel 6 customer service was very good until now I would never request or suggest anyone stay at this Motel 6

Booking was super easy. Reception was very friendly. Parking was easy after we straightened some glitch. Room was clean and quiet. It was a handicapped room with a hand held shower. It didn't work that well for me, a person who is used to standing under a fixed shower head. I was grateful reception allowed my colleague to leave her car in the lot for the day.

Newly renovated rooms. They have a pool available which is nice for such an affordable rate. They desk service was very friendly and accommodating. If this motel had any bad history, I would say it has faded away and I will continue to go to this motel whenever I stay in Vacaville.

Overpriced rooms. Cable was a joke. No fridge no microwave no free Wi-Fi. They say the rooms are almost 80$ cause it's almost full. BS whole time I was their the hotel was empty. For a cheaper price I found a better room with breakfast and everything else motel 6 does not offer. I feel I'm paying for this so called renovation.

A lot of people outside doing drugs made me feel unsafe for my wife and I (NEEDS SECURITY! ) The renovation looks really nice. The a/c did not work really well and the walls seems super dirty along with the floors (made my feet black). The price was great, staff was real friendly, also the location was easy to get too… Just wished it was taken more care of, defiantly with security.

My overall experience with this location of Motel 6 was very pleasant. The staff was VERY friendly, courteous, Professional and helpful. From check-in to check-out they assisted me. I was very pleased for both of my night's stays.

Wonderful experience, everyone was so friendly and good service was provided every time you ask for something like clean towels! The person in charge of the Desk, Eleanor, was very nice, professional looking, and very accommodating, while the Indian Lady Manager was really very RUDE! She should polish her human relations skills and her good manners! Eleanor is great!

Went to check in at 2:21 pm and told no rooms would be ava til 2:30 — 3:00 meanwhile the housekeeper said rooms are cleaned. They lie to avoid early check ins. On top of this the Indian Manager is completely rude to customers while I was in the front office he cussed and hung up on a guest. This will be the last time I ever stay here. Avoid this motel! its dirty, full of scumbags, and a ton of people who are living there? wtf is that about… they have stuff outside their doors like its an apartment and people staying there have to see the trash they leave out. Also there is dog feces everywhere. The busty mexican girl up front is sweet but still decietfull…

Its not up to date like the other motel 6's. They only have a shower instead of a tub and shower their TV's are outdated. These are my only complaints. Please take the time to update this place and make it a more comfortable stay for customers passing through.

I think they're trying to clean this place up. I stayed there a long time ago and it really wasn't that great, but when I wanted a no hassles booking the day after Thanksgiving I called them up and it was easy as pie. I had my dog with me too, and that was no problem. It's not the greatest place, but it was quiet when I was there the last time, and this time as well. The room was not filthy, and everything but the AC worked just fine. I would probably go back because of the ease of check in, and the price (unless I want to get spendy) The bed was comfortable, and like I said before, I guess I missed all the partying, homicides, and police coming and going. Funny, I used to live in Vacaville and I never heard of anything happening like that happening before. I was up at 5:30 and there was good hot coffee in the lobby. Nothing else was happening. Felt a lot better this time about the atmosphere, and it was Black Friday :).

Stayed here lastnite as I was in the office a police came an asked for a print out of the guest that were staying there thought that was against the law but to make things worse the cop waited for me to come bac outside and question me wish Is no surprise im a black male motel 6 is already b. S from the carpet, beds, t. V is small like my 7yr old an the coffee ive had better coffe in jail if I wanted to pay an get harrased I wouldve stayed in my hood.

Had nothing but trouble sleeping due to nonstop parties. Walls felt as if they were made of cardboard. Room was not clean at all. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

Awesome place to stay. Clean and quiet. I'll make sure to visit again if my route goes thru here in the future.
