I recently stayed here and there was a shoe print on the sheets. There was also hair in the covers when I hadn’t laid down yet. The front desk staff said they would replace them free of charge but I feel that I shouldn’t be charged for that any way. I also attempted to get my money back and they stated they offered me a free check out but I wasn’t offered anything. The front desk lady talked down to me and I wasn’t comfortable. I won’t stay there again, it’s dirty.

Did not expect to get to get to go swimming. But turns out you can reserve the pool for an hour. One household/ Room at a time!

We’ve stayed here twice in the last few months. The people are friendly, helpful and accommodating. In other words, they’re awesome! Rooms are clean and comfortable. And… we’ve stayed in several hotels that won’t do anything while you’re there (clean the rooms, replace coffee or towels or provide breakfasts as advertised, due to COVID). These guys do it all and they have the best bagged breakfast ever. Even gluten free. I totally recommend them. And they treat you like they’re happy you came. Thank you.

Our aunt booked us a room for the weekend and we loved it. The room was nice and it was conveniently located near a shopping center. The continental breakfast was great but the lines were a bit long. Overall enjoyed my stay.

We had a very large room. The breakfast was very good and had a very rich selection, but the breakfast room is a little too small. Gym could be more neat, as could the pool. Holiday Inn is close to an outlet.

The location was easy to find and parking wasn't that hard to deal with even though the place was busy. The room that I got was very nice and the beds were super soft too which made falling asleep a breeze. I also really enjoyed the breakfast that you got in the morning as it was very tasty and had a lot of options.

Best Hotel in Vacaville… customer service is outstanding and a Big thank you to all the housekeeping team making it beyond immaculate in our room ❤️

I was a guest arriving May 26 and leaving May 27. I could not check in at the normal check-in time of 3:00 because the previous guests had just left and I had to wait an hour for the room to be cleaned. When I used my credit card to check in the receipt said I was paying $518.43 instead of the $129 per night (plus applicable taxes, etc). When I questioned the clerk checking me in she told me that when I check out I will get the over amount removed. I finally got into my room at 4:00 pm Saturday, May 26; I checked out at 12:10 pm Sunday, May 27. It is now July 3, and I have not had the charge of $518.43 changed. I called about it when I got my credit card bill last month and they were supposed to call me back. They have not called me back nor have they changed the charge to my credit card. Watch your credit card billing at this hotel!

In the 104 degree day, the AC works, then it stopped working at night past 2 am. Me and my wife could not sleep while the kids could sleep. I want to go to the front desk now but I worry about waking up my 4 year old. When he wakes up things get very messy. Also, the neighbor next door moved in at 1 am, made so much noise it work everyone up except my 4 year old. The phone has a button to the front desk but it doesn't work. I used my cell phone to call the front desk but the neighbor is still making noise now at 3 am. That's why I want to write this review because the current average of 4.5 stars doesn't match my experience. Update. Me at 3:08, the AC works again. Thank God. Change from 1 star to 2.

Awesome breakfast great place very comfortable beds oh my God so tired but it's so worth it have indoor pool and jacuzzi excited for that after a 14-hour trip chicken gravy easy.

Great hotel with great pricing, stayed in a suite for four nights and had great luck with both cleanliness and attentive staff.

Location was close to the freeway, but not Soo close that you get the noise. Room was nice and shower water pressure was awesome as well. Breakfast was the standard holiday Inn menu ie. Cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cereal, eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, yogurt, coffee and juice. Enjoyable stay.

Great place, clean and quiet. The shade in the rooms are roll down and seal the light out very well. There is a fridge in the room as well has a microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast is complimentary and also they offer to go bags for people in a rush. Parking is free on premisses. There is a gym and swimming pool. Was satisfied with my stay. Will come back if in the area.

The room I got was really big, clean with living room and a couch. Internet access is awesome. The only downside was the bathroom, it smells like sewer backing up. I have to let the vent fan run for at least 20 minutes before it was clear or bearable to use.

It's right near all the outlet shopping and great restaurants. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and complimentary breakfast is great. There's stuff like eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, muffins. Not just boxed cereal like some places.

Room was rather large, room service was great. But the breakfast was not very good. Eggs weren't good, biscuits and gravy weren't good and the fruit was very subpar… I have come back and revised my rating. The breakfast bar did get a little better during the week.

My stay at this holiday inn perfectly reflects my experience at nearly every holiday inn I've started at. Rooms are very clean, beds are amazingly comfortable and staff is friendly.

The employees very courtesy. The rooms clean the pillows very nice and the facility is amazing the pool the laundry. And the breakfast is excellent love the place recommend to everyone.

Excellent service and accommodations at this hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and modern. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the fitness room is seriously in need of a rehab. It smells like moldy socks and the equipment is old. Otherwise, great location.

This hotel has great rates, is close to the Nut Tree Outlets, and the rooms are updated and clean. The staff is very friendly and they have complimentary cookies and coffee. Beds are comfy, sheets are clean, and bathroom is clean. If it passes my wife's inspection it will definitely meet your standards.

My husband and I stayed here for my son's wedding. Over all it was ok. First day there when we checked in they gave us a room that had not been cleaned yet. They had to move us to another room which took more time n caused an inconvenience. Made us over 30 minutes late to the rehearsal dinner. They apologized but didn't offer no discount or anything for their mess up. A bag of water with tail mix doesn't compensate or make up for it. Second night was good n their continental breakfast was good.

My family and I stayed here for a wedding and had a great experience. The hotel was perfect for our needs. There was an amazing breakfast every morning, a large patio for family gatherings and an indoor pool to get the kids energy out. The beds were comfortable (even the pull out couch). The staff was extremely friendly and suggested great places to eat with a large group. I will defiantly be returning in the future. The only negative comment I have is the carpets were dirty. They appeared to be clean until you walked barefoot and your feet turned black.

Great, clean hotel. We had the jaccuzi tub room and had a great deal on it. Friendly staff were there to help whenever we needed it.

Room is clean, easy check in, cozy bad.

The customer service was fabulous. We had a corner room but maybe a water tank or something next to us kinda loud sometimes. Pool was small but a pool none the less which was great. It was wonderful having a hot breakfast and we will definitely return. Thank you!

The hotel was nice, conveniently located, and the staff was friendly except for the front desk lady, Mary. Holiday Inn's rewards program, Priority Club, is normally worth the hassle in my opinion but never again after my stay here. Instead of charging rewards points, which I had told them I wanted to use when I booked the hotel, they charged my credit card on accident. That's understandable, accidents happen, but both Mary and Priority Club made it a HUGE hassle to reverse the charges. Both blaming either and transferring me back and forth. Not worth the time spent to get the night stay.

Cleanliness tops my list staying in a hotel, not only this I found at this Holiday Inn but friendly knowledgeable staff and excellent manager Rosie Marshall makes sure everyone enjoyed their stay. Not to mention that scrumptious breakfast in the morning, coffee & hot tea all day long is always available at the lobby.
