Waiter very kind and attentive to all custers. Its a geeat place to watch the ball games and the food was great! but you better have a debit card to exit yhe parking gate.

Nice and friendly staff I had a fun time.

We checked in late at night staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious very neat and clean … Wi-Fi was fast and easy to set up … so close to the airport. I'd stay there again and tell my friends about it … I didn't get to try the breakfast but the rest of my family did said it was delicious.

Nice clean hotel with a sports bar. Only problem we had was they only gave us decaf coffee for morning and had to go to front desk to get the regular coffee. All good other than that.

We are a family of 4, with 2 boys 16/19 (adult sized boys) Room was very clean and housekeeping was always consistent. The king sized beds gave our boys plenty of room to sleep comfortably together. Shower head needs to be cleaned, water was not coming out of some of the spray "holes". This did not deter from getting a good shower, so there was no need to contact the front desk. Shuttle service was prompt and runs 24/7 to the airport or the nearby BART station. There is an on site restaurant/bar, but we did not visit. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy the lobby or a rest right outside the restaurant (within the lobby). The fitness center is well equipped and maintained. It was clean and had no obnoxious odors. Husband had no problems with his daily morning runs on the treadmill. If we are in the area again, we would definitely consider this hotel. Only negative for us, which we knew when we booked our room, is there is no free breakfast. Hence why we would consider this hotel on our next visit. :-)

Superb service, excellent customer service on every shift and always clean. Made me feel like home away from home. Close to Oakland Airport and the Fairview Metropolitan, a beautiful golf course.

Did not stay for the night, but the rooms were spacious, clean, and accommodating. The restaurant downstairs is what lost a star. Still, the bar had decent fries and drink selection.

Convenient location. Quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. However carpet was dirty/dingy. Also fabric on headboard was ripped and gaping open and hanging down. Grossed me out. For almost $200/night including tax I wouldn't expect to see something like that in a room.

Very friendly, spacious and clean rooms and accessible from the street to parking However, they charge for everything. There is no continental breakfast, you have to pay $10 for parking daily, and the cost at the eatery is a bit pricey. I'm from Chicago, so to experience that was a bit annoying.

Extremely clean and fabulous Suites! Convenient due to the fact that they're right, like literally, 3 minutes, away from the airport! Friendly staff and I was on the quiet side, so the stay was perfect! No free breakfast like the Holiday Inn "Express! " So that was a bummer. But, they do have a restaurant however I don't know how good it is! They have a happy hour during the week from 4-7pm. I only stayed 1night and overall, the stay was comfortable for a good night's rest!

Nelsie, Eric, Larry and all the employees here are amazing, and super friendly. The location is great, and the shuttle is organized and on-demand. Also the Diamonds Bar and Grill has a good selection is food and drinks. Great staff there as well.

Free airport and shuttle to nearby places, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Close to the Oakland airport. Strongly recommend this place.

This is the nicest hotel by the Oakland Airport. The rooms are pointed very well and it is quiet. For the most part, the facility is clean and well-maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable and did not look to be overly abused. I will certainly stay here again if there is availability. Be sure to book early as his hotel fills up quickly.

Paying for parking at a hotel I am a "guest" at always rubs me the wrong way, but besides that, the property and staff are top notch!

Maybe a 3.5. For the price (over $200) the hotel needs to be updated. Room was big but dated and we'll used. Shower and tub were dinged up with poor repairs and shower head was dirty. Staff was nice. Been to a few Holiday Inn Expresses that we're much nicer and they are a lower tier.

The location couldn't be any more convenient. Very close to Oakland airport and the rooms were very spacious. The front desk also helped with any request quickly.

Clean and the staff was friendly. The in-house bar was also decent. Would stay again.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… I've never been fussed with the family friendly Holiday Inn chain, preferring the more upscale and trendy chains like Starwood or the reliable business class chains from Hilton (Garden Inn) and Hyatt (House/Place), but a recent stay at this Oakland Airport adjacent overnight blew out my expectations so much that I thought it worthy of writing a review. And here it is. Let's start with the property itself. I don't know when this location was built, but it shines like a new penny with modern and admittedly predictable furniture and decor that feels like it just opened this year. Common areas and my room were pristine. There's a full service restaurant and bar on site, surprising at this level of hotel which typically serves breakfast and little else, and certainly nothing memorable. But the bar looked like a place that I might enjoy hanging in for a night — — fun, boisterous, and full of people. This is helpful because the neighborhood the hotel is in, adjacent to the airport, is not designed for evening strolls to see what's available on the local food scene. A room service request made at 10:50pm was not only accepted, it was delivered in under 30 minutes and was hot, and thoroughly enjoyable (two dishes of pasta and two desserts of the day, total including tax, delivery and tip was $75).

The rooms are very nice. The only drawback for this hotel is the service in the restaurant. The servers were very slow and seemed rather confused on the menu. Other than that I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel and staff were top of the line! I stay at a variety of hotels in a variety of cities throughout the Monterey Bay and San Francisco Bay areas for work and travel. This was my first stay in a hotel in Oakland instead of staying with family in the nearby city of Berkeley and it was truly wonderful! Fair price, great rooms and friendly staff and a courtesy shuttle to and from the Coliseum was a great added bonus! Will stay here again whenever traveling to Oakland!

Relocated to this hotel following the cancellation of our flight, we were able to test dinner and breakfast which are in American format, so there is a lot to eat (restaurant partner in the lobby of the hotel). The room in which we were housed was immense, but considering the circumstances I do not know if this is the case for all …

Rooms are nice and clean. Food downstairs is extremely good! Love pool and gym as well. Ladies at lobby are very helpful.

Convenient to Oakland Intl. Front desk has a Arrival-Departure board, with real time updates. Great service rooms nice. Food service only til 11 pm, small snack shop available.

Stayed here last Friday. I work at the OAK airport and was attending the Duran Duran concert at The Fox Theater. I had to work early the next morning and didn't want to drive over an hour in traffic to get home. Nice clean room with a King bed. Even grabbed a bite to eat at the Sports Bar & Grill downstairs. No complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

All rooms come with king size beds with lots of comfy pillows. The rooms have microwaves & mini fridges & the lobby has a restaurant. I also like how they serve infused water in the lobby.

Awesome place to stay! Great rooms and super comfy beds! Good food and drinks on site… hopefully will be back! Trust me and give this place a shot… people are nice, and accommodating… and again the beds are really comfy!

Love this hotel! Very nice clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice staff. Given a room on the 4th floor where they have the day sleepers. Very quiet.

Just tonight is a Wedding. And the whole one side of the Hotel is a nightclub. Cant even watch TV. So Loud! I hope this ends soon. Other than that, its a great place to stay, friendly staff.

I went to the hotel and I liked it a lot, but when they were passing the days not tidied the room is very ugly which is not fixed and in addition offer you a service brought to the airport and did not if I lost the flight and almost nobody speaks Spanish.
