Oakland Hotels near McAfee Coliseum

We frequently stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Oakland Airport and as an Ambassador Elite member, we can strongly recommend the property.

This is a fine choice for one night.
We picked the hotel so we can get to the Oakland airport early. The free shuttle bus (done through Lyft order) was a nice transportation option.

I stay here while I worked a shift at the Oakland Arena. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of my room. It was nice and tidy. I will stay again next time I work at the Arena.

After reading other reviews I was pretty nervous about this place, but it was actually REALLY great and perfect for what we needed.

This is our go-to hotel when we have an early flight out of OAK. We have stayed here three times with the most recent stay in April 2024. Check in staff is friendly.

Nice room hands dow, this hotel is truly a diamond in the rough. Part of town that is, got in later and was nervous about car being maybe broken into… parked amongst many and took everything out.

Stayed here for a concert at the Oakland Arena and it was a better experience than I expected!

It be sketchy at first but there is security and it's mainly quiet. The rooms are decent and clean. Breakfast is 6am to 9am everyday.
Prices is low so don't expect a 5 star room.
