It was spacious, clean, and the breakfast service was fantastic.

I requested a bottom floor room but ended upstairs. My 3 year old son has Autism and was being loud/himself around 10pm and we got a complaint from an employee of the Inn. The receptionist was very kind and understandable and said we didn't have to leave but it was still frustrating because I let them know ahead of time about my son.

The room was clean and in good condition, the hot tub was relaxing and the margaritas were right next door with 20 percent off for staying. No complaints.

Beautiful remodeled rooms with fridge and microwave. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast Refurbished pool area featuring pool and heated spa. Open 9 to 9.

Little bit pricy I paid 165xnight and breakfast.

Nice room, clean bed, friendly and helpful staff. Although it's near the freeway, but still quiet in the room. You barley can hear the traffic. Nice place to stay.

The staff and room conditions were great. Breakfast was awesome would definitely stay here again.

Let room was nice. The doors open directly to the outside so there was a little more nose than normal. Just leave the fan on and you should be fine. Breakfast was ok but nothing to really note either. Overall I was happy with my stay.

Great free breakfast sausage eggs waffles cereal yogurt fruit juice milk, great updated modern furniture and shower is very nice thick towels and they allow pets for only 15 dollars more! Huge grass area to let your dog run free and potty. Good t v channels DISH and Wi-Fi is fast! This is my fav hotel in gilroy!

This place is lit but the pool is hella cold and the hot tub isn't even cold.

It was fine, nothing special but a decent room at a fine price.

The Pool! I stay the weekend of 100+ degrees with my family. The kids just want to play in the pool. We go to the pool which is filthy and disgusting. There is a short, round woman with red dyed hair in the pool area just watching us. We swim and just before we get out the lady gets in. No big deal. She then proceeds to strip down naked in front my kids! My wife and I hurry the kids up and took them back up to the room. She seemed to be a local bum or something. We only stayed 1 night and that alone made the stay less enjoyable. Oh by the way… CLEAN THE POOL! UPDATE: Just to be fair… The rooms were nice and thr staff was great. My ONLY complaint was the pool.

Stood here three days, the room was nice, the hot tub needs to be repaired no hot water, a bit to many homeless hanging around.

The rooms were clean and had plenty of space. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were always clean. There is a restaurant in the same parking lot that will give you a discount if you show your room key.

Every thing was nice except… When I went to take a bath there was mold all around tub. And the paint on wall were all scuffed up in the bathroom. Also for what ever reason they gave us a handicapped room, so there was bars all around the inner tub, making it extreamly hard to rest your head and relax when taking a bath.

The eggs at breakfast were rubber. The room was nice and comfortable.

Clean quiet and good service.

Had a fun time but they ran out of blankets.

Our stay here was perfect. The room clean was and the bed was comfortable. There was someone to replenish the hot breakfast during busy hours. Love the shower head! It was nice having the fridge to keep some extra food.

It's indeed Quality as their name suggests! Nice breakfast! Good facilities! I would certainly look around for the next Quality Inn and Suites in my subsequent stays in the same area!

Great place to stay… Breakfast was great and when my mother forgot her toothbrush the front office had one… My mother was very surprised.

I've been here two months now working in Gilroy and staying here. The staff is awesome and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

My kids are walking around barefoot anf the bottom of their feet are turn black… disgusting!

This Quality Inn had to be one of the best values on a cross county trip. We were greeted by a very friendly desk person who took time to make us feel like they wanted our business. We found the room to be neat & clean. The room appeared to be recently refurbished as everything was near new. At breakfast the next morning the lady in charge took extra care to be sure that we well taken care of, even to the point of making the waffles for us. There isn't much more we could ask of a hotel in this very reasonable price range. We've stayed at places that cost a LOT more and didn't provide as much.

Clean and great deal all around. Very dog friendly and not far from downtown and parks. Has a near-freeway vibe but hey, big deal… breakfast is good for motel-continental. If you want morning hot tub make sure they turn it on an hour early.
