My husband and I have been coming to the Glendale Hilton for several years and have had nothing but good stays, always greeted by seasoned staff that make us feel like family and taken care of with respect.

The Cosy atmosphere and they have nice customer service especially at front desk.

This is good place to stay in Glendale Burbank area. It’s about 15minutes drive from BoB hope airport. The rooms are nice and clean. Decent fitness center with pool. There are few nice restaurants just around the corner. The views isn’t bad from hotel except regular LA smog. It’s right next to freeway 134.

The Glendale Hilton is very nice. Big spacious rooms, nice location near freeways, looks great inside. The people at the front desk were very helpful as well. The only thing I didn't like was I wish there was a refrigerator in my room, but it wasn't a huge deal.

The place is clean and the staff are really nice but the AC in our room needs to be fix. It was really hot, my roommate didn’t get her sleep because she was sweating all night long. Good thing I asked for an extra bed and have it position a-crossed the AC so I can feel the cool air but not strong enough to cool the entire room.

I've stayed at this Hilton 4x now. The front desk employees are outstanding. The food is great. The bar is outstanding. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. When I go to Glendale, and I go every 45 to 60 days, this is the only place I will stay. If booked, I go next door to the Embassy Suites. Very comfortable as well, but not as quiet.

The exceptional staff at this property have never let me down. They are among the best in the area when it comes to building rapport with guests and doing all they can to ensure an enjoyable stay. I feel like I’m visiting old friends each time I arrive and am greeted by name by much of the staff. And even on the rare occasions where issues arose, they were quick to find a solution to make me happy. That’s why I’ll keep coming back here time and time again.

The sister property Hampton Inn is much nicer larger more luxurious than this Hilton unfortunately. I was on the 18th floor which is considered the Executive Suite and the air conditioning up there is absolutely horrendous I was sweating well sitting at my keyboard. Breakfast is a very good the facilities are well-maintained and staff is friendly but I got to get this 3 stars was not impressed especially for 250 bucks a night!

Good, not great. Clean, relatively modern, very nice lobby. However, I have stayed at the Embassy Suites which is right next door and offers a much better value at the same price. Embassy has a happy hour, larger rooms, and is just as nice or nicer than the Hilton. I only stay here when Embassy is booked.

Here for a conference. Staff was great. Room was good. The long narrow tables theater set up, tables could have been a little deeper to accommodate laptop and arm room for typing. Also would love charging ability at the tables. Other than that, great. Staff mention; Danny was super great and helpful to me and my Mom. He deserves a raise! :)

Pretty nice, good rooms. Location is not fantastic, and parking a bit expensive. But overall good. Delicious cucumber water in the lobby! Floor changes daily though:)

We checked at 11.30pm and happened to be in the lobby at the same time that a TV crew was filming, and the check-in process was conducted poorly because the staff were distracted. But we greatly appreciated it when the next morning when the manager, Veronica, apologised and responded to our feedback professionally. Thank you!

A nice hotel in downtown Glendale. It is within walking distance of offices and restaurants. It has beautiful mountain views. Friendly on-site staff. Underground parking, and a decent buffet breakfast. Large spacious rooms with large TVs.

Great hotel with excellent location to LA attractions. Big, clean room. Safe area. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Priced a little high but really nice place to stay. Huge rooms. Free foyer coffee and free newspapers. Reception staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Easy walk to downtown Burbank shops and restaurants. You also need to pay for inside parking ($20/night).

I rate this hotel a two star mainly for two reasons: 1. Since when are hotel guests allowed to call security on hotel guests for laughing and talking — no music, no cursing, no yelling — simply laughing and talking. 2. The walls are so then and the hotel is too cheap (but expensive to stay) to build a hotel that at least blocks out the radio alarm in the next room, or hearing a hotel guest blow their nose in the bathroom. After bringing this to the attention of the guest reception, his response — "oh yeah that happens a lot". Are you serious; needless to say we will never stay at this location again and will let all of our friends and family travelers know not to do the same. Further, have the nerve to charge for parking. Really!

Beautiful place, unfortunately it seems to have horrible management. As I was waiting for my spouse in the hallway I was told that I was loitering. I looked up Loitering in the dictionary and it said that Loitering means : stand or wait around idly or without apparent purpose. I had a purpose for waiting. I was waiting for my spouse. After the manager named Jesus very nicely told me that if he had to he would kick me out. I don't like this place. I felt uncomfortable.

Quick service. Conveniently located. Easy parking ($10/night). Large room, small bathroom. Quiet.

It is a very old hotel, its price is not worth it!

5 stars directly to Margarita in Housekeeping. My family and I got taken care of by her with a smile all through our 2 week stay. My daughter got food poisoning one day and vomit was all over the bed. Margarita not only gave us clean linen asap, she also had the courtesy to ask how my baby was doing the following days. People like her make this hotel the best in Glendale! Thank you Margarita and Hilton!

I came at night time it was around 2 a. M. I was just staying for one night, the front desk employee was really nice and gave me a free room upgrade for better view plus high-speed internet upgrade for free as well. He was real nice! Room was clean and hotel was overall great. Will definitely stay again.

My wife and I loved this place. Great polite staff, rental car place in hotel lobby, nice atmosphere, good bar but a little to expensive, had a great gym, pool was a little cold. We attended a wedding at the hotel — the hotel did a great job with the event. Would definitely recommend this hotel to locals and people from out of town. Plenty of things to do within a few miles. It only took moments for an Uber to arrive. Overall a fun place.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The parking is kind of steep though. I think it should be free for guests. The lobby is top notch. Room service was good but they leave the trays out in the hallway too long. They started to smell. Aside from that, great stay and yes, I would recommend it!

The staff at this hotel from valets, to concierge, to kitchen wait staff, to housekeeping was very pleasant. Rooms were clean. I had their breakfast buffet and the food was delicious. From the scrambled eggs, to the excellent bacon and sausage and to the fresh fruit, it was as great as a buffet can be. I also ordered dinner through room service, a very delicious NY Strip Steak sandwich with side salad. It came with a tiny bowl of HP Sauce but it would have benefited better had it been served "au jus. " And my server, Jose, was especially nice and helpful. All in all it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience at this Hilton.

My company stayed here for a sales meeting. They loved the rooms and the staff. We had a team dinner in the ballroom on night. It was a beautiful night so they moved it outside for us last minute. The food was great, service was prompt and everyone was happy. We will definitely return next year. Thank you!

Loud rooms. Doors slamming through the night. Thin walls. Some sort of construction going on at 10:45 pm in the room next door the required a call to front desk to get it to stop. Can hear everything the rooms beside you do including showers, getting dressed… You get the point. Everything in the room is nicely updated but it seems there is no sound proofing in the walls. You can hear the echo ice machine flinging the ice into other guests metal ice tins through out the evening, and if you're lucky, up until the wee hours of 3am. Bring your ambien or Lunesta and you'll be fine, if you don't have any please see your doctor about a prescription to help you sleep through the madness.

I refuse to stay here ever again. I don't know what moron thought it was a great idea to close off the horizon lounge on the roof top. When I stayed here I would not need to go out, just go to the lounge on the roof top and get a great view of city while enjoyed a cocktail. I will make sure my 100 members know as well not to stay at this hotel. The lounge on top just made this hotel bearable. Hey stupid people at top, open the horizon lounge!

The location is in downtown Glendale, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and business. The rooms are clean and the restaurant is good. What I would add is that they offered shuttle service.

The rooms are clean and very neat. Lobby is open and spacious. Employees are friendly and very helpful. Easy to access from the 134, and very near local churches, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The location has many places to eat nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious. Shower was quick to warm up. Beds were a little small. Are buffet, which was good.

The location was safe. 1 or 2 restaurants close by. The rest are a short ride share away. Clean lobby with a bar and comfy seats with TV's. Rooms were standard but they were clean and easy to access. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for couple days as the hotel was close enough to universal studios. First drawback, no free parking and it is $18 per day and nobody tells about it until you go there. Second, the hotel receptionist told that they can't update my Hilton honors because I booked through third party, why can't they stop accepting reservations through third party also in that case? The receptionist was also not polite in saying no. Third, elevators are inconvenient, you have to change 2 of them to reach from garage to your room floor. Hilton is know for exceptional guest service but there is not even a water bottle given and you definitely can't expect a courtesy ask also. I would recommend not booking though you might find it relatively less in cost as compared to other equal star hotels. Stay out of this place!

Gorgeous, peaceful lobby. Helpful and polite staff. The food provided for our business event was the best of any hotel we've been to. I would definitely recommend booking any business events here. Sadly, I didn't get the chance to see the rest of the hotel or stay in a room.

Excellent service, courteous staff, very cozy and low key atmosphere. You wont go wrong with this place! The only slight downside would probably be the above average prices, but you gotta pay to play.

The pillows were really nice. It would be appreciated if there was a complimentary water. The floss in the hotel gift shop was expensive. Coffee machine was also nice.

Clean room. Good view. Great staff. Awesome lobby bar. I had two separate reservations and they setup my room so I didn't have to change rooms once I got there.

Came here for the Annual Sears Roadshow. The staff and service were terrific in covering all the catering. The hotel itself featured very spacious ballrooms with large chandeliers and great lighting. Parking was done in a parking garage alongside the hotel and seemed to be adequate for all of us attending the event.

I'm here for a conference. The place is clean, friendly and our meals have been good. I especially have enjoyed the superb service I have received — from the no cost shuttles (even to the mall and back with no charge, I did leave a tip), to the friendly faces in the hall to the front desk, Ana, who was so kind to help me with recycling my water bottles. The bar and restaurant service staff was the only status quo behavior I experienced. I'm sure it is just being numb to the traveling clientele. They both were not as friendly as the rest of the staff. I recommend the hotel and area for a business meeting. Great job!

Great place! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Water pressure and temperature was very good. Breakfast and restaurant was good. I would recommend the Hilton Los Angeles to family and friends.

Horrible hotel do not stay here! Pluming is horrible and it backs up into the bathroom sinks, smelling like a sewage. The staff is also useless! Not to mention the elevators sound like they're going to brake down and trap you in them. After reading the reviews I see that it has happen once already.

Front desk and restaurant areas finally done with the remodeling. Looks fantastic. Only hotel I've been to where the entire staff is warm and friendly. Try to get a room facing the mountains, spectacular view to wake up to every morning. It you get a chance, take a walk inside the parking garage on the second floor. There are many classic cars stored there.

The place is clean and I recommend this hotel to do business. The room is spacious and clean with large bed and chest of drawers. The food service is fast and rich!

We stayed there last night and had no problems other than a couple of weird smells in the elevators and parking structure. We are staying one more night and I believe that it will be just as good. Rooms were simple but nice and the bathrooms were the same. Location has restaurants all around and good ambiance. We did not get much service so I cannot speak accurately about it.

The newly furnished lobby looks amazing. It very sleek looking, in a very comforting way, and the hotel rooms are pristine, and furnished nicely. The only downside to the rooms is that some are beginning to look slightly old; however, I am sure that a restoration is in order one day, so that should not be a problem.

Okay, so I stayed two nights and on the first night I knew I was checking in let and so I called the hotel early that day and told them I was arriving late. When I got there around 1 in the morning there was no one watching the front counter to check people in and so I waited over 15 minutes and finally decided to call the contact number (which was the number to the front desk) and left the phone ringing for 5 minutes until someone finally came out and checked me in. The next night I tried to order room service and no one picked up so it automatically sent me to the front desk and when I spoke to the person on the front desk, they re-directed me to room services again and the same thing happened. This time I told the front desk that she had re-directed me already and no one still picked up. Finally someone called me in my room to take my order. When my order was sent to me (a cheese burger and fries with an apple juice), it was incorrect, I recieved a regular hamburger and salty fries and didnt receive my apple juice… if I wasn't tired from my long day, I would of called the manager but I just said forget it but was very disappointed.

My overnight stay was great. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Check in/out process was smooth. Great views.

Meh. Expensive, tiny room, tiny bed, bad coffee, ok food but too expensive. Not bad location but that's it.

The hotel is nice, but service is absolutely horrible. When we would call the front desk they wouldn't answer, sometimes they told us that they would call back and they never did. The breakfast was good but the coffee was horrible. We were not treated well. Everything was under construction and noisy. Our room was much smaller than we thought it would be. The faucets needed to be unclogged. This is very disappointing as a Hilton Diamond member.

Overall a nice stay, with a few small problems. The plumbing in the bathroom seemed to have some issues. When I turned the shower on, the sink bubbled up a bit but then went back down. And my wife said the faucet went on by itself in the middle of the night. Creepy! Also when we checked in, neither of the keys we were given actually worked. Had to come down and get two new ones. Room was clean and fairly nice. Good view. The doors to the rooms can slam loudly and shake the walls. Thankfully our neighbors didn't seem to be in and out much after we went to bed. Would stay again, but would make sure it's a different room without the haunted faucet!

Elevator is confused. Extra fee for parking and no free Wi-Fi. Service is bad. Television in my room is too small like a computer screen! And my room is NOT insulated against noise.

My family stayed during Thanksgiving holidays. First morning, one of elevators stopped working and my wife and daughter stuck inside at 6:10am. They called front desk as an emergency and front desk sent a security person and finally contacted me to meet security person at 4th Floor. It already passed almost 25minute when I was noticed. Security person asked me if I want her to open the door. She didn't call 911 until I told them to do. She told me it will take hour and half if front desk calls elevator company to come. They said mechanic is not available. It took another 15minutes until fire department came and started to work and it took another 20minutes to open and rescue my family. Even 911 had a difficulty to open the door safely. What in the world does security person ask the guest's authority to open the door. I am not safety expert. I was so disappointed how hotel handled this life threat safety situation without proper manual. It is 911 job, not security nor maintenance person's job. On site manager was not available. The person at the front desk told me she is the only person so she couldn't leave the position but talking to my wife and called security and finally called 911 after I insited. I complained to the front desk and asked manager to call me but haven't got a call. I had a missed call so I assumed someone from the hotel called me but never left any message and called me again.

I check in on nov25 got a room at 4 the floor and Another room beside me was partying untill 2 am they are soooo annoying me I could not sleep all night I called front desk for help but no one hep me for that front desk is sooo bad he did do nothing to help me he said he would call security but no one show up to let them stop partying I asked for move to the other room but nothing help for that, I coming down to ask his name for front desk person now, I will post his name after this, haik he is armenian, when I went down to speak to him at front desk at 2.25 am I ask him to move me to the other room and he gave me sweet room at 17 floor, thank god now I can sleep at 2.31 am after I was annoyed by room 403 partying guy and girl I don't know who they are but they speak English accent like all white girl and guy accent, I thank god, I'm so tired now good night at 2.34 am.

I found what I thought was a reasonably priced room in Glendale in what appeared to be a decent hotel. The bed was large, the hot tub was hot, and I did not get robbed or stabbed so I would say it was a successful weekend. The breakfast was pretty terrible and the waiters basically begged for a tip but then again I did not book the room for the breakfast and have yet to vomit. If you need a place in Glendale where you can poop in piece and get some shut eye this may be the place for you.
