Rooms were clean but almost no amenities like breakfast, or even a coffee maker in the room. Came back from breakfast the 2nd day to find we were locked out. The office said we were only booked for 1 night, when I had booked and paid for 2 nights. That was resolved and then the security door would not let anyone in. They had to prop open both security doors for people to come in and go out. Some security! Too many problems. We will not go back.

Rooms are okay. Beds were comfy. Only thing is I wish it was a bit more roomy. I gave 3 stars because parking SUCKS, 1st off the spaces are too little and then not enough spaces, the underground parking is no better. Staff are good when it comes to the cleaning and maintenance of the rooms. Manager is a bit rude. Beware. But the over all price for a night is fine and worth it.

Aside from this place looking like a storage facility/jail, the rooms were pretty nice. Reasonable amount of Parking and decent prices. Close enough to take a 10 dollar Uber to Pacific Beach. 4/5 would stay again.

An excellent place for affordable stay near old town bus stand very much nearer to sea world and airport (both 10 bucks ride). As other reviews mentioned it was noisy during Saturday night and location can be a negative point due to girls bar near by but it didnt bother us as a family. Staff was very helpful and checked in us very much before time (9am) at no extra cost and kept luggage after check out.

Great staff and accommodations. Shady neighborhood. Recently renovated and very clean for a budget hotel. The bed wasn't too bad, we've slept on much worse. Staff was very friendly upon check in. Also had an underground parking area that seemed a bit safer considering the neighborhood. Although close to the airport and Sea World, the surrounding neighborhood is very "industrial" and you are immediately greeted by 2 strip clubs on the opposite corner. If it doesn't offend you, you'll have a great stay!

When I lived outside in the decoration, there is no microwave and water heater, there is a safe and small refrigerator. The room tastes big.

I super like this hotel! Very clean and nice! It looks elegant! Very affordable! Best hotel that I've been for now!

We got there a little before check in around 230ish they did check to see if anything was available even though check in time wasn't till 3. We came back at 305 and the house cleaners didn't clear any of the rooms out so we never got our room till around 315. The one older male who works at the desk was extremely rude to the two girls who were having trouble with their credit card. He was just being a smarta** and egging them on. When we got to our room it smelled horribly of chemicals and mold. We left the door open to air it out because the windows only open an inch, literally. I tore the whole bed apart and found no bugs but lots of pubic hair! They did move our room but the next really wasn't any better. The room still smelled and the curtains were disgusting. Some house keepers spoke nothing but Spanish. The mattress was hard, the toilet paper was cheap, and the "big" towels wouldn't even be big enough for a little person. Like other people said there are lots of homeless people around here. Wouldn't stay here again.

A very convenient place, very clean.

Great budget hotel. Rooms have been great, and staff has been nice. Area isn't the nicest, it's around a few strip clubs. Having a car has made that a non issue, and it's in a great location to be near the attractions.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. This hotel location was near everything in San Diego! Food places, sea world, less than 10 mins away from the beaches. However, it is very close to a lot of adult or x rated places. We enjoyed our stay here! The room was renovated and clean! Great price! Overall four stars.

Stayed in a recently renovated room. It was very nice, clean, and well appointed. Only downfall was that it still smelled strongly of paint. Very good value for the money.

I stayed in room 148. I'm going to give this hotel a five star only because I was very satisfied with my stay and that amount that I paid was a great deal. It was nice and clean and looks like the Rooms had been renovated and staff was very polite. The only thing that was a bit annoying was I had to pay a $50 deposit and have to wait about a week and half to get it back. Parking was a bit Limited we had to park at Denny's parking lot. But other then that I woulddefinitely stay there again.

The rooms look better on the pictures then they do in person. Very few towels provided for guests. Rooms have a strange odor. The location is very convenient and worth the price paid. Do not expect a hair dryer or an iron from this type of accommodation. All in all decent.

We stayed in room 135. At the good night inn next to seaworld in San Diego. Not only is the room extent clean but they were so good about tensing to our needs. And the staff is very helpful and considerate… I will definitely be staying here again…

Very clean room, especially the bathroom. Unfortunately only one day of Wi-Fi is complimentary. Courteous staff, very easy going.

Tim is a d***, also when booking you have to make a deposit (which is pretty normal) bUT they require you make it with a credit not debit card and they say it takes 3 to 5 days to get back to you. And even after the 5 days you will have to call and complain to get the money back into your account. Not worth the hassle im sure that's how they keep these cheap rates by people saying eff the bs and leaving their 25$ deposit. The rooms however really aren't that bad the sink smells horrid. The water is like raunchy I wouldn't shower here but the bed seems cleanish. They atleast fabreezed it.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, but, very bland and ugly. It is located across the street from a homeless camp, strip bars and a porn store. Cops where out there questioning the a homeless man. Then there is an issue getting my deposit back. Unlike other hotels who just put a hold for a couple of days then drops off, I was told when I checked out the deposit was put back on my card. I check my account and saw a deposit was taken out and it took a week to go back on my card. What a hassle.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff are friendly and the rooms are large and clean, but on the other hand it smells of mildew and the rooms are damp. The walls are fine so we hear the neighbors talking, walking on top. It's very noisy! We had trouble finding sleep… Otherwise the location (a few minutes from sea world) is very convenient. This hotel was nice to spend one night, but no more!
