My first time at this Radisson and I have to say Rey was great at the front desk. I got the 2 room suite with a king. Spacious and was better than some of the other rooms I have stayed at. The free breakfast had lots of Hot and cold choices and was delicious. I would recommend this Radisson location to all. Great rates all day long.

Went for my cousin graduation down there stayed at the Radisson had to call maintenance every morning to fix the toilet, he took sooo long I had to use the bathroom by the pool. Never got any management to my door about smoking, it was a smoker section on the side walk that was used. Checked out never was told about any extra charge or given a receipt upon leaving, get home and see a $250 smoking charge on my card! Now I wonder did the white man next to me get the same charge?

Very nice and accommodating staff. I never once got the feeling that I was an inconvenience for someone! My room was very clean and roomy. The courtyard has a pool and hot tub along with a covered gazebo like meal area. Breakfast was good and has your various breakfast staples like rolls, eggs, bacon, fruits, yogurts, cereal and more.

My group meets here once a month and we rent out one of the larger ballrooms. The staff is great and the cafe is so good. I have never had a bad or even close to negative experience here. It is easy access from the freeway but not so close that it makes the time bothersome.

Stayed here with the family, May 1 Tuesday — May 5 Friday. The room was nice, it had two queen beds and lots of space for my two year old to play. It had a mini fridge but no microwave and the pool wasn’t warm enough to swim in but the jacuzzi was perfect. The staff are nice and friendly, the breakfast in the morning was always good. The place all together was clean well taken care of.

Clean, reasonably priced rooms. Easy highway access. Only complaint is it is about a half hour from San Diego proper. Name a bit misleading. Would still stay again because of other value.

The Radisson served it's purpose. The two things that have the biggest influence on my hotel ratings are room cleanliness and bed comfort. That being said, the room appeared to be clean; no stains, no dirt or overlooked trash, etc. The bed was very comfortable with many pillows of varying firmness and the bedding appeared to be relatively new. The hotel was quiet. I'd assume my stay was mid-week so there weren't any noisy children or young adults being obnoxious. That's always a plus. On the downside, the carpet seemed dated, but still in good shape. The couch and small tables were beginning to show wear. The shower could've had more pressure, but was better than a trickle. Overall, I'd rate it as 3.5-4. I'd definitely stay again if the price were the same ($119).

Loved this place, the rooms are huge and kept very clean! Very convenient to all my locations. I enjoyed the restaurant as well. The staff is very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Not flashy. Equipped with all comforts. The location In summary without infamy or praise.

Clean accommodations, although could use an upgrade on wall in the bathroom. The Staff was very friendly, helpful and treated us like family. Their FREE breakfasts were outstanding! Along with complimentary coffee, and chocolate chip cookies. Overall, we experienced comfortable lodgings, with many great extras! The rooms came with a small refrigerator, blow dryer and an iron, with an ironing board! We recommend the Radisson San Bernardo to all in and/or out of the area! You'll love it as much as we did!

The Radisson is great so far! The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were friendly and professional, and the room is clean and has everything I need for the work trip. The internet seems fast enough to play computer games as well. Free shuttle rides (within a certain distance) and free breakfast are a huge plus for me!

This hotel is in the middle of everything. That's why we like it. 30 minutes one way to the pier or 30 minutes the other way to the golf course. They also have good rates. Is isn't a very swanky place but it'll do.

Great location near many corporate offices. Friendly staff, and a good breakfast buffet. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars was that the bed was too firm for my taste and the pillows were too small.

Stayed here as a guest with a colleague. After having an awful day the staff turned my entire day around. Upon check out the same incredible staff member Julian greated me with a smile and a few great jokes that got my day going. He is defiantly a key point of the hotel keep an eye out and ask him for a joke. The hot tub was amazing, the food is to die for. Try the tacos if you are looking for a mind blowing expirence. The only complaint is its hard to find a spot to plugin a phone.

Wonderful room, has a nice comforter on bed for cooler nights. Most are quiet rooms, have stayed here several times.

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, and I have to say that my only complaint is the shower head. Nice rooms with flat screen TV, mini fridge, and chair with ottoman to relax. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well kept.

Staff was friendly, the room spacious and well equipped. The location is good and still close to the interstate. I received free drink coupons which is a nice touch. Breakfast has a good assortment and a news paper to read or news to watch on TV. No 5 stars, as my room was right next to the kitchen vent which was loud and on some days started as early as 5 AM.

Nice, quiet, comfortable rooms. Bed was great as were the pillows. Friendly staff. Second time we have stayed here. Would stay again. Freeway close, BTW.

Friendly service, room was nice enough but the refrigerator didn't work and there was a hole in our bathroom wall. But all in all I like the quiet area it is located in, the staff in the restaurant was friendly.

100 USD for sleeping on a cot. The worst taken of hair.

Large room, clean, firm bed, area with nearby establishments. The only one but… Just an elevator at one end of the building.

I'm here for day two of my Eleven day stay. The room is fine, bed is comfortable, but the layout of the place is a bit unusual. The only bad thing so far, is that there is no information about the hotel in the room. I have no idea where the workout ryis, or what hours it's open, same with he restaurant. There is a menu in the room, but when I called to ask about room service they said only for dinner… that's info I would have really rather read about. I also had to call about if they had breakfast, where the restaurant was, where the pool was, the map of the place is poorly put together at best. I called the front desk and asked if there was any booklet I could get with hotel info and he said "no, we don't have anything like that". Then he started to tell me everything he knew about the place, which was nice but I don't wanna call someone everytime I would like some info about the place.

The four was well clean and the service super good. The food was a little taste but OK.

It was a great stay! Nice and clean, the staff was very helpful. Moved us when we realized we were right by the pool with kids playing loudly (we had a toddler otherwise not really a big deal), and helped us again when the neighbors were smoking and yelling back and forth to eachother from the room and parking lot.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Great value for the price. Complementary hot breakfast is always a plus. Clean pool, comfy beds, close to everything… Can't complain about any of that!

Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast and Wi-Fi provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet environment. Ample parking. Fast laundry turnaround.

Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly, rooms are super clean, buffet is hot food, pool has sun all afternoon. The best workout room I have seen in a hotel! We got a courtesy shuttle to a nearby restaurant. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable accommodations. Pool was clean. Plenty of towels. The bar tender was friendly, and the front desk very helpful. The only complaint was the kitchen refused to make something about ten minutes before they closed. It wasn't right, but I can understand their side, as well.

Excellent place for our Open!

The hotel is nice. Has a great view of the valley and is close to near by businesses, which is great for business travel. The breakfast is solid and the dinning area has good atmosphere. My only issue is the TV in the room is a bit small for the space.

Decent rooms, fairly modern with plenty of space. King room has a nice open area with couch and work desk. Nice pool area. Parking is a bit tight but there were spaces available when we needed it. Wifi is slow and has issues though.

This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that offers breakfast ONLY to guests who book directly with the hotel. We booked using points from my credit card and we're denied breakfast. That was such an insult, especially since I called before booking to confirm breakfast was included. Also, the water pressure is very low in the room, the mattress feels old and top firm, the A/C unit is very loud and the towels are about as soft as sandpaper. AVOID this hotel unless you've been to prison, then it may feel familiar.

It's a nice hotel. Certainly not modern but well maintained and the rooms are spacious. Location is also very convenient.

Was disappointed that breakfast was not included when booked on expedia. This should be stated on expedia before booking. Was under the impression breakfast was included. $12 person is a bit pricey for breakfast. Room was nice.

Very close to several major companies. I attended a professional event in two event halls, with food and drinks at the bar. The bar was pretty decent, just a typical hotel bar plus some local sd craft brews. The event halls were also good enough for the speaking function held.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good. Resteraunts within walking distance.

The staff and facilities were very nice. The only reason I wouldn't give it five stars is more due to the other people, not the hotel. Children loudly clomping up and down the hallways at 6am have nothing to do with how accommodating everything was.

This hotel is an absolute nightmare. They agreed to book a large group of families for an event. Yet they failed to disclose this to other hotel guests, who complained as early as 7:00 on a Friday that the pool was too noisy. I was screamed at by one set of hotel guests after merely saying that all the kids had gone to bed and were no longer being noisy. The hotel staff was not apologetic and actually encouraged this behavior. Another guest was guaranteed with a suite that did not exist when they arrived and were given drink coupons as a consolation that were not good for anything but bud light. On top of it all, this is a crappy motel that has had a few upgrades to try to act like a hotel. It is not somewhere I would ever stay at again, and I highly suggest that anyone wanting to have a pleasant experience stay away. Also, we had bugs in our bathroom.

Not a bad location. Parking a little tough. Close to the freeway. Somewhat older amenities. Very nice staff.

I would recommend renting this place over the Holiday Inn Express down the street. For $120 with hot breakfast and free Hi-Speed internet. Room is a bit larger for the two beds. There's a bar/restraunt by the outdoor pool. The only thing that screwed me over was the free detergent the front desk offered me and didnt warn me it contain bleach. Partially my fault but it would be nice to get a heads up!

If any of you are looking for really good hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. It is not a luxury hotel but my wife and I love this place for the followings: 1) Its location up on a hill with a great view and a refreshing cool breezed 5 minute walk in the evening. 2) great gym with wired weight lifting system (for building golf swing muscles) beside stepping, cycling, running and tread machines 3) comfortable quality bed with light and warm goose down blanket and pillows 4) no extra hallway door to a spacious room (with proximity card that can stay in my wallet) which makes it feel more like apartment rather than a hotel for extended stay or with young children. 5) fast internet and easy check-in/out with friendly front desk folks.

The location is by commercial buildings. Front desk was kind. They offer free Wi-Fi and breakfast. They have a bar in the middle with TV which was good.

I was lucky enough to have spent 7 nights @ The Rancho Bernardo Radisson. The room and ambiance made me feel like I was at a resort, yet close enough for my work 5miles away. The buffet was a cool value add and the new Chef is amazing. However the most memorable moment of my stay was the kindness and assistance we received from the Dev Patel at the front desk (real cool guy) my 10 year old son was quite sick one morning and we went to front desk to inquire on a doctor. Dev was brilliant he went out of his way to connect us to the nearest doctor and the next morning even bought my son a chocolate and a milk. It is these small gestures which make Dev and Radisson stand out. Great Hotel and People.

Older hotel with outside room doors, outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Breakfast is NOT complimentary. Rooms are newly remodeled and large, and the towels are fantastic.

This Hotel is awesome. We enjoyed our time. Rooms are clean, big and new renovated. Big flat screen, and Wi-Fi was fast and good. Pool and spa is beautiful and relaxing. The Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They keep smiling all the time. Thank you:).

It's not the fanciest Radisson, far from it. But it's an older building and they remodeling a few months ago. But what it does have going for it: great staff, lots of parking, and a decent pool. You're treated really well, especially if you're a Club Carlson gold member. Free breakfast, but it's just okay. Comfy beds.

Crazy heavy room doors. On site resteraunt was expensive and staff was rude. In room menu does not mention 15% required gratuity and delivery charge! Bathroom tub was just normal size/small, nothing special. Water pressure was pretty low. Overall nice room but just not worth the price. Pool and hot tub were ALWAYS full just before they close at 10 which was annoying. Hotel staff was nice and everything is kept very clean.

I loved that it has balconies. The place smelled funny, probably because of all the carpet. Nasty pop corn ceilings in the place. Continental breakfast but its kind of gross unless you have cereal or toast. There is a Starbucks across the street. Great freeway access and restaurants aren't too far. The pool and jacuzzi looked clean.

I've stayed at many five star hotels expecting excellence in customer service, only to be disappointed. I rarely stay at Radisson, so I was expecting ho-hum service, boy was I wrong. From the minute I checked in with my family, I received five star customer service. Every employee I encountered during my stay was fantastic. Service with a smile, hard to find these days. The facility and rooms met all my expectations. I left this morning completely satisfied, and will definitely come back to this hotel next time I'm in the area.

Thi s hotel sucks They cheet u out of your money, the rooms are dirty. Dont stay if u want to lose your money and dont want to sleep in dirty rooms. P. S dont use there phones its like 15 per use.

I will preface this by saying I stay here multiple weeks at a time, and I have stayed at most of the other hotels in the immediate area. Front desk staff is always very courteous and helpful, definitely willing to go the extra mile, especially Jon and Adlie. Rooms are spacious and extremely well kept. Internet is excellent (Netflix HD no problem) and each room has a fridge. I specifically request this hotel when my office manager makes bookings! Staying here makes life on the road an enjoyable experience, and a well earned 5-star review.
