Clean and comfortable rooms. Not walking distance from grocery store or restaurants, does have vending machines. Staff is knowledgeable of the area and friendly.

The room is spacious, clean, and all amenities work great! It's right next to freeway but very quite. Relaxed environment and the staff is wonderful!

Staff is great with the exception of the operations manager. Angry little man said I cut the mattress? Waiting to hear back from corporate regarding the matter.

I see why they have two little stars. Ghetto / unprofessional front desk staff. Please don't forget to have your complete $25 deposit. Dollar for dollar because at night there's no manager or supervisor of authority that works there. A whole lot of Indians with no chief in charge. Sad and inconveniencing. 1 star for the sleep though.

My experience was great. Rates are quite low for this area. Staff was friendly and more than helpful. Especially the night clerk by the name of Meanna. She went out of her way to help me. Always with a smile a humorous gesture and all out friendliness. I would strongly recomend this motel…

Family friendly. Great prices. Clean comfortable rooms. Laundry, pool and fairly quiet. Only downside, not pet friendly. Service animals only.

Might not be the nicest place to stay but the workers were great and worked with me when my reservation changed last minute.

Our Home Away From Home We were happy to see our hosts in order we got to Good Nite Inn: Yasmeen, Magan, Linda, Carmelo, Claudia, Concepcion, Tom and Thomas. Hello to the ones we missed Mianna and Carmen sorry we didn't have enough time to get to see you. The place still looks great and is well kept up and is the most welcoming Inn we enjoy staying at when we come to California from Oregon. My room was dirty as f***. Had to have Staff clean it. The response was very quick is the only reason 4 stars was awarded.

Clean rooms the price is the best. And the staff was more than friendly. Only suggestion would be for them to serve breakfast. Over all very impressed with iys cleanliness and awesome price.

Mattress was too hard, refrigerator in the room didn't work at all. Had to pay a $25.00 security deposit with Debit card, but they neglected to advise that there would be 3-5 day delay for $$ to be returned to Debit card (the only way to get funds returned! )

Stayed for a night before skiing at big bear mountain. Took about an hour from here. Good enough for just sleep and go.

Didn't interact with The staff so no possible complaints there. A friend did ask for more consumables and they helped us out with that. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and also clean. The room had a small fridge but did not include a microwave. The bathroom was a bit small but shower worked well.

Very clean decent location. MOST of the staff was courteous. Week rate extremely fair priced… weekend is a hair pricey.

Is the worst place I've ever state people Hammering on the wall who drive or banging on I paid you money for rest all I got was a bunch of noise that when I got to the front desk some girl give me attitude like I'm bothering her and wants to move me somewhere why would I pay you Money be move somewhere else then when I got manger she was great but the front dedk girl yesmin worse ever didnt know what was going on and talked disrespectful and rude I wouldn't let my dog stay im do disappointed in this place used to do nice WON'T make this mistake again.

Would not care to stay here again. Unless I had no other choice. The bed was comfy thats why I gave it 2 stars.

Quite honestly I had previously stayed at this hotel back in 2014-2015 paying out of pocket I was homeless the service was great no issues Now I been homeless since 9/6/17 which I was glad to book my stay here with my family no issues but due to my bank putting a hold on my funds I found myself on a very difficult situation I was basically unable to access my funds which means no $ so how can I pay for the hotel well I am very aware of checkout time but unfortunately due to sudden move. We still had uhaul to unload at storage so on 9/7/2017 we headed out early to drop of our kids at school then storage lost track of time and realized I had to get back to pay for the day so I called my card and then I found myself in a very difficult situation unable to access my funds then I called the hotel and spoke with Pamela Vangerich Business Manager via phone I had to pick my child at school so I explained my situation and made her aware I would be there she explained policy and procedure and told me " IF YOU ARE NOT HERE BY 1:00PM AND WE HAVE TO TAKE YOUR THINGS OUT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RENT FROM US" I said no worries so I arrived at the hotel 12:57pm and went to the front desk attempted to pay for the night$77.00 but my card was declined I then told her " can I pay cash $40.

Everything is kinda crappy. The guests here don't make me feel very safe. Tends to get pretty rowdy at night.

The room was clean, service was friendly and quick, and the location worked nice as it was near the freeway and close to the venue.

Linda is AMAZING! I stayed here because of the close proximity to the Loma Linda VA and I was having surgery there. I told Linda this upon check-in and she teamed up w/Carmen my housekeeper to take REAL GOOD CARE OF ME! I ended up needing an extra day for recovery, and Linda jumped right on that! My only issue was with Megan in the evening when I needed extra towels. She had me walk over to the main office, with my cane and medical walking boot, to pick them up. I thought they could have been delivered? Anyhow, Linda, Carmen, the cleanliness and accessibility to the room, make me rate this a 5-star. Also, the fact that Linda worked hard to get me a bottom floor and already available room at an 1100 check-in time, due to my current disabilities, is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! Come check this place out! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Not the nicest hotel, but it does the job perfectly if you are looking for a place to sleep. Easy access to the freeway, and tenants there are well behaved. The housekeeping does a good job. Only downside is the fridge does not work. I will call it in, I can't imagine it will be a big deal.

Good Nite Inn in Redlands is off the Alabama Exit turn right off the freeway then take the first right on to industrial park and follow the road around and it's on the left. This is a great place for families to stay. The pool is clean and so are the rooms. The office clerks are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Good Nite Inn for vacation or a weekend stay.

I gave four stars because front persons were friendly and accommodate our needs. 1. Allowed us early check in. We took very early flight and exhausted. We wanted to take a nap. 2. Changed our room. So we were ready to take a nap. There were two very young children in the next room. Younger one was screaming so loud. There were no way we could take a nap. I have two kids and I knew how kids are. I went to front desk and asked her to give us a different room. She tried very hard to find us a room away from families with very young children. 3. The only down side was there was not a toilet paper. I had to ask a cleaning person to give me a roll of toilet paper.

Surprisingly amazing for the price. They exceeded my expectations. It was very clean most importantly. The bed wasn't rock which probably surprised me the most; much better then other motel chains. The location was great to go out and have some drinks at the nearby places (go have a few at the spaghetti factory they don't skimp aha) TV selection was nice. Really for what I paid it was awesome. It's no luxury Las Vegas suite, but I'd go back there before trying another in the area.

Shockingly comfortable bed (and pillows) with warm covers for such an economical/affordable price! Shower head was mounted high (tall people probs) with great water pressure. Really enjoyable stay.

I thought this was a great hotel for a great price. I stayed for 4 days and have no complaints whatsoever. All of the representatives were awesome and they were very accommodating to our needs.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past 5 yrs on my way to big bear. This yr was different I got there like at 2:30am there was a lot of drunk people on the hallways and smoking every where the parking was full I told the desk where would I park my car she said that if there was no parking I had to park on the dark street that dident look safe I told her if I could put my car next to some big containers that where taking up some parking space and she said if I did they would get my car towed so we had to wait till some one left then we got in the room there was hair on the bathroom and mold all over the walls there was no microwave and the frig dident work housekeeping was nice but I dident feel safe with my kids if you don't have kids I guess you can stay but if you have kids I think you should pay a little more and get way better service. They have lost my business! One last thing the jacuzzi is no longer working they put dirt and now has a palm tree.

The room itself is okay. They upgraded their linens which is nice. But I booked a room with two beds, which normally comes with a microwave and a mini fridge. Called the front desk to request one, was told no. Requested a smoking room before checking in, was told no as well. The toilet paper they provide falls apart in your hands as soon as it hits moisture, which makes the paper useless. I felt like I was wiping myself with my hand. I felt uncomfortable the whole time, knowing I'm a smoker that can't smoke in her room, I had to smoke outside and bother the nonsmokers since I was placed on the no smoking side of the hotel. The whole experience was uncomfortable. Not to mention I had random kids knock on my door about 3-4 times. I needed some rest, and got nothing but stress from this hotel. My bank card was DOUBLE charged for a deposit fee, yet they don't EVEN TELL YOU they're charging you a fee! Stay elswhere, these people don't care about their customers. Unless you don't care about the service, and need a cheap room to stay! And it's still expensive for the experience you get.

Not sure if this hotel I can recommend. It was ok but stayed in much better places. First, there is no free Wi-Fi… you have to pay $3.99 per phone to login on Wi-Fi. Then, we were given a non-smoking room that reeked light smoke, beds were not that comfortable and the noise level outside was loud with people running all around… not to mention that when left, the police was doing some investigating and blocking part of the parking. Maybe I got a bad night, but I could not recommend at this time.
