Customer service is good and the beds are comfortable. The rooms is not sparkly clean but it was spacious and much better than other places I've stayed at. The price is great for what you get. There is a big shopping center close by. The pool was clean. When we had a problem they helped fast.

Although the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The room was not cleaned properly. Hair in tub, baseboards and doors dirty. Clump of hair under trash bin in bathroom.

Dirty looking rooms. Need painting. Scuff marks on the walls and doors. Some good paint can make this place much more desirable.

BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS! Checked in Friday June 1st st 1230am first room had a white stain on the top comforter and also a cigarette burn mark mind you this was a non smoking room that smelt like cigarettes pulled the cover back to a white sheet that had yellow stains! and also hair left over. (room 230) worker agreed room was not acceptable so I got another two rooms because my mother in law just got into town as well so she needed a room and mind you at 1230 am it is not easy to find a room same night (rooms 210 and 209) those rooms looked ok well we went to sleep woke up about 9am got everything together ate and checked out 930am they went there way I went mine we met up later that night at another hotel were she told me she had got bitten by bed bugs all above her armpit (which I have pictures) I called the property the manager Visal answered he told me and your barely calling now there is nothing I can do you should have told us something the same night. (in between the hours of 2am and 830am) he said you stayed and checked out so there is nothing we can do for you well looks like I'll have corporate and if need be the health department involved because this hotel is just way unacceptable guess that's why it was only 83 dollars a night and cheaper during the week probably do not rent there unless your cool with bed bugs and nasty blankets I would've been better off sleeping in my car!

If it was not for Adrianna our weekend would of been terrible. Adrianna's customer service is amazing at Super 8. Any problem we had she fixed it right away with a smile on her face. We will most definitely be back. Clean rooms, breakfast is pretty good, room service attendants were so nice. Thank you all the way from Las Vegas, Nevada.

I love this staff and motel soooooooo much! If "above 5 stars " was a rating this place would get it. The staff goes above and beyond, the cleanliness cant be beat and the price is a steal.

They helped make a hard situation easier. The staff are amazing and supportive. The owner is more than accommodating. The rooms are nice, clean and very comfortable.

I've been staying at hotels, motels for a long time do to work. But this is a safe, comfortable, clean and solid place to stay. I lost my child had no place to go but this is the only place that allowed me and my family stay and didn't ask anything. The owners are so nice and staff also. My sister made a comment b 4 about this place… NOT TRUE. Just life allowed her to grew up in a rich world. I bust for mine. This is caring place I feel good here. We lost our child they let us in some said no but they opened the doors. I'm thankful for the people and caring staff that are here.

Very friendly staff at check in/out. The truck parking is off site but not far. The room wasnt great. It needs remodeled and the nooks and crannies needed some attention. The bed was comfortable and clean. The road noise and traffic was a bit loud. I would return if in the area but I would hope for a nicer room.

This place was the best… loved it the girls in the front desk wore super nice and sweet. Nice place to rest and relax. My kids love it even tho my 5yr old is autistic and does not like different places that is not home he love this hotel. Thanks super 8 I highly recomend this place to anyone. I woudnt doubt staying here again.

$60 is the basic price here. I figure basic room. But been to other places for $60 and they didn't have tiny pillows. ($1 pillows) Bed had plastic under sheets. The stand up shower pan was about a foot to high off the ground. Step out of the shower at your own safty, like jumping 10 feet down… dangerous. Other then that, check in was cool. Currry smell every where. Parking crowded but cool. Room was clean enough, and didn't small bad. Breakfast very small. I would stay here again, but would rather have bigger pillows next time I come back. Might have to bring my own…

If you don't want to pay high end prices but want high end treatment then super 8 in Redlands is the place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For instance I need 2 wake up calls to the same room, every other motel I have been to said they weren't able to do that. Super 8 gave me 2 wake up calls and said I could have as many as I needed. It seems like such a small thing but it was something I needed and super 8 went out if their way to provide. They could have said no like everyone else, but they took the time to accommodate what I needed. It's the little things like that that will keep me coming back.

Super 8 I love this hotel. This hotel is popping friday thru tuesday. Managers are great. Even the females upfront welcome you in with a feeling of being home away from home. Breakfast is ok they should have eggs and biscuits with gravy. Oh yes when you there ask for PASTRAMI!

I had a very comfortable stay there. The staff is very nice and respectful The rooms are very nice and clean new tiles. Great breakfast in the morning, very quiet at night you can get your rest from a long day. Thanks super 8

Paid in advance and always to fight over my room and toilet paper that was already paid for like we need a payment. Paid for a Super deluxe sweet presidential, $70, 000.00 a night, paid four months at a time and no milk, cookies, sweets, has a fridge that kills, went to court three times over it, it has go into the food and kill in the wire, freon is over full so it's spitting out poison on to my food, get ill every time they clean, TV, microwave, fridge Vin numbers show their stolen so I reported it to the police.

The staff is so nice! They let you check in early if they have the rooms available.

It's nicer than 2 and half yrs ago the rooms have these nice painting on the wall much more convinient with small fridge w/ freezer separate, microwave, beds comfy not a loud place secure, friendly staff too my small children no issues at all.

The mgmt wanted to charge us $25.00 because they could not get wine out of the towels. I tried to offer $15 but no budging. I could have gotten those stains out and all the other hotel mgmt from later hotels laughed at them for trying to charge us. And the towels were cheap to buy wholesale. 75 cents ave. They made my girlfriend cry due to it and when I came home and stuck up for her they would never apologize to us for making her cry. The owners wife came out of her "black hole" and said that the way I was talking that I could make her cry. Really? Then cry!

Aweful our room was horrendous. Smelt like pot, was dirty. And when we asked to be upgraded to a nicer room, they put us in a room with renovations going on in the next room…

The room was very clean the staff and maids were super nice, when you get to your room they have complementary coffees waiting for you. Oh and Flat screen TV's and Wi-Fi can't complain for $80 and you get free breakfast so I totally recommend this place nice and cozy for cheap.

Smoke detector was ripped out of the wall, matinence never came to fix it after we called, non smoking room reeked like smoke, curtain rod was barely propped on the wall and would fall if touched, which is a huge safely hazard. Filthy conditions, broken tiles in the bathroom, Brown dirt stains on walls. Pics to prove everything.

Mayra the front desk lady was amazing in her customer service skills. She definitely made me feel welcome.

I just stayed here for a week. It was definitely priced pretty well. Nice and cheap. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The room was oddly clammy. The room was not properly vented and would not circulate air well. This could cause respiratory issues in those that have troubles with breathing. This also adds to the potential for mold spore growth. The shower did not work properly; it would become scolding hot then immediately get almost cold… then it would get hot again. Very bizarre. I'm afraid they may need to service or replace their water heaters. The heater itself did not work properly. It would blow cold air until you set the temp above 80 at which point it would blow very hot. Couldn't quite set the stat right. Holes in the walls and ceiling. Poor outlet design. I regret staying here for several reasons and wish I would have paid the extra fifty to stay somewhere just a bit nicer. The manager at this location is clearly trying very hard to do what he can to provide a proper experience for the patrons and understandably he must be under constant pressure. God knows it's not easy to run a business of this variety. So I respect him greatly. There's just ways to go before this place gets more than a 1 or 2 star rating. Good luck, guys!

Front desk girl was gorgeous. I didnt stay there looks pretty beat, but theyre remodeling too.

Good for stay and go. Not that quiet and since it's remodeling, there are some furniture paint smell and construction. Everything else, is ok.

First of all the room reeked liked cigarettes. Second the sheets were stained, dirty and torn. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had mold. The towels were dirty and had hair in them. We used our own beach towels, did dare touch the walls of shower. Lastly there was only one outlet, that means no way to charge both phones, tablets and kids electronics. Will never stay there again when traveling.

Rooms was dirty and beds suck and rude owners the room Had roaches and room was dirty had to change room more than once it was tiring and a headache AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY ARE RIPPNG PEOPLE OFF BY CHARGING THEM A ARM AND A LEG FOR SOME ROACH INFESTED BED BUG ASS PLACE … NEVER AGAIN!

The rooms are small the service is great we had to move rooms twice. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room makes it nice and there is directv.

It was just for one night but I had a really nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Through the use of vouchers my fiance and myself were able to have a room at a most opportune time. They're trying to make the place nicer by remodeling. Have stayed in worse motels for more $

This is a Super 8 Motel. This is not the Hilton, however!, I give this place 5 stars for the hospitality and great staff they had here! I stayed here over the the new year weekend and left my coat when I checked out. When I called to see if it was there initially the staff was so helpful and pleasant and they were happy to hold it for me to pick up a few days afterwards. This may not be the classiest of places, however, it does offer a simple breakfast in the mornings and the staff seemed genuinely happy to serve their guests as if they were staying in their own home. Thanks for the comfortable stay!

Very rude staff. Restroom was dirty and the pillow cases were as well. There were spiders in our room. I have stayed in less than desirable places but this was by far the worst experience because of the staff.

The bed was horrible worst night of my life I couldn't sleep the whole night will never ever come back I would give them a — 0 it's dirty really really old super upset right now.

I went during a festival and this was the closest and cheapest option. I didn't really spend much time in the room, but when I did, it smelled of acid and the toilet was clogged.

Great hotel newly remodeled and it is good price.

Not the nice motel around but it could be worse. Pool is always clean and the breakfast is great. As is the Wi-Fi. But the rooms look old and dingy. Bathrooms need to be better cleaned. If your not out of the room exactly at checkout time the staff will rudely barge into your room.

FILTHY DIRTY inside and out of this place If you are stuck here because you prepaid on line or by phone, just don't touch anything inside or outside of the building and plan to get a shower at a local truck stop as soon as possible. Paid $77.00. I guess you can't trust any place under $100.00.

The room rate is reasonable, I think. The room space is average, but all things are very old. Wifi is good. There is no tissue. Why.

All I wanted to do was chill and watch TV but the channels kept changing on their own and would pause for like 5 minutes. Very depressing looking room, the color and pictures left you feeling a sense of uncomforted.

Has two beds but if those are queen size, I'm the queen of England. Beds were very uncomfortable but it was pretty cheap.

Awful to start off. We called ahead, the guy seemed to have no authority to do anything. We got there, the room didn't look like it had been stayed in for weeks. Garbage/dust/etc under bed. It was like pulling teeth just to get a late checkout (12pm). When my gf checked out at the front, there was a lady calling the police cause someone wasn't out of their room by 12:15PM! Room was "OK" for the price, i'll definitely be spending another 10 dollars to find somewhere nicer next time. Bed and sheets felt fine. Towels were worse than sandpaper and were half a normal size. Not staying here ever again. Paid 49.50 with tax. On a side note, the bathroom doesn't look like the picture at all, at least ours didn't. It looked like something out of horror movie lol.

Ok to stay in for a night. Though at night people were loudly outside my door. Small breakfast area rubbing elbows only a little room to work with.
