Really enjoyed our stay with one exception, the beds were kinda hard for my back. That's not to say they were bad, my back is.

It is a very nice place. I am from fresno, this hotel is very nice. Alot better than most in fresno. The room was very clean, the showee was very clean, hot water, the carpet looked new. The king sized bed was so comfy! Loved it! Would recommend this hotel to anyone! Staff was friendly and professional. I give them a 10!

It's close to a nice shopping district and very central to everything there. If you are ok with being near a busy street its actually a nice hotel.

Great experience clean rooms. Husband and Wife who run this place are so nice so professional the best hotel in Redlands if I can give 10 stars I will!

It was creepy to have a plastic covered mattress. Couldn't help but ask myself why would it be necessary… Towels were the thinnest I have ever used. Bounty is thicker. It was however clean and priced right for the night.

Small Rooms, Smells Like Weed But I Like The Smell Sooo… & The AC Works Well Has AM Breakfast Free.

The modern is located right next to the 10 frwy and a large shopping plaza but don't worry it's in a cul-de-sac next to a Denny's save doesn't pick up the noise and traffic. Clean rooms are decent could use an update, but stistil nice. Would stay there again…

Always the best! I have stayed at this hotel for numerous occasions! The staff is always welcoming and always the best. When we stay down here we don't choose anywhere else to stay! We have been in standard rooms and rooms with the jetted tub! I highly recommend the room with the jetted tubs! Relaxing comfortable and clean! Definitely worth it!

Nope never again. Roaches, leaking ceiling and had to be moved to a different room. Prostitutes outside. The cost was way too much. I took 2 showers whe I got home.

For a cheaper motel this place is actually ok. It's clean and the owners are very nice.

Room is big and very clean, nice staff, reasonable rates, overall very nice place.

Me and my wife really enjoy our time here at Americas best value inn. The rooms are very nice and have very comfortable beds. The staff here are very friendly and helpfull.

I had. Been here previously and it was a horrible experience. So bad that I didn't even check in. Last night I checked in at 5 am. I had to check out the same day at 11. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. I woke the guy up out of his sleep and he was so nice to me. He gave me a lower rate and a later check out. He didn't have to and I thought that was nice. I had to come back and wake him up again when I did t have a remote. Again he was still nice. The way they treated me was so good I stayed another night which they did let me keep the same rate. This was 4th of July weekend so you know they were swamped. They didn't have to let me pay a little less on a day where they could barely e made so much more. The room was clean and I have no complaints. Their customer service was great, truly remarkable. They didn't do anything extraordinary they just weren't jerks.

Rooms were clean. Located next to a Danny's. Price was okay. My son had a problem being allowed to get the breakfast (consisting of muffins, vanishes and cereal). When I checked out they told me it was due to their language barrier and was given some to take with.

This place is dirty and we found bed bugs there. I reserved a non smoking room with 2 beds and when I got there they had no more non smoking 2 bed rooms and ended up putting me my husband and 3 girls in a 2 bed smoking room. Never again will we stay there.

Very nice accomodation with jolly personnel. I like it for a night or two.

Nice Room! After tax, $60.50 (for two people I think? )! Close to many places to eat or shop! King Size bed in room! Great water pressure, hot water, tub, a/c works great, quiet room (stayed in an upstairs smoking room)! Plenty of plug ins to charge those electronic batteries! Yeah, a great nights sleep.

I came to this hotel on Sunday at exactly 8:03 pm, I checked in, didn't go into the room yet, and went to the store to get something to eat to come back to my room. As I opened up the door I notice that the room had a very very bad smell, Then I turned on a light and a lizard ran across the bathroom floor. I tried to see if the air freshener would work since I had some in my car. It didn't help made it worst. So I said oh no I can't stay here and went back to the office to tell them I can't stay here the smell is to bad, the lady at the front desk gave me the hardest time so rude, and mean, and upset with the fact I wasn't happy. She said I will just change your room, by that time her rudeness was so real I didn't desire to stay at that hotel I just wanted my money back and to leave, she then said no I don't give refunds back, I said excuse me I haven't even laid on your bed used your restroom, did anything only was there for 22 min total from the time I checked into the hotel and went to the store without going into the room. She gave me the hardest time I have ever experience at any hotel. After debating with her for 30 min, she finally said I will give you your money back then just don't write about your experience and never come to our hotel again. Mind you the other room she showed me wasn't a bad room and wasn't a problem it was her attitude that made me not want to stay at her hotel and why I said I wanted my refund back.

Great! Stayed here 6 months.

Bed sheets and towels had stains and hairs. Beware.
