We stayed here for 3 nights last week and everything was amazing. Really enjoyed the warm hospitality from friendly staff. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Overall, nice stay.

I went there with my daughter on my days off where she could enjoy two days at the pool while the one at our apartment complex was being worked on (for months now). We really needed a couple of pool days in this heat. We checked in on Sunday night, everyone was friendly, room was clean and well maintained, nothing special, just a hotel room, but no bugs or anything. We had breakfast the next morning, decent variety of food, fresh and hot, all good. We got ready for the pool and head to it, I wanted to run when I saw it, but instead I froze and just stared at it with great disappointment and feel terrible for my daughter that was thrilled with the whole mini vacation. The pool was disgusting, haven’t been cleaned in months, green algae all over the floor and walls, all kinds of disintegrating things floating on top, just the most green disgusting pool water I’ve ever seen. I like to go to a hotel pool once in a while, I’ve never seen anything like that on Father’s Day weekend, when is already hot. We packed and left, great waste of two hundred dollars for a one night in a 90 dollar hotel.

Loved our stay in Rancho Cordova! Helen gave us the perfect quiet room. We love the big breakfast available. Exploring Old Folsom was fun, so charming!

Awful experience, the manager and front desk clerk tried to steal $107 from our credit card at this hotel at 7 am this morning. Be careful! It’s no question why this location has such a poor reputation and negative reviews everywhere.

This was a great place to get away. I used to always drive past this place on my way to Folsom lake. My aunt, Uncle, and their three kids are staying there while their house is being fixed up and they love it. There are enough activities there to keep everyone busy, entertained, and happy. Hope you'll love your stay here and please come soon! :)

Clean comfortable and a great price. The front desk were very helpful and always nice. Free breakfast was really good-waffels were great.

Nice room. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were great. Large TV. Best of all there was a makeup mirror! Breakfast was good.

The staff is is always friendly and very helpful. Not my first time here and it won’t be my last.

Comfort Inn is my regular place to stay when I come to visit my mom who lives just across the river. They always take great care of me here and the rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is wonderful and love the ladies at the counter. Thank you for taking great care of me. See you soon.

We stayed here last weekend and it was awesome. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning. Their service is amazing and staff really cares for your comfort.

I had a wonderful experience there. I walked in to front desk and the desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. I went just for a night with my husband to get away. I would of gave 5 stars but the TV remote did not work well I will be back for sure… I'm back a month later and THE REMOTES ARE NEW! and user friendly. So awesome they did that!

Rooms are pretty nice. I stayed in a suite, which was a reasonable price. Rooms are clean, and it has a good heater/AC, a fridge, microwave and a newer TV. The sushi place, which is in the parking lot, has good food, and great service. Drinks are also a decent price for the area.

While the staff is super friendly, it looks like a run down motel. There is a dirty swimming pool stinking up the entire property. The room itself was clean but the outside of the hotel and property is dirty and broken.

Service was great, very helpful! Beds were comfortable, massive plus that we could bring our dog! Bathtub was stained & outdated — also no bathroom fan. Breakfast was a good variety & constantly stocked.

Can’t see how anybody would give this place more than one star. Unless they have never stayed at a decent hotel. Bed was so crooked I had to use a pillow on my side to keep me in it, restroom looked like nobody had cleaned it proper in months, front lobby check in was through a locked expanding security gate (great location), and only vending machine up stairs had an “out of order” sign that looked as it had been there for months…

The worst! We never stay in anything less than a 4 star hotel due to some experiences I've heard but since we are here for an event we decided to stay with out team. Upon arrival, a dirty tampon was found in the bathroom trashcan. Called front desk and spoke to a gentleman who went on to mention he was very busy and asked that I hold. Once back on the phone, I proceeded to ask for a supervisor but apparently there isn't one available until tomorrow at 3pm (give its 8pm right now). I asked for a housekeeper and apparent no housekeepers available after 8pm How is this place even operating? I asked to have clean sheets and towels but unable to have them deliver to the room. Save your hard working dollars, pay a bit more, and enjoy your stay elsewhere. This place sucks!

Nice hotel. Our room had a larger fridge and microwave. The freezer area was quite small but whatever. One complaint was that our heater didnt work at all. The property is 100% smoke free apparently so whether you see that as a positive or negative, up to you. Pet friendly. The beds are amazing. Hot breakfast includes scrambled eggs and sausage along with a make it yourself waffle iron (that takes 2:30 minutes btw) All in all, pretty nice place.

The location was easy to get in and out of from the street. The room was really nice and had everything we needed like plenty of towels, cups, coffee, soaps, and pillows. The people were really kind and didn't bother us.

Well… It was convenient but not sure if I'd stay there again. The door was hard to open. At the pool there was a cabinet that said pool towels. It had bath mats in it and when I went to the desk to ask for towels she was very rude. Later I asked for her business card and come to find out she was the manager. They offer free breakfast which was great but the scrambled eggs were cold… like out of the refrigerator cold.

I found the rooms inviting, well maintained and quiet. You could ask for more, but at this price it’s a COMFORT to have a nice quiet room to stay in. They have a great complimentary breakfast with enough food to hold you over to dinner so you can see the sites, come back to a nice room and rest. Please don’t let this get around, because my favorite room was taken (darn) but Wi-Fi was still available in the room I was in. This is my second stay at this facility, and I came back for the hospitality. I would recommend it if you’re in the area but please book in advance. The first night I was here they told me they even make cookies in the evening for tired guests, and yes they were good. The current staff does an amazing job of maintaining the facility and things are looking up.

A great value, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to restaurants, fuel and other services. Every time I arrive to stay here it seems like they are just taking cookies out of the oven. Staff is friendly and capable. Not fancy, but safe and convenient.

Staff is great. Rooms are ok. The room I had, the bathroom door didn't even close all the way. The front door sticks bad so you have to really push to get the door open. Breakfast buffet is good. Eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, toast, bagels and juice and coffee. Pretty good. They also have a pool. I would stay here again.

Stayed here with our family. Reserved via Hotwire and it was listed as a 3-star hotel. This is more of a solid 2-star, but def not a three. That said, if you choose to stay here, it is fine, but here are a few reasons why this does not get a rating higher than three for me. While the desk folks were helpful and friendly, we asked for a burned out light bulb to be replaced and in two days, it never was addressed. The TV is not very good quality and the room smelled like some kind of deodorant was used in it. For what we paid, it was fine, but we will prob not choose to stay here again.

I had algunosnproblemas with the keys electronic, but the attention of us workers was always good.

I did not have a good experience. My first email confirmation from the hotel listed the correct date and the price I was quoted although I had called to add another night and that was not confirmed. Then I received another confirmation listing completely different dates. The price was now $20/night higher. I called, and the manager said they were sold out and there were no rooms for the weekend. I called again, very upset, and she managed to find a room for the two weekend nights I wanted. But the price was now $20 higher than the first confirmed price. I talked with her when I arrived, and she was not willing to honor the first price even though I showed her the printed email with the correct date and lower price confirmed. So, beware.

I am staying here now and it's amazing! I am very pleased with this place! Great breakfast, rooms are fully loaded, great service! The only thing I would change here is I believe they should get new more comfortable beds, the beds are springy and old, if they had new beds this place would be 100% perfect!

I liked all of the price and the room.

If your a person of Color. Be Afraid … racist General manager will place you in the worst room they have. If your Disabled go somewhere else If your a vet contact Va and Disabled vet's of sacramento AARP AAA and Online service people do not stay there Noisy… Rude… Biased Hawthorne inn or Marriott much much Better Hotel from Hell… Worst Comfort Inn Ever.

This hotel is in a shady area. Drinking sessions in the pool and some rooms during out stay. Front desk in the morning is not helpful at all. Old lady who seems to be not happy with her life. Stay away from this place!

Uncomfortable bed, and had to fix toilet, because it kept running. Also front desk did not have a wine bottle opener for guests to use. Air conditioner seemed louder than usually expected.

The general manager will not change room from smoking to non smoking for my kids… but… Then Called in again and another very kind lady gave us a non smoking room with king bed and pull out couch. I had my rating at a one, but another lady saved the day. Great hotel clean, bad start strong finish.

Just got in No hot water as boiler broken. Refrig noisy as is ac Hoping to sleep but … oh well. I'll ask for a reduced price on room am. Crazy.

I booked the room through priceline and wasn't sure what to expect. I Did get a large price break so my review is based on a $75 stay (I don't know that standard rate) I was an extremely smooth and easy check in process. The staff was nice and the rooms were impressive to. Couch, coffee table, large bed, big screen with cable channels, a desk area, bathroom sink and vanity with separate toilet/shower with a bath. They had a lot of amenities including continental breakfast, pool, free computer access in the lobby and free in room Wi-Fi. Very pleased and would stay again.

I stayed here as a plan B. This hotel wasn't particularly bad, but it was severely underwhelming. To start with the location was kind of removed from major highway I needed. The building is definitely older, thin walls and there was a mild draft from the door. I am also not a fan of hotela where the doors lead right outside (but I guess that's standard in areas where it's warmer). That said, the shower was warm and the room itself was clean with nice beds. The staff I have come accross was nice so far. I haven't had breakfast yet, but I'm sure it will meet at least a minimum standard to match other Choice Hotels. For its price and amenities it is very good (3 or 4 stars), but compared to the other hotels in the Comfort Inn line, it only ranks 2 stars.

Staff is friendly. The breakfast was yummy this morning. I give this place 4 stars I haven't complained about the people next door yet … I'm giving them a chance by ten pm to settle down.

Thin walls, and a busy street nearby. The building and room felt old in design and style. However, I slept really well, and the breakfast was good, so I would probably stay again.

I have stayed there several time, staff is always helful and nice the place is clean and breakfast is great, I will continue to stay there whenever Im in the area, price is not high and it. Includes thd breakfast…

This place is top notch! they work hard to keep this place clean… the staff is very friendly and helpful… full hot breakfast every morning… I stay here quite frequently with family and am never upset over my visit… things can happen, I guess how your day is going before you arrive somewhere has allot to do with your experience in a place… I have learned to enjoy life and enjoy what there is to be enjoyed and smile thru the rest. I say this only because so many people write bad reviews and prob don't realize there own life is affecting there review witch affects people or places being reviewed… I recommend staying here! very comfortable place!

Terrible. We travel a lot and this place is terrible. The owner does not care either. Over grown trees in the parking lot gets everything saturated in sap from your car, to your shoes. If you like walking around with sticky shoes all day then maybe you might like this place. The 2nd manager (well thats what he called himself was awful and should not be speaking to customers). He went from picking up trash in the parking lot to picking his nose to dealing with the food in the breakfast area (without ever washing his hands) Spoke to the owner Matu and he did not seem to care one bit. So sad.

Nice place, very comfortable. Jasmine (at the front desk) is the best!
