The employess are so very kind. Everything from beginng to end Excellent. I needed room early. Hector helped me. The staff is just so awsome.

Do not stay here unless you like cold showers, broken air conditioning, loud traffic and less sleep. This hotel is also being "updated" but it seems they forgot to upgrade the air conditioning in the room I stayed in. The A. C. Was useless which only blew luke warm air and made a distracting loud noise. They also seemed to upgrade the bathroom exhaust fan to a jet engine since this is what it sounded like when you turned it on, so I apologize to my neighbors if I woke you up at 4am to shower. Moreover, there was considerable traffic noise which was possibly more noticeable since I had to turn off the even louder A. C. All in all I would not stay here ever again but hey its your money. But if you do stay here throw a small towel down in the shower since the new showers have no traction on the floor and the smallest amount of soap makes it a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Not happy. My husband and I were visiting family so we were looking forward to staying at a hotel for the weekend… This is the most disappointed I've ever been with a hotel. The staff barely acknowledged us upon check in, the hallway to our room reeked of weed, the walls are soooooo thin we heard people having sex all freaking night… it is so frustrating. The worst part however, was our room. The headboard had a HANDPRINT on it (that was not from us) upon walking in and all of our pillow cases (5) have black dog hair ALL OVER THEM. We did not bring a dog… the bottom bed sheets had stains all over it… it's the most uncomfortable night stay I have ever had. I won't be going back to a La Quinta again. AND this morning while checking out our family and ourselves got stuck in their elevator, doors wouldn't open and elevator wouldn't move… NEVER AGAIN.

Check in was at 3 o’clock and when we went to check in they told us that the rooms were not ready. When I told them that check and was at 3 o’clock and I was on a time schedule they threaten to cancel my room. After I told him that I did not want my room to be canceled they went ahead and canceled my room anyways accusing me of “yelling “at them. They refused to let me speak to the manager, canceled my reservation and asked me to leave or they would call the police to escort me out. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Do not go here. The front desk people were Hector and Norma. Their managers need to rethink their employees. On the cancellation print out Hector wrote that I “cussed them out “ when I wasn’t. I actually video recorded the entire interaction and can prove that it did not happen. He’s a liar and this place is unprofessional.

Convenient location they are doing renovations still I enjoyed my stay friendly staff nice breakfast.

A nice, clean and very well appointed room. Quiet area, located near freeway Great free hot breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

This hotel was fine but nothing amazing. There is still Renovations going on and it's obvious that there's a lot of work to be done. I feel like once the renovations are done it might be a really nice hotel. The rooms were large and clean. The front desk staff were amazing though I think they should have more than one person on the desk during check-in time as there was a bit of a wait. My only major issues were barking dogs woke me up in the morning and there was a lot of road noise at night.

One of the nicer La Quinta's in the Sacramento area. Currently there is a remodel going on and I have not yet had the breakfast. Hope to report. The rooms are clean.

Clean carpet and comfortable beds. Microwave and mini fridge in the rooms. There was a large cobweb in our room but other than that, it "looked" fairly clean. I saw the cleaner using a fresh towel to wipe things down, but did not use a detergent/chemical based cleaner. Germs and diseases live on surfaces for days to weeks, yuck. I'm sure this happens often in hotels. I always wipe things down with disinfectant wipes when staying in hotels. It would be nice if the place was actually clean instead of just looking clean. Still going to give this place 4 stars because my feet wasn't black after walking on it, the bed was comfortable, and the room was nice for the most part.

Very nice & extremely focused on their guests & they don’t just let anyone come in, they question everybody & then call your room to get your approval for ANY visitors including delivery people. I felt very safe there. Nice big clean rooms.

My boyfriend &&’d I were there last week &&’d I can say we will definitely be staying there again. The rooms look just like the pictures. I know a few places that say one thing online &&’d be totally different in person. Lol another thing we did like is that It’s close to a lot of food places, right off the freeway, &&’d down the street from walmart. Lol At first I was a little nervous because I’ve never stayed at the La Quinta before. But they are good in our book. They are doing some remodeling but that’s okay hey still out their guest first. The employees were great from the time we arrived until we left. I like when I can feel like home. Thank you guys so much for the stay. We enjoyed ourselves. So if your ever in Sacramento &&’d looking somewhere to stay &&’d it’s not to pricey the La Quinta is the place! GET THERE!

It is being renovated at the moment and should be nice when they are finished. I personally don't like that they have changed to showers, I like a nice soak. The breakfast is ok but limited.

Just had a renovation so overall it is pretty nice (considering the shape it was in. ) Had a few problems during my stay though. First being I don't think the mattresses were replaced. Mine was ridiculously soft as if I was sleeping on the springs. It also collapsed towards the center as if it was worn in. I suppose if it is new maybe it is defective. The rooms are also starting to already looked dinged up. The signage lights are all out so I had some trouble finding the entrance on arrival. The area isn't the best, but it is quiet and for what you pay for it I'd say I'd come back if I needed to be in this part of town again.

The place is clean, has nice staff, and is an ideal location. Restaurant next door is great. The only issue was with the room fan/AC and the bathroom fan. The room fan/AC unit was so messed up that I was unable to fall asleep. After turning it off I fell asleep, but was awoken by the rooms rising temperature. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was too noisy to use. I'm assuming both should be replaced. Not a lot of sleep before a very important business meeting.

Great hotel. This is a home away from home. Great staff, great customer service. This is the hotel I always stay when I am in the area. Love this hotel, close to 50 and shopping area.

Great place. They kept my room tidy and the breakfast selection was very good. Hotel prices were also great.

Nice quiet place, shopping center within 2 miles, easy check in with great reception. Right off of 50 freeway, Brookfield Restaurant next door with great food. Maid service very accommodating. Love this place! Will come back.

Great location and the restaurant next door is fantastic. We're happy we stayed here. Very clean rooms and quiet. We brought our puppy along on this trip and he was welcomed. It's great to be able to travel with your fur kids and have them treated as family as well as staying in a nice room.

La Quinta Inn in Rancho Cordova has been a good stay. The room is nice, and it's fairly quiet. Brookfield restaurant right next to the hotel is nice as well. The only issues of note is that the toilet keeps running, and the shower handle keeps falling, turning the water from warm to hot. Hotel staff seems to be very nice.

Great breakfast, very friendly, bathroom is small but the room has a couche, so it's fine. It worths it.

Better than most at the price point. Hot sausage, eggs, oatmeal and a Belgian waffle station. Great breakfast. Hotel ran only one of two elevators which was a challenge on a Saturday morning. Being close to the freeway was a concern that turned out to be unfounded. The room was very quiet.

I wish I could give a minis number. After getting there we were moved tonanother doom. When Diane finally got her key to a desperate room she was given the wrong key and the wrong room number. Whilevtrying to come in at 1:30 she was banging on the door the police were called. The next morning Clinton Jacket the general manager told me that there was too much drama so I had to leave now or the police would escort is out afternoom so I left looking the money paid for 4 days.

The rooms are very cozy and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. It's definitely a nice place but it can be a bit expensive. Our room had a spacious and comfortable king size bed, a small outside patio, and a 32" HDTV. The Brookfield's restaurant is located right outside the entrance which was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay we be sure to visit again and recommend to our friends.

The morning breakfast is worth waking up for and is served every day of the week. Eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cold cereal, fruits, mini muffins, apple and orange juice, coffee, and Carbon's bake your own waffles are amazing. Hotel is Wi-Fi wired complimentary and works at decent speeds for online video streams. Televisions are fast and responsive for channel change inputs. Rooms themselves are well appointed and all of them are away from vending and ice machines because they are around a corner from centrally located elevators. Only downsides are noise from the light rail trains that run frequently into the night and traffic on Sunrise Boulevard because it is a very busy road.

On check-in I had the best and most thorough orientation that I've ever had at a hotel. The front desk let us know about breakfast, the Wi-Fi and the pool situation (where to get pool towels for instance) all within the first five minutes. Didn't have a lot of interactions with staff, but every time it was excellent. Rooms are well kept and clean as well.

Booked online with Orbitz and it stated two double beds with private balcony, upon arrival they informed me if I wanted a balcony it would be an extra charge. The room is very dated. When the A/C comes on it smells like mold. I stayed in room 308. The window opens maybe 2 inches so not much fresh air to counter the mold. If it wasn't for just one night and the fact that I arrived late I would have left. Honestly save your money, sleeping in your car would suffice more than this hotel. Very disgusting.

Good price. The best service I have ever received, beats all the 5 stars hotels' services. Breakfast was a little disappointing because no hot meal such as beacon, potatoes, etc. Accept pets, which is a big plus. Pillows could be improve, seem old. Could print for free, free Wi-Fi. Overall, had a really great experience.

It was not a bad room. Very quiet and clean. The workers are very helpful. I would go back next time.

Hallway and room had an odd smell. Otherwise everything was great. Good comp breakfast. Friendly staff.

Nice room, clean and spacious. Sounded like a frat party in the hallway, but was quiet other than that. Will definitely keep on the shortlist if we're looking for a hotel in the area.

Everyone was very professional. Rooms are decent. Not much else to say.

I wish I never choose this place! Over a year I been staying at La Quinta all over California and this was the first time I ever got a bad experience not only cause this location smells once you step in, the room was dirty and some of the towels were clearly dusty but because supervisors like Afifa Hashmi and hoxana made the experience just unpleasant by taking advantage and overcharging. I make sure people I know will NEVER stay in such a toxic place. I can't give you a cero starts but I hope people will take in consideration this message specially if you are out of town. Get the time to check reviews so you won't regret it.

Rooms were OK. Some of the towels seemed stained or dirty. Had an iron but the ironing board was missing. Breakfast was included. Though no smoking it smelled old smoke. Only paid $60 it's in line with my expectations for the price. Staff were very friendly.

Pool and hot tub has been broken for he last 2 weeks. Breakfast isn't as good as other La Quinta. Hotel always has a funny smell. Lots of people with dogs. Kinda loud all the time.

The Staff is excellent, the property is well kept and the room is excellent, I personally rate the establishment 100 Stars.

LOVE THE LA QUINTA INNS AND SUITES RANCHO CORDOVA CA, STAFF IS BEYOND AMAZING Every last one of them, from the front desk to the room attendents. I love it here and recomemed it to everyone.

Pretty good place after all.

With 12 foot ceilings, rooms are spacious, but the beds are doubles, not Queen or Kings. We had requested non-smoking but after check-in we entered an elevator that was reeking of fresh smoke. Arriving on our floor we were greeted by stale smoke throughout the hallway and found a Marlboro carton and butts and ashes in the trash can next to the ice machine. Later I found that the sign in the hallway was only HALF truthful. Rooms 1-10 with the right hand arrow and all the other rooms indicated with the left hand arrow and the line " non-smoking floor ". The rooms 1-10 were all SMOKING ROOMS! Counter staff offered to spray 'Fabreze' on the offending trash can and we insisted that the trash be removed. Our son tried to go around the elevator by using the stairs, and there was smoke and butts on the stairway (which is a direct fire violation). Our suggestion for the best nights stay is to go western.

After being rooted out of bed at 4:30 am to evacuate for a fire alarm we decided to grab our stuff and not come back. We called later for a receipt and to ask if we could get a comp night. The foreign lady supervisor became very rude and told us "you didn't have to stay here". Trust me we won't again.

Great rooms, service, clean, breakfast. Awful Wi-Fi! What pool? But cheap.
