So clean, quiet and family friendly. The staff has great attention to detail and truly show pride in what they do.

Location is wonderfully close to the antelope valley mall and surrounding business district. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. They have a decent workout room with 2 treadmills, an elliptical, 3 weight machines, and free weights. The complimentary breakfast is excellent, as it has hot options as well, and dinner is served 3 nights per week. The service was very friendly and helpful.

Oh, my gosh. What a pleasant stay! First of all, the customer service here was top notch. Every time I passed an employee they greeted me courteously and politely instead of looking away at the last second to avoid eye contact. This may sound like a minor thing but so often lately most places I go, be it hotels or retail, I get the sense that I'm burdening employees by speaking to them so this was a welcome change. I never got the impression they wanted me to hurry up and go away. The room — or should I say rooms? — — was incredible. The kitchen was a great use of space and had a large amount of amenities despite it's compacts space. There was a full fridge, stive with two burners, microwave, toaster, sink and dish washer. There was an ample array of kitchen supplies like utensils and serving items. The rooms were large and the beds were sublime. I love an abundance of pillows and each bed had four so there wasn't a lack of them. Additionally the rooms were pretty sound proof. We had our big ole German Shepherd puppy with us and from one bedroom to the next in absolute silence I barely heard him whine the one time he felt sorry for himself (because he's a puppy, not because of the room. He loved the powerful air conditioner). Lastly, the breakfast. The selection was good and it tasted delicious but that wasn't the best thing. The best thing was breakfast lasts for THREE HOURS. Most places have breakfast for only two hours but this place had it 6:30 — 9:30.

Very good hotel and value driven. One drawback was a week with no hotel branded coffee cups no lids at all, shortage? Smart and Final is down the street.

Great place we unfortunately had our car stolen but they were very accommodating during the whole situation.

I stayed here for three months for a business trip and could not have been more pleased. The building was well kept, the one bedroom suite was large and comfortable, and the amenities were great. However, the best thing about this hotel was the service. Everyone, from the front desk to maintenance to the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location, especially for extended stays!

The suites are homely and have a cozy feel to them. Between the master bedroom and the other bedroom, it felt like a well-furnished apartment. Finding the kitchenette as capable as it was was also great to see.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and always cheerfully friendly. Parking has always been convenient. The complimentary breakfast is always good and has a bit of variety each day. I consider myself fortunate to stay here for my 2 week business trip.

More than a typical hotel stay, due to the suite configuration of the room and the amenities at this location. Hospitality was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The days a week they also host a dinner buffet /happy — hour with free beer and wine.

This is my regular Home away from Home. The staff are the very best. Chris, Eddie, Edward, Chris (night auditor), Anthony and all the front desk staff are so very accommodating to me that I keep coming back. They are led by the most professional front desk manager Mariel and Facility Manager Kassandra. I can't say enough about all of the housekeeping and maintenance as well as the cooking staff at this Hotel. They always go out of the way to make sure I am well taken care of. Otherwise I would not be coming back. They are A+ to me.

Friendly service, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Only complaint is the TV system is old and sucks! That's all everything else was great!

The room was really nice, spacious and comfortable. They have dinner Monday through Wednesday so that was really nice and delicious. Breakfast was also delicious.

Very close to the highway so location is great for traveling or staying during a work trip. The rooms are incredibly spacious with a kitchenette and sitting room as an extra perk for extended stays.

I am so happy to write an awesome review for my home away from home. From the first phone call to my latest checkout I have only been treated with kindness and respect! I feel like a princess visiting from a foreign country. I hardly ever open my own door, I get free shuttle rides to and from work and to my train that I take every week to work in Palmdale. They provide the free shuttle service within a 5 mi radius and that is wonderful. They also provide free in-hotel secure/locked storage for those of us who commute to work here, that way I don't have to lug a heavy suitcase back and forth. I launder for free as well! See why I feel like a VIP here? I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and Staybridge is 6 stars! All the way from the friendly housekeeping staff, maintenance, cooks (Um, yes they provide breakfast and dinner everyday free of charge! And by the way have a gym with classes, Jacuzzi, heated pool, BBQ area, BB court, as well as a cozy fireplace in their guest living room! NEED I SAY MORE? They really help out our military and their families too. Thanks Staybridge!

The room was nicer than I expected, no complaints. Food is pretty good, the complimentary alcohol is pretty great too.

Nice quiet hotel. The rooms are fairly spacious with a large refrigerator and office area. Only a few rooms available and it seems to get fully booked quite often. The hotel is well kept and clean. The one complaint I have is that there is nowhere nearby, or in the hotel to eat.

It was so clean the hotel itself as well a the rooms. The staff is super friendly, super helpful, great example of what customer service should be like. The complementary breakfast had plenty of options. Even my picky eater was satisfied. They have a movie room available for guest and movies you can borrow to use. My kids LOVED that!

As a young couple my husband and I don't always get the best of service and are usually overlooked. The stay bridge was amazing. We have never had such a great experience anywhere else. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. They went above and beyond to serve us. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We slept like a baby. They offer free breakfast and dinner most nights as well as wine and beer! Will definitely be staying at the Stay Bridge again.

Staybridge hotel surprised me. Has a lot of amenities. My room included a stove, sink, and full fridge. Staff was very friendly and professional and assisted with my needs. Would enjoy staying again.

Great studio suites, great hospitality and just an all around great experience. I got home from vacation to an A/C that wouldn't turn on and extremely hot in the house that I couldn't stay so at 10pm at night they were able to get me a room. Thank you!

The room was very clean and neat when we arrived, with two rooms and a living room between them with a small kitchen. The service was excellent as well. We enjoyed the hotels 24/7 free drinks in the lobby as well as they're mini "theater".

This is a hotel that is worth every penny and experience with customer service. I'm staying here because I'm helping with the new CarMax that is opening down the street on the 3rd of February. The moment we arrived they helped us with something that was going on with the reservation. They were more than patient and understanding. I never in my lifetime seen such great spirits with the people who work at the hotel. They have a passion for their job and wanna make sure you are… happy with your accommodations and also with every Experience while staying here. So far I have gotten to know one of the employees here at the hotel and am happy to know they like what they do. No matter what the atmosphere here is great, they let you know what is here at the hotel and show you around as well. They wanna make sure that you take every opportunity either for a short stay or many weeks of staying here great. I can't thank this hotel enough for what they do for everyone! It is my favorite boy has being aki for three months and the missing k is my house bengo annually three veses aki I love.

Stayed for two months when I first got hired on with a company in the high desert. During that time the staff was courteous, breakfast and dinner was delicious, and the room was cleaned regularly.

They place was very nice, room service was took care of my of everything like a regular hotel does but food there is like school cafeteria style.

This hotel is the best for an extended stay in the Palmdale/Lancaster area. We have 2 young children and we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 54 days. Great breakfast and small dinner 4 nights a week. Hamburgers/Hotdogs on Wed night were the best. This place is MUCH better than Residence Inn, no comparison. Swimming pool and outdoor patio is very nice. One perk is that there is 24 hour free soda and coffee in the lobby. Kitchenette is doable. Full size fridge, 2 burner stove, no oven which was drawback. My wife is a princess and she had no complaints being here with 2 kids under 2 for 54 days. The staff is very friendly too.
