Large comfortable room and bed. Pretty quiet. But the bathroom was kinda trashed.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. The hotel authorizes a $250 charge for a deposit or you have to pay a $250 cash deposit to even check in.

I retrieved money at the customer care money Dept. I didn't look at the representative name, but she had red hair and was very pleasant, professional in assisting me retrieved funds sent to me.

My room smelt like smoke in a none smoking room. Wanted to get mad at me for reporting it. Beds where clean and comfortable.

Good sized room, quiet and reasonably priced. Front desk staff was helpful, pool and grounds were neat and all appeared in working order. Having a patio door was a nice touch to the room. Our room was not ready by check in so we had to wait before we could occupy it but it was handled well.

I was pleasantly surprised. This is an older property but well maintained. They are working on remodeling the rooms. My room was a newer room but they didn't update the bathroom. The room was clean and the pool and hot tub were great. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are old but clean. Good prices. Enjoyed our jacuzzi in the room. Nice view of the pool. Close to restaurants.

The nightly rate is lower than most places and the pool and jacuzzi are nice and well maintained. The rooms are decent but not great. There is no sound proofing so many people will find it impossible to sleep without good earplugs.

Late checkin was smooth, room was clean and cool, and the location was super convenient (close to the freeway but not so close we heard any cars). And it's a Pokemon Go gym and massive spawn point — I caught a bunch of rare stuff just walking into the lobby. ;)

Average on cleanliness and hygiene. The building is really old as well. Employees aren't very friendly but won't cause any trouble as well. The best part of the hotel is views on the outside.

For a hotel that clears over $1000000 a year … the Chinese owner has not put anything but bare minimum back into the facility. Cracked/flaking tile floors, linoleum in bathrooms are bubbling and peeling, as the paint in the bathrooms. Furniture is dated '70s (1670s possibly? ). And you may or may not… get a fridge/microwave. Perfection Im not looking for… And I'm not a silver spooned king, but for a $97-$130 room, owner should invest in basics for his renters. On an up note, his cleaners consistently rock, nicely done…

We had a bad experience here. Got in late, checked in and went to our room. Bed sheet was on the floor and it appeared that someone had slept in the bed. Pillow had head indentation. Cistern Lid was on the floor in the bathroom. It appeared as though someone had tried to repair the toilet. Notified front desk and was assigned room next door. This room had a foul damp smell which was very unbearable. Front desk attendant came over and denied he could smell anything when all four of us could easily detect the foul smell. After 30 mins in the cold we were finally given a room that we could spend the night in. Maybe we were just unlucky.

Been staying on and off for three weeks now. Working at the Dollar tree, so I Needed a comfy place to sleep. Thank you for the clean rooms and kind service.

Too expensive. Not trucker friendly. No to comdata checks.

I don't like the motels of route they are far from the path. The rest well.

Really nice hotel here. Big rooms, big beds, big tv. Very nice staff and a very nice room overall. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Free breakfast, usable Wi-Fi, excellent room upkeep, very friendly and helpful staff. All of that on top of competitive rates.

Service was excellent and incredibly well-mannered. The rooms were nice, and a good value for the price.

Very peaceful place. Quiet and great view of the roling hills and forest. They have a spot to BBQ or bring your own propane grill so we were able to cook our own food and knock back some beers. Environment feels safe as there are a ton of security cameras and a mild employee presence for added safe feeling. I would gladly stay here again…

Good, clean breakfast just.

Check in was a breeze. Our room was clean and didn't smell. They had left the microwave and refrigerator door open to air out. Our room was a basic one with a King bed and it included a table and 2 chairs. Also, they have a Pokémon gym nearby. They also offer free breakfast that ends at 10 am.

Decent place to crash. Great price for the area.

Typical inexpensive hotel stay. Room smelled a little funky, but it could have been worse. 4 Wi-Fi options, but the service ranged from 1 to 3 bars. No quality of service on the Wi-Fi, cause more than one person using it and it slowed down considerably. The house cleaner was at least consistent and good.

Dated but comfortable. No problems whatsoever except very weak Wi-Fi.

Love the jacuzzi suite. Inexpensive considering the size of the room. Will definitely return when in need of a get away.

I have stayed here numerous times for early San Francisco Dr. Appts', it is a good stopping point from where I live. I have always been treated good, some of the rooms need a little work, but nothing terrible. The only thing is I miss a restaurant there.

Great place to stay, very FAST Wi-Fi, bathroom is ok but nerds remodeling but overall clean and comfy.

We needed to cancel a reservation that I had made that morning. Making the reservation with Matt was very pleasant. He was helpful and courteous. Cancelling the reservation with Brandon was a a terrible experience. He asked when did I make the reservation (which I thought was not his concern nor should it make a difference) and when I told him that I made it with Matt that morning he said " We don't normally do same day cancellations. (That's ridiculous! what hotel doesn't do same day cancellations? ). If you know you are going to cancel the reservation, don't make it in the first place" What an idiotic statement. I did tell him that I had no idea I was going to have to cancel it when I made the reservation. When I tried to explain that my husbands trouble-shooting job got cancelled because the building he was working in had caught on fire, he wasn't interested, but just started loudly talking over me, giving me the cancellation confirmation numbers, trying to cut me off. Rude! rude! rude! heres a tip: don't scold or offend people who chose to stay with you. They may never come back and will take their business and their money elsewhere. Remember they selected to stay with you. Thier circumstances changed, but days inn could still be their travel choice when they are on the road again. Don't slam the door in their face. Honor their choice. I also suggest some Customer Service Re-Training by Matt scheduled for Brandon. Matt, well done.

Front desk lady great, pool area nicely kept. If your looking for a nice room though forget it. My room was pretty sad. Air conditioner worthless. Balcony but not private, that didnt matter though because sliding door wouldnt open. Jammed shut, tiles in bathroom gross. Paint and wallpaper scrapped peeling and holes. Better off at a motel 6 at least tom will leave the light on. This place doesnt even have a light.

We book rooms here for our employees. It is so refreshing to be treated so kindly by all the staff. Brendan is a great manager and it really shows that he cares by how he treats his guests.

Great value! All the amenities with a great front desk. Serene, clean and a jewel close to san fran.

Terrible Customer Service. I called early in the day and made an appointment. The man took my name and credit card information to hold the room, and gave me a confirmation number. When I showed up to the hotel later that evening, after driving 45 minutes from San Francisco, the clerk said he rented my room to someone else. I called and spoke to the manager the next day who said many people make reservations but don't ever show up so if someone comes in with money in hand they rent the rooms to them. They were completely unhelpful. The clerk did say he had one room left. Unfortunately, it was a smoking room, and was twice the rate of my other room. I guess this is how they rent these expensive rooms.

Horrible, Horrible place! No matter how cheap a night's stay is here it isn't worth it! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Upon check-in I was quoted a price. I requested an accessible room after the quote as I have a disability and also a service dog with me. I was told I could not rent the room as 1. I was not in a wheelchair and 2. That I would be charged more money for the room anyway. I said this was against the Americans With Disabilities Act and neither could I be denied the room to rent nor could I be charged more money. The front desk manager got quite angry as I started quoting exerpts from the ADA. He kept challenging me on my civil rights and then said I would have to wait to be, more or less, "interviewed" by the GM who was now on his way. He told his GM on the phone that "we are going to have problems with this one". I waited 35 minutes and I finally sat down with the GM. He initially said "you don't LOOK disabled as you aren't in a wheelchair so therefore I cannot rent you that room" I said that I am entitled to rent it and if I had made the reservation online he couldn't have denied me the reservation either. He then said OK I will rent you the room but I will charge you more money. I again said that this was against the ADA. He was not interested in educating himself on the ADA as I quoted him the pertinent clauses from the Act. I said to him you are discriminating, as is your staff, as I am being treated differently than your other customers.

Warning! This place is poorly managed. There was a confusion over the reservation I booked over the phone. After numerous phone calls, I found the managers were rude and not very helpful. I ended up getting charged for a "no show" on my credit card for a reservation I never made. Make sure you book on line and you have a receipt.
