I recently stayed at this inn and unfortunately didn't have a great experience. For starters, the pictures are not evident of what this place actually looks like — it's a lot more run down in person and the rooms were sub par. The toilet in my room didn't have a working flush valve so I was required to open the lid and pull the chain myself in order to flush the toilet, which I personally found ghastly. I told management about the toilets and they did nothing to fix it while I was there. That, however, was the least of our problems. There were bed bugs in our room as well (pictured below) and my friend was actually bitten by one. We immediately checked out and again spoke to the manager about the bed bug problem and of course asked for a refund given our gross experience. He said he would only refund one night which he did not do and we called multiple times to speak to him about our refund, but his employees would constant dodge our calls and tell us he was away. Anyways, overall pretty bad experience and would not recommend staying there at all. It would be well worth it to pay a little more in a much nicer place.

We stayed here for a local event and we were very disappointed. We had a reservation for 2 nights and for some reason they thought we were checking out after one night. Around noon they packed up all our stuff in our hotel room (putting my clothes into my partner's suitcase, my toothbrush into his toiletry bag, watch and other belongings into other bags making things hard to find), and told us they would be moving us to a different room. They didn't even wait until later in the day or ask us to remove the items ourselves. Not sure why they wouldn't put new guests in another room? Turns out they figured something else out and kept us in our same room, but by then all our things were already packed up. I have never heard of this, very strange but we didn't make a big deal about it. When we arrived back at the hotel our keys didn't work so I went to the front desk and they fixed they keys, and I confirmed we were still in that room and all they did was nod their head yes, didn't speak or apologize for the mix up. Very strange. Besides that, breakfast was meh, hard boiled eggs looked gross, very basic bagels and muffins. Outside area was not kept very clean. Below average hotel and with the experience we had with them touching all our stuff and packing it up and not apologizing gives them 1 star.

Pretty good place. Comfortable. Breakfast is sub par; watered down orange juice. Pool and hot tub are nice. Bed sheets were thin, shower was lame, key cards didn't work every other time. Only issue is asked management for a favor of leaving an item for someone to pick up, and dispite us staying there 5 nights, they were not accommodating at all. They said NO. All staff were super friendly.

Wonderful little Inn, good service and affordable. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear some road noise, and your neighbor if they are loud. But the beds are comfortable.

Rooms are updated, clean and quaint. I like the layout of the rooms, you have parking directly in front of your room also. Great option if you are in the area.

Nice grounds. Lots of traffic noise. Choose rooms 124-126 garden area and 140's in the back. Comfortable beds but refrigerators vary each room. Some do not have a freezer section. Good shower and bed. Lights outside also bright so you need to close curtains. They only give you two bottles of water even if you stay longer. Would be nice to get hot breakfast. It's only toast and fruit. Waffles are fun for kids. Haevy carb breakfast. Choose room wisely.

Cozy and clean rooms. The vibe was good in this place and it was unique even though it's little bit old. The breakfast was good and we had a great stay over here. The only thing I could see an issue is with the bathroom being a little bit small. Would recommend!

The room looked visually very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked how the room looked although it smelled like the previous people smoked in the room. The walls are very thin too. I wouldn't recommend walking out of the property at night.

Clean, New, friendly & rel quiet given location. Had a room in the back, little to no noise from the highway though walls are thin and it can be noisy depending on your neighbors, but no problem with ear plugs. Solid breakfast buffet. All in great value as I got a special deal on hotel tonight.

Breakfast included last months expired yogurt and a broken waffle maker. Coffee was nasty. Only breakfast options are sugary carbs. Impolite and unfriendly service at breakfast. Room was falling apart. Broken toilet paper holder, worn out ironing board, screws sticking out of wall where something once hung. No comforter on bed, just one thin blanket. Bring your own shampoo, theirs is a dispenser mounted on the wall with who knows what in it. Towels were full of lint. Toilet barely flushed. I won't be staying here again. This is supposedly an "Ascend" hotel?

No heat, No hot water. All moved in and everything went south. Take your money somewhere else if you want comfort. This is one of those save the planet cry baby CA. Hotels.

My room at this one story motel was mostly quiet, located on the back side of the building farthest from Hwy 101. A car alarm woke me 3 times around 2am the first night. The room itself was clean with a hard floor. The mattress on the king sized bed was a bit lumpy. The room had a frig and coffee maker. A microwave for guest use is available in the laundry and vending area. It was convenient to park right in front of the room. Although a bit shabby and dated, the owners have made efforts to keep up to date.

We truly loved the coziness of this place. The room was clean well insulated. The staff is friendly. The amenities we're good. And the little shopping center around the corner was nice to have available. Saffrons restaurant was good eats. There's a gym, flowers and a dollar store too. Definitely will be on my list of favorites.

We were only staying one night and moving on. Decided to stay a second night. Room was not touched at all. Not cleaned, restocked, anything. We called for fresh towels in the evening. Waited over an hour, called again, nothing. Ended up walking to front of hotel to pick up the towels ourselves and then had to wait on top of that. When checking out, asked for Terri Rose (Director of Operations) to call us to discuss our bad experience. Never heard word one from them again.

Attention to detail on the service. Our meeting room was clean and well set. Food was warm and delicious.

Quite a nice place, laid out in the old motel style, but the rooms are modern and comfortable. The whole place is clean and the breakfasts are quite good. There is a slightly upscale restaurant on site (Rickey's). The food is pretty good there and service is fine. Not hugely expensive but not cheap.

We were there 2 nights. Great staff… wonderful rooms very clean. Relaxed atmosphere. Freeway is close but we did not hear any noise from it. Pool and hot tub well maintained… clean and warm. We would stay there again.

Fun convenient location for an event. Open space, good live music, food, drink and a nice pool. Good times!

Convenient, reasonably priced and easy to access most of the North Bay Area. Stay in a comfortable hotel and spend the day hiking around Marin. My wife and I had a great time.

Super cute! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. They were also very welcoming to our dog. The pool was nice, the breakfast was good, and the garden area was lovely. We would definitely stay again when we're in the area.

We needed a last minute place to stay that wasn't going to break the bank. This inn was perfect. Quick booking, great price, clean rooms, high ceilings, comfy beds, very nice decor, and a great continental breakfast. Our family of four was very happy staying here and plan to do so again.
