Love this family that owns it! They are so nice and if you leave something there no worries it will be right at the front desk even the next week! Don’t let the outside fool you! I’d rather stay here than at a Hilton with horrible service. Great deal on the rooms also!

I hated my experience! We regretted having booked there for one night as soon as we arrived. There were several blood spatters in the mirror and on the shower curtain. For us even more, the window would not be barred since the mechanism to lock it was broken! I do not recommend it at all!

Last minute booking for our cruise, wasn't anything fancy but clean and affordable. Got the job done.

Friendly staff, they have wheel share access to some room. Room is clean, not the restroom. Thoe, they don't have water fountain. You need to get your own water especially if you have kids.

While it's out dated this didn't bother me at all. The towels had hair on them. The microwave is rusted in spots on inside door may be due to age. No shampoo nothing. Shower curtain is Mildewed. It makes you feel dirty to stay here. My husband got bit by something and I'm not sure what it was. Sure 100 isn't a bad price but I learned my lesson is rather pay more for a clean room. The staff however is so very sweet but I felt I needed to give an honest review. There is no way I would stay here again. A little paint and deep cleaning like shampooing carpet would go a long way. So for the next guest I have left you sealed soap, shampoo, conditioner and qtips. I hope it helps out for some people who may just assume they would have these simple yet much needed items during a hotel stay. Best of luck if staying here. I even used my jacket on top of the pillow I slept on as it's that bad"/

Very courteous staff, great for pre and post cruise stay at port of los angeles.

Nice rooms but the schedule is angry, another bad detail that I do not like is the smell of cigarettes in the room people not understand that says not to smoke and the rest everything is fine.

Basic facility. Friendly family run business.

Office employee was super polite. Room was clean and on the larger side. However the bed was very uncomfortable spent the night tossing and turning. There was only a sheet and thin blanket on the bed. With the AC on needed up spending the night either freezing because of the lack of blankets or sweating cause the AC cycled off there was no in between. Shower went cold on my husband as he showered.

This place is a real dump! I paid almost ninety dollars a night (weeknight). It was beat down there was some very bright weird round fluorescent bulb thing. Which had long ago had its facia cover broken off glaring at me hanging over the 1990's television set. The next morning I checked out! And was not given a refund for the night that I didn't stay. The cab driver told me without solicitation that it is in the bottom three hotels in the city! WTH! On a better note, I had accidentally left my cell phone at checkout, an earlier agreed upon late checkout. They not only held it for me. But, I had asked them to give it some battery charge and they did. So for that I will give them a star!

Sufficient clean motel for a few day stay on Los Angeles. It's location was convenient to all LA arraction. I would only recommend for those with rental cars as there is little oppistion for public transportation there.

I stayed at this motel because it was close to work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well sized not to small or large and clean.

Clean but needed updated decor. Bathroom amenities were lacking. Shampoo and soap left a sticky residue. Otherwise great location for San Pedro harbor.

It was good hosting but only asked for a couple of hours and paid the usual.

Really over priced place. Semi-clean but the furniture was broken and old, dilapidated and sad. The television picture was strange and off, making it hard to watch with any sincerity. The people at the front desk were very friendly, I must say. And the AC in the rooms were amazingly ice cold. … But it doesn't make up for the 1 minute of warm water you get when you shower. Or the incredibly slow internet speeds offered as an amenity. Never have I had slower internet. Wow. Oh, and in the morning my fiancé and I were hounded by a band of vagrants trying to run credit card scams while pitching to us some story about a wife and a debit card blah blah. But anyway, like I said. The people were nice.

Worst experience of my life. The rooms are disgusting and the staff was rude! Dont stay at this dump. You will wake up with bed bug bites and cockaroaches.

Staff was unbelievable helpful. I came in early morning for my cruise the following day. It was before check in and I had two large bags with me. They let me leave my baggage there while I went and explored the city. When I got back the nice lady at the desk let me check in as soon as the room as cleaned. The room itself was better than I expected. My favorite thing was the strong Wi-Fi signal I had in my room. The following morning I ask if they can call me a cab, they said no need I will drop you off. The type of service was above and beyond.

Not the cleanest place. But the staff is friendly and helpful. Not pointing any fingers at anyone, strictly just an unbiased comment; but my fiancé got bed bug bites a day after we stayed there. You get what you pay for.

It was dirty and ghetto. There was one Outlet to charge my phone which I had to move the big old TV out of the way to do. The Outlet was so old the Chargers kept falling out. There was no refrigerator no microwave no nothing. There were 2 vending machines the one I tried stold my money. There were homeless people camped out right around the corner and digging in the trash. If I could give it a — 5 I would. I would only recommend this Motel to my worst enemy. If you're looking for any amenities you're absolutely 100% out of luck. Don't stay there. Oh and I forgot to say this location was located on Pacific Avenue in San Pedro, CA.

It's not no Hilton, but it sure as hell got the job done. Believe me the motel I was staying in the night before was all most twice the price and half the size. This place was a major step up compare to that place. The best thing was this place is literally like 4 blocks away from Lobster Feast so it was a quick Uber ride back;) Thank God for the All Star Inn.

Why would anyone want to bring their wife to this smelly dump for $57 a night when instead I got on priceline & stayed at comfort inn for $47 a night. Big difference. No weekly rates & extra for your wife. Go figure. The towels look like they were from a carwash.
