Very cute small apartments. Outdated though and needs some updated things to the rooms but they are in the process of that. The staff is very nice. Ocean view and little market 1 block away.

Overcharged! Dirty! Cheats! Worst decision we ever made was to stay here. When we checked in we found the room dirty and food cereal on the floor of the kitchen. We ask the housekeeper to clean the room while we were gone for the day and when we returned she had vacuumed but the cereal was still there. They charged us for 3 nights when wr only stayed for 2 and about a week ago they finally returned the 3rd night to my account after claiming they didnt have my card info and I wake up today to see they sure have the info now because they have once again charged my card. Don't trust this place the only good thing about it is the location.

Don't do it! There are only 3 parking spots and one is handicapped. That's how small this place is. You have park on the street. The AC didn't work. In fact I'm not sure it even had any just a 1970 thermostat to make you think it did. Toilet wobbled on floor, kitchen was flithy. There was a chair in it that still had multiple stains from 70s and the carpet looked just as bad.

The one and only positive… close to the beach. On June 29th 2018 I checked into this place. the room nothing like website pictures! I could put my hand all the way to my elbow under the door! Peeled paint, holes in walls, no phone, no ac, no gas to cook on stove, refrigerator full of what appears to be billions of dead bugs or rodent poop or really I have no clue but yes I do have video/pictures of the entire room which I was charged full price$410.87!

Its ok for a quick sleep over. The front door looked was all chewed up like a half a foot from the bottom like something was getting in or out… was dirty inside. Had to clean when I got there… it was last min. Next time ill sleep in my car.

Location was ok, room was ok, the bed cover honestly was itchy, bottom of the front door has a whole on it so like insects or a small animals can come in. However the receptionist is a great guy and the cleaning lady is really nice. As far as how the room is its a 1* but customer service is a 5* hence why I'm giving this a 3.

Before I get into why I'll never go back, let me say what was nice about it. This place is very close to the beach. Very close. A hop skip and jump, you're there. The younger receptionist was very accommodating, and extremely nice. That's about it. Now for the bad. We were promised a king room upon reservation, and received a queen. Two of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work, so we had to move the microwave and fridge. Our mattress had LARGE brownish-red stains on it (who knows what from). In the sheets were black sequins, leading me to believe they didn't clean them properly after the previous guests. And to top it off, my boyfriend and I are veterans with a service dog, and we're interrogated about our animal.

For some reason they gave us the handicapped room with a very unique shower. Bathroom was uncomfortably huge.

It is cheap and very close to the beach but the bathroom door did not close, the remote control did not work, the sheets looked like Q were not clean.

Do not stay here! minus 5 stars. Creepy people, door wouldn't bolt or lock, no remote would work, fights in the parking lot and people staring in the bathroom window.

When reading the other reviews it freaked us out booking it, but it’s clean, nice for the price you pay. The staff is friendly, the cable worked fine for us. And it’s in a pretty location and you can walk to the beach. It’s like 5 minutes and not bad at all.

We got a 3 bedroom suite — it was clean and did not smell like smoke. The beach was literally 5 minutes away. If we come back to San Pedro — the fam will definitely come back! The rate was reasonable also.

The maid is a very sweet lady but the staff gives nothing but excuses on why we have no cable, and no Wi-Fi!

It's nice here but my family and I have been here for 3 months and we still don't have cable. And were paying 600 a week.

Room and bathroom was nice and large. HOWEVER very dirty… The tile in the bathroom feels kinda sticky and the wall have white splotches. The lights didn't work sometimes and watching TV was impossible. I also didn't know couches could be rock hard.

Great price for the area. Less than a half mile from the beach and fun.

I am currently here in room 115. It has two room as well as a clean bathroom with very comfortable lighting in both rooms. I had a younger brother visit and he wrote on the lighting shade. Sticky floors. King size bed had no fitted sheets. Neighborhood is loud. Internet does not work. Grungy bathroom. Kitchen is a joke.

Stains on the bed, no AC, windows missing screens and would not lock. Anyone could walk up from the outside and slide them open and step right in. The carpet was so worn, stained and frayed, I can't believe they'd still rent this without replacing? i've never seen a place so bad as this? i'm amazed it exists. I was stuck sleeping there for 6 hours. In retrospect, I should have eaten the loss, and checked in somewhere else, or slept in my car. It was the most run down, filthy, mildewed place imagined.

We stay at this hotel year. Its clean and the staff is very friendly.

Service at check in was very friendly. We reserved a mini suite consisting of 3 beds for 6 people. Was only given 2 towels and no washcloths, when we asked for towels they gave us hand towels and only 2. They said that's all they had and go come back later when they wash and ask for more. The next morning we were given 3 know making total of 5 asked for one last and was told "they have already given us enough and we will not get anything else" what we reserved a room for 6 and you cannot provide for 6? We had to ask for more tissue and even toilet paper as it was empty upon arrival. Will NOT suggest this place or EVER stay again! And is not walking distance or even a view if the beach. On a busy street therefore you hear traffic all night.

Location & customers was great. Nice cozy get away spot that was clean & big rooms. Especially nice to be close to Ocean & fish market.

Great price! Great place! Clean room! Close to the beach! Close to the friendship bell! Quiet neighborhood! Great customer service! Suite with kitchenette a plus! Hidden gem is the truth! Will be back and recommending it to everyone we know!

Great price, prefect location to anywhere. The room was updated nicely and the bed was super comfy. Nice large bathroom and the staff was great. We will be back!

The room was clean. They had tagging in our room. Basic channels on TV. The bed had dry chocolate on the sheets. I found food in the microwave. The cleaning lady was nice and she cleaned it after telling me the room was ready. Not a fancy but definitely not worth 90$ a night. I would charge 80$. Like the motels in Compton. …

I would suggest that when you go into this place you bring a camera and take pictures of everything right away of all the damage is because he will try to charge you for what someone else has done tried charging me $200 and said that I had to pay a $100 deposit because I was paying in cash the Pacific.

Excellent facility, large, well appointed rooms that are like suites. Highly recommended.

This place was amazing! This is the only place I will stay. The owner was willing to do everything to accommodate all of our needs in a timely manner. Also sent us back home with a plant to remember!

DIRTY! fridge was so nasty we didn't use it. Had to get new pillow cases and sheets because the ones on the bed hadn't been changed. One even had makeup smears on it. Fiancee wouldn't use shower or sit on the furniture it was so dirty. Burnt out lights in bathroom were "fixed" by plugging in a small lamp to bathroom outlet. If we had any other option but to stay here, we would have used them.

Our trip was not planned to be in San Pedro, but on a whim while in Las Vegas my Cousin called around and found this place. We arrived after hours and was greeted with a welcoming smile. We were impressed with the cleanliness and spacious rooms. We enjoyed our time and they even accommodated us another night. We will be back there again with our kids.

Negative stars my shower curtain was moldy, the chair is broken, the freezer you cant use cause its all frozen over like frost up big time they couldnt defrost the freezer. The kitchen is not washed tables and showers is filthy, nothing is wiped down or dusted, and make a whole bunch of keys so we could get into our room and the beach is 2 1/2 blocks away not 1 block away! We stayed for 5 days and came from wi yes im a bit irritated with this room and service!

I'm staying here for work for almost two weeks. Everything has been good. I called ahead to reserve, was shown the rooms before checking in, maid service cleans at request, no complaints especially for the price! In the evening we enjoy the ocean view and visit the market cafe next door, we would recommend this to anyone staying on a budget.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I called ahead to tell them we were headed there. When we got there the dude fell asleep and didnt answer us for 20 minutes, had the door wide open and the t. V. Loud as hell. Shitty attitude. Shitty service. I had to keep my wife from beating his ass. Dont waist your time here.

Our room was terrible. The walls are new, that's it then as well. In the bathroom, everything is rusted and scruffy, cavort the silverfish, dust everywhere, thicker, louder crumbs in the Pan and snippets on the ground, does not properly close doors and Windows, the bed was dirty and the worst part was the smell. It smelled really musty as if there not have forever was aired.
